Abstract

The article presents the implementing rules on the submission of articles to be published in the journal. It was emphasized that 60 percent of the original articles out of a total of 159 were published as original articles and 13 were published in a different format making a total of 73, 46 percent. Sixty-six original articles were rejected. Moreover, it was said that over the past three years there has been a steady increase in the submissions of papers but only half of it were honored/
