Quantitative methods for determining the quality of scientific publications evolved gradually from popularity methods to prestige methods. However, existing methods have some drawbacks, such as inability to account for important factors and mutual reinforcement between different entities, and limitation of using novel information techniques like artificial intelligence (AI) methods. This study proposes an intelligent time-aware mutual reinforcement ranking (TAMRR) model that accounts for mutual reinforcement, and temporal factors, such as the time of citation, to measure the prestige of scientific papers. The method also considers the distribution of the co-authors' contributions, which indicates the credit allocation of citations. Moreover, mutual reinforcement which indicates interactive impact between different entities by means of the extension of an AI algorithm, i.e., Hyperlink-Induced Topics Search (HITS) algorithm, is adopted to further explore the interactions of papers, journals and authors. Another AI algorithm, i.e., PageRank, is also enhanced to measure the prestige of papers, journals, and authors in citation networks, which are then used as the inputs to the modified HITS. Experiments on temporal factors and heterogeneous networks reveal that these factors are likely to be informative in prestige measurements. Analysis of correlations suggests that our proposed intelligent ranking method is reasonable. This study offers an intelligent method for researchers, authors, and entrepreneurs to quantify the importance of scientific papers and the conclusions are likely to be of importance for researchers in both the academic and enterprise domains. Intelligent systems on Paper currency recognition and verification are inevitable for modern banking services. These systems are used in Auto-seller machines, vending machines etc. Extracting sufficient and reliable monetary characteristics are essential for accuracy and performance of such systems. This paper proposes a new intelligent system for paper currency recognition. Pakistani paper currency has been considered, as a case study, for intelligent recognition. This paper identifies, introduces, and extracts robust features from Pakistani banknotes. After extracting these features, the paper proposes to use three layers feed-forward Backpropagation Neural Network (BPN) for intelligent classification. The proposed technique and system are simple and comparatively less time consuming which makes it suitable for real-time applications. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed technique, experiments have been conducted on 175 Pakistani banknotes. In this paper, 1,538 papers retrieved with the keywords "sports artificial intelligence (AI)" on the Web of Science database since 2007 were taken as the data source, and the Cite Space V software was used to visualize and analyze them. A visual knowledge graph was used to streamline the countries, institutions and authors conducting sports AI research, discipline distribution, research hotspots and development trends in the past 15 years. Subsequently, its development direction and research progress were discussed. Sports AI was widely distributed, with the US, China and the UK leading the way. The most prolific authors and teams in research on sports AI were concentrated in American universities. Their main research direction is to develop and improve smart wearable devices based on machine learning and deep learning technologies for different groups of people. Research on sports AI involved multiple disciplines, which mainly applied and referred to research methodologies and theories on engineering, computer science and sports science. It could be seen from the frequency and centrality of keywords that in the current field of sports AI, machine learning is the main direction, artificial neural networks is the main algorithm, and practical and empirical research based on data mining is the focus. The research hotspots were divided into three major clusters: physical health promotion, sports injury prevention and control, and athletic performance enhancement. How to introduce intelligent technology into sports for a perfect integration still has an arduous and long way to go. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, the assessment method based on machine learning, especially the ensemble learning method, has attracted more and more attention in the field of credit assessment. However, most of the ensemble assessment models are complex in structure and costly in time for parameter tuning, few of them break through the limitations of lightweight, universal and efficient. This paper present a new ensemble model for personal credit assessment. First, considering the conflicts and differences among multiple sources of information, a new method is proposed to correct the category prior information by using the difference measure. Then, the revised prior information is fused with the current sample information with the help of Bayesian data fusion theory. The model can integrate the advantages of multiple benchmark classifiers to reduce the interference of uncertain information. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed model, several typical ensemble classification models are selected and empirically studied using real customer credit data from a commercial bank in China, and the results show that among various assessment criteria: the proposed model not only effectively improves the multi-class classification performance, but also outperforms other advanced multi-class classification credit assessment models in terms of parameter tuning and generalizability. Bamboo furniture is made of green and environmentally friendly bamboo, there is a unique hand temperature and weaving beauty in addition to bamboo texture and characteristics. In the past, making bamboo furniture relied on the traditional experience of craftsmen, which had less change in appearance and lack of communication with customers, and could not meet the fashion and aesthetic needs of modern people. Therefore, this paper connects deep convolution neural network (DCNN) and deep convolution generative adversarial network (DCGAN) to generate bamboo furniture design that meets customers' emotional needs. First, based on collecting 17856 bamboo furniture in the market, DCNN builds product image recognition models and enhances image recognition performance, thereby optimizing computational efficiency and obtaining high-quality output. The optimal recognition rate of emotional data set throughout the chair product is 98.7%, of which the modern chair has a recognition rate of 99.2%, and the recognition rate of fashion bamboo chairs is 98.2%. Second, DCGAN learns a good intermediate feature from a large quantity of non-marked images and automatically generates product styling that arouses the emotional resonance of customers. Finally, the fashion designers use this creative picture as the source of inspiration, cooperate with individual characteristics and trends of the times, then design green sustainable bamboo chairs. These design plans have increased the variety of product modalities, which greatly enhances customers' emotional satisfaction and increases product sales. The collaborative design method proposed in this paper provides new ideas for generating the emotional design of bamboo furniture, which can also expand to other industrial product designs. The proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) devices has generated an increasing demand for reliability in their utilization. Nevertheless, the significant concern persists regarding the absence of suitable assessment and testing techniques to evaluate the performance of these intelligent systems in real-world conditions. In response to these issues, this paper conducts research on the reliability testing and assessment of AI visual perception systems under vibration stress. The paper introduces the working mechanism of the visual perception system and the various testing methods for AI devices. Based on this, a reliability assessment method for intelligent devices is proposed, which uses the Fréchet distance as the measurement function and environmental adaptability as the reliability metric. Additionally, a vibration test platform for the visual perception system is established, which offers a cost-effective and reliable solution to the high cost issue of field testing for AI devices. Finally, the reliability level of the visual perception system under various vibration conditions is tested through vibration testing. As one of the main methods of information fusion, artificial intelligence class fusion algorithm not only inherits the powerful skills of artificial intelligence, but also inherits many advantages of information fusion. Similarly, as an important sub-field of artificial intelligence class fusion algorithm, deep learning class fusion algorithm also inherits advantages of deep learning and information fusion. Hence, deep learning fusion algorithm has become one of the research hotspots of many scholars. To solve the problem that the existing neural networks are input into multiple channels as a whole and cannot fully learn information of multichannel images, Shan et al. proposed multichannel concat-fusional convolutional neural networks. To mine more multichannel images' information and further explore the performance of different fusion types, the paper proposes new fusional neural networks called multichannel cross-fusion convolutional neural networks (McCfCNNs) with fusion types of "R+G+B/R+G+B/R+G+B" and "R+G/G+B/B+R" based on the tremendous strengths of information fusion. Experiments show that McCfCNNs obtain 0.07-6.09% relative performance improvement in comparison with their corresponding non-fusion convolutional neural networks (CNNs) on diverse datasets (such as CIFAR100, SVHN, CALTECH256, and IMAGENET) under a certain computational complexity. Hence, McCfCNNs with fusion types of "R+G+B/R+G+B/R+G+B" and "R+G/G+B/B+R" can learn more fully multichannel images' information, which provide a method and idea for processing multichannel information fusion, for example, remote sensing satellite images. The purpose of facial expression recognition is to capture facial expression features from static pictures or videos and to provide the most intuitive information about human emotion changes for artificial intelligence devices to use effectively for human-computer interaction. Among the factors, the excessive loss of locally valid information and the irreversible degradation trend of the information at different expression semantic scales with increasing network depth are the main challenges faced currently. To address such problems, an enhanced pyramidal network model combining with triple attention mechanisms is designed in this paper. Firstly, three attention mechanism modules, i.e. CBAM, SK, and SE, are embedded into the backbone network model in stages, and the key features are sensed by using spatial or channel information mining, which effectively reduces the effective information loss caused by the network depth. Then, the pyramid network is used as an extension of the backbone network to obtain the semantic information of expression features across scales. The recognition accuracy reaches 96.25% and 73.61% in the CK+ and Fer2013 expression change datasets, respectively. Furthermore, by comparing with other current advanced methods, it is shown that the proposed network architecture combining with the triple attention mechanism and multi-scale cross-information fusion can simultaneously maintain and improve the information mining ability and recognition accuracy of the facial expression recognition model. The main motive behind this research is to determine the specific features which could affect vehicle accident severity. In this paper, some of the classification models, specifically Logistic Regression, Artificial Neural network, Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbors, and Random Forest have been implemented for predicting the accident severity. All the models have been verified, and the experimental results prove that these classification models have attained considerable accuracy. Non-speech emotion recognition involves identifying emotions conveyed through non-verbal vocalizations such as laughter, crying, and other sound signals, which play a crucial role in emotional expression and transmission. This paper employs a nine-category discrete emotion model encompassing happy, sad, angry, peaceful, fearful, loving, hateful, brave, and neutral. A proprietary non-speech dataset comprising 2337 instances was utilized, with 384-dimensional feature vectors extracted. The traditional Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) algorithm achieved a recognition rate of 87.7% on the non-speech dataset. In contrast, the proposed Whale Optimization Algorithm - Backpropagation Neural Network (WOA-BPNN) algorithm, applied to a self-made non-speech dataset, demonstrated a remarkable accuracy of 98.6%. Notably, even without facial emotional cues, non-speech sounds effectively convey dynamic information, and the proposed algorithm excels in their recognition. The study underscores the importance of non-speech emotional signals in communication, especially with the continuous advancement of artificial intelligence technology. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, the digital transformation of student-oriented education becomes particularly important. How to promote real-time interaction between teachers and students in the classroom is an urgent issue which is needed to pay attention to. Based on the facial expression features of students in a classroom, this paper analyzes the changes in angles between facial expression feature points using Dlib. Additionally, this paper proposes a novel algorithm for extracting variable scale template edge trend features. The algorithm adaptively processes the template based on the edge trend features of expression feature points, and use the proposed template slope normalization algorithm to achieve multi-scale template edge trend extraction. Then, DNN are used to recognize different listening expressions. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has faster recognition speed and better robustness when applied to classroom expression recognition. This paper discusses the use of an improved random forest regression algorithm (RFRA) to predict the total score of powerlifters. The paper collected the age, weight, and total score of multiple powerlifters, and then used an improved RFRA to build a predictive model. The parameters of this model are optimized by a differential squirrel search algorithm. The experimental results show that our proposed method can effectively predict the total score of powerlifters with an error of less than 10%, which can provide a reference for experts and athletes before training or competition. Machine learning methods have been adopted in the literature as contenders to conventional methods to solve the energy time series forecasting (TSF) problems. Recently, deep learning methods have been emerged in the artificial intelligence field attaining astonishing performance in a wide range of applications. Yet, the evidence about their performance in to solve the energy TSF problems, in terms of accuracy and computational requirements, is scanty. Most of the review articles that handle the energy TSF problem are systematic reviews, however, a qualitative and quantitative study for the energy TSF problem is not yet available in the literature. The purpose of this paper is twofold, first it provides a comprehensive analytical assessment for conventional, machine learning, and deep learning methods that can be utilized to solve various energy TSF problems. Second, the paper carries out an empirical assessment for many selected methods through three real-world datasets. These datasets related to electrical energy consumption problem, natural gas problem, and electric power consumption of an individual household problem. The first two problems are univariate TSF and the third problem is a multivariate TSF. Compared to both conventional and machine learning contenders, the deep learning methods attain a significant improvement in terms of accuracy and forecasting horizons examined. In the meantime, their computational requirements are notably greater than other contenders. Eventually, the paper identifies a number of challenges, potential research directions, and recommendations to the research community may serve as a basis for further research in the energy forecasting domain. In order to improve the effect of the teaching method evaluation model, based on the grid model, this paper constructs an artificial intelligence model based on the grid model. Moreover, this paper proposes a hexahedral grid structure simplification method based on weighted sorting, which comprehensively sorts the elimination order of candidate base complexes in the grid with three sets of sorting items of width, deformation and price improvement. At the same time, for the elimination order of basic complex strings, this paper also proposes a corresponding priority sorting algorithm. In addition, this paper proposes a smoothing regularization method based on the local parameterization method of the improved SLIM algorithm, which uses the regularized unit as the reference unit in the local mapping in the SLIM algorithm. Moreover, in view of the shortcomings of current situation estimation algorithms that cannot coexist in terms of flexibility, causal interpretability and complexity, this paper proposes a biological immune algorithm framework that uses GBDT algorithm coding, which objectively and accurately shows the spread of the situation. Tennis is a set of sports and entertainment and a sports activity, since 2014, tennis in China has been another rapid development. With the development of economy and technology, tennis training mode has been further optimized and reformed. At present, tennis training robot is the mainstream way to train athletes. However, there are some defects in the current tennis training robots, such as the low accuracy of human motion real-time evaluation, and the lack of stability. Therefore, this paper puts forward the related research on the real-time evaluation algorithm of human motion in tennis training robots, hoping to make up for the deficiency in this field. The research of this paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part is to analyze the current situation of technology research in this field and put forward the idea of this paper by analyzing the shortcomings of the existing technology. The second part is the related basic theory research; this part deeply studies the core theory of tennis training and intelligent training robot, which provides a theoretical basis for the realization of the optimization scheme. The third part is the design and implementation of a real-time human motion evaluation optimization algorithm for tennis training robots. In recent years, e-commerce live streaming and short video marketing supported by big data and artificial intelligence technology have flourished, adding new sales models for e-commerce products to mass consumption, promoting the multimodal development of the e-commerce industry, giving new impetus and connotation to economic and social development, and being an effective means to achieve high-quality development in the new era. The effectiveness evaluation of short video marketing strategies is a multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem. Recently, the Exponential TODIM technique and Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) technique has been employed to cope with MAGDM issues. The interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets (IVPFSs) are employed as a tool for characterizing uncertain information during the effectiveness evaluation of short video marketing strategies. In this paper, the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy Exponential TODIM (ExpTODIM) (IVPF-ExpTODIM-CoCoSo) technique is constructed to solve the MAGDM under IVPFSs. In the end, a numerical case study for effectiveness evaluation of short video marketing strategies is given to validate the proposed technique. The main contributions of this paper are outlined: (1) the Exp-TODIM and CoCoSo technique has been extended to IVPFSs; (2) Information Entropy is employed to manage the weight values under IVPFSs. The complexity of marine information types, data diversity, data collection difficulties and other aspects makes the network security of marine information management more and more prominent, and has become a major issue affecting the stability of the country and society, so it is urgent to establish a marine information management network security system. Traditional network security technology adopts a passive approach and cannot actively detect viruses, trojans, and other hidden objects in the network. Antivirus software would only be used when attacked. If the risk of network attack is too great, the consequences would be unimaginable. This paper designed a marine information management network security system based on artificial intelligence embedded technology, which improved the efficiency of marine information security management. This paper also applied the embedded technology of AI to the network security management, and proposed the k-means clustering algorithm (K-Means) of AI, which can greatly improve the network security. The experimental results in this paper showed that the intrusion detection rates of System 1 and System 2 were 56.3% and 78.3% respectively when the number of viruses was 50 at 30M, and 65.5% and 80.1% respectively when the number of viruses was 50 at 60M. Emotion recognition from speech signals serves a crucial role in human-computer interaction and behavioral studies. The task, however, presents significant challenges due to the high dimensionality and noisy nature of speech data. This article presents a comprehensive study and analysis of a novel approach, "Digital Features Optimization by Diversity Measure Fusion (DFOFDM)", aimed at addressing these challenges. The paper begins by elucidating the necessity for improved emotion recognition methods, followed by a detailed introduction to DFOFDM. This approach employs acoustic and spectral features from speech signals, coupled with an optimized feature selection process using a fusion of diversity measures. The study's central method involves a Cuckoo Search-based classification strategy, which is tailored for this multi-label problem. The performance of the proposed DFOFDM approach is evaluated extensively. Emotion labels such as 'Angry', 'Happy', and 'Neutral' showed a precision rate over 92%, while other emotions fell within the range of 87% to 90%. Similar performance was observed in terms of recall, with most emotions falling within the 90% to 95% range. The F-Score, another crucial metric, also reflected comparable statistics for each label. Notably, the DFOFDM model showed resilience to label imbalances and noise in speech data, crucial for real-world applications. Colorectal cancer is the third most diagnosed malignancy in the world. Polyps (either malignant or benign) are the primary cause of colorectal cancer. However, the diagnosis is susceptive to human error, less effective, and falls below recommended levels in routine clinical procedures. In this paper, a Capsule network enhanced with radon transforms for feature extraction is proposed to improve the feasibility of colorectal cancer recognition. The contribution of this paper lies in the incorporation of the radon transforms in the proposed model to improve the detection of polyps by performing efficient extraction of tomographic features. When trained and tested with the polyp dataset, the proposed model achieved an overall average recognition accuracy of 94.02%, AUC of 97%, and an average precision of 96%. In addition, a posthoc analysis of the results exhibited superior feature extraction capabilities comparable to the state-of-the-art and can contribute to the field of explainable artificial intelligence. Due to the drastic increase in the generation of high-quality fake images in social networking, it is essential to design effective recognition approaches. Image/video manipulation defines any set of actions which can be carried out on digital content by the use of software editing approaches or artificial intelligence. A major kind of image and video editing comprises replicating the regions of the image, named as copy-move technique. Conventional image processing methods physically search for the pattern relevant to the replicated contents, restricting the utilization in massive classification of data. Contrastingly, the recently developed deep learning (DL) models have exhibited promising performance over the traditional models. In this aspect, this paper presents a novel intelligent deep learning based copy move image forgery detection (IDL-CMIFD) technique. The proposed IDL-CMIFD technique intends to design a DL model to classify the candidate images into two classes: original and forged/tampered and then localized the copy moved regions. In addition, the proposed IDL-CMIFD technique involves the Adam optimizer with Efficient Net based feature extractor to derive a useful set of feature vectors. Moreover, chaotic monarch butterfly optimization (CMBO) with deep wavelet neural network (DWNN) model is applied for classification purposes. The CMBO algorithm is utilized to optimally tune the parameters involved in the DWNN model in such a way that the classification performance gets improved. The performance validation of the proposed model takes place on benchmark MICC-F220, MICC-F2000, MICC-F600 datasets. E-commerce is offering the opportunities for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with limited resources to decrease the operating costs and improve the profitability by overcoming the operational problems. In addition, SMEs use e-commerce websitesas sales channels between the businesses, their competitor, and consumers. Between the success of e-commerce and manufacturing SMEs, however, the moderating influence of entrepreneurial competencies does not seem to be as significant. Hence, in this paper, Deep Convolutional Neural Network based onSales Prediction Model (DCNN-SPM) has been suggested for analyzing SME enterprises' e-commerce utilization and development. Consistent with the user decision-making requirements of online product sales, united with the impelling factors of online product sales in different SME industries and the benefits of Artificial Intelligence (AI), this study builds a sales prediction model appropriate for online products. Furthermore, it evaluates the model's adaptability to different types of online products. Our model can automatically extract the useful features from raw log data and predict the sales utilizing those extracted features by DCNN. An information system as a database that represents relationships between objects and attributes is an important mathematical model in the field of artificial intelligence. Hybrid data means boolean, categorical, real-valued, set-valued data and missing data in this paper. A hybrid information system is an information system where its attribute is hybrid data. This paper proposes a three-way decision method based on hybrid data. First, the distance between two objects based on the conditional attribute set in a given hybrid information system is developed and Gaussian kernel based on this distance is acquired. Then, the fuzzy Tcos-equivalence relation, induced by this information system, is obtained by using Gaussian kernel. Next, the decision-theoretic rough set model in this hybrid information system is presented. Moreover, a three-way decision method is given by means of this decision-theoretic rough set model and inclusion degree between two fuzzy sets. With the development of technology and artificial intelligence(AI), financial leasing is used frequently in China's equipment manufacturing industries, especially after 2008, which attracts our attention. This paper focuses on the problem. A theoretical model is provided in the paper to explain the motivation that why financial leasing is used in equipment manufacturing industries. In this paper, we employ multi-level fuzzy linear regression model to analyze data of manufacturing equipment industry of China in order to discover impact between sales revenue and financial leasing. We also discover credit sale forecasting using this model. We discover that economic leasing has a constructive important effect on sales revenue in total samples, which is consistent with the theoretical framework. However, the results are different in sub-industries, which shows that economic leasing has a constructive and important effect on sales profits in some sub-industries, but some of them are not. As the stability of surrounding rock of coal roadway is affected by many factors, which makes the classification result hard to be consistent with the field practice. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method for the classification of stability of rock which is present in roadway of coal using the artificial intelligence algorithm. In this paper, the influencing factors of stability of rock which is present in roadway are analyzed, and seven influential factors are selected as classification indexes. To solve the problem of slow convergence speed and easy to fall into the local minimum of the back propagation artificial neural network (BP-ANN), an improved BP-ANN algorithm based on additional momentum and Levenberg-Marquardt optimization is proposed based on the analysis of the existing improved methods, which improves the convergence speed and avoids the local minimum effectively. Based on the learning model available, classification system based on fuzzy rule have been implemented and yielded better behavior in the situation of uncertain data sets. Finally, the stability classification model of surrounding rocks of coal roadway using BP-ANN was established in MATLAB environment, and the model was applied to 13 data samples of coal roadway for testing, with the identification rate of 92.3%. The experimental results verify that the method proposed based on fuzzy rule classification system in this paper has a high accuracy of type identification and is applicable to the stability classification of surrounding rock in the coal roadway. Traditional art design models are inefficient and difficult to control the modal characteristics of images. Based on the actual needs of artistic design, this paper builds an intelligent model of artistic design image modal analysis based on machine learning technology and image recognition technology, and proposes a feature extraction method based on wavelet transform and fuzzy logic and an art image classification method based on rotating quaternion wavelet transform.
