[Purpose/Significance] In recent years, the national leadership has attached great importance to the inheritance and innovation of China's excellent traditional culture, and the concepts of creative transformation and innovative development are constantly evolving. The Ministry of Science and Technology of China, among six departments, jointly formulated the "Guidelines for Promoting the Deep Integration of Culture and Technology", proposing to form a "cultural and technological integration innovation system covering key areas and critical links, to achieve the goal of in-depth integration of culture and technology". Intangible cultural heritage (ICH), as an essential part of China's excellent traditional culture, plays a crucial role in consolidating the sense of the Chinese national community and enhancing cultural self-confidence. This paper discusses the research paths for the creative transformation and innovative development of ICH in the context of culture and technology integration, emphasizing the significant role of modern technology in promoting the transformation and development of ICH. [Method/Process] The paper first interprets the connotation of "creative transformation and innovative development" in ICH, and clarifies the theoretical foundation and guiding principles of "creative transformation and innovative development" in ICH. It then analyzes the significant contributions of "creative transformation and innovative development" in ICH to society, economy, and cultural diversity, as well as the categorized scenarios of technology empowerment in "creative transformation and innovative development" of ICH. It discusses six types of common key technologies that enable technology-driven "creative transformation and innovative development" in ICH, including digital technology, virtual and augmented reality, big data analysis, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things. It summarizes a three-tier framework system for technology-driven "creative transformation and innovative development" in ICH, namely the method layer, technology layer, and object layer, forming a progressive relationship from theory to technology and then to specific practices. Finally, by integrating the specific example of the traditional craft of Wuhu iron painting, it demonstrates the facilitating role of modern technology in the "creative transformation and innovative development" of ICH and its impact on the protection, inheritance, and innovative development of ICH. [Results/Conclusions] The findings suggest that technological means can effectively protect and inherit ICH, facilitating its creative transformation and innovative development. However, it also requires careful consideration and precautions against the potential risks and challenges that modern technology poses to ICH projects in terms of intellectual property rights, the digital divide, and the indirect nature of experiences. Looking to the future, with the emergence of more innovative technologies, modern technology will not only help to protect and pass on traditional culture but also give new connotations and expressions to traditional culture, ensuring that its unique value and charm continue to play out in an ever-changing world. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the application of AI-related technologies in law is increasedand attracts extensive attention.Specifically, AI has emerged in multiple legal scenarios such as automatic contract review and smart courts, compared with traditional artificial intelligence, its high efficiency shows its great application potential in the judicial field.However, in other scenarios such as legal judgement prediction (LJP), AI faces challenges and doubts in data analysis and algorithms, although some attempts have been made.Through analysis of the work related to legal AI, this paper summarizes the potential problems in datasets and algorithms in intelligent referees, investigates the changes in judicial progress that AI may bring and discusses whether the problems encountered by AI will affect the justice of law.Finally, this paper briefly expresses the potential solutions to the above problems, and provides insights into its future development, in the hope that AI technology will have a more systematic application in China's judicial field and contributeto the construction of socialist rule of law.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to analyze the current situation of international cooperation and technology exchange in the field of artificial intelligence(AI), this study is carried out to provide references for China to take the lead in the layout of the artificial intelligence industry.[Method/Process]In this paper, the patents in the field of AI are taken as the research object, and the technology combination analysis method and social network analysis method are used to systematically analyze the patents. The characteristics of international cooperation in the field of AI are analyzed from three aspects: technology combination, cooperation network and cooperation influence.[Results/Conclusions]It is found that countries and regions all over the world are planning their business in AI subfields and applications, and have very similar technology distribution; there are close cooperation clusters among the countries participating in international cooperation; the comprehensive influence research of three dimensions shows that 66 international cooperation countries have formed six main cooperation types: strong, stable, marginal, conservative, monopoly and weak cooperation. At the end of this paper, some suggestions are put forward for China to enhance its international influence and accelerate the layout of AI.

The applications of Artificial Intelligence ie AI show diversity in any fields. On the other hand, research of the predicting heat transfer regardless of single-phase or two-phase flow is still untouched. Therefore, we have confirmed usefulness using AI’s deep learning function on horizontal flow boiling heat transfer in flowing mini-channel that is actively researched. The effect of the surface tension in the mini-channel is large compared with conventional large tubes, and then the heat transfer mechanism is very complicated. For this reason, the numerical correlations of many existing researchers the prediction result is not good. However, the mechanistic correlation based on the visualization experiment, which the authors' research group published several years ago has very high precision. Therefore, in this research paper, we confirmed the effectiveness of using deep learning for predicting of the boiling heat transfer in mini-channel while comparing our correlation. In order to maintain security and reliability of operating system, this paper developed a universal framework for net-work intrusion detection system based on artificial intelligence( AI) model. This framework was capability of detecting all sorts of network traffic, catching out possible malicious connection or attack from Internet and identifying it. Firstly, this system pre-processed the network traffic data by sampling, one-hot encoding, feature selection and normalization for basic feature extrac-tion. Secondly,it utilized feature distribution in network connection instance to build a scoring mechanism for information ex-traction once again. Thirdly, it applied the different types of ML/DL models for different forms of network traffic to do final classification for extracted features. In experiments, this system applied three benchmark datasets, KDDCup99, UNSW-NB15 and CICIDS2017. The result of experiments shows it possesses exceedingly good performance and has better accuracy and F1 score than related works under these datasets. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

That artificial intelligence (AI), algorithms, and related technologies could use a few good booster shots of “humanism” is widely apparent. In both program code and implementation, AI and algorithms have been accused of harbouring deep-seated flaws that conflict with human values. They are prime examples of the skew towards white, Western, men and demonstrate the bankruptcy in the face of neoliberalist, profit- and market-oriented social paradigms that this special issue seeks to address. Currently, computer scientists and AI researchers who are looking to remedy these problems are often in favour of more data, more powerful machines, more complex algorithms—in short, that we should fix problems with AI by building better AI. In this view human beings and the world can be modelled in code—our lives, interactions, society, and our very selves can be broken down into data points which can be assessed by highly advanced technologies. When these scientists and researchers seek to broaden their approach they often look to philosophy. However, the philosophy they look to is overwhelmingly Anglo-analytic, which views the world in extremely similar ways. Both AI and Anglo-analytic philosophy argue for solutions to humanistic problems which are essentially mathematical. They share in seeing important concepts, such as persons, emotions, agency, and ethics, as mechanistic, atomistic, and calculable. In this paper I will argue that Classical Chinese philosophy offer insightful resources for addressing the humanist problems in AI. Rather than arguing for mathematical solutions, or envisioning persons, emotions, agency, and ethics, as other rigid, atomistic, and mechanistic approaches, Chinese philosophy emphasizes transformation, interrelatedness, and correlative developments. Accordingly, it offers tools for appreciating the world, society, and ourselves as spontaneous, complex, and full of tension. AI can be programmed and used in ways that do not reduce the complexity and conflict in the world, but provide us instead with tools to make sense of it—tools that are humanistic in nature. To this end, Chinese philosophy can be a helpful collaborative partner.

The technology development trend of intelligent customer service for operators was discussed, and automatic speech recognition (ASR) transcription error correction technology, semantic extraction technology, encrypted database, and agent access control technology were introduced. Two different research directions of error detection and automatic error correction for speech recognition were analyzed, two directions of supervised learning and unsu-pervised learning were discussed, and big data encryption and agent access control technologies were introduced. At the same time, the technical directions of multimodal interaction technology, intelligent recommendation technology and disabled-oriented services were prospected. In conclusion, the development and innovation of intelligent customer service technology will bring a more efficient and convenient service experience to the communication industry and strongly promote the progress of the industry service level. The quick， accurate and instantaneous evaluation of power limit of transmission section is of great significance to safe， stable and economic operation of power grid. The paper proposes an adaptive method based on a hybrid supervised learning algorithm. Through numerous simulations and analysis of historic operation modes， characteristic extraction， training， and regular updating of AI model， the correct matching relationship between grid operation status and power limit is established for fast， accurate and instantaneous power limit evaluation of the transmission section. The proposed method employs multiple supervised learning forecast algorithms， including deep neural networks， support vector regression， gradient boosting decision tree， and random forest. The hybrid models for power limit forecasting can make best of the advantages of the algorithms. The effectiveness of the method is verified on a 500-bus transmission model with real operation characteristics.

Intelligent network has been proposed as early as the 5G era. Towards the 6G era, the network will support more application scenarios and performance requirements. A fully-covered and fully-connected network system requires more intelligent management and maintenance. Firstly, the scope and new application scenarios for 6G networks were introduced, and then the research progress of early-stage network intelligence was summarized. Secondly, the current shortages and supporting technologies of network intelligence for 6G were summarized. Thirdly, the architecture of the intelligent network for 6G and give details about the intelligent function elements were presented, moreover, the use case about the indoor positioning to illustrate the process of network intelligence was given. This paper analyzes the challege of 5G network firstly, and then discusses the requirements, version and application scenarios toward 6G, and predicts the key performance indicators of 6G.

In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, the energy saving and consumption reduction of base stations has become the top priority in today′s communications field, the energy-saving technologies of major operators will also become core competitiveness. This paper studies the Artificial Intelligence(AI)-based 5G base station energy-saving technology. Traditional base station energy-saving technologies are analyzed. The prospect of 5G base station energy-saving technology combined with AI technology is explored. The development direction of AI energy-saving technology has been deeply studied. The AI energy saving model and the AI-based collaborative energy saving scheme are highlighted.

With the development of 5G commercialization, the number of 5G wireless base station sites has increased sharply, 5G core networks need to be deployed in regions/provinces/cities data centers, as well as the data centers were developing on a larger scale, the problem of energy consumption was becoming increasingly prominent. Based on the main proportion of energy consumption in the whole network, the energy efficiency evaluation methods of sG access network, core network and data center was investigated. The AI-enabled energy-saving technology of base stations and pilot application scheme, 5G core network energy-saving methods by using AI, as well as the AI-enabled energy-saving technology of data centers and pilot application scheme were introduced, and the challenges and future research directions of energy-saving technology were finally discussed. The summary and prospect on the energy-saving technology of the overall communication system, will help to improve the understanding of energy efficiency and green network development. The development of city agent puts forward new requirements for network system. As an important branch of city agent, public security agent also has a further demand for the network, which needs the network to be more active, fast and flexible to support its development. Another requirement of the network is to be more intelligent. Considering these issues, this paper investigates the Artificial Intelligence (AI) network architecture based on public security agent. We also propose a platform framework of public security agent and the AI network architecture based on public security agent. Finally, some application scenarios in the field of public security are given.
