The relevance of this topic lies in the need to use economic and management strategies that can help agricultural enterprises adapt to a changing environment and ensure sustainable and resilient growth in the future. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of economic and managerial factors on the development of agricultural enterprises, with a focus on creating sustainable business models. The methods used were analytical, statistical, and comparative. The paper examines the role of economics in the formation of sustainable business models of agricultural enterprises, focusing on optimizing the use of resources and adapting to market conditions. It is found that economic aspects include optimization of production processes, cost management and analysis of market trends. Efficient use of resources is a key aspect of sustainable business models of modern agricultural enterprises. The use of advanced technologies, such as precision farming and process mechanization, helps to increase productivity and reduce costs. Management of such market factors includes strategic planning, risk analysis and search for new development opportunities. An example of successful use of innovative technologies in agriculture is given on the sample of the American company John Deere. The article describes the strategy for developing sustainable business models for the Ukrainian company Myronivsky Hliboproduct, which includes the introduction of advanced agricultural technologies, diversification of production, optimization of resource use, development of local markets, improvement of risk management and promotion of social development of local communities. It is noted that the unfavourable conditions of war and economic instability pose serious challenges to the agricultural sector, but such conditions can also stimulate the search for new, more sustainable, and efficient business approaches. As a result, the development of sustainable business models for agricultural enterprises requires a comprehensive approach and systematic measures aimed at optimizing production, managing risks, and promoting the social development of local communities. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of increasing competitiveness, resource efficiency and sustainability in a changing market environment, which contributes to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. It is indicated that each state must ensure fair competition in its market in order to support economic growth. This provision is also relevant for the European Union, within which the primary importance is to ensure free competition for the further development of a single system of circulation of goods, works and services, promotion of innovation and creativity, job creation and increased competitiveness, as all this is necessary for the EU to compete in global economy. This article provides a general analysis of the correlation and interaction between the provisions of intellectual property law and the provisions of competition law in the European Union (EU). In particular, the author examines the peculiarities of legal regulation of economic competition and intellectual property protection at the EU level, the state of compliance with EU competition law in the process of exercising and protecting intellectual property rights, and the role of court decisions in determining the balance between intellectual property protection and competition law requirements. The author emphasises that despite different objectives, competition law and intellectual property law have a common basis and therefore actively interact, i.e. these two systems are synergistic. The author analyses possible options for the relationship between protection against unfair competition and intellectual property laws, including the means that would reduce the often existing «tension» between them. Due to the need for a common regulatory framework to ensure that laws are in line with dynamic trade practices, the EU's unfair competition laws are mostly flexible and general in nature. The author identifies the measures currently being taken by the EU to optimise the rules in this area. The author concludes that intellectual property protection, as well as effective antitrust regulation, are the most important legal mechanisms created to ensure economic growth based on the development and expanded use of innovations. Business dynamics have undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years, primarily driven by the digital revolution. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are recognized as the cornerstone of economic growth and development, and their adaptability to this digital era is paramount. This empirical investigation explores the complex relationship between entrepreneurs' awareness, perceptions, and intentions and their influence on the adoption of digitalization, with a focus on the digital initiatives of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), which aims to transform MSMEs digitally. Various constructs, such as entrepreneurs' awareness, perceptions, and intentions, are used to evaluate digital adoption in small businesses. By examining entrepreneurs' levels of awareness, perceptions, and intentions, we aim to uncover the fundamental factors that shape their strategic choices regarding digital adoption. This study employs structural equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS and adopts an explanatory survey method. It involved engaging Indian MSMEs with a total of 300 participants. Of these, 220 successfully submitted fully filled-out questionnaires through Google Forms. It is noteworthy that the examination of the research model revealed promising results by meeting the thresholds of CFI, RMSEA, and other similar measures. Findings reveal that entrepreneurs' awareness and intention positively influence digital adoption in MSMEs, whereas entrepreneurs' perception has no significant influence on digital adoption in MSMEs. This study has significant practical implications for policy formulation, entrepreneurial decision-making, collaborative efforts, risk mitigation, and future research directions in the context of digitalization within the MSME sector. Progress towards sustainable development is the priority for countries all over the globe. Understanding the essence of sustainable development is a basis for conducting research and practical actions. The aim of the article is to find out the global determinants of sustainable development in the context of digital transformation. The era of digital technologies creates new approaches to solving available issues and challenges. New normality requires defining global determinants of sustainable development and creating new tools for achieving its goals. The study has provided empirical evidence and proved that ICT is one of the important drivers of sustainable development. The conducted analysis shows that there is a direct impact of ICT development and digitisation on achieving SDG 9 "Industry, Innovations and Infrastructure”. The indirect impact of digitalisation on the SDGs is analysed. It is proved that the implementation of digital technologies in business processes and digitalisation of non-IT sectors of the economy will contribute to the comprehensive implementation of a number of SDGs, such as SDGs 3, 4, 8, 9, 11, 12, and will give impetus to the achievement of other goals, which will generally have a synergistic effect. Benchmarking of practices used by well-developed countries enabled the identification of a number of priority areas related to the digitisation of the economy, namely, the development of digital skills among the population for entrepreneurial activities, state support for the digitalisation of business, especially SMEs, promotion of e-commerce, electronic payments. This study makes multiple contributions namely to academic debate on the influence of digitisation on sustainable development, demonstrates the interrelations between SDGs and highlights evidence on the global determinants of sustainable development. The national defence industry concentrates on military, electronic, information and space technologies. In the near future, Ukraine's defence industry may become one of the most knowledge-intensive industrial sectors of the economy. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to assess the capacity of Ukrainian defence enterprises to produce weapons and military equipment to ensure national security. The research aims not only to assess the problems of the defence industry under martial law but also to ensure the effective development of the defence industry sectors by identifying priority areas of funding. It was found that the current state of the Ukrainian defence industry does not meet the current realities of the time, especially in the context of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The provision of equipment and weapons to military units is at a low level. It is found that the renewal of modern models of weapons and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, before the full-scale invasion, was less than 1%, which in turn did not allow to compensate for the rate of ageing of existing weapons. The authors suggest ways to support the development of Ukraine's defence industry, in particular, through the creation of a Defence Industry Development Fund. The authors propose to create a Defence Industry Development Fund using public and private sources of funding not prohibited by the legislative framework of Ukraine, which will expand the capabilities of defence industry enterprises to produce weapons and military equipment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of utilising the work of agro-industrial companies in the sustainable development of Azerbaijan. Thus, the study assessed the essence of the concept of Environmental, Social, and Governance, and its role for the state and enterprises. It was concluded that in recent years, more and more attention has been paid to this kind of principles in the corporate world, as companies realise the importance of solving environmental and social problems to attract investors and develop sustainable practices. This is also consistent with the concept of corporate social responsibility, which emphasises the ethical obligations of business to society. The analysis of investment flows in such companies in the agricultural sector has shown that they can significantly expand the scope of their activities and accelerate the introduction of sustainable agriculture methods around the world. It was concluded that, given the benefits that investments in these companies bring to the country, it is important to include programmes aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of such companies in the framework of national policy. In addition, targeted government support for such companies is effective. All this remains especially relevant in the realities of Azerbaijan, as a country with a transitional economy with a fairly high role for the agricultural sector (at least within the framework of food security), and the need for economic diversification. The results obtained in the framework of the study can be used to formulate a long-term development strategy for Azerbaijan in the context of combating climate change in the agro-industrial sector. Today, the problems of devaluation of the environment, depletion of natural resources, and social and economic crises are increasingly deepening. The issue of sustainable development at the enterprise level is becoming a necessity, not just a regulatory requirement. The critical role in this process is played by innovative support capable of reforming the existing approaches to the problems mentioned above. The study aims to determine the relationship and mutual influence between the indicators of innovation support and sustainable development of enterprises and to form recommendations based on the results using the methods of correlation analysis, multivariate regression, and case study. The study revealed a close correlation between the indicators of innovation support, which are represented in the study by the Global Innovation Index with its sub-indices, and such Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) indicators as the “Logistics Performance Index: Quality of trade and transport-related infrastructure” and “Electronic waste (kg/capita)”. It has been determined that the first indicator is most strongly influenced by institutions and infrastructure, and the second is influenced by institutions, human capital and research, infrastructure, and market structure. The recommendations formed because of the analysis include using electronic systems and resource cycles. The results obtained can be of practical importance and used by both enterprise management and government agencies to optimise the enterprise's logistics system and waste management. Due to the importance of innovations as a factor for economic growth and competitiveness, ensuring their sustainable development is a universal task for the country. The most intense race for innovation is observed among countries striving for global dominance. This article is dedicated to the study of the specific features of innovation development in the United States, where innovative potential has become one of the cornerstones of their economic strategy and a key driver of their success. The United States has significant distinctions from other countries in terms of culture, institutions, economic organizations, economic regulation, etc., which together create the basic conditions for innovation and require consideration. The focus on innovation development in the United States is driven by intensified competition with other global players, particularly from China. The main goal of the research is to summarize and characterize the systemic features of innovation development in the United States, as well as to identify the key factors intensifying innovation productivity in the country. The study of the systemic features of innovation development in the United States covered the analysis of 1) civilizational factors; 2) institutional system; 3) economic system; 4) innovation system; 5) state innovation policy. The main factors intensifying innovation productivity in the United States were identified as the combination of entrepreneurial and large-scale capitalism, venture capital investment, and territorial agglomerations of innovative structures. The need to consider the peculiarities of innovation generation in the military sector, universities, and non-profit organizations has been justified. The strength of the United States innovation system has been statistically demonstrated, however, the increasing competition in science and innovation from China has been confirmed. This has led to the intensification and change in the type of state innovation policy in the United States, with a focus on targeted support for innovation in industry in the context of the green transition. Tourists are frequent victims of criminal offences, but the investigation of such crimes is usually complicated by several factors, which allow offenders to often stay unpunished. The aim of the research is to study the possibilities of using technical equipment during detection, investigation, and prevention of crimes against tourists. The research employed a doctrinal approach, a statistical method and other methods. The study identified the factors of victimization of tourists and the main scenarios under which crimes are committed. The main areas of application of technical equipment for the detection and investigation of crimes in tourism are established: the use of photo and video recording devices, traceology, weapons examination, handwriting examination, document, examination, identification of a person by appearance, phonoscopy, odourology, research of physical evidence, forensics, forensic profiling, etc. The problems of using technical equipment to detect and investigate crimes in the tourism sector are identified using the example of Ukraine, particularly the impossibility of using interrogation video footage as evidence during a judicial investigation. The obtained conclusions can be useful for optimizing the work of law enforcement agencies by providing a wide range of modern innovations to increase the effectiveness of detection and investigation of crimes in tourism. The European Union robustly advocates the circular economy model as a foundation for sustainable business growth. However, the adoption rate by businesses remains tepid. Simultaneously, the Fourth Industrial Revolution underscores digitalization's potential for transformation. Many studies point to the role of digital tools in accelerating the circular economy. However, the nexus between digital technology and circular economy principles is a budding and rapidly evolving academic area. While ample research addresses digitalization and the circular economy independently, holistic studies merging the two are limited. This article aims to dissect the current trajectory and future directions of research that integrates both domains, offering deep insights for subsequent scholarly explorations. We employed a bibliometric approach, extracting literature chiefly from the Web of Science database and applying VOSviewer software for keyword association visualizations.
