In order to understand the current situation of standardized management of rural water supply projects in Henan Province and improve the standardization level of rural water supply projects, this paper conducted a comprehensive evaluation on the standardized management level of rural water supply projects for thousand tons and tens thousands people in Henan Province. It built an evaluation index system for the standardized management level of rural water supply engineering from five criteria of facilities, management, water supply, water price, and operation, and used a combination of expert scoring method and entropy weight method for analysis and evaluation. The results show that the standardized management level of Puyang rural water supply project is “high”; Jiyuan, Pingdingshan, Zhengzhou, Zhoukou, Xinyang, Shangqiu, Luoyang, Kaifeng and Xuchang are “higher”; Hebi, Luohe, Nanyang, Zhumadian, Anyang and Xinxiang are “medium"; Jiaozuo and Sanmenxia are "general". Lower-level cities with a low level of standardized management in rural water supply projects should refer to the "Puyang Mode" to enhance their standardization management. The standardized management level of rural water supply projects in Henan Province is quite different, and the standardized management level of cities at various levels needs to be improved.
