Fabric defect detection is an important part of the textile industry to ensure product quality. To solve the problems such as the difficulty of detecting small defects and the coexistence of multi-scale defects in fabric defect detection, a fabric defect detection method based on the feature purification fusion structure is proposed in this paper. Specifically, we improve the feature extraction network to enhance the network's ability to focus on small defective features and effectively reduce the model parameters. The existing methods use direct fusion between multi-level feature maps, which will lead to feature confusion. Therefore, we propose the feature purification fusion structure (FPF), which includes the semantic information supplementation strategy (SIS) and the detail information supplementation strategy (DIS). SIS extracts valid information from the deep feature map and supplements it to the shallow feature map, weakening feature information irrelevant to the shallow feature map detection task. DIS adaptively supplements the feature information required by the deep feature map detection task from the shallow feature map. FPF improves the ability of the network to detect small defects and effectively mitigates the aliasing effect generated during feature fusion. The experimental results show that compared to the baseline model YOLOv5s algorithm, our model achieved a 6.8% improvement in detection accuracy, with an average inference frame rate of 37.6 FPS, demonstrating better detection performance in fabric defect detection. Local feature information plays an important role in image segmentation, however, the referring image segmentation task is dependent on the text expression, so it is impossible to extract local feature information directly from the original reference image. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a specific noun-guided local feature extraction deep neural network model（NgLFNet). The NgLFNet model can automatically mine the local feature information of the object to be segmented according to the key nouns in the input text expression. Specifically, the model first obtains key nouns in text through sentence analysis; secondly, extracting corresponding features through text and image encoders, and using the key nouns to obtain local features of high-interest regions through the multihead attention mechanism; then the multi-modal features are gradually fused to learn; Finally, the decoding and correction module uses the obtained local features to perform more detailed corrections on the prediction mask to obtain the final result. The method in this paper is compared with a variety of mainstream referring segmentation methods and the experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of text-based instance segmentation task. Zero-shot sketch-based image retrieval (ZS-SBIR) is an important computer vision problem. The image category in the test phase is a new category that was not visible in the training stage. Because sketches are extremely abstract, the commonly used backbone networks (such as VGG-16 and ResNet-50) cannot handle both sketches and photos. Semantic similarities between the same features in photos and sketches are difficult to reflect in deep models without textual assistance. To solve this problem, we propose a novel and effective feature embedding model called Attention Map Feature Fusion (AMFF). The AMFF model combines the excellent feature extraction capability of the ResNet-50 network with the excellent representation ability of the attention network. By processing the residuals of the ResNet-50 network, the attention map is finally obtained without introducing external semantic knowledge. Most previous approaches treat the ZS-SBIR problem as a classification problem, which ignores the huge domain gap between sketches and photos. This paper proposes an effective method to optimize the entire network, called domain-aware triplets (DAT). Domain feature discrimination and semantic feature embedding can be learned through DAT. In this paper, we also use the classification loss function to stabilize the training process to avoid getting trapped in a local optimum. Compared with the state-of-the-art methods, our method shows a superior performance. For example, on the Tu-berlin dataset, we achieved 61.2 + 1.2% Prec200. Remote sensing change detection involves detecting pixels that have changed from a bi-temporal image of the same location. Current mainstream change detection models use encoder-decoder structures as well as Siamese networks. However, there are still some challenges with this: (1) Existing change feature fusion approaches do not take into account the symmetry of change features, which leads to information loss; (2) The encoder is independent of the change detection task, and feature extraction is performed separately for dual-time images, which leads to underutilization of the encoder parameters; (3) There are problems of unbalanced positive and negative samples and bad edge region detection. To solve the above problems, a mutual feature-aware network (MFNet) is proposed in this paper. Three modules are proposed for the purpose: (1) A symmetric change feature fusion module (SCFM), which uses double-branch feature selection without losing feature information and focuses explicitly on focal spatial regions based on cosine similarity to introduce strong a priori information; (2) A mutual feature-aware module (MFAM), which introduces change features in advance at the encoder stage and uses a cross-type attention mechanism for long-range dependence modeling; (3) A loss function for edge regions. After detailed experiments, the F1 scores of MFNet on SYSU-CD and LEVIR-CD were 83.11% and 91.52%, respectively, outperforming several advanced algorithms, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed method. The deep learning based methods have improved the visual tracking precision significantly. However, the background distraction and the high precise localization remain challenging problems. Despite that some methods have fused the deep and shallow layer features to solve these problems, the existing fusion methods, like simply concatenating or adding the features from the different layers, cannot take the advantage of both the deep and shallow layer features fully. In this paper, we propose a new adaptive feature fusion method, called the instance-based feature pyramid (IBFP) to obtain the discriminative high-resolution feature, which not only inherits the discriminative information from the deep layer feature, but also keeps the high precision localization information of the shallow layer feature. For utilizing the deep and shallow features effectively, we design an instance-based upsampling (IBU) module to fuse them, and a compressed space channel selection (CSCS) module to re-weight the feature channels adaptively. We insert the IBU and CSCS modules in the Siamese tracker for end-to-end training and testing. By using the proposed IBU and CSCS modules, we fuse the deep and shallow features in a series manner. Experiments on large-scale benchmark datasets demonstrate that the proposed modules boost the capabilities of distinguishing the targets and the similar distractors and perform favorably against the state-of-the-art. Depth estimation from a camera is an important task for 3D perception. Recently, without using the labeled ground truth of depth map, a self-supervised deep learning network can use relative pose to synthesize the target image from the reference image, and the photometric error between synthesized reference image and real one is used as self-supervisory signal. In this paper, we propose a novel self-supervised depth estimation network, which takes advantage of the quadtree constraint to optimize the depth estimation network. Based on the quadtree constraint, the photometric loss and depth loss of quadtree are proposed. In order to solve the problem that multiple depth values in repeated structures and uniform texture regions can cause relatively low photometric loss, we use quadtree-based photometric loss, which calculates the averaged photometric loss in quadtree blocks instead of the pixel-wise loss. For the problem of imbalanced depth distribution, we use quadtree depth loss, which constrains the depth inconsistency within quadtree blocks. The depth estimation network is composed of deep fusion module and cross-layer feature fusion module, which can better extract the feature information of RGB image and sparse keypoints depths, and makes full use of the detail information of the shallow feature map and the semantic information of the deep feature map to enrich the feature information extraction. Existing deep learning based single image super-resolution (SISR) models usually improve the fitting ability of the model by increasing the number of network layers, but fail to fully extract and reuse features, leading low quality of reconstructed images. To solve this problem, this paper proposed an image super-resolution model based on feature fusion and attention mechanism. This model used residual in residual (RIR) structure in feature extraction module. The feature extraction module of the network consisted of several residual groups. Each residual group consisted of several residual blocks. This module implemented local feature fusion in each residual group and global feature fusion between each group. In addition, this model introduced coordinate attention module into each residual block and spatial attention module into each residual group. It verifies that the model is able to fully extract features and reuse features.
