The article offers information on various aspects of stereoscopic ophthalmic photography, the types of stereo equipments used in conducting it and offers several suggestions to proceed it effectively. It offers brief information on the history of stereoscopic photography including invention of stereoscope and retinal photography. It also discusses limitations of stereopsis and clinical significance of stereoscopic photography.
