Under the background of economic system reform and the continuous transformation of financial functions, the implementation of financial fine management has become the mainstream direction of reducing cost, increasing efficiency and sustainable development of feed enterprises. The paper takes the t-3 financial data of 20 feed listed enterprises in Shenzhen and Shanghai in 2020 as the research sample to explore the applicability of PCA-SVM model to financial fine management of feed enterprises. It is found that PCA-SVM model effectively integrates the advantages of PCA and SVM model, eliminates the linear correlation of sample data, reduces dimension and significantly enhances the classification ability and generalization of financial fine management of feed enterprises. And PCA-SVM model has good applicability for measuring the financial fine management level of high-dimensional data and small sample feed enterprises, which can provide reference for financial managers. Therefore, feed enterprises should strengthen the application of modern information network technology, improve the technology embedding system, strengthen the whole process control and improve the application level of PCA-SVM model in financial fine management. Background——As a characteristic agricultural industry, tea industry is the leading industry for farmers to get rid of poverty and increase income in tea-producing areas. Fujian, as a major tea-producing province, not only has a better industrial foundation, but also has distinctive characteristics of tea industry development, which is representative and typical. Methods——Employing coupling coordination degree model and obstacle degree model, the coupling coordination degree of tea industry and regional economy in Fujian was analyzed and the obstacle factors were diagnosed. The data are derived from the Statistical Yearbook of Fujian from 2011 to 2021,the Statistical Yearbook of China’s Tea Industry from 2011 to 2017,and the Statistical Bulletin on National Economic and Social Development of Fujian from 2011 to 2020. Results——Through the analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The tea industry in Fujian moves towards a high level of coupling with the regional economy. From 2011 to 2020,the coupling degree values were maintained between 0.7 and 1.0,and the push-pull interaction between the tea industry and economic development showed an increasingly strong trend, which led to the increase of the coupling degree value, and began to grow to and maintain the highest level in 2015.This shows that the tea industry and regional economy have entered a high level of coupling from the grinding stage. (2) The relation of Fujian tea industry and regional economy gradually moves to benign interaction and efficient coordination. In addition, the coupling coordinated development is the leading type in tea industry system from 2011 to 2015.In 2017, the synchronous development of subsystems was transformed into the dominant type of regional economic system, and the two subsystems were alternately dominated from 2018 to 2020.On the whole, the coupling development type of the two has gone through three stages, namely, from the imbalance recession stage, transition stage to the coordinated development stage. And the system changes from mild disorder to high-quality coordination. (3) Tea export volume, yield, output value, tea garden area and contribution rate of primary industry are the main obstacle factors. From 2011 to 2015,the export volume of tea has always been the first obstacle factor, followed by tea yield and tea garden area. From 2018 to 2020,the ranking of the top five obstacle factors has changed, the impact of tea exports has gradually decreased, and the proportion of tea output value in GDP has gradually increased, ranking first in 2020. Conclusions and Discussions—According to the research results, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) There is a strong interaction between the tea industry and the regional economy in Fujian Province, and it has developed from a low level of mutual restraint to a high level of mutual promotion.. (2) The obstacle degree of the subsystem of TE system in Fujian Province has not changed much. Starting from the main obstacle factors, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of tea industry and regional economy: (1) It is necessary to improve tea quality, promote tea exports. (2) It is required to deepen the processing level and improving the output value of tea. (3)It is expected to enrich the form of industrial integration and improve comprehensive benefits. This paper uses the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the municipal economic development of prefecture- level cities in the Shanxi- Shaanxi- Inner Mongolia-Gansu-Ningxia (SSIGN) region. Then, it explores the spatio-temporal differentiation of economic development of the region using Markov transition probability analysis method and ESDA spatial analysis method. The results show that: (1) From 2005 to 2015, the gap in municipal economic development between cities in the SSIGN region was narrowed in the fluctuations, indicating that the municipal economic of the study region had not developed towards polarization, and there was a certain foundation for achieving coordinated development. (2) Each economic development grade city presented a diametrically opposite evolution law in different periods. Over time, all besides the lowest-grade cities had a higher risk of grade decline. This result indicates that for cities with higher municipal economic level, effective measures shoud be taken to improve their economic development sustainability. (3) From 2005 to 2010, to a certain degree, there was a significant spatial negative correlation between the economic levels of the cities in the SSIGN region. A positive interaction needs to be formed in this region. By 2015, this relationship was no longer significant. This result indicates that the municipal economic development of the region has improved in the direction of positive integration, but we still need to be alert to the problems of excessive homogenization and lack of effective interaction that have occurred in the historical development of this region. (4) The regional economic development of the SSIGN region has gradually emerged in the spatial pattern of the Golden Triangle consisting of Xi'an, Hohhot and Taiyuan. However, there has also been a clear cold spot in the study region. (5) The municipal economic development system in the cities of this region is generally in a state of low coupling coordination, and unbalanced economic development and uncoordinated are prominent. This result actually points out the key issue affecting the overall coordinated development of the region's economy. In the Report uring the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012, President Xi Jinping proposed that we should speed up the construction of an ecological civilization system and resolutely fight the battle against pollution, which is presented in the new round of ecological civilization construction work in Guangdong Province. According to the carrying capacity of regional resources and environment, we should incorporate environmental damage, ecological benefits and other indicators into the comprehensive evaluation system of development, and build a green ecological urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta. In this paper, through the construction of development intensity and bearing capacity index system, nine cities in the Pearl River Delta were selected as the research object, and the coupling coordination model was used to quantify the level of sustainable development, and the role of each subsystem was revealed through driving force analysis. The results show that: (1) The contrast of regional development intensity is obvious, and the characteristics of metropolitan area are becoming increasingly prominent. Among them, Shenzhen has the strongest degree of development and Zhaoqing was the weakest; (2) According to the driving factors, the carrying capacity of resources and environment in the region can be divided into natural pulled type and economic pulled type. The comprehensive carrying capacity can be consolidated through natural advantages and socio-economic input, respectively; (3) More than half of the urban eco- economic systems in the region are on the verge of being out of tune. Driven by economic factors, Guangzhou and Shenzhen are relatively more coordinated; (4) We should cope with three coordinated development states in the region, and formulate ecological restoration plans for local cities. This paper reviews the work of financial system engineering in China from 2010 to 2014, and further concludes future development strategies. Firstly, the research object and method are defined. Through literature documentation process with both China and abroad papers, statistics of Journals, research institutions, research team, and supported fund are obtained. Through Bradford and Lotka test, we conclude the current research status of financial system engineering development in China. Further, all research are classified into 9 main research questions, which are the key research questions during the past 5 years. Valuable instruments and equipment are state assets in colleges and universities, they have the attributes of value, availability, separation of efficacy and management. They are widely and deeply applied in teaching, research and social services. In view of the lack of systematic management of state assets at the present stage, the management of valuable instruments and equipment highlights the importance of configure and the specificity of use, weakens the economy of state assets investment and the sharing of resources, results in the disconnection between the demand, allocation and management of valuable instruments and equipment, and the inadequate opening and sharing and the low utilization performance become persistent illnesses. Combining with the government accounting system implemented in colleges and universities, according to the accrual basis principle, from the perspective of managing and making good use of state assets, this paper innovatively puts forward the management strategy of valuable instruments and equipment. Under the guidance of the concept of performance priority of state assets management, it establishes a quantifiable input-output economic system through strengthening the internal cost accounting of colleges and universities, and takes performance leverage and policy guarantee as a series of measures to promote the utilization rate of valuable instruments and equipment in an all-round way. To evaluate the degree of regional synergetic development is the premise and guidance to effectively promote regional co-development. Based on the analysis of existing research status and summarizing two kinds of quantitative research ideas, this paper makes an improvement to distance collaborative model combined with TOPSIS idea and grey relational theory. The ideal planning value is introduced in the improved model, and relative distance rate is used to measure the development degree of regional system. Grey comprehensive relational degree is used to measure the pull factors of subsystems, then ideal development degree and synergy degree are obtained. In doing so, two shortages of distance collaborative model are conquered by the improved model. Specially, by using this model, an empirical research about the Wanjiang urban belt is achieved. The empirical result shows that the synergetic development degree of Wanjiang urban belt is on the rise, but still at a low level, and the development degree is much lower than synergy degree. Economic subsystem plays a significant role in boosting other subsystems, is also the bottleneck factor.
