The 13th International Symposium on Applied Plasma Science (ISAPS '22) was held at IRS (Institute of Space Systems), University of Stuttgart, Stuttgart, Germany, from September 26 through 30, 2022. The selected presentations at ISAPS 2022were invited to write their original papers after the conference. The 12th International Symposium on Applied Plasma Science (ISAPS ′19) was held at University of Yamanashi and Kofu Kinenbi Hotel, Yamanashi, Japan, from September 24 through 28, 2019. The authors of selected research topics presented at ISAPS '19 were invited to write their original papers after the conference.
