The scientific evaluation of agricultural informatization construction level has important theoretical and practical significance, especially with the development of "national rural informatization demonstration province construction pilot," and the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation of agricultural informatization results of the index system has become an urgent problem to develop China's agricultural informatization. This paper draws on relevant research results to build an index system for evaluating the performance of agricultural informatization in three dimensions: the external environment, the internal environment, and the operational effect of agricultural informatization, and the study uses SPSS software to conduct factor analysis and improve the constructed index system. Then the interval intuitionistic fuzzy mathematics is applied to construct the RAIM performance evaluation model, which is verified by Hunan Province, and on this basis, the improvement measures of rural agricultural information management construction are proposed. How to model the 2019 CoronaVirus (2019-nCov) spread in China is one of the most urgent and interesting problems in applied mathematics. In this paper, we propose a novel time delay dynamic system with external source to describe the trend of local outbreak for the 2019-nCoV. The external source is introduced in the newly proposed dynamic system, which can be considered as the suspected people travel to different areas. The numerical simulations exhibit the dynamic system with the external source is more reliable than the one without it, and the rate of isolation is extremely important for controlling the increase of cumulative confirmed people of 2019-nCoV. Based on our numerical simulation results with the public data, we suggest that the local government should have some more strict measures to maintain the rate of isolation. George Keith Batchelor (1920–2000, FRS 1957) was a towering figure in the twentieth century international fluid mechanics community. Much has been written about him since his death. This article presents an account of Batchelor's early interactions and relationships with Chinese fluid dynamicists and his continuing inspirational influence on them, which have not yet been documented in English. The theory of homogeneous turbulence, to which Batchelor contributed greatly, has had both indirect and direct inspirational influence on generations of Chinese fluid dynamicists, as they have sought to make their own contributions. Batchelor made visits to China in 1980 and 1983. His first ice-breaking trip to China in April 1980 is of special importance to Sino-British fluid mechanics and to China, even though Batchelor did not speak about turbulence but instead about his more recent research interest, microhydrodynamics. Batchelor's philosophical view of applied mathematics (fluid mechanics)—that 'You have got to inject some physical thinking as well as mathematical thinking'—has had great inspirational influence on generations of fluid dynamicists in the UK, in China, and around the world. Batchelor's generosity of spirit and frugality of habit is warmly remembered by his students and Chinese friends. The author presents details of Batchelor's interaction with Chinese fluid dynamicists in the 1980s within the general context of the scientific relationship between China and the UK.
