Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) is a novel method of ground observation, which is widely used in fields such as surface deformation monitoring due to the fact that it is unrestricted of day and night, as well as cloud and rain. However, due to measurement errors, InSAR technology still has some limitations, especially in the densely vegetated southwest mountainous areas. Time series InSAR, such as SBAS-InSAR receives insufficient observation points, making it difficult to carry out deformation monitoring in mountainous areas. In response to the above issues, this paper considers the atmospheric characteristics of the southwest mountainous areas and designs an improved SBAS-InSAR method to optimize the interferometric phase. The Lijiang-Shangrila Railway is an electrified railway connecting Lijiang City and Shangri-La in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province. It is an important component of the Yunnan Tibet Railway in the Western Railway Network. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the Lijiang-Shangrila Railway and verify the availability of the above method, this paper takes a certain section along the Lijiang-Shangrila Railway as the experimental area, uses archived SAR data to estimate historical surface deformation, calculates the historical time series deformation of the target area for nearly six and a half years (May 16, 2015 to December 10, 2021), and analyzes their influence range, deformation factors, change patterns, and other information. Yunnan is located in the center of the east-Asian karst area, one of the three largest karst areas in the world. Rocky desertification is widespread in the area, which seriously restricts the sustainable development of local social economy. In this study, we summarize the research status and achievements of rocky desertification in Yunnan mainly from three aspects, rocky desertification zoning, governance model and vegetation restoration in rocky desertification areas. The results show that rocky desertification areas in Yunnan are divided into 2 large areas and 5 small ones. After years of exploration, 23 kinds in 4 categories of rocky desertification control models have been formed, and 435 kinds of plant species can be used for ecological restoration in rocky desertification areas, including 376 species of shrubs and 59 species of herbs. Finally, combined with geographical location, climate and altitude, this paper preliminarily summarizes the suitable restoration vegetation, and points out the shortcomings in the studies on the control of rocky desertification, so as to provide an important theoretical reference for the subsequent research on the restoration and control of rocky desertification vegetation. The karst area in Southwest China is characterized by complex terrain and karst development, with a large area of exposed carbonate rocks and a wide distribution of karst depressions and valleys on the surface. Therefore, this area is highly subject to water inflow in tunnel construction. The Dapozi tunnel area of the central Yunnan Province is a deep-buried tunnel in the karst area, in which exist many faults and very complex hydrogeological conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to predict the tunnel inflow during construction by analyzing the water inflow conditions and identifying its sources, which can ensure the safety of tunnel construction. Currently, numerical and analytical methods are commonly used to predict water inflow. The analytical methods mainly calculate the water inflow of tunnel through empirical calculation formulas. However, most of these methods are based on some assumptions and specific boundary conditions, which may limit their applicability in complex cases. The numerical method can simulate complex geological conditions by obtaining accurate data about geological characteristic, but its accuracy is restricted by the accuracy of borehole data in numerical calculation. Therefore, the mutual supplementation of numerical and analytical methods can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of water inflow prediction. Besides, most of the previous studies only predicted the water inflow of tunnel in the survey and design stage. But they did not describe the actual construction progress in the model, and the accuracy of prediction results conducted separately with numerical or analytical methods were not verified by the actual water inflow data. By analyzing the stratigraphic lithology and geological structure of the strata in the study area, we preliminarily identified the construction sections with the risks of water inflow. Based on hydrogeological surveys, we collected water samples from tunnels, springs, and wells in the study area to measure the geochemical characteristics of groundwater. Furthermore, we analyzed the sources for tunnel inflow and degrees of karst development, using Piper trilinear diagrams and Gibbs diagrams. Based on the procedures above, we used analytic and numerical methods to calculate the maximum and average water inflow of each tunnel unit, and compared the predicted values with the actual ones. We have also built a numerical groundwater flow model based on FEFLOW, which couples the simulation of regional macroscopic groundwater distribution and employs a method that combines multiple time series with the comprehensive assignment of various internal boundaries to depict the dynamic construction process. The results show the study area is developed with three main faults in. Although the permeability of these faults is weak, the gullies formed by these faults will gather atmospheric precipitation and surface water, increasing water inflow risk during tunnel construction. The TDS of groundwater in the area gradually increases from south to north, indicating that groundwater flows from the south to the north of the study area. The δD and δ18O isotope results prove that the water inflow in tunnel is from the low altitude; the distance of the groundwater runoff path is medium; atmospheric precipitation is the primary supply source. Gibbs diagram shows that the ions in the groundwater are mainly from rock weathering, suggesting that there may be karst fissures in carbonate rocks due to water-rock interaction within the area. In addition, the analytical method can efficiently calculate the water inflow of tunnel in the preliminary survey and design stage of the project. However, this method cannot dynamically predict the change in the water inflow. In essence, it is an analytical formula derived from the theory on the stable movement of the phreatic aquifer to the complete well. Therefore, the groundwater table dramatically affects the result, and the prediction accuracy in the section of the high groundwater table of analytical method is lower than that of the numerical method. The numerical method focuses on the high-accuracy model of engineering scale in the karst system, which is controlled by the macroscopic groundwater distribution. It pays attention to the description of the dynamic process and the conditions of the project area. Specifically, it describes the dynamic construction process by multi-time series. The working conditions of the excavating and lining are described by "GAP" in FEFLOW, which can accurately predict the change of water inflow in construction. Therefore, based on the actual hydrogeological conditions, the analytical-numerical method can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of water inflow prediction. In order to explore the influence of weak structural plane parameters on the dynamic response characteristics of slope under earthquake action. In this paper, the slope of an open-pit mine in Yunnan province is taken as the research background. The finite difference software is used to simulate the rock slope. A series of numerical simulation experiments are designed by the control variable method. The peak acceleration curve of the monitoring point in the elevation direction and the surface direction of the slope and the peak acceleration value are used to explore the influence of the change of the structural surface parameters on the dynamic response of the rock slope. Based on the orthogonal test and the range analysis method, the sensitivity analysis of the structural plane parameters affecting the dynamic response of the rock slope is carried out, and then the influence degree of each influencing factor on the dynamic response of the rock slope is ranked from large to small: structural plane cohesion> structural plane dip angle>structural plane internal friction angle>structural plane thickness. Objectives: The Ripley' s K-function has been widely applied to test for spatial point patterns in many fields such as economic geography, plant geography, and epidemiology. Because of the mathematical confusion of spatial point processes, there are many errors in measuring the distributions of spatial point objects in the corresponding published papers. Methods: This paper discusses Monte Carlo simulation method in the application of Ripley's K-function from perspectives of dynamics of random point patterns, suitability of parameter definition, and reliability of edge correction algorithms. First, we introduce the estimation methods of spatial point pattern analysis based on Ripley's K-function. Second, the formula of Ripley's Kfunction is corrected by various edge effect correction methods and compared in the applications. Finally, the modified algorithm is employed for spatial point pattern analysis of the nutrient concentrations of orange plants in Xinping County, Yunnan Province, China. Results: The preliminary results indicated that the number of Monte Carlo simulations has a great influence on the analysis of the observed spatial point patterns. The significance tests of the observed spatial point patterns change in the process of running ArcGIS Ripley's K-function software package, showing some degree of uncertainty of the observed results. The edge effect correction of Ripley's K-function based on GIS techniques is greatly recommended due to its extension to an arbitrary polygon from a common rectangular shape. Conclusions: Considering the popularity of Monte Carlo simulation in statistics and spatial data analysis, this paper provides important insights on edge correction and significance tests in other spatial clustering methods. [Objective] Drought is the most important abiotic stress facing agricultural management and economic development in many regions and countries. The aim of this paper is to identify the spatiotemporal variation of drought in Yunnan Province, using the standardized precipitation index (SPI). [Method] Meteorological data measured over the past 31 years from 36 meteorological stations across the province were used in the analysis. Multi-scale variations of the droughts in both time and space were calculated using SPI, GIS, nonparametric Mann-Kendall trend test and other methods. [Result] ①Both annual and seasonal SPI fluctuated temporally, but we identified a small annual increase in spring SPI, small annual decreases in summer, autumn and winter SPI. The autumn SPI varied mostly, and the winter SPI least. The annual SPI varied from -1.95 to 1.44. ②The annual drought frequency varied from 32.26% to 50.00%, with the severity of most droughts varying from mild to extreme range. Spatially, drought occurred more frequently in Wenshan, Honghe, Kunming, Chuxiong and Dehong than in other regions in the province. ③Seasonally, drought frequency in spring, summer, autumn and winter was 39.86%, 39.83%, 38.43%, and 41.33%, respectively. Although drought frequency in different seasons was close, their severity differed considerably. ④Annually, except for five meteorological stations which found increased drought frequency, drought frequency in other stations remained statistically the same. Seasonally, most stations showed decreased drought frequency in spring, eleven stations showed increased drought frequency in summer, and six and two stations showed increased autumn droughts and winter droughts, respectively. [Conclusion] Annual and seasonal drought frequency is spatially heterogeneous across the province. In this study, papers related to vegetation restoration and soil in rocky desertification area since 1990s have been retrieved. Based on nutrient grading standards of two national soil censuses, the soil nutrient improvement and soil stoichiometry characteristics have been explored, which can provide theoretical foundation for the ecological restoration effect and model screening of rocky desertification. Results are shown as follows, (1) The mean values of total organic carbon (TOC) and total nitrogen (TN) in the forest soil of rocky desertification areas of Southwest China are higher than those of Grade I of two national soil censuses. Total phosphorus (TP) falls into Grade II, with obvious soil nutrient improvement, while the total potassium (TK) concentration falls into the Grade V of the low potassium area. (2) According to the soil censuses, TOC and TN rank top among the five provinces/regions/cities, and TP and TK fall into Grade II and Grade IV, respectively in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, which can show the most significant increase in soil nutrient concentration. In Guizhou Province, TOC and TN are higher than those of grade I by 34% and 37%, respectively, and TP falls into Grade II and TK Grade V, reflecting obvious nutrient improvement of forest soil in rocky desertification areas of this province. In Yunnan Province, TOC and TP are higher than those of Grade I by 9% and 21% respectively. TN falls into Grade II and TK Grade V. These indexes show that soil nutrients has been improved to different degrees. TOC in Chongqing City is higher than that of Grade I by 1.75%. Both TN and TP fall into Grade II. TK, ranking top among the five provinces/regions/cities, falls into Grade IV, showing less improvement compared with that of the other three provinces. In Hunan Province, TOC, TN, TP and TK fall into Grades II, II, V, and V respectively, suggesting that Hunan Province should focus on controlling rocky desertification. (3) Indicators of TOC and TN in the soil of rocky desertification areas in Southwest China are positively correlated, and the growth of vegetation is limited by potassium. TOC, TN and TP are stored quickly in Guangxi with significant soil improvement. The soil carbon sequestration capacity of Guizhou Province is higher than that of national average. In rocky desertification areas of Yunnan Province, low TK has posed a bad effect on vegetation growth. The high concentration of TK in Chongqing is not related to TOC, TN, and TP, but nitrogen limits the growth of plants. Phosphorus and potassium elements should be supplemented in growing vegetation in Hunan Province. In conclusion, potassium should be supplemented in growing pants in rocky desertification areas of Southwest China. In addition, phosphorus and nitrogen should be supplemented in Hunan Province and Chongqing City. To strengthen the ecological management of rocky desertification and bring the management into full play, Yunnan, Hunan and Chongqing should learn the experience of ecological restoration from Guangxi. In order to help achieve the goal of "Double Carbon" and the recycling of waste and renewable resources, the use of the mined-out areas left behind by mining to build clean energy power stations in Yunnan Province is in line with the practical needs of the country. In the actual process of transforming abandoned mines, the realization of multiple development and utilization modes is more conducive to the penetration of renewable energy and the maintenance of the stable operation of the power grid. According to the principle of water-optical complementary power generation, combined with the characteristics of natural resources and energy endowment in Yunnan Province, this paper discusses the feasibility of constructing abandoned mine photovoltaic-pumped storage power plant in Yunnan province from the working principle and structure of abandoned mine photovoltaic-pumped storage power plant, key technologies, and the estimation of economic benefits, and other aspects. The analysis results in show that Yunnan Province has accumulated more than 1. 5 billion m³ of mining area and rich natural resources, energy for the construction of photovoltaic-pumped storage power plants provides favourable conditions; and the proportion of clean electricity in Yunnan Province in recent years has also rising, and in 2022, the proportion of clean electricity has reached 87. 7% ;by the example of the abandoned mine photovoltaic-pumped storage power plant calculations, the mine can be generated annually by the amount of electricity Revenue amounted to 120 million yuan, according to the design life of 20 years, the total output of about 2. 4 billion yuan of revenue. Tourism ecological security is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of regional tourism. This paper selects evaluation indices based on the inter-temporal DPSIR-SBM theoretical framework, uses the Super-SBM model considering unexpected output to explore the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the tourism ecological security system in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2019, and analyzes the complex interaction path of key influencing factors with the help of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). It is found as follows. 1 In terms of temporal change characteristics, the level of tourism ecological security shows a development trend of rising volatility, the development gap between cities is gradually narrowing, and the Matthew effect of polarized development has weakened. 2 In terms of spatial evolution characteristics, the leaping trend of tourism ecological security level of each prefecture-level city is obvious, which promotes the evolution of tourism ecological security level from polarization layout to balanced layout, and the overall spatial pattern at the end of the study period is "core-edge" structure. 2 In terms of influence paths, the reasons affecting the level of tourism ecological security have the feature of asymmetry and multiple concurrency, and thus form multiple equivalent paths. The influence paths to achieve a high level of tourism ecological security include multi-element aggregation paths and government investment compensation paths, while the influence paths that lead to non-high tourism ecological security levels include weak industrial foundation paths and core element-inhibiting paths. To investigate the factors influencing the severity of tourism traffic accidents, this paper selected 3 861 tourism traffic safety accidents in China, based on the analysis of its spatialtemporal distribution characteristics, further examined the factors influencing the severity of tourism traffic accidents. An ordered multi-classified logistic regression model was employed to explore the contributing factors to the severity of tourist traffic safety accidents. The results show that: (1) From 2010 to 2019, the different severity levels of tourism traffic accidents in China show a fluctuating downward trend. (2) The severity levels of tourism traffic accidents display a heterogeneous distribution, with high-incidence areas mainly concentrated in Yunnan and Hunan provinces. (3) The five categories of factors, including personnel, vehicles, roads, management, and environment, are significantly correlated with the severity of tourism traffic accidents. The varying strength of their connection with different provincial domains is an important reason for the heterogeneous distribution of accident severity. The results help to reveal the characteristics and causes of tourism traffic safety accidents nationwide and provide a theoretical basis for improving tourism traffic safety management. In order to find out the mineralization of tin and copper polymetallic ore in Gaofengshan ore section of the Gejiu mining area in Yunnan, and whether the main elements Sn, Cu, Pb, Zn, W, etc. in the ore body can be recycled. In this paper, the typical ore controlling zone of the Gaofengshan ore block, the granite body depression zone, is sampled and the ore body exposed by the pit drilling is made into thin slices, and the detailed mineral and result observation is carried out under the microscope, to find out the mineral composition, symbiotic relationship, generation sequence, and occurrence form, and at the same time, the quantitative analysis of the ore chemical element properties of all samples is carried out. The analysis elements and composition mainly include: Sn, Cu, Pb, Zn, and WO3, Then the R type cluster analysis was performed by SPSS statistical software. The research results indicate that the tin copper polymetallic ore in the Gaofengshan ore block is the result of multi period and multi stage hydro thermal co location superposition mineralization, and the elements such as Sn, Cu, Pb, Zn, and W are mainly produced in the form of independent minerals, which are easy to dissociate, and are conducive to beneficiation and recovery. It provides basic geological data for the comprehensive evaluation work, the development of the ore mining plan, and the development of a comprehensive recovery and beneficiation process in the future production and exploration process. Rainfall is one of the main factors leading to slope instability. In this paper, taking the slope of a phosphate mine dump in central Yunnan as an example, the influence of continuous rainfall on the stability of the 6s dump slope is studied. Based on the theory of saturated unsaturated soil seepage, the dynamic change, deformation failure, and stability of saturated unsaturated seepage field under continuous heavy rainfall are simulated and calculated by using the indoor unsaturated soil static triaxial test combined with GeoStudio finite element method. The results show that the greater the matrix suction in the initial stage of rainfall, the higher the safety factor of the slope. However, after 12 hours of rainfall, the safety factor is basically not affected by the matrix suction and is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results. The overall stability of the slope is good, which is consistent with the actual situation of the dump. When rainwater infiltrates continuously, the plastic deformation area of multi level bench dump is mainly concentrated at the foot of the slope. The simulation results are generally reliable, which can provide reference for the safety production of multi step dumps in continuous heavy rainfall areas and mine dumps in central Yunnan. Slope stability is very important for open pit mine engineering. In order to further study the sensitivity of the influencing factors of slope stability in a mine in Yunnan, this paper accurately determines the four factors that have the greatest impact on the slope stability of the mine according to the field exploration and rock mechanics laboratory tests. Then, the test group is designed by an orthogonal test, and then the slope safety factor is calculated based on the strength reduction method. Finally, the range analysis method and variance analysis method are used to compare and verify the experimental results, which fully guarantees the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the analysis. The final results show that the four factors have a significant impact on the slope of the mine. The sensitivity of the influencing factors of the slope stability of the mine from large to small is cohesion > horizontal seismic acceleration > internal friction angle > final slope angle; The order of sensitivity obtained by range analysis and variance analysis is consistent, which can be checked mutually. [ Objective]The present paper explored the spatial-temporal characteristics of utilization efficiency of agricultural water under constraints of carbon emission and water pollution in 16 prefectures of Yunnan province from 2010 to 2019, and put forward some suggestions on improving utilization efficiency of agricultural water. [Method] The Super-SBM model, the kernel density estimation method and Malmquist index method were used for the analysis of utilization efficiency of agricultural water in Yunnan province. [ Result] The utilization efficiency of agricultural water in Yunnan province was low, and there was great potential for improvement. There were significant differences among regions, showing a spatial distribution of reduced radiation around the 'Central-Southern Yunnan province T-belt'. The utilization efficiency of agricultural water in Yunnan province had shown an obvious upward trend, with different upward trends in different regions in the past 10 years. The medium and high-level areas had a large growth rate and range while the low-level areas had the opposite. There was a polarization phenomenon in utilization efficiency of agricultural water in Yunnan province. The range of medium and high efficiency zones increased, while low efficiency zones decreased or even disappered. Yunnan province presented the spatial pattern of high utilization efficiency of agricultural water of ' three pillars' in central Yunnan province, southern Yunnan province and western Yunnan province. The degree and scope of the agglomeration in the agglomeration areas continued to increase, ranging from central Yunnan province to western Yunnan province to southern Yunnan province. [ Conclusion] The overall level of utilization efficiency of agricultural water in Yunnan province was low. There were large differences in temporal variation and spatial distribution. Technological progress is the fundamental measure to improve utilization efficiency of agricultural water. Differentiated enhancement measures should be adopted for different prefectures. [Objective] Through conducting a in-depth study on the variety diversity of Yunnan big-leaf tea, analyzing the diversity of their biochemical components with corresponding varieties and screening the specific varieties, the purpose of this paper was to provide theoretical guidance for the exploration, utilization, reproduction of those specific varieties. [Method] The biochemical components of autumn tea of 26 Yunnan big-leaf tea varieties were determined, and based on the results, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out. [Result] The biochemical components of 26 varieties had rich diversity and variation, with an average coefficient of variation of 25.53%. Among the four conventional biochemical components, the largest coefficient of variation was amino acid, up to 14.13%. Among the catechin components, catechin had the largest coefficient of variation, reaching 63.51%. Multivariate principal component analysis showed that the first three principal components accounted for 77.179% of the diversity of biochemical components of 26 varieties, the variance accounted for by the first principal component was 50.165%, the contribution of phenol ammonia ratio was the largest; the variance accounted for by the second principal component was 16.894%, the contribution of epicatechin (EC) was the largest; the variance accounted for by the third principal component was 10.120%, and the contribution of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) was the largest. Based on the clustering of 12 biochemical components of 26 variety resources, three groups were formed. The first group mainly was Yunkang series variety resources, which were mainly characterized by high contents of water extract, tea polyphenols, phenol ammonia ratio, total catechin, catechin DL-C and epigallocatechin gallate (ECG), and low contents of amino acids and epigallocatechin (EGC) . The second group was Yunnan large leaf population resources, which were characterized by high contents of amino acids, caffeine and EC, and low contents of total catechin, EGCG and ECG, The third group was mainly artificial hybrid variety resources, which were characterized by high contents of EGC and EGCG, and low contents of water extract, tea polyphenols, caffeine, phenol ammonia ratio, catechin DL-C and EC. The contents of four conventional components of the three groups were relatively consistent, and there were differences in phenol ammonia ratio and catechin content. [Conclusion] 26 Yunnan big-leaf tea variety resources have rich genetic diversity, with 26 high tea polyphenol resources, 1 high caffeine resources and 15 high catechin resources were preliminarily screened. From 2020 to 2021,the "Elephants Wandering North" ("Yi Lu Xiang Bei",the collective migration of Yunnan elephants to the north and back) event attracted the attention of the domestic and international media. It is of great significance to explore the related social media information for the construction of ecological civilization in China Using Sina Micro-blog as the data source, this paper uses Python to crawl the data of the main micro-blog posts and comments of the "Yi Lu Xiang Bei" event from March 1st,2020 to November 30th, 2021, and cleans and segments the data to conduct the spatio-temporal analysis and e-motional analysis, in order to summarize the rule and provide the reference for the public opinion analysis of the medium-scale and long-time scale network event and the ecological civilization construction. It is found as follows. Firstly, this event is a mass media introduction event. The popularity trend of micro-blog posts and comments is roughly synchronous, but the time points of the peaks are slightly different. Secondly, at the national scale, Yunnan, Henan and Sichuan have higher heat intensity, while the spatial patterns of heat intensity in the eastern, central and western regions have their own characteristics. In Yunnan, the heat intensity of micro-blog is concentrated in the place where elephants pass by, and the overall spatial autocorrelation is not significant. Thirdly, the word cloud map analysis and word frequency statistics of users emotions when posting blogs show positive emotions as a whole. However, there is a slight deviation in the emotional focus of micro-blog posts and comments, and the text similarity between them is low. Objectives: The position time series of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) contain rich tectonic and non-tectonic deformation information, and the complex components are difficult to accurately model and effectively separate non-tectonic information. It is very important to remove the non-tectonic de‐ formation information for the accurate and effective application of the observation data. Methods: Empirical mode decomposition （EMD） is an adaptive time-frequency processing method to correct the period term of time series at 24 GNSS continuous stations and 2 mobile stations in Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province. Results: The results show that the correction of the period term is necessary, and the EMD method can ex‐ tract the different frequency and amplitude period components adaptively according to its own characteristics of signal at each station. Compared with the original time series, the average root mean square error after correction is reduced significantly in N, E and U directions. And EMD method is more accurate and effective than harmonic model modification. We use the modified continuous station time series to simulate the mobile observations, and find that relatively reliable motion velocities can be obtained after an observation period of 5 ‐6 years. The stability and reliability of EMD method are verified by correcting the period term of the mobile station with the actual continuous observation station at a close distance. The risk evaluation of tailing ponds is characterized by randomness, fuzziness and numerous uncertainties in the evaluation process. In order to effectively guarantee the operational safety of tailing ponds, a tailing pond risk evaluation method based on a combined assignment-cloud model is proposed. From a system analysis perspective, this paper applies the physical-substance-human-reason (WSR) system theory to explore the factors affecting the safe operation of tailings ponds from three aspects; subject factors, object factors and organisational forms, and constructs a WSR-based tailings pond risk evaluation index system. Secondly, the improved G1 method and CRITIC method are used to assign subjective and objective weights to the evaluation indicators respectively, and the game theory algorithm calculates the combination coefficients with the best weights to derive the combination weights. Finally, the cloud model theory is combined to calculate the relative affiliation and comprehensive characteristic value of each indicator, and the risk level is classified based on the principle of maximum affiliation, and the visualisation effect is presented in the form of a cloud chart. The evaluation method is validated using a tailings pond in Yunnan Province as an example, and the results are consistent with the actual situation, and compared with unknown measures and other methods.
