Knowledge map is a new method of knowledge management with the information revolution. This paper is aimed at forming a systematic and standardized huge redundant knowledge structure, which can be used to mine the knowledge structure and the relationship between knowledge and visualize it in a graphical way, in order to obtain more representative information and improve the classification accuracy of text classification model. In this paper, a knowledge map construction method based on the Text CNN algorithm is proposed for the subject of Nautical English. It is of practical significance and academic value to make use of knowledge map to study Chinese Maritime English, which is helpful to the development of Chinese Maritime English and provides guidance. In order to maintain the diversity of particle swarm optimization, the Text CNN algorithm is combined with the construction of Maritime English subject knowledge map, and the network parameters and structure are optimized. Chinese traditional culture is a typical "moral culture," and traditional morality is the core and essence of culture. However, in recent years, the phenomenon of following the trend of rural construction has been particularly serious, and many villages have lost their original features. To solve the above problems, the genetic algorithm can be used to further explore the traditional culture of urbanization construction. A genetic algorithm is a natural evolutionary process that imitates natural selection and genetic operation in nature to obtain optimal solution, in which genetic operation mainly includes the processes of gene replication, crossover, and mutation. This paper studies the traditional culture of urbanization construction based on the genetic algorithm under the concept of environmental protection. Among the accuracy of urban construction land expansion, in 2018, the accuracy of ant colony algorithm, data mining algorithm, and particle swarm optimization algorithm is 58%, 51.8%, and 56.7%, respectively. The accuracy of this genetic algorithm is as high as 58.8%. It can be seen that the genetic algorithm in this paper has the highest accuracy in the expansion of urban construction land. Therefore, in the process of large-scale urbanization based on the genetic algorithm, we should pay attention to not being separated from traditional culture, not letting farmers lose their regional culture, local culture, and grassroots culture, and protecting the cultural-ecological environment on which these cultures depend. In order to actively respond to the "14th Five-Year Plan," the PGA algorithm is used to develop a new energy planning strategy in this paper. The project can make full use of my country's abundant renewable energy resources, encourage energy conservation and reduction of emissions, improve the energy structure's low-carbon level, support the development of smart green energy, and achieve ecological civilization construction. This solution can show users how much greenhouse gas emissions can be reduced through some environmental changes, as well as the basic issues of meeting the future energy needs. It can display the benefits, costs, and emissions data under different scenarios in the future and use the scenario demonstration method to show energy planning to make energy data more vivid. It allows people, technicians, and decision makers to understand what will happen to China's carbon emissions over time in the next 15 years. This paper innovatively combines a particle swarm optimization algorithm with a genetic algorithm and designs a PGA algorithm for path optimization. In terms of carbon emission reduction, comparative trials demonstrate that the PGA algorithm's path optimization is 58.06 percent greater than the genetic algorithm; In terms of cost, the PGA algorithm's path optimization is 15.72% less expensive than the genetic algorithm's. Accurate predictions of the air quality index (AQI) is critical for pollution control and air quality warning. However, this is challenging because of the nonlinearity of data and the uncertainty between data relationships. This paper proposes a combinatorial model based on an improved adaptive dynamic particle swarm optimization (ADPSO) algorithm to optimize a bidirectional gated recurrent unit (BiGRU) neural network to predict AQI time series and capture data dependence. The ADPSO method incorporates a dynamic spatial search strategy into the standard particle swarm optimization method, allowing the parameters to be dynamically adjusted to balance global and local search capabilities, thus improving the performance and effectiveness of this optimization process. Compared to the BiGRU model, the PSO‐BiGRU model, and the radial basis neural,the results of the improved algorithm reveal that the root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of the ADPSO‐BiGRU predicted air pollution index are smaller than the errors of the other three models. The accuracy of the ADPSO‐BiGRU prediction model is higher than that of the other models, and it aids in the development of effective regional air quality management policies to reduce the negative impacts of pollution. Artificial upwelling (AU) is widely recognized as a geoengineering tool to enhance oceanic fertility and stimulate the earth's capability of self-healing. Several air-lifted AU systems have been established to promote seaweed growth and facilitate carbon sequestration, for instance, in Norway and China. However, few researchers have addressed the critical issue of optimizing the layout of the underwater nozzle array (UNA), a key component of the air-lifted AU system. In this paper, we propose a novel method to optimize the layout of UNA by introducing and improving the discrete particle swarm optimization (DPSO) algorithm to guide the optimal nozzle positions. Furthermore, we develop the nutrient transport efficiency model to evaluate the performance of the AU system and apply it to investigate a typical AU system, namely the one in Aoshan Bay, China. Our results demonstrate that the proposed DPSO algorithm outperforms the conventional particle swarm optimization algorithm and the nutrient transport efficiency under the optimized UNA layouts was improved by an average of 14.5% to 35.0% compared to randomly generated layouts. This study utilized the deep belief network (DBN) model to predict permeability, which has been shown to be superior in data fitting compared to traditional machine learning models. However, the DBN model requires optimization of multiple hyper-parameters in modeling, making it challenging to ensure that the model parameters are optimal. To address this issue, the improved quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization (IQPSO) algorithm was introduced to optimize the DBN parameters and propose an IQPSO–DBN model. The research focused on the tight sandstone reservoirs of the Baiyanghe Formation in the geothermal field of Zhangye Basin, Northern China. Two experiments were designed to evaluate the prediction ability of the IQPSO–DBN model, and it was compared with other models such as stepwise iteration, support vector regression, group method of data handling, and extreme gradient boosting methods. The results demonstrated that the IQPSO–DBN model can effectively predict permeability in pure data drive, and it had the lowest prediction error compared to the other models. Therefore, the combination of the DBN model and the IQPSO algorithm can be a powerful tool for permeability prediction, which can have significant implications in geothermal fields and other related fields. The coordinated control systems (CCS) in ultra-supercritical thermal power unit, like many other industrial systems, is a complex multivariable system with severe nonlinearity, strong multivariable coupling and uncertainties. In order to meet the requirements of operational stability, economy. etc in ultra-supercritical unit, it is necessary to establish its accurate mathematical model and further design the advanced controller. Against this background, a new fuzzy neural network modeling method is proposed in this paper. First of all, the incremental model is considered separately to improve the rationality of the local linear model structure. Then, the parameters in antecedent part is initialized by a kernel k -means++ algorithm, in which Xie-Beni index is used to optimize the number of fuzzy rules. Finally, supervised adaptive gradient descent algorithm and artificial immune particle swarm optimization algorithm work in stages to complete the training of the consequent part parameters. The proposed modeling method in this paper is applied to a 1000 MW unit in China and shows satisfactory accuracy. In the established model, the MSE of power output, main steam pressure and separator outlet steam temperature are 0.0099, 1.21E-4, 0.0023, respectively. Because of the relatively low accuracy of the current asphalt pavement performance prediction, a new pavement performance prediction model was established based on the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm and support vector machine regression (SVR) algorithm. First, the SVR algorithm was introduced into the model to deal with the nonlinear regression. Then the PSO algorithm was applied to improve the searching efficiency and parameter continuity of the SVR algorithm. The pavement inspection data of an expressway in eastern China from 2006 to 2015 were used to verify the results, proving the feasibility of the PSO-SVR prediction model. The research results show that the model using particle swarm optimization has a fast convergence speed, and the optimized support vector machine has better rutting prediction performance and perfect generalization, and the prediction accuracy and reliability are higher than those of unoptimized support vector machine model. In view of the lack of long-term AOD (Aerosol Optical Depth) data, PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm is introduced and joint used with NLSM (the nonlinear least square method) to improve visibility-AOD retrieval method, which is referred to as the PSO-M-Elterman model and significantly increases data available rate by 8% and correlation by about 20% with the true value in the experimental group. The mean absolute error, the proportion of the smaller absolute error and the root mean square error in the PSO-M-Elterman model experimental group are 0.0314 and 91.23%, 0.0509 respectively, which significantly outperforms other groups. The main increase of AOD was found in the eastern region (South China, East China, Central China) and Taklimakan with the trend coefficients of 2.67, 2.46, 2.13, and 1.45 (×10−3 yr−1) in recent 55 years, which may not be interpreted by the influence of relative humidity. Long-term change of AOD in east China is mainly caused by human activity, and the AOD is higher in cities with a larger population and more human activity. Daily actual evapotranspiration (ET) and its components – soil evaporation (E) and vegetation transpiration (T) – play a key role in water resource management of irrigated areas. Nevertheless, due to large uncertainties in the parameterization of the resistances in irrigated areas, traditional ET models do not always provide accurate ET estimates, especially for its components. This uncertainty is mainly due to the difficulty of determining the empirical parameters accurately of soil and canopy resistances which is debated for a long time and the error in input variables. This paper proposed an optimized Shuttleworth-Wallace model (SW) using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to integrate the original SW with the surface temperature-vegetation index (Ts-VI) triangle models (named Shuttleworth & Wallace_Temperature Vegetation Index model, SW_TVI).The performance of the SW_TVI model was significantly improved by optimizing the soil and canopy resistances in the original SW model using discontinuous regional ET estimates from the Ts-VI model under clear-sky conditions. Compared with the original SW model, the root mean squared error (RMSE) and mean absolute deviation (MAD) of the SW_TVI model were reduced by more than 30%, against in situ measurements in the Heihe River Basin. The Bias of the T/ET ratio was also significantly reduced from -22.3% for the original SW model to -5.5% for the SW_TVI model. The annual contributions of E and T to ET were about 20% and 80%, respectively, and had a strong seasonal variation in the typical irrigated area of China. In summary, the SW_TVI model shows three outstanding advantages: (1) it estimates daily continuous E, T, and total ET with high accuracy; (2) it is very robust and insensitive or slightly sensitive to most input variables and empirical parameters; (3) it is independent from ground data.
