ith the rapid development of technology, processing the explosive growth of meteorological data on traditional standalone computing has become increasingly time-consuming, which cannot meet the demands of scientific research and business. Therefore, this paper proposes the implementation of the parallel Clustering Large Application based upon RANdomized Search (CLARANS) clustering algorithm on the Spark cloud computing platform to cluster China’s climate regions using meteorological data from 1988 to 2018. The aim is to address the challenge of applying clustering algorithms to large datasets. In this paper, the morphological similarity distance is adopted as the similarity measurement standard instead of Euclidean distance, which improves clustering accuracy. Furthermore, the issue of local optima caused by an improper selection of initial clustering centers is addressed by utilizing the max-distance criterion. Compared to the k-means clustering algorithm already implemented in the Spark platform, the proposed algorithm has strong robustness, can reduce the interference of outliers in the dataset on clustering results, and has higher parallel performance than the frequently used serial algorithms, thus improving the efficiency of big data analysis. This experiment compares the clustered centroid data with the annual average meteorological data of representative cities in the five typical meteorological regions that exist in China, and the results show that the clustering results are in good agreement with the meteorological data obtained from the National Meteorological Science Data Center. As China becomes more and more international, the number of people traveling abroad is also increasing. The demand for English recognition is becoming more and more vigorous, and traditional translation software is time-consuming, laborious, and less accurate. This article optimizes the target detection model YOLOV3. Firstly, the image is divided into multiple model structures, and the K-means++ clustering algorithm is used to determine the target detection prior frame value and the high frame of the corresponding frame according to the characteristics of the English image. Then, by using K-means++ clustering algorithm to optimize the anchor parameters, the model structure is better adapted to the English identification dataset scene; finally, the feature information extracted by the DarkNet-53 model is spliced to improve the structure of the YOLOV3 convolutional layer, using 3090 graphics card GPU to perform multiscale training and testing. Experimental results show that the improved YOLOV3 algorithm in this paper has a mAP of 0.95 on the English identification dataset and a detection speed of 50fps, which is 0.11 higher than the mAP before optimization. Therefore, optimizing the YOLOV3 algorithm in this article has a good effect. In the future, English translation will become a necessary software program for Chinese people to go abroad. The multi-objective optimisation of high-speed rail profile with small radius curve is studied in the paper. A multi-objective mathematical model for rail profile optimisation of high-speed railway is established. The CN60 rail profile is parameterised into a series of generalised functions of design variables. In order to guarantee the smoothness of the rail profile and meet the maximum grinding depth of rail in China, the constraints are employed. The wheel-rail vertical clearance and equivalent conicity of wheelset are taken as objective functions, and a rail wear prediction programme is compiled. Contact line method is employed to complete the detection algorithm of wheel-rail contact points. Finally, NSGA-II Algorithm is adopted to solve the Pareto-optimal front of the optimisation model. A set of solutions are retrieved from the Pareto optimal front solution as the optimised profile. The optimised rail profile and the original rail profile are matched with the LMA wheel profile (a certain worn type of wheel profiles for EMU in China) respectively. It is testified that the rail profile could effectively reduce the rail wear and improve curving performance. The integrated energy systems, usually including electric energy, natural gas and thermal energy, play a pivotal role in the energy Internet project, which could improve the accommodation of renewable energy through multienergy complementary ways. Focusing on the regional integrated energy system composed of electrical microgrid and natural gas network, a fault risk warning method based on the improved RelieF-softmax method is proposed in this paper. The raw data-set was first clustered by the K-maxmin method to improve the preference of the random sampling process in the RelieF algorithm, and thereby achieved a hierarchical and non-repeated sampling. Then, the improved RelieF algorithmis used to identify the feature vectors, calculate the feature weights, and select the preferred feature subset according to the initially set threshold. In addition, a correlation coefficient method is applied to reduce the feature subset, and further eliminate the redundant feature vectors to obtain the optimal feature subset. Finally, the softmax classifier is used to obtain the early warnings of the integrated energy system. The construction and operation of China's rail transit system have entered a high-speed development stage, and the rapid increase of train speed and mileage has brought greater challenges to the safety and reliability of the rail transit system. Network planning evaluation is the key to the early decision-making of urban rail transit project, which directly determines the success or failure of the whole project. How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the urban rail transit information resource network planning has become a difficult problem for many urban planners to solve. Therefore, this paper studies the optimization of the communication resource allocation algorithm and the comprehensive evaluation of its application for urban rail transit planning. In this paper, based on CVNN structure, the network prototype is an extension of RVNN structure. In the abstract, its processing unit is composed of a pair of real-number processors that can realize certain operations. HNN is a fully connected recurrent neural network based on the idea of the energy function, which is helpful to understand the calculation mode of HNN, and the research shows that HNN can solve many combinatorial optimization problems. In addition, the combination of neural network and genetic algorithm with simulated annealing mechanism can also bring new directions for research. On the basis of experimental analysis, it can be concluded that in general, the error reduction rate of the optimization scheme designed in this paper can reach 58.6% on average. In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the development speed of all walks of life has entered a new level, and the power industry has also developed rapidly. Driven by market demand, China's power transmission range and power transmission capacity will enter a new level. Due to the large load density in individual areas, the detection of short-circuit current must be improved as an important issue. The purpose of this paper is to study how to improve the practical model of short-circuit current calculation of photovoltaic power plants, so that it can be well applied to the current high-density current detection in China. Therefore, this paper improves the recursive least squares (RLS) algorithm and applies it to the practical model of short-circuit current calculation of photovoltaic power plants and describes the improvement process of the algorithm in detail. At the same time, this paper designs relevant experiments and analysis to count the data of the improved RLS algorithm in the short-circuit current calculation of the actual photovoltaic power station and combines the data of this part to test and analyze the ability of the algorithm. The experimental results in this paper show that the improved RLS algorithm has a very good improvement in the calculation accuracy of the short-circuit current calculation of photovoltaic power plants in the actual model calculation. The main core of software engineering key technologies is the development of software services, ensuring the scientificity, security, and stability of the application software engineering system. At present, China's economic development urgently needs the support of software engineering technology. Based on the T-ACO algorithm, the scientificity of software engineering and the accuracy of data have been significantly improved compared with traditional software engineering technology. It plays an important role in promoting the follow-up software engineering technology. In order to effectively analyze the key technology of engineering software, an improved ant colony algorithm based on T distribution is proposed in this paper. Because the basic ant colony algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimum and the optimization accuracy is low, in the optimization process, at the beginning of the pheromone update, the introduction of the T distribution is helpful for the basic ant colony algorithm to make up for its shortcomings. Adding pheromone variables to the basic ant colony algorithm improves the diversity of the ant colony, thereby eliminating the limitations of local optimal solutions. At the same time, the T-ACO algorithm also improves the search accuracy and convergence speed of automatic data generation in software engineering. In this paper, the performance of the T-ACO algorithm is simulated by experiments. Experimental analysis shows that when the population size is small, the T-ACO algorithm may sometimes not converge to the optimal solution, but when the population size is large (≥50), the T-ACO algorithm may converge to the optimal solution. It can realize the coverage of the total path by the output test case set. While the other two algorithms can achieve full path coverage, they are not stable, resulting in an average coverage between 90% and 100%. The T-ACO algorithm not only has good accuracy in creating test case sets, but also has good algorithm performance, and it is suitable as a multipath test case creation algorithm. The proper application of machine learning and genetic algorithms in the early stage of library design can obtain better all-around building performance. The all-around performance of the library, such as indoor temperature, solar radiation, indoor lighting, etc., must be fully considered in the initial design stage. Aiming at building performance optimization and based on the method of "generative design", this paper constructs the library's comprehensive performance evaluation workflow and rapid prediction combined with the LightGBM algorithm. A library in a cold region of China is taken as the research object to verify its application. In this study, 5000 scheme samples generated in the iterative genetic optimization process were taken as data sets. The LightGBM algorithm was used to classify and predict design schemes, with a precision of 0.78, recall rate of 0.93, and F1-Score of 0.851. This method can help architects to fully exploit the optimization potential of the building's all-around performance in the initial stage of library design and ensure the timely interaction and feedback between design decisions and performance evaluation. A trend in the development of spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technology is the shift from a single-satellite repeated observation mode to a multi-satellite collaborative observation mode. However, current multi-satellite collaborative geolocation algorithms face challenges, such as geometric model mismatch and poor baseline estimation accuracy, arising from highly dynamic changes among multi-satellites. This paper introduces a high-precision and efficient geolocation algorithm for a spaceborne bistatic interferometric SAR (BiInSAR) system based on an improved range–Doppler (IRD) model. The proposed algorithm encompasses three key contributions. Firstly, a comprehensive description of the spatial baseline geometric model unique to the bistatic configuration is provided, with a specific focus on deriving the perpendicular baseline expression. Secondly, IRD geolocation functions are established to meet the specific requirements of the bistatic configuration. Then, a novel BiInSAR geolocation algorithm based on the IRD's functions is proposed, which can significantly improve the target geolocation accuracy by modifying the range–Doppler equation to suit the bistatic configuration. Meanwhile, a low-coupling parallel calculation method is proposed, which can improve the calculation speed by two to three times. Finally, the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm are demonstrated using experimental data acquired by the TH-2 satellite, which is China's first spaceborne BiInSAR system. The experimental results prove that the IRD algorithm exhibits geolocation accuracy with an average error of less than 1 m and a standard deviation of less than 2.5 m while maintaining computational efficiency at a calculation speed of 1,429,678 pixels per second. Solving Rank Constrained Least Squares via Recursive Importance Sketching In statistics and machine learning, we sometimes run into the rank-constrained least squares problems, for which we need to find the best low-rank fit between sets of data, such as trying to figure out what factors are affecting the data, filling in missing information, or finding connections between different sets of data. This paper introduces a new method for solving this problem called the recursive importance sketching algorithm (RISRO), in which the central idea is to break the problem down into smaller, easier parts using a unique technique called "recursive importance sketching." This new method is not only easy to use, but it is also very efficient and gives accurate results. We prove that RISRO converges in a local quadratic-linear and quadratic rate under some mild conditions. Simulation studies also demonstrate the superior performance of RISRO. In this paper, we propose a recursive importance sketching algorithm for rank-constrained least squares optimization (RISRO). The key step of RISRO is recursive importance sketching, a new sketching framework based on deterministically designed recursive projections, and it significantly differs from the randomized sketching in the literature. Several existing algorithms in the literature can be reinterpreted under this new sketching framework, and RISRO offers clear advantages over them. RISRO is easy to implement and computationally efficient, and the core procedure in each iteration is to solve a dimension-reduced least squares problem. We establish the local quadratic-linear and quadratic rate of convergence for RISRO under some mild conditions. We also discover a deep connection of RISRO to the Riemannian Gauss–Newton algorithm on fixed rank matrices. The effectiveness of RISRO is demonstrated in two applications in machine learning and statistics: low-rank matrix trace regression and phase retrieval. A large number of insect pests in the forest will seriously affect the construction of forest resources and agriculture in China. In this regard, in order to deeply understand and analyze the existing forest pest detection technology, it is found that it cannot meet practical needs. In order to prevent the harm caused by forest pests, it is necessary to correctly identify the types of pests and take targeted control measures. Therefore, this paper proposes a forest pest detection algorithm based on improved YOLOX. Firstly, aiming at the problem that there are few image data of real deep forest pests in the wild, we use Mosaic, Mixup, and random erasure data enhancement to preprocess the images. Secondly, in order to extract fine-grained features, shallow information is introduced into the existing network architecture, and a two-way cross-scale feature fusion mechanism is adopted. In recent years, for China, animation industry is a relatively new and mature emerging national sunrise industry after animation industry, which appears on the world stage more and more frequently and is widely concerned and valued by people from all over the world. Therefore, this paper innovatively uses the convolutional neural network algorithm to innovate the color matching generation of animation characters and improve the traditional technology of color matching for animation characters. In this paper, we mainly use Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Network and VGG model, and multiscale discriminator theory and use ACGAN research method. And we study this paper's innovative LMV-ACGAN research method, and we have come to the conclusion that other models have higher collapse rate than this model; this model has higher color matching of anime characters. With the rapid development of China's economy, people are eager for an effective way to relieve work pressure and strengthen their health at the same time. Outdoor sport is one of the best choices for people. However, the amount of recommended data on the network is very large. As a result, when people understand outdoor sports through the network, they cannot effectively obtain the information they want. This is the problem of "information overload," and personalized recommendation system can effectively alleviate this problem. In order to effectively recommend outdoor sports to users, a useful attempt was made in the personalized recommendation system for outdoor sports in this paper. The specific work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the current situation of outdoor sports in China was summarized, and the related technologies of the recommendation system were studied, including user modeling technology, recommendation target modeling technology, and recommendation algorithm. In order to obtain better recommendation effect, this paper proposes to mix user-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, project-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, and content-based recommendation algorithm. The hybrid algorithm adopts the way of feature expansion and weighted combination. Firstly, the hybrid model (model 1) of user-based collaborative filtering recommendation and content-based recommendation is obtained. Secondly, the hybrid model (model 2) based on project collaborative filtering recommendation and content-based recommendation was obtained. Finally, model 1 and model 2 were combined together to get a hybrid model with better final recommendation effect. Chinese traditional culture is a typical "moral culture," and traditional morality is the core and essence of culture. However, in recent years, the phenomenon of following the trend of rural construction has been particularly serious, and many villages have lost their original features. To solve the above problems, the genetic algorithm can be used to further explore the traditional culture of urbanization construction. A genetic algorithm is a natural evolutionary process that imitates natural selection and genetic operation in nature to obtain optimal solution, in which genetic operation mainly includes the processes of gene replication, crossover, and mutation. This paper studies the traditional culture of urbanization construction based on the genetic algorithm under the concept of environmental protection. Among the accuracy of urban construction land expansion, in 2018, the accuracy of ant colony algorithm, data mining algorithm, and particle swarm optimization algorithm is 58%, 51.8%, and 56.7%, respectively. The accuracy of this genetic algorithm is as high as 58.8%. It can be seen that the genetic algorithm in this paper has the highest accuracy in the expansion of urban construction land. Therefore, in the process of large-scale urbanization based on the genetic algorithm, we should pay attention to not being separated from traditional culture, not letting farmers lose their regional culture, local culture, and grassroots culture, and protecting the cultural-ecological environment on which these cultures depend. At present, the development of value chain mainly shows that the added value is positive; otherwise, the industrial value chain will be eliminated. Therefore, the construction and measurement of the industrial value chain height can effectively avoid the collapse of the industrial value chain caused by the low system value of the value chain. In this paper, the mobile virtualization channel allocation algorithm is used to construct the multi-objective industrial value chain height index, and the actual industrial value chain height in China is measured. This paper first describes the channel allocation algorithm of mobile virtualization, extracts the allocation rules of the algorithm, constructs the model of multi-objective industrial value chain, then measures the value chain of eight regions in China combined with the elements of technology, production, and marketing in the height of value chain, and quantitatively compares the results of value chain height of different regions according to the embeddedness and depth. Finally, it puts forward the improvement scheme for the measurement results and the problems faced by the value chain. The research shows that the average value chain height of South China is about 70.86, while the average value chain height of Northwest China is about 46.58, ranging from 40.58 to 60.45. Through quantitative data, the value chain height of South China is generally higher than that of Northwest China by more than 50%, which may be related to the innovation of technology and the imitation form of production. The Fujian Province is located at the junction of the Belt and Road and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, with a unique geographical location and natural resource advantages. In order to analyze the international competitiveness of China-made mobile phones, this paper combines data mining algorithms to analyze the international competitiveness of China's mobile phone industry, improve the international market share of China-made mobile phones, and study the concept of multiattribute problems and related research methods. Moreover, the paper carries out the model description of the selected research methods combining principal component analysis, data envelopment analysis, and sorting method approaching the ideal solution. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common cause of dementia. Accurate prediction and diagnosis of AD and its prodromal stage, i.e., mild cognitive impairment (MCI), is essential for the possible delay and early treatment for the disease. In this paper, we adopt the data from the China Longitudinal Aging Study (CLAS), which was launched in 2011, and includes a joint effort of 15 institutions all over the country. Four thousand four hundred and eleven people who are at least 60 years old participated in the project, where 3,514 people completed the baseline survey. The survey collected data including demographic information, daily lifestyle, medical history, and routine physical examination. In particular, we employ ensemble learning and feature selection methods to develop an explainable prediction model for AD and MCI. Five feature selection methods and nine machine learning classifiers are applied for comparison to find the most dominant features on AD/MCI prediction. The resulting model achieves accuracy of 89.2%, sensitivity of 87.7%, and specificity of 90.7% for MCI prediction, and accuracy of 99.2%, sensitivity of 99.7%, and specificity of 98.7% for AD prediction. We further utilize the SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) algorithm to visualize the specific contribution of each feature to AD/MCI prediction at both global and individual levels. Consequently, our model not only provides the prediction outcome, but also helps to understand the relationship between lifestyle/physical disease history and cognitive function, and enables clinicians to make appropriate recommendations for the elderly. Global warming has constituted a major global problem. Carbon dioxide emissions from the burning of fossil fuels are the main cause of global warming. Therefore, carbon dioxide emission forecasting has attracted widespread attention. Aiming at the problem of carbon dioxide emissions forecasting, this paper proposes a new hybrid forecasting model of carbon dioxide emissions, which combines the marine predator algorithm (MPA) and multi-kernel support vector regression. For further strengthening the prediction accuracy, a novel variant of MPA is proposed, called EGMPA, which introduces the elite opposition-based learning strategy and the golden sine algorithm into MPA. Algorithm test results show that EGMPA can effectively improve the convergence speed and optimization accuracy. The carbon dioxide emission data of China from 1965 to 2020 are taken as the research objects. Root-mean-square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) are used to evaluate the performance of the proposed model. The proposed multi-kernel support vector regression model is used to forecast China's carbon dioxide emissions during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. The results show that the proposed model has RMSE of 37.43 Mt, MAE of 30.63 Mt, and MAPE of 0.32%, which significantly improves the prediction accuracy and can accurately and effectively predict China's carbon dioxide emissions. In order to solve the problems of machine translation efficiency and translation quality, this paper proposes an English translation evaluation system based on the BP neural network algorithm. This method provides users with a more intelligent machine translation service experience. With the help of the BP neural network algorithm, taking English online translation as the research object, Google's translation quality is the best, with an error frequency of only 167, while Baidu translation and iFLYTEK translation in China have a high error rate of 266 and 301, respectively, which is much higher than Google translation. In the era of "Internet +," the world economy is increasingly globalized and informatized, the development of China's B2C e-commerce is facing unprecedented opportunities, but it is also constrained by consumption risks. Consumption risk will make consumers have a crisis of trust in e-commerce, which brings uncertainty to the development of B2C. Therefore, it is very necessary to predict and prevent consumption risks in B2C e-commerce and take corresponding legal countermeasures. It is well known that neural networks (NNs) have strong predictive ability, but there are also problems such as lack of stability. As a result, in order to improve the prediction ability of neural network, principal component analysis and particle swarm technology are proposed in this paper as well as its stability and prediction error. The risk prediction accuracy of the BP NN (BPNN) technique was the lowest at 60% and the maximum at 70%, according to the experimental results of this research. The GA-BP technique has the lowest risk prediction accuracy of 80 percent. The risk prediction accuracy of the PSO-BP method is the lowest with 90% and the highest with 100%. Based on the aging trend of the population and clinical needs, this paper proposes a bowel sound acquisition system and a defecation pre-warning method and system based on a semi-supervised generative adversarial network. Visually inspecting integrated circuit (IC) wire bonding defects is important to ensuring the product quality after the packaging process. The availability of IC X-ray images offers an unprecedented opportunity of studying the image-based automatic IC wire inspection. In this paper, a data-driven method consists of data pre-processing, feature engineering, and classification is developed to address such problem. The data pre-processing is composed of a chip identification algorithm for locating and separating IC chip image patches from the raw images as well as a wire segmentation algorithm for obtaining the wire region. Next, geometric features extracted from the segmented wires are fed into classification models for identifying defects. Five data mining methods are utilised to develop classification models. The vision detection system (VDS) and convolutional neural networks (CNN) are considered as benchmarks. In computational studies, the effectiveness of the developed method is validated by using X-ray images collected from a semiconductor back-end factory in Mainland China. A comparative analysis is conducted to determine the most suitable classifier for the developed method in the chip classification and the SVM model is finally selected. In landslide disaster warning, a variety of monitoring and warning methods are commonly adopted. However, most monitoring and warning methods cannot provide information in advance, and serious losses are often caused when landslides occur. To advance the warning time before a landslide, an innovative advance landslide prediction and warning model based on a stacking fusion algorithm using Baishuihe landslide data is proposed in this paper. The Baishuihe landslide area is characterized by unique soil and is in the Three Gorges region of China, with a subtropical monsoon climate. Based on Baishuihe historical data and real-time monitoring of the landslide state, four warning level thresholds and trigger conditions for each warning level are established. The model effectively integrates the results of multiple prediction and warning submodels to provide predictions and advance warnings through the fusion of two stacking learning layers. The possibility that a risk priority strategy can be used as a substitute for the stacking model is also discussed. Finally, an experimental simulation verifies that the proposed improved model can not only provide advance landslide warning but also effectively reduce the frequency of false warnings and mitigate the issues of traditional single models. The sparse triangular solver (SpTRSV) is mostly used for scientific and engineering applications. The structured-grid triangular solver of regular dependencies (STRSV) is a special kind of SpTRSV. Some general SpTRSVs that disregards the regularity of the matrix are unsuitable for solving this problem. This paper proposes an efficient parallel algorithm for STRSV on the SW26010 (a kind of China independently designed many-core processors), namely swStructTRSV. The algorithm makes full use of the fine-grained and low latency communication characteristics of the SW26010 to reduce the waiting time for synchronization, maximizes the regularity of access to improve memory access bandwidth, and achieves overlap between memory access and computation simultaneously. Moreover, the idea of the algorithm can be extended to incomplete LU factorization (ILU factorization) because of consistent dependencies. The experimental results on a core group(8 * 8 network composed of 64 cores) of SW26010 show that swStructTRSV can achieve an average speedup of over 30 in the sequential version. swStructTRSV on SW26010 achieves solving speedups of 2.2 and 6.3 over the fast STRSV (fSpTRSV) previously implemented on SW26010 and MKL on Intel Xeon Gold 6132, respectively. swStructTRSV significantly outperforms cuSparse on NVIDIA TITAN RTX in terms of overall execution time. This paper presents a massively parallel approach of the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (PMLFMA) on homegrown many-core SW26010 cluster of China, noted as (SW-PMLFMA), for 3-D electromagnetic scattering problems. In this approach, the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (MLFMA) octree is first partitioned among management processing elements (MPEs) of SW26010 processors following the ternary partitioning scheme using the message passing interface (MPI). Then, the computationally intensive parts of the PMLFMA on each MPI process, matrix filling, aggregation and disaggregation are accelerated by using all the 64 computing processing elements (CPEs) in the same core group of the MPE via the Athread parallel programming model. Different parallelization strategies are designed for many-core accelerators to ensure a high computational throughput. In coincidence with the special characteristic of local Lagrange interpolation, the compressed sparse row (CSR) and the compressed sparse column (CSC) sparse matrix storage format is used for storing interpolation and anterpolation matrices, respectively, together with a specially designed cache mechanism of hybrid dynamic and static buffers using the scratchpad memory (SPM) to improve data access efficiency. Such concentration has generated an unexpected impact on the way we understand and appreciate creativity, on copyright enforcement and determination of liability on content platforms, and on the regulation of the cultural market by the government. Specifically, the concentration of power in content platforms has not only curbed direct online piracies to a large extent but has also accelerated the fragmentation of copyright enforcement and spawned the need for algorithmic recommendation and filtering systems, which in turn has reinforced the cultural censorship system of China. This paper argues that the employment of algorithms by platforms must be treated with prudence: the algorithmic decision-making systems employed by platforms must be transparent as much as possible, and remedies must be provided for concerned users. The algorithms employed by content platforms must be adjusted to reflect not just the interests of the platforms but also the public interest in accessing and delivering information and local policy considerations. Based on 130 climate signal indexes provided by National Climate Center of China, this paper established a decision tree diagnostic prediction model for Spring Kuroshio Sea Surface Temperature (SST) from 1961 to 2015 (65 years) by using Chi-Squared Automatic Interaction Detector (CHAID) algorithm in data mining and obtained five rule sets to determine whether Spring Kuroshio SST is high or not. Considering the data of the 44 years from 1961 to 2004 as the training set of the model and the other years as the test set, the training accuracy of the model can reach to 95.45% and the test accuracy can reach to 81.82%. Three types of Spring Kuroshio SST are different in intensity and distribution. The results show that the prediction model of Spring Kuroshio SST based on CHAID algorithm has a high prediction accuracy, with the reasonable and effective model and the well-thought-out decision rules. Moreover, based on the results of decision classification, the SST anomalies correspond to different distribution characteristics of summer daily precipitation anomalies in eastern China, which can provide a new idea and method for climate prediction of regional summer precipitation. An effective financial distress prediction model is essential, as financial distress of listed companies will cause big problems for listed company owners, shareholders, banks, and regulators. Due to the special circumstances of China, Chinese listed companies that received the 'special treatment' label are considered to be in financial distress in this paper. We construct a relatively new and complete financial distress data set of Chinese listed companies from 2014 to 2019. Their 14 financial indicators of year t - 2 are used to predict whether they will receive the ST label in year t. When building the prediction model, we first propose GA-MLP algorithm in which the Multi-Layer Perception (MLP) is optimized using Genetic Algorithm (GA) which could automatically determine the parameter values and the number of neurons in each hidden layer at the same time, and then a novel diversity-considered GA-MLP ensemble algorithm (DGAMLPE) is proposed to improve the performance. We objectively test the proposed algorithms on the constructed financial distress data set and five other datasets, and compare them with other 7 algorithms in terms of accuracy, F1-score, and AUC. Animal husbandry is the pillar industry in some ethnic areas of China. However, the communication/networking infrastructure in these areas is often underdeveloped, thus the difficulty in centralized management, and challenges for the effective monitoring. Considering the dynamics of the field monitoring environment, as well as the diversity and mobility of monitoring targets, traditional WSN (Wireless Sensor Networks) or IoT (Internet of Things) is difficult to meet the surveillance needs. Mobile surveillance that features the collaboration of various functions (camera, sensing, image recognition, etc.) deployed on mobile devices is desirable in a volatile wireless environment. This paper proposes the service function chaining for mobile surveillance of animal husbandry, which orchestrates multi-path multifunction (MPMF) chains to help mobile devices to collaborate in complex surveillance tasks, provide backup chains in case the primary service function chain fails due to mobility, signal strength, obstacle, etc., and make up for the defects of difficult deployment of monitoring facilities in ethnic areas. MPMF algorithmmodels both mobile devices and various functions deployed on them as abstract graph nodes, so that chains that are required to traverse various functions and hosting mobile devices can be orchestrated in a single graphbased query through modified and adapted Dijkstra-like algorithms, with their cost ordered automatically. Experiment results show that the proposed MPMF algorithm finds multiple least-costly chains that traverse demanded functions in a timely fashion on Raspberry Pi-equipped mobile devices.
