Research on unknown network protocol reverse engineering is of great significance in many network security applications. However, current methods are all limited in analyzing plain-text protocols. This paper proposed a method of encrypted protocol reverse engineering based on dynamic taint analysis. The method used Pin to record executed instructions, and then conducted off-line analysis of the data dependencies to build two taint propagation graphs at instruction and function level. Then according to the feature of the decrypting process the decrypted plaintext could be poisoned, and further the format of protocol could be parsed. To meet the need of optimal fortification planning for critical infrastructure, a supply system was regarded as a network composed of service facilities, demand nodes and linking arcs. The authors utilized the theory of leader-follower hierarchical decision to describe the interrelationship between the defender and the attacker. When modeling the problem, the impact of capacity limitation of facilities was taken into consideration, and a "protection-interdiction-reassignment'' tri-level hierarchical decision model was then proposed. Based on a "greater demands prior-closest assignment" heuristic strategy, the model was simplified and solved through a binary tree search procedure. Experiments show that the heuristic can always get good approximations of optimal ones. The solutions to this model can help effectively alleviate the reduction of system efficiency, even avoid deadly system impairment if the protection investment is sufficient. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To develop the influenza vaccine hesitation scale for the elderly aged 60 and above and evaluate its applicability. Methods Based on the Chinese version of the parents' hesitation scale for children's influenza vaccination, combined with the characteristics of the elderly population, the influenza vaccine hesitation scale for the elderly aged 60 and above was developed, and the reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated. Results The scale finally included 3 dimensions and 14 items, the score of the total scale was 32.82 ±7.99, and the correlation coefficient between each item and the score of the total scale was between 0.20 and 0.87 (all P < 0.05). Exploratory factor analysis showed that the Kaiser -Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of the scale was 0.916 (x²approximation = 14 315.26, P<0.05). Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of 14 common factors was 80.6%, GFI=0.909, IFI=0.961, TLI =0.952, and CFI = 0.961, indicating that the overall fitness and structural validity of the model were good. Taking whether the elderly were vaccinated with influenza vaccine or not in the influenza season in 2022, the total vaccine hesitation score and the scores of "confidences", "risk" and "support" were significantly correlated with the school standard (all P < 0.05). The Cronbach's a coefficient of the scale was 0.859, indicating that the internal consistency reliability of the scale was high. Conclusion The influenza vaccine hesitation scale for the elderly developed in this study is good in reliability, validity and applicable stability, which can be used to evaluate the hesitation level of influenza vaccine in people aged 60 and above. The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of three unconventional fermented feeds on pig growth, serum biochemical indexes and antibody levels. The experiment divided 48 pigs into four groups, with 12 replicates in each group and one pigs in each replicate. The pigs in control group (group A) were fed the basal diet, and 30% unconventional fermented feeds B (3% soybean meal +10% corn +10% fish sauce +3% garlic skin +4% premix), C (3% soybean meal + 11% corn + 12% mango peel + 4% premix) and D (15% corn + 11% mango peel + 4% premix) were added to the basal diet in group B, group C and group D, respectively. The experimental period was 30 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the feed intake of group B and group D was significantly increased ( P<0.05), and the weight gain was extremely decreased ( P<0.01). The feed weight gain cost of group B and group D was 20.37% and 42.40% higher than that of control group, and the feed weight gain cost of group C was 3.17% lower than that of control group. Compared with control group, the serum TP, TC and TG content of pigs in group B were significantly increased (P<0.05), LDH activity and LDL-C content were extremely increased (P<0.01). The content of HDL-C in group D was significantly decreased ( P<0.05), and the content of LDL-C was significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the serum PR-gB antibody level in group D was significantly increased ( P<0.05) and reached a positive level. The serum PR-gE antibody, PRRS antibody and PCVD antibody levels in group B were the lowest among all groups, and PR-gE antibody and PCVD antibody level was extremely lower than that of control group ( P<0.01). The serum PR-gE antibody level of group B was extremely lower than that of group C and group D ( P<0.01), and the level of PRRS antibody was extremely significantly lower than that of group D ( P<0.01). The study indicates that group C had the best production effect and cost-effectiveness, group B had the best disease resistance effect, and unconventional fermented feed C could be used as a substitute for the basal diet.
