With the development of technology and the growth of the number of devices connected to the Internet, cyber security is decreasing, and it has become a real challenge to secure systems and protect personal data. OSINT intelligence collects data from all publicly available and open-source databases, which makes enormous amounts of data available to everyone, including cybersecurity experts and attackers. Using the OSINT tool Shodan, this paper shows the vulnerabilities of certain European Union countries' protocols, devices, and services. Except for the analysis, the paper compares the obtained results to show how much certain countries invest in cyber security. This paper aims to increase awareness about cyber security flaws so that users can detect and protect them. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
