The article reports on the Louis Dumur collection of the Carnegie Library in Reims, France, particularly one of the most interesting texts on his report in Geneva, Switzerland. The quality of the paper and ink, the annotation protocols, few drawings, etc., are the many clues that convince one that this news was started in the autumn of 1884 when Dumur was twenty one years.
