In this paper we present a novel algorithm based on Super-Resolution Image Reconstruction (SRIR). We use pattern recognition method to optimize the performance of digital watermarking. First, the binary watermarking is scanned to one-dimension sequence before embedding, at the same time, we chose a mixed error-correcting code–(3,1,2)convolutional code and (3,1) repetition code to encode the original watermarking, and the sequence is inputted into the (3,1,2) convolution encoder and (3,1) repetition encoder frame by frame. The output sequence is scanned to some matrixes as the watermarking information. Second, the super-resolution reconstruction of image sparse representation is implemented on carrier image. Then, block the image and the watermarking which is encoded with mixed error-correcting code is embedded in low frequency band of the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) repeatedly. Experimental results show that our image watermarking scheme with SRIR is better than the traditional one which is without SRIR, not only invisible, but also robust against various common signal processing (such as JPEG compression, salt and pepper noise, Gaussian low-pass filtering, and median filtering). Most of secret image sharing schemes are follow the idea of classic Shamir scheme, namely the (k,n) threshold scheme based on one-variable polynomial. Which schemes succeed much advantages of the Shamir scheme, such as implentment easily, both have features of Perfect and Ideal and so on. But those schemes regard images as data stream, and not adequately consider the matrix characteristics of the digital image. In view of this situation, this paper proposed a new secret image sharing scheme based on bivariate polynomial, besides has most advantages of Shamir scheme, access structure in the new scheme has been greatly enriched. Nowadays, forensic analysis of digital images is especially important, given the high use of digital cameras in mobile devices. The identification of the device type or the make and model of image source are two important branches of forensic analysis of digital images. In this paper we have addressed both, with an approach based on different types of image features and the classification using support vector machines. The study mainly has focused on images created with mobile devices and as a result, the techniques and features have been adapted or created for this purpose. There have been a total of 36 experiments classified into 5 sets, in order to test different configurations of the techniques. In the configuration of the experiments were taken into account among other things the future use of the technique by the forensic analyst in real situations and creating experiments with high technical requirements. In this paper, we introduce a digital H-space, a digital H-group and a digital H-map between digital H-spaces. We give definition of digital H-space and then its basic properties. We give an example which is a digital H-space. Some conclusions about digital H-spaces are associated with algebraic topology. Furthermore we obtained some results about digital H-spaces. This paper presents an adaptive fuzzy filter combined with median filter (AFM) to the reduction of intensive salt and pepper noise in gray level images. Firstly, noisy pixels are detected using spatial neighborhood and variance of the pixel values. Then, noisy pixels are mainly removed with adaptive fuzzy filter, and then median filter is used for removing rest of the noisy pixels. Remote sensing satellites produce images in two modes: panchromatic with very high spatial resolution, and multi-spectral mode with a spatial resolution lower. The purpose of this paper is to develop a method which combines the two modes. We built a new image with the spectral properties of the low-resolution image and the spatial detail of the high resolution image. The images used are derived from IKONOS and QuickBird satellites with a ratio four (4) for the resolution. The basic idea of this work is to develop and test the supervised fuzzy ARTMAP of adaptive resonance theory [1, 2]. In this context two network fusion methods and IHS fusion process combined with a “histogram matching” have been developed. The quality of fusion was done qualitatively and quantitatively by taking into account the two aspects: the quality of preservation of details and quality of color conservation. In this paper, we investigated the initiation of the straight-side buckling of the compressed thin film on flat PMMA substrate under alternate loads, with emphasis on the influences of loading frequency, film thickness and load amplitude on the initiation of the buckling, respectively. A fatigue-loading device based on piezoelectric ceramics has been designed for making the cyclic loadings available. The instability phenomenon has been recorded using a CCD camera and an optical microscope. The aluminum and copper thin films were studied in the experiments, the different loading modes have been involved in detailed experimental analysis. At present, experimental investigations of thin film buckling under cyclic load may be an efficient engineering solution in many practical fields such as micro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS). In today's cyber world where interception of data by third parties is very common, there is a demanding need for encryption of data via secured and unsecured communication networks. Sensitive digital images stored in databases, such as in the cloud, need to be encrypted. This paper proposed a hybrid method of encryption of digital images based on asymmetric encryption algorithm and a visual cryptographic algorithm. This paper proposes new forensic criteria for matching assessment of two-dimensional (2D) multimedia content in judicial processes. An authorship of two companies' trademark symbols is needed to proof by exact measures, avoiding undefined or ambiguous perceptual criteria. Our algorithm includes several content based wavelets image processing methods for image similarity matching and shape recognition. In this paper, we developed a robust digital watermarking technique to protect intellectual property right of digital image. A scale-invariant feature transform technique was employed for resisting geometric attacks and two dimensional bar code was used for its high capacity and fault tolerance to enhance digital watermarking capacity. Besides, the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and discrete cosine transform (DCT) were joined to cope with noise problem and enhance perceptual transparency of watermarking image. This paper proposes a method of white balance for digital image to compensate color difference caused by different light on optical microscope, which combines the overall correction with the point to point correction according to the characteristics of the uneven light source. it corrects the pixels by point to point correction method if the pixels do not conform with the overall situation, Point to point correction method is that it gets each point adjustment parameter by the actual light sense firstly, and then adjusts the digital image point by point under the same light source. In this paper, we introduce a novel algorithm to destroy the steganographic information embedded in an image without changing the quality of the image and with no prior knowledge of the used steganography scheme. We propose the new Neighbor Class Displacement (NCD) algorithm, which arranges the pixels of an image into a given number of classes. The elements of two specific classes are substituted with each other based on different conditions related to the content of the class elements. For evaluating the effectiveness of our attack, we apply NCD to different steganographically modified images to remove the embedded hidden information. Our results show that over 40% of the steganography bits are toggled in natural images by our proposed attack algorithm, which means the hidden information is removed effectively. Additionally, the visual quality of the images does not change and the PSNR of the original and attacked images is above 32 dB. We compare our attack to other signal processing and geometrical attacks and show that our NCD scheme outperforms other steganography attack algorithms while maintaining the quality of the host image. Compressive Sensing (CS) is a new sampling theory which captures signals at sub-Nyquist rate without jeopardizing signal recovery. To guarantee exact recovery from compressed measurements, one should choose specific matrix, which satisfies the Restricted Isometry Property (RIP), to implement the sensing procedure. Generally, this kind of matrix is constructed by the Gaussian random matrix or Bernoulli random matrix. In this work, we systematically investigate the possibility of constructing measurement matrices with different chaotic sequences. With these matrices, we apply them in compressive sensing of digital images and compare the accuracy of reconstruction while using each of them to construct measurement matrices. Experimental results show that the matrices constructed by chaotic sequences can be sufficient to satisfy RIP with high probability and suitable to construct measurement matrices, whose characteristics can really outperform Gaussian random matrix. Meanwhile, the performances of the different chaotic sensing matrices are almost equal and most of them are superior to Gaussian random matrix for some compression ratio. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
