The Bees Algorithm, a swarm-based technique inspired by the foraging behaviour of honeybees, is an ideal tool for tackling challenging optimisation problems. The algorithm is conceptually elegant and extremely easy to apply. All it needs to solve an optimisation problem is a means to evaluate the quality of potential solutions. The goal of the book and the conference is to report and encourage the development and experimental evaluation of field and service robots, and to generate a vibrant exchange and discussion in the community. Field robots are non-factory robots, typically mobile, that operate in complex and dynamic environments: on the ground (Earth or other planets), under the ground, underwater, in the air or in space. Service robots are those that work closely with humans to help them with their lives. The first FSR was held in Canberra, Australia, in1997. Since that first meeting, FSR has been held roughly every two years, cycling through Asia, Americas, Europe.

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 13th International Symposium on Automated Technology for Verification and Analysis, ATVA 2015, held in Shanghai, China, in October 2015. Probabilistic Safety Assessment and Management is a collection of papers presented at the PSAM 7 - ESREL'04 Conference in June 2004.
