The objective of this paper is to describe a business model of a multidisciplinary junior enterprise that offers products and services. It starts from the identification that there are no multidisciplinary junior enterprises in the Federal District with courses in different knowledge areas; junior enterprises offer only services; there are no examples in the literature of how organizations that work with different levels of education can benefit from the performance of students from technical courses in a junior enterprise without being junior entrepreneurs. The description was based on the logic of the business model. The most important choices in the business model of Olaria Junior Enterprise were: institutional support via coproduction; multidisciplinarity; offer of products and services; development of partnerships; participation of students of technical courses in the junior enterprise; competitive prices and sustainable development. The paper seeks to contribute to the process of implementing junior enterprises in educational organizations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
