¿Qué funciones cumplen los preceptores dentro de la trama escolar? ¿Cómo se relacionan con docentes, directivos, asesores, tutores? ¿Cómo proceden ante la complejidad de cuestiones con las que chicas y chicos llegan a la escuela, y qué aportan sus desempeños? ¿Construyen información? ¿Se solicitan sus opiniones? 'The presented publication is aimed at philosophy or social sciences high school teachers, students and didacticians. In the first part of the opening study, the author argues for such conception of high school philosophy education that focuses on the development of students'autonomous philosophical thinking and elaborates philosophical competencies for this purpose. In the second part of the study, main conceptions within German didactics of philosophy are introduced and its prevailing principles, also suitable for Czech conditions, are pointed out. The texts included in the anthology are divided into three parts: 1) theoretical texts introducing the main conceptions of philosophy education (E. Martens, A. Rösch, M. Tiedemann etc.), 2) methodical texts focused on specific methods developing philosophical thinking (such as thought experiments, philosophical theatre, reading, writing and discussion methods), and 3) a comprehensive text concerning assessment of philosophical thinking, including examples of assessment criteria for diff erent types of tasks (D. Schmidt, P. von Ruthendorf).'

Het toegankelijke handboek is een inspiratiebron voor actuele afstudeerthema's en biedt praktisch gereedschap om jarenlang door te blijven groeien in het docentschap. Daarmee slaat de uitgave een gedegen brug naar de werkelijkheid in de klas. Van ‘Hoe onderwijs ik mijn leerlingen?'tot ‘Hoe ontwikkel ik mezelf als leraar?'Alle hoofdvragen van de docent in spe staan beantwoord in Handboek voor leraren. Leerpsychologietheorieën en de bijbehorende didactiek worden omschreven in deel A. Deel B behandelt de interactie met leerlingen, pesten en ordehandhaving. Der Terminus „Kompetenz“ stellt für jeden Lehramtsstudierenden spätestens ab der zweiten Vorlesungswoche mehr als ein geflügeltes Wort dar, denn „Kompetenzen“ sind vielmehr zum Prinzip, zum Schlüssel, zur „conditio sine qua non“ für funktionierendes Lernen geworden. Doch wie entwickelte sich der Kompetenzgedanke? Während die Lehrpläne der Nachkriegszeit stark vom Duktus der Besatzungsmächte beeinflusst waren, zeichnete sich ab den Siebzigern und im Zuge reformpädagogischer Leitgedanken eine klare Tendenz der Veränderung ab. Ziele wurden weiter gefasst, Bildungsinhalte genderunabhängig thematisiert und seit 2004 ist wohl nur noch ein Leitgedanke kennzeichnend: Kompetenzorientierung. Diese Untersuchung ist nicht allein unter schultheoretischen Aspekten zu betrachten, denn sie skizziert insbesondere Auf- und Umbrüche, zeigt Konträreres und Äquivalentes immer im Schatten der geltenden bildungspolitischen Umstände und gibt einen Ausblick auf künftige Tendenzen. Dieses Werk urteilt weder über den bildungspolitischen Wert eines Lehr- oder Bildungsplans noch versucht es, schultheoretische oder didaktische Implikationen als optimal zu befinden. Hier wird dargestellt, in welchem Kontext Bildungspläne stets zu betrachten sind, welche Möglichkeiten die damalige und heutige Schulpolitik in Baden-Württemberg hatte, aber auch welche Grenzen ihr gesetzt waren und sind. Statt einen empirischen Befund zu liefern, sollen die Fakten dieser Untersuchung vor allem zum Mit- und Weiterdenken in (bildungs-)politischen Umbruchzeiten anregen.
