The purpose of the work is synthesis of new organomineral composites by in situ immobilization and adsorption of poly[8-methacroyloxy-quinoline] on the surface of vermiculite and study of sorption properties of cations Cu(II), Pb(II) and Fe(III). In situ immobilization of poly [8-oxyquinolinemethacrylate] on the surface of vermiculite was carried out by initiated radical polymerization of 8 oxyquinoline methacrylate using 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as a dinitrile initiator in the presence of vermiculite. To obtain the composite by adsorption of poly[8- oxyquinolinemethacrylate] on the surface of vermiculite, the polymer was synthesized in advance, then dissolved in tetrahydrofuran and adsorbed on vermiculite. The fact of immobilization of poly[8-oxyquinolinemethacrylate] on the surface of vermiculite was confirmed by comparative analysis of the IR spectra of the source mineral and relative composites. The regularities of thermal decomposition of immobilized polymer were studied by thermogravimetric analysis combined with mass spectrometry. Using the results of low-temperature adsorption-desorption of nitrogen and scanning electron microscopy, changes in the morphology of the vermiculite surface after immobilization of poly[8-oxyquinolinemethacrylate] by the selected methods are shown. The sorption characteristics of the synthesized composites with respect to Cu(II), Pb(II) and Fe(III) ions were examined in static mode. The polymer with oxyquinoline groups immobilized on the surface of vermiculite showed sorption activity against those metal ions with which 8-oxyquinoline forms stable complexes, the sorption capacity relative to cations Cu(II) is doubled after in situ immobilization of poly [8-oxyquinoline methacrylate] on the surface of vermiculite and increases almost 3 times after adsorption of this polymer. For Pb(ІІ) ions this effect is lower: after in situ immobilization of [8-methacroyloxyquinoline] sorption capacity increases by one-third and as the result, the increasing of adsorption of this polymer is insignificant and is within the experimental accuracy. The study of short-term (during of 1 day) and chronic (14 days) influence of copper (II) and manganese (II) ions on photosynthesis, respira􀆟on, chlorophylls a, b and carotenoids of submerged higher water plant Ceratophyllum demersum L. and green filamentous algae Cladophora glomerata (L.) Kütz. was done. The peculiari􀆟es of metals accumula􀆟on by the macrophytes with increasing of concentra􀆟on of Cu2+ and Mn2+ in the aqua􀆟c environment and exposure 􀆟me were established. The connec􀆟on between sensi􀆟vity of gas exchange func􀆟ons and pigment system of the macrophytes to influence of the metals ions and their accumula􀆟on by plant organisms was revealed. The aim. Study the influence of metal ions, anions and specific chemical reagents on the activity of α-L-rhamnosidase Penicillium tardum. Methods. α-L-Ramnosidase activity was determined by the rate of hydrolysis of n-nitrophenyl-α-L-rhamnopyranoside. To inhibit α-L-rhamnosidase, metal ions were used as sulfates, only Ag+ as nitrate, anions as potassium or sodium salts, and the following specific chemical reagents: β-mercaptoethanol, p-chloromercuribenzoate, N-ethylmaleimide, 1-[3-(dimethylamino) propyl]-3-ethylcarbodiimide methiodide. All substances were investigated in concentration of 10-3 M. Results. Significant influence on the activity of the P. tardum α-L-rhamnosidase was obtained by Ag+ and Cd2+ ions, which completely inhibited the enzyme, whereas Ca2+ increased the activity of the studied P. tardum α-L-rhamnosidase by 60%. When studying the action of various anions, it was found that sulfite inhibits its activity by 73%. It is also shown that the anions AsO3-2 and CO3-2, which activate the P. tardum α-L-rhamnosidase by 100% and 75%, respectively, have a significant effect. Conclusions. In the catalysis, which is carried out by the P. tardum α-L-rhamnosidase, the groups соntaining the metal atoms do not participate, but the presence of Ag+ and Cd2+ ions in the system inhibits the rate of the enzyme reaction. Whereas Ca2+ ions increase the activity of the studied α-Lrhamnosidase P. tardum by 60%. Since 1- [3- (dimethylamino) propyl] -3-ethylcarbodimide methiodide inhibits the activity of α-L-rhamnosidase by 50-73%, it can be assumed that the functionally active carboxyl groups are present in the α-L-rhamnosidase molecule. Purpose. Investigation of the harmful products that are formed during the graphite purification. Propose an efficient scheme of graphite purification Methodology. The concentration of metal ions in purified water was determined by spectral analysis. The composition of deposit obtained after water purification was investigated by X-ray fluorescent analysis. Findings. The schemes for purification of washing water and deactivation of toxic gases obtained during low-ash graphite caring out were proposed. Components of gases and solutions after purification are meets of requirement. Originality and practical value. Schemes for purification of deactivation of toxic gases are developed. The structural organisation of the triple polyelectrolyte-metal complexes based on nonstoichiometric polyelectrolyte complex with equimolar relation oppositely charged polyelectrolyte (pectin and polyethyleneimin) and transition metal ions (Me2+), and also nanocomposite, filling nanoparticle Cu2O or Ni0 investigates the complex of structural methods. It is established that in intermolecular space of all polymer-metal of systems there are metallo-polymeric complexes, thus transition from triple polyelectrolyte-metal complexes to nanocomposite is accompanied to reduction distances between layers of macromolecules, coordinated ions of metals. It is shown that as a result of chemical reduction cations metals Cu2+ or Ni2+ in triple polyelectrolyte-metal complexes there is a formation nanocomposite with the average size nanoparticle Cu2O 8 nanometers, and Ni0 -- 6 nanometers.
