The experiment optimized the extraction process of flavonoids from the branches and leaves of Tamarix ramosissima and determined the oxidation activity. On the basis of single factor and orthogonal test, the optimum technological parameters of ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids were determined, and the total reducibility and DPPH· and OH· scavenging ability of flavonoids were determined. The results showed that under the conditions of ultrasonic power of 100 W, 60% ethanol, 40 °C, ultrasonic for 40 min and three cycles, the average yield of total flavonoids in wild Tamarix ramosissima was 38.727 mg/g, which has a good scavenging ability for DPPH· and OH·. The experiment indicates the optimized process has higher yield of total flavonoids, and the flavonoid has better anti-oxidant ability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Influence maximization is a problem of finding the most influential set of nodes in a social network which can maximize the spread of influence. The influence maximization problem has been one of the hot topics in social networks over the past decade. The study is not only of theoretical significance, but also of promising applications. We also discuss the current development status, existing problems, some diffusion models and several algorithms for solving these problems. Geological characteristics of porphyry-skarn Mo deposits, which were related to intermediate-acid small intrusions in Mo ore belt of East Qinling, were summarized; spatiotemporal distrihution, metallogenic characteristics and ore-forming material sources were discussed, and then the metallogenic regularity was discovered; compositions of major element and trace element and ore-forming age for large hatholith and intermediate-acid small intrusions were analyzed, and the relationships of them were discussed. The results show that the oreforming ages of East Qinling Mo deposits related to magmatism can he divided into two stages, 141-156 Ma and 110-138 Ma; the deposits forming in the former stage are mainly distributed in the south of East Qinling, and those in the latter stage are mainly distributed in the north; the ore-forming ages become younger gradually from west to east and from south to north; Mo deposits distribute in groups or belts, and concentrate on sections with equal distance; the combination of mineralization elements is controlled by the magmatic evolution series, and the more acid magtna is, the better Mo mineralization is; data of trace element and isotope indicate that the metallogenic materials are mainly from the crust, and the effect of mantle are not obvious; a close genetic relationship is present between large batholith and small intrusions from the comagmatic evolution, and large batholith provides heat and material substance for small intrusions, so that there are large orebodies hosted in small intrusions. Endometriosis is a common benign gynecologic disease, which causes pelvic pain and infertility, but the pathogenesis is unknown at present. CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells are essential for the active suppression of autoimmunity. Transcription factors Foxp3 expression on CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells specifically, which can be used as a specific symbol of regulatory T cells. Foxp3 is a critical regulator of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell development and function. The role of regulatory T cells in endometriosis has been paid attention to. Traditional method of constructing production frontier in data envelopment analysis seems to be much more complex, in order to solve this problem, we propose a new DEA production frontier algorithm, which is called the rotation algorithm. We explain the meaning of rotation algorithm. Respectively, from the two-dimensional and high-dimensional perspective, we build the production frontier of traditional four DEA models, and prove the theoretical basis of the algorithm. Through practical examples, we prove that, compared to traditional methods, such as vertex and extreme direction method, Graham scanning method, rotation algorithm is much simpler and has a very wide practical value. Finally, we apply the rotation algorithm to practice - Construct a new DEA model dealing with negative data in decision making units, which the traditional DEA model cannot handle. Objective To screen and analyze small molecule therapeutic compounds dissociated with colorectal cancer metastasis. Methods First statistical comparison was made for the expression profile data of early metastasizing colorectal cancer tissues wíth the data of normal colorectum tissues to screen the differentially expressed genes. Then the matching patterns between differenfially expressed genes and the small molecules were used to screen small molecule therapeutic tanespimycin compounds associated with early colorectal cancer metastasis. Last, the enrichment status of the small molecule therapeutic compounds target protein were analyzed to screen the colorectal cancellated target protein. We combined the colorectal cancer expresiion profile and the bond strength between small molecule compounds and the target protein to screen the most relevant target protein and build a regulatory network. Results By the small molecule compounds enrichment analysis, tanespimycin had the highest score, the target protein of tanespimycin had the highest score of enrichment in colorectal cancer. It indicated that tanespimycin was closely related to colorectal cancer. By synthesizing the expression profile and the molecular bonding strength, we found that the colorectal cancer-related target proteins named CHEK1, AURKA, GSTP1 and NQO1 might be the key proteins of tanespimycin therapy that inhibhed the metastasis of colorectal cancer. The regulatory network was built by the four target proteins participating in the biological process of drug metaboiism. That further explained the relationship between the four proteins and tanespimycin. Conclusion Tanespimycin may be the small molecule therapeutic compound that can inhibs eariy metastasis of colorectal cancer by interacting wth CHEK1, AURKA, GSTP1 and NQO1 to regulate the signaling network. Aim at the application requirement of logo recognition in image intelligent processing, a logo recognition algorithm based on grid feature and fuzzy matching is proposed. The grid feature of the logo is extracted, and then transformed into the membership degree of fuzzy sets. at last, closeness degree is used to accomplish logo recognition. This significantly enchances adaptability and anti-interference to the poor quality image, and effectively improves the flexible processing capability of logo recognition system. A multiscale model and Arrhenius reaction rate equation are used to analyze the compaction processes in granular high-explosive HMX. Analysis of the steady-state wave structure indicates that for subsonic compaction wave, the model variables, such as solid volume fraction, pressure, density, transit from the initial value to the equilibrium state smoothly. The evolution of the grain temperature shows that the peak hot spot temperature near the intergranular contact surface, which exceeds the melting tempera- ture, would trigger chemical reaction although the bulk average temperature is very low. In case of chemical reaction, the piston speed needed to stimulate chemical reaction for the same initial conditions is higher due to solid-liquid phase change which consumes part of the bulk compaction work. The experiment aimed to explore the effects of autumn supplementary feeding on the serum biochemical indexes of Oula sheep at different age stages. A total of 24 healthy and similar-conditioned Oula ewes at the ages of 6, 12, and 36 months were selected for each age group. The Oula sheep at each age stage were randomly divided into a grazing group (group 1) and a grazing + supplementary feeding group (group 1), with three replicates in each group and four sheep in each replicate. The pre-feeding period was 10 days and the formal experimental period was 60 days. The results showed that the average daily weight gain of the group ii was higher than that of the group i for 6-month-old and 12-month-old sheep ( P<0.05). In 6-month-old sheep of the group i, the serum E2 and GH levels were higher than those in the group i ( P<0.05). In 12-month-old and 36-month-old sheep of the group i, the ALP activity was higher than that in the group i( P<0.05). In 6-month-old sheep of the group i, the serum GLB level was higher than that in the group i( P<0.05). In 12-month-old sheep of the group, the IL-2 level was higher than that in the group ( P<0.05). In 36-month-old sheep of the group, the levels of GLB, IgM, IL-4, and IL-6 were higher than those in the group ( P<0.05). In 6-month-old sheep of the group, the serum GSH-Px activity was higher than that in the group ( P<0.05). In 12-month-old and 36-month-old sheep of the group, the SOD activity was higher than that in the group ( P<0.05). The study suggests that autumn supplementary feeding promotes the rapid maturation of 6-month-old ewes, enhances the growth, metabolic capacity, immune function, and antioxidant ability at different age in Oula sheep. A new electro-hydraulic torque load simulator is proposed for the semi-physical simulation of the servo mechanism in launch vehicle, which could simulate the inertia load, friction and elastic torques, and servo mechanism mounting rigidity. On the basis of load characteristics of servo mechanism, the inertia, friction, and servo mechanism mounting rigidity are simulated for the mechanical structures, and the elastic load is simulated for the servomotor. The complete mathematical models of the motor loading system and the servo mechanism system are constructed. A control system of the servo mechanism is designed based on speed compensation and torque feed-forward. Some field tests of load simulation device were made. Using discarded tobacco leaves as raw materials, through aroma-bacterial screening and aroma components extracting, tobacco endogenous derived flavor was prepared and comparison was made on chemical components and sensory with tobacco leaf extract. Result indicated that: 1) 11 pure aroma-bacteria and 2 pure aroma-yeast were screened from 65 aroma-bacteria and 17 aroma-yeast. An Aureobasidium pullulans OF-01 was gotten by the style character evaluation eventually, and used for tobacco leaf flavor preparation; 2) A tobacco derived flavor was prepared by OF-01 strains through fermenting extracting, and concentrating. By comparison of the tobacco water extract, acids (586.18%), phenols (235.04%), and the alcoholes aldehydes (308.12%) in tobacco derived flavor promote greatly, and the quantities of scholar ketone, 3-hydroxy-2-butanone, and benzaldehyde incense increased over 1000%; 3) The tobacco derived flavor could increase armor, smooth smoke, reduce irritation, hide offensive and improve the effects of cigarette smoking.
