New to the 2020 Edition: In Part 7, coverage of the Lucero and Bandemer cases, both now being reviewed by the United States Supreme Court, on the question whether state courts can exercise jurisdiction in product liability cases over claims against a manufacturer arising out of products purchased in another state – a question that became salient with the Court's decision in the Bristo-Myers Squib case in 2017.
