The prevalence of violence against women and children is concerning, and the initial step is to raise awareness of this issue. Certain forms of detection based techniques are not frequently regarded both socially and culturally permissible. Designing and implementing effective approaches in secondary and supplementary avoidance simultaneously depends on the characterization and assessment. Given the greater incidence of instances and mortalities resulting developing an early detection system is essential. Consequently, violence against women and children is a problem of human health of pandemic proportions. As a result, the focus of this survey is to analyze the existing methods used to identify violence in photos or films. Here, 50 research papers are reviewed and their techniques employed, dataset, evaluation metrics, and publication year are analyzed. The study reviews the potential future research areas by examining the difficulties in identifying violence against women and children in literary works for researchers to overcome in order to produce better results. This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of oil painting classification and simulation using an improved embedded learning fusion vision perception algorithm. This paper analyzes and models the image quality evaluation problem by simulating the human visual system and extracting quality perception features as the main entry point to improve the prediction accuracy of the overall algorithm. This paper proposes a multi-classification method of CCNN, which uses the similarity measure based on information first to achieve multi-classification of artwork styles and artists, and this part is the main part of this paper. This paper uses the wiki art repository to construct a dataset of oil paintings, including over 2000 works by 20 artists in 13 styles. CNN achieves an accuracy of 85.75% on the artist classification task, which is far more effective than traditional deep learning networks such as Resnet. Finally, we use the network model of this paper and other network models to train the classification of 3, 4, and 6 categories of art images. The accuracy of art image classification by this paper's algorithm is higher than that of the current mainstream convolutional neural network models, and the extracted features are more comprehensive and more accurate than traditional art image feature extraction methods, which do not rely on researchers to extract image features. In this paper, 1,538 papers retrieved with the keywords "sports artificial intelligence (AI)" on the Web of Science database since 2007 were taken as the data source, and the Cite Space V software was used to visualize and analyze them. A visual knowledge graph was used to streamline the countries, institutions and authors conducting sports AI research, discipline distribution, research hotspots and development trends in the past 15 years. Subsequently, its development direction and research progress were discussed. Sports AI was widely distributed, with the US, China and the UK leading the way. The most prolific authors and teams in research on sports AI were concentrated in American universities. Their main research direction is to develop and improve smart wearable devices based on machine learning and deep learning technologies for different groups of people. Research on sports AI involved multiple disciplines, which mainly applied and referred to research methodologies and theories on engineering, computer science and sports science. It could be seen from the frequency and centrality of keywords that in the current field of sports AI, machine learning is the main direction, artificial neural networks is the main algorithm, and practical and empirical research based on data mining is the focus. The research hotspots were divided into three major clusters: physical health promotion, sports injury prevention and control, and athletic performance enhancement. How to introduce intelligent technology into sports for a perfect integration still has an arduous and long way to go. Previously, single classification models were mainly studied to classify human protein cell images, i.e., to identify a certain protein based on a set of different cells. However, a classifier can identify only one protein, in fact, a single cell usually consists of multiple proteins, and the proteins are not completely independent of each other. In this paper, we build a human protein cell classification model by multi-label learning. The logical relationship and distribution characteristics among the labels are analyzed to determine the different proteins contained in a set of different cells (i.e., containing multiple elements in the output space). In this paper, using human protein image data, we conducted comparison experiments on pre-trained Xception and InceptionResnet V2 to optimize the two models in terms of data augmentation, channel settings, and model structure. The results show that the Optimized InceptionResnet V2 model achieves high performance in the classification task. The final accuracy of the Optimized InceptionResnet V2 model we obtained reached 96.1%, which is a 2.82% improvement relative to that before the optimized model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Compared with other facial expression recognition, classroom facial expression recognition should pay more attention to the feature extraction of a specific region to reflect the attention of students. However, most features are extracted with complete facial images by deep neural networks. In this paper, we proposed a new expression recognition based on attention mechanism, where more attention would be paid in the channel information which have much relationship with the expression classification instead of depending on all channel information. A new classroom expression classification has also been concluded with considering the concentration. Moreover, activation function is modified to reduce the number of parameters and computations, at the same time, dropout regularization is added after the pool layer to prevent overfitting of the model. The experiments show that the accuracy of our method named Ixception has an maximize improvement of 5.25% than other algorithms. The reliability of thimble tubes plays a critical role for maintaining the safety of a nuclear power plant. The defect depth needs to be quantified and predicted to support the operational decision-making. This paper presents a method to quantify the defects on thimble tube wall based on the analyzation of eddy current testing (ECT) data. Then, a method using artificial neural network (ANN) to predict the detect depth is studied. The tubes are divided into 2 shapes and four regions according to their positions and the data of each region and each shape is expanded by mean interpolation. A prediction model based on ANN is constructed for each shape in each region. The experimental results show that the model can predict the signal of the next year according to the signal of the previous three years with mean absolute percentage error less than 16%. Researchers need to formulate their achievements as research papers. Representative references are essential to high-quality papers. Academic citation recommendation refers to providing the recommendation of citations for the author of papers when they write. With the help of citation recommendation, researchers can improve the efficiency of writing academic papers and reduce the omission of important related literature. To achieve this goal, some methods were proposed. Many of them used citation networks to learn the representation of papers and chose references, they tended to ignore the content properties of papers. There are also some methods used partial properties to recommend citation. But their performance can be further improved. In this paper, we propose a citation recommendation method based on context correlation. We use two neural network models to learn the representations of papers and their references, then calculate the context similarity of them. Besides, we also introduce the publishing time and authority of papers, two key properties of papers for citation evaluation. In the experiment section, we compare our method with other methods and evaluate the performance of different properties choice in our method, it shows that our method outperforms some baselines and the combination of the dimensions including time, authority and context performs better. In the field of text classification, current research ignores the role of part-of-speech features, and the multi-channel model that can learn richer text information compared to a single model. Moreover, the method based on neural network models to achieve final classification, using fully connected layer and Softmax layer can be further improved and optimized. This paper proposes a hybrid model for text classification using part-of-speech features, namely PAGNN-Stacking1. In the text representation stage of the model, introducing part-of-speech features facilitates a more accurate representation of text information. In the feature extraction stage of the model, using the multi-channel attention gated neural network model can fully learn the text information. In the text final classification stage of the model, this paper innovatively adopts Stacking algorithm to improve the fully connected layer and Softmax layer, which fuses five machine learning algorithms as base classifier and uses fully connected layer Softmax layer as meta classifier. In modern wireless telecommunication systems, antenna arrays are widely used as elements of multiple – input multiple – output technology. In the fifth-generation systems, arrays are utilized to realize beamforming that forms the radiation pattern of the base station in the direction of the mobile user. This requires the utilization of many-element antenna arrays that are precisely controlled to achieve the required radiation properties. In this paper we apply the concept of deep neural network to model antenna array radiation properties. In this proof-of-concept research we aim at investigating to what extent it is possible to use deep neural networks for modeling antenna arrays. We consider a full-wave model of linear array with a reflector, which was controlled by the phase and amplitude of the signals feeding the elementary radiators. The applied method made it possible to solve the direct and inverse problems. The results that we obtained show that deep neural networks are able to model antenna array properties. Spotting rumors from social media and intervening early has always been a daunting challenge. In recent years, Deep neural networks have begun to discover rumors by exploring the way of rumor propagation. The existing static graph models either only focus on the spatial structure information of rumor propagation or on time series propagation information but do not effectively combine them. This paper proposes the Static Spatiotemporal Model (SSM), which first extracts the textual semantic information and constructs undirected and directed propagation trees. Then obtains spatial structure information of rumor propagation through Graph Convolutional Network and extracts time series propagation information through the Recurrent Neural Network. The extracted spatiotemporal information is enhanced using different source node information hopping. Finally, SSM uses a weighted connection ensemble to rumor classification. Experimentally validated on datasets such as Weibo and Twitter, the results show that the proposed method outperforms several state-of-the-art static graph models. To better apply SSM in early detection and characterize early concepts, this paper presents a new data collection index for early detection, which can detect events that spread faster and have more significant influence in a targeted manner. Smart city has come a long way since the development of emerging technology like Information and communications technology (ICT), Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning (ML), Block chain and Artificial Intelligence. The Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is an important application in a rapidly growing smart city. Prediction of the automotive accident severity plays a very crucial role in the smart transportation system. The main motive behind this research is to determine the specific features which could affect vehicle accident severity. In this paper, some of the classification models, specifically Logistic Regression, Artificial Neural network, Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbors, and Random Forest have been implemented for predicting the accident severity. All the models have been verified, and the experimental results prove that these classification models have attained considerable accuracy. The paper also explained a secure communication architecture model for secure information exchange among all the components associated with the ITS. This paper aims to improve the level of social credit system and the accuracy and efficiency of bank users' credit scoring by using business intelligence technology based on deep neural network (DNN). Firstly, based on the theory of personal credit evaluation factors, a comprehensive credit evaluation factor system is constructed, taking into account social and economic background, consumption habits, behavior patterns and other factors. Meanwhile, back propagation neural network (BPNN) theory is introduced as the core method of modeling to cope with the nonlinear relationship in the credit scoring task and the demand of large-scale data processing. Secondly, by analyzing the operation process of BPNN in detail, the specific application in credit scoring model is emphasized. Finally, on the basis of theory and operation, this paper implements a credit scoring model for bank users based on BPNN theory. The experimental results show that the model realized in this paper can automatically discover the key attributes and internal rules in the sampled data, and adjust the weight and threshold of the network by modifying the parameters and network structure to meet the expected requirements. The accuracy of the credit score of the predicted sample data reaches 99.5%, and the prediction error is very small, which has a good prediction effect. This paper provides a feasible solution for business intelligence and DNN in the field of credit scoring, and also provides strong empirical support for improving the level of social credit system. The process of partitioning into different objects of an image is segmentation. In different major fields like face tracking, Satellite, Object Identification, Remote Sensing and majorly in medical field segmentation process is very important to find the different objects in the image. To investigate the functions and processes of human boy in radiology magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) will be used. MRI technique is using in many hospitals for the diagnosis purpose widely in finding the stage of a particular disease. In this paper, we proposed a new method for detecting the tumor with enhanced performance over traditional techniques such as K-Means Clustering, fuzzy c means (FCM). Different research methods have been proposed by researchers to detect the tumor in brain. To classify normal and abnormal form of brain, a system for screening is discussed in this paper which is developed with a framework of artificial intelligence with deep learning probabilistic neural networks by focusing on hybrid clustering for segmentation on brain image and crystal contrast enhancement. In order to improve the accuracy of English online course teaching effect evaluation results, a paper proposed an English online course teaching effect evaluation method based on ResNet algorithm. The effect of College English online teaching was evaluated from five aspects: pre-class preparation, teaching content, basic skills, ability training, and teaching methods. Each evaluation item was set with seven levels of scoring standards. An evaluation model of the classroom teaching effect was constructed based on convolutional neural network according to the internal relationship between facial expression recognition and classroom teaching effect evaluation. The problem of network depth deepening affecting the accuracy of evaluation in convolutional neural network models was innovatively solved by utilizing the ResNet algorithm. The evaluation of the effectiveness of English online course teaching was achieved. The experimental results showed that this method could effectively improve the effect of English online course teaching evaluation and improve the teaching quality of English online courses. Sentiment analysis of scientific citations is a novel and remarkable research area. Most of the work on opinion or sentiment analysis has been suggested on social platforms such as Blogs, Twitter, and Facebook. Nevertheless, when it comes to recognizing sentiments from scientific citation papers, investigators used to face difficulties due to the implied and unseen natures of sentiments or opinions. As the citation references are reflected implicitly positive in opinion, famous ranking and indexing prototypes frequently disregard the sentiment existence while citing. Hence, in the proposed framework the paper emphasizes the issue of classifying positive and negative polarity of reference sentiments in scientific research papers. First, the paper scraps the PDF articles from arxiv.org under the computer science group consisting of articles that are comprised of 'autism' in their title, then the paper extracted cited references and assigns polarity scores to each cited reference. The paper uses a supervised classifier with a combination of significant feature sets and compared the performance of the models. The electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is a kind of time-varying signal, which has the characteristics and difficulties of variability, instability, and noise. Aiming at that, this paper put forward a novel 13-layer deep dynamic neural network model (DDNN) for the ECG signal learning and classification. The proposed DDNN model is a dynamic hybrid deep learning model. It includes a wavelet block, a convolutional block, a recurrent block, and a classification block, which combines the learning property and classification mechanism of convolutional neural network for the large-scale data sets, the learning and memory ability of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) for time series, and the noise reduction and processing ability of wavelet basis for the signals to meet the requirement of the learning and classification of ECG signal characteristics. For deep learning's insufficient learning ability of a small amount of data in the Chinese named entity recognition based on deep learning, this paper proposes a named entity recognition of local adverse drug reactions based on Adversarial Transfer Learning, and constructs a neural network model ASAIBC consisting of Adversarial Transfer Learning, Self-Attention, independently recurrent neural network (IndRNN), Bi-directional long short-term memory (BiLSTM) and conditional random field (CRF). However, of the task of Chinese named entity recognition (NER), there are only few open labeled data sets. Therefore, this article introduces Adversarial Transfer Learning network to fully utilize the boundary of Chinese word segmentation tasks (CWS) and NER tasks for information sharing. Plus, the specific information in the CWS is also filtered. Combing with Self-Attention mechanism and IndRNN, this feature's expression ability is enhanced, thus allowing the model to concern the important information of different entities from different levels. Along with better capture of the dependence relations of long sentences, the recognition ability of the model is further strengthened. As all the results gained from WeiBoNER and MSRA data sets by ASAIBC model are better than traditional algorithms, this paper conducts an experiment on the data set of Xinjiang local named entity recognition of adverse drug reactions (XJADRNER) based on manual labeling, with the accuracy, precision, recall and F-Score value being 98.97%, 91.01%, 90.21% and 90.57% respectively. Many colleges in China have adopted the policy of recruiting students by academic subject categories in order to optimize the talent training mode. To solve the problems in major selection after enrollment, this paper has designed an intelligent algorithm model for recommending college majors. Compared with existing methods for assigning college majors, the model uses deep neural networks and clustering algorithms to simulate complex calculations in the human brain. It uses historical learning data from senior students or graduates to predict the future grades of freshmen, judge their adaptability to various college majors, reduce human interference in the college major selection process, recommend the most suitable college major to students. The 3D point cloud deep neural network (3D DNN) has achieved remarkable success, but its black-box nature hinders its application in many safety-critical domains. The saliency map technique is a key method to look inside the black-box and determine where a 3D DNN focuses when recognizing a point cloud. Existing point-wise point cloud saliency methods are proposed to illustrate the point-wise saliency for a given 3D DNN. However, the above critical points are alternative and unreliable. The findings are grounded on our experimental results which show that a point becomes critical because it is responsible for representing one specific local structure. However, one local structure does not have to be represented by some specific points, conversely. As a result, discussing the saliency of the local structure (named patch-wise saliency) represented by critical points is more meaningful than discussing the saliency of some specific points. Based on the above motivations, this paper designs a black-box algorithm to generate patch-wise saliency map for point clouds. Our basic idea is to design the Mask Building-Dropping process, which adaptively matches the size of important/unimportant patches by clustering points with close saliency. Experimental results on several typical 3D DNNs show that our patch-wise saliency algorithm can provide better visual guidance, and can detect where a 3D DNN is focusing more efficiently than a point-wise saliency map. In the new normal period, the trend changes and adjustments of the environment such as international trade, production capacity, labor supply and resource constraints have put forward new requirements for China's industrial development, which have brought new challenges and given new opportunities. In the new normal stage where economic growth continues to decline, industrial growth is still an important support for economic growth. The advancement of industrial technology is the main driving force for improving the total factor productivity of the industrial industry. Therefore, the most important thing to promote industrial growth is to upgrade the level of industrial technology. In response to the above-mentioned problems, this paper analyzed the relationship between industrial technology and industrial output in the new normal environment by using the BP neural network (BPNN) algorithm. The connection between the two has been found, which provided a clear direction for the functional adjustment of economic law. Experimental studies have shown that there is a positive relationship between industrial technological progress and industrial output. When other conditions are the same, and when the non-new normal is selected, industrial output increases by about 0.36% for every 1% increase in industrial technological progress. When choosing to be in the new normal, industrial technological progress has a higher impact on industrial output. The adoption of online banking is a big challenge as well as an emergent paradigm which is evolving quickly. The study develops a new exploration model that is used to determine significant constructs of the UTAUT theory that influence the adoption of online-banking. A study was conducted through an online survey of online banking users. Three methods were used; firstly, PLS-SEM was used to determine which of the constructs have a significant impact on behavioral intention to use e-banking, secondly, an incorporated neural network model was used to classify the relative impact of significant variables obtained from PLS-SEM, and finally a hybrid procedure is incorporated from PLS-SEM to initialize the Fuzzy TOPSIS. The findings of the research paper constitute the ranked results and a comparison between them. The results of PLS-SEM and ANN analysis showed the same ranking for the constructs, while the decision making method Fuzzy TOPSIS introduced some changes in the ranking. Accurate segmentation of knee cartilage in MR images is crucial for early diagnosis and treatment of knee conditions. Manual segmentation is time-consuming, leading researchers to explore automatic deep learning methods. However, the choice between 2D and 3D networks for organ segmentation remains debated. In this paper, we propose a hybrid 2D and 3D deep neural network approach, named UVNet, which combines the strengths of both techniques to enhance segmentation performance. Within this network structure, the 3D segmentation network serves as the backbone for feature extraction, while the 2D segmentation network functions as an information supplement network. Local and global MIP images are generated by employing various maximum intensity projection modes of knee MRI volumes as input for the information supplement network. By constructing a local and global MIP feature fusion module, the supplementary information obtained from the 2D segmentation network is fully integrated into the backbone network. We assess the quality of the proposed method using the Osteoarthritis Initiative (OAI) dataset and the 2010 Grand Challenge Knee Image Segmentation (SKI-10) dataset, comparing it to the Baseline Network and other advanced 2D and 3D segmentation methods. In this paper, the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of pseudo almost periodic solutions for a class of octonion-valued neutral type high-order Hopfield neural network models with D operator are established by using the Banach fixed point theorem and differential inequality techniques. Compared with most existing models, in this class of networks, all connection weights and activation functions are assumed to be octonion-valued functions except for time delays. And unlike most of the existing methods of studying octonion-valued neural networks, our method is a non-decomposition method, that is, the method of directly studying octonion-valued systems. Learning performance evaluation is an important part of computer English teaching. Through evaluation, students can understand whether they have reached the learning goals of a lesson, and what are their shortcomings, so that they can continuously improve and improve themselves against these shortcomings. Combining actual needs, based on neural network and artificial intelligence technology, this paper constructs a computer English learning performance evaluation model based on machine learning. The computer English learning performance evaluation system in this paper is constructed on the basis of auditory characteristics and introduces a wavelet entropy feature based on the best tree wavelet packet decomposition, and it is applied to the establishment of an adaptive model. Moreover, this paper uses controlled experiments to analyze the model performance and combines mathematical statistics to visually display the model effect. The global economy appears the trend of anti-globalization under the influence of COVID-19. Based on the input-output table of lead database from 2006 to 2020, this paper divides the factors that affect the development of financial industry in China, the United States and Russia into six aspects: price, intermediate input, household consumption, government consumption, export and import. ADGA-BP neural network model is proposed in this paper, which is based on six aspects of price, intermediate input, consumer, government consumption, export and import. The intermediate input is decomposed from the perspective of industrial structure to study the interrelationship between financial industry and other industries in the three countries. The results show that the intermediate input is the main factor in the development of financial industry in the three countries, but the source industries of the intermediate input are not the same; the two factors of household consumption and price are closely related to the development of financial industry in the three countries, and they all play a role in promoting China, while the relationship between household consumption and the United States and between price and Russia is reverse; Government consumption only has a significant impact on Russia; from the perspective of mutual influence, the mutual investment between the financial industry of China and the United States is relatively large, while the relationship between the Russian financial industry and the two countries is relatively weak. The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated the increasing need of policymakers for timely estimates of macroeconomic variables. A prior United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) research paper examined the suitability of long short-term memory artificial neural networks (LSTM) for performing economic nowcasting of this nature. Building off those findings, in this paper, the LSTM's performance during the COVID-19 pandemic is compared and contrasted with that of the dynamic factor model (DFM), a commonly used methodology in the field. Three separate variables, global merchandise export values and volumes and global services exports, were nowcast with actual data vintages and performance evaluated for the second, third, and fourth quarters of 2020 and the first and second quarters of 2021. In terms of both mean absolute error and root mean square error, the LSTM obtained better performance in two-thirds of variable/quarter combinations, as well as displayed more gradual forecast evolutions with more consistent narratives and smaller revisions. In this paper, Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) based information processing algorithm has been used to provide a solution to this problem and it has been found suitable to predict machines availability as a prediction function. The considered pharmaceutical plants are dealing with production of medicines related common symptoms in case of COVID-19 (fever, coughing, and breathing problems). The pharmaceutical plant data corresponding to different values of repair and failure rates of different subsystems is collected from plant and analyzed with the help of validated neural network value of availability. This configuration of ANNs approach developed in this research allowed simplifying computational complexities of conventional approaches to solve a large plant machines availability problem. The ANNs methodology in the paper permitted making no assumption, no explicit coding of the problem, no complete knowledge of system configuration, only raw input and clean data found to be sufficient to determine the value of machine availability function for different value of failure and repair rates considered in the paper. The results obtained in the paper are useful for the plant leadership, as the value of failure and repair rates of various subsystems can be fine-tuned at a require clear-cut level to achieve higher availability, and avoid considerably loss of production, loss of man power, and by-pass complete breakdown of concerned system. In recent years, the research on object detection has been intensified. A large number of object detection results are applied to our daily life, which greatly facilitates our work and life. In this paper, we propose a more effective object detection neural network model ENHANCE_YOLOV4. We studied the effects of several attention mechanisms on YOLOV4, and finally concluded that spatial attention mechanism had the best effect on YOLOV4. Therefore, based on previous studies, this paper introduces Dilated Convolution and one-by-one convolution into the spatial attention mechanism to expand the receptive field and combine channel information. Compared with CBAM and BAM, which are composed of spatial attention and channel attention, this improved spatial attention module reduces model parameters and improves detection capabilities. We built a new network model by embedding improved spatial attention module in the appropriate place in YOLOV4. And this paper proves that the detection accuracy of this network structure on the VOC data set is increased by 0.8%, and the detection accuracy on the coco data set is increased by 7%when the calculation performance is increased a little. In this paper, two accurate hybrid islanding detection schemes are proposed based on Wavelet Transform and Stockwell transform (S-transform). The proposed methods use the potential of sequence voltage (negative) retrieved at the target Distributed Generation (DG) location of the distribution network under study. In one of the schemes, Discrete Wavelet transform (DWT) is applied to process the negative sequence voltage signal and for its decomposition, which is further used to extract six statistical features like energy, entropy, mean, kurtosis, standard deviation, and skewness from the reconstructed DWT coefficients. Test and train data sets are generated with the wide variation of loading conditions, and optimal features are chosen from the full feature set by forward feature selection method (FFS) during the training process by an artificial neural network (ANN). After that, the trained system is tested to get the detection result. Another scheme presented in this paper for islanding detection is based on S-transform, which is used to decompose the negative sequence voltage signal. Amplitude, frequency, and phase are the three coefficients acquired from the pre-processing of the raw signal by S-transform. Then the cumulative sums of the energy content of the S-transform coefficients are determined and are compared with a threshold value to get the detection result. The proposed schemes are tested in a distribution network consisting of two 9 MW wind farm driven by six 1.5 MW wind turbine connected to 120 kV main grid through a 25 kV, 30 km feeder. Several cases have been investigated like normal condition, islanding, DG line trip, disconnection of point of common coupling, and sudden change in load to test the performance of the proposed schemes. It can be observed from the results that both the approaches gave high accuracy in the detection of islanding conditions and demarcates properly from the non-islanding state. Human-computer interaction(HCI) has broad range of applications. One particular application domain is rehabilitation devices. Several bioelectric signals can potentially be used in HCI systems in general and rehabilitation devices in particular. Surface ElectroMyoGraphic(sEMG) signal is one of the more important bioelectric signals in this context. The sEMG signal is formed by muscle activation although the details are rather complex. Applications of sEMG are referred is commonly referred to as myoelectric control since the dominant use of this signal is to activate a device even if (as the term control may imply) feedback is not always used in the process. With the development of deep neural networks, various deep learning architectures are used for sEMG-based gesture recognition with many researchers having reported good performance. Nevertheless, challenges remain in accurately recognizing sEMG patterns generated by gestures produced by hand or the upper arm. For instance one of the difficulties in hand gesture recognition is the influence of limb positions. Several papers have shown that the accuracy of gesture classification decreases when the limb position changes even if the gesture remains the same. Prior work by our team has shown that dynamic gesture recognition is in principle more reliable in detecting human intent, which is often the underlying idea of gesture recognition. In this paper, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with Long Short-Term Memory or LSTM (CNN-LSTM) is proposed to classify five common dynamic gestures. Each dynamic gesture would be performed in five different limb positions as well. The trained neural network model is then used to enable a human subject to control a 6 DoF (Degree of Freedom) robotic arm with 1 DoF gripper. The results show a high level of accurate performance achieved with the proposed approach. In particular, the overall accuracy of the dynamic gesture recognition is 84.2%. Aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA) is a hot and significant task of natural language processing, which is composed of two subtasks, the aspect term extraction (ATE) and aspect polarity classification (APC). Previous researches generally studied two subtasks independently and designed neural network models for ATE and APC respectively. However, it integrates various manual features into the model, which will consume plenty of computing resources and labor. Moreover, the quality of the ATE results will affect the performance of APC. This paper proposes a multi-task learning model based on dual auxiliary labels for ATE and APC. In this paper, general IOB labels, and sentimental IOB labels are equipped to efficiently solve both ATE and APC tasks without manual features adopted. Experiments are conducted on two general ABSA benchmark datasets of SemEval-2014. A convolutional neural network combined with attention mechanism and a parallel joint algorithm model (CATTB) of bidirectional independent recurrent neural network are proposed. The algorithm extracts the relocation feature and the "texture fingerprint" feature for expressing the similarity of the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) binary file content of the malicious web page, and uses the word vector tool word2vec to train the URL word vector feature and extract the URL static vocabulary feature. CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) is used to extract deep local features. Secondly, Attention mechanism adjusts weight and BiIndRNN (Bidirectional Independently Recurrent Neural Network) to extract global features. Finally, softmax is used for classification. The research technique of human motor nerve is more complicated. In order to improve the understanding level of human motor nerve structure, a fusion architecture of human motion nerve and neural network computer driven by education are proposed. The human motor nerve simulation model is established by using the computer data simulation model. The model proposes an optimization scheme from the algorithm flow, the data transformation technology used to improve the real-time performance of the neural network and enhance the dynamic capture of the motor nerve changes. In order to further improve the architecture of the neural network and computer architecture driven by sports, a neural network algorithm is added to realize the sequence optimization of data to test the authenticity and efficiency of the human neural network simulation model neural network algorithm. In this paper, the feasibility and functionality of the algorithm are tested with comparative experiments. The results show that the neural network algorithm neural network algorithm not only has a calculation time of only 12 seconds. This paper takes five parks – Sunrise Park, Temple of Heaven Park, Beihai Park, Yu Yuantan Park and Purple Bamboo Park – in Beijing city as research objects, and makes the research on the current developing situations of the organization of masses' spontaneous sports activities. Based on BP neural network model, the paper makes analysis according to the masses' weekly exercises frequency and duration in the above-mentioned five parks. Mathematical modeling of many natural and physical phenomena in industry, engineering sciences and basic sciences lead to linear and non-linear devices. In many cases, the coefficients of these devices, taking into account qualitative or linguistic concepts, show their complexity in the form of Z-numbers. Since Z-number involves both fuzziness and reliability or probabilistic uncertainty, it is difficult to obtain the exact solution to the problems with Z-number. In this work, a method and an algorithm are proposed for the approximate solution of a Z-number linear system of equations as an important case of such problems. The paper is devoted to solving linear systems where the coefficients of the variables and right hand side values are Z-numbers. User feedback data (e.g., clicks, dwell time in the product detail page) have been incorporated in the training process of many ranking models for better performance. Such approaches are widely used in many ranking applications, including search and recommendation. Recently, the inherent biases in user feedback data have been studied, which indicates how the users' behaviors can be affected by factors other than relevancy. By identifying and removing these biases, the ranking models can be further improved. Researchers have developed a variety of debiasing methods on different bias factors. Most of them only focus on one type of bias and pay little attention to different types of bias from a unified perspective. In this paper, we conduct a comprehensive study of bias focusing on the application of ranking problems in recommender systems which is highly important for the research of web intelligence. Then, we share our experiences derived from designing and optimizing unbiased models to improve feeds recommendation. To uncover the effects of biases and achieve better ranking performance, we propose several unbiased models and compare with state-of-the-art models. Online reviews, which play a key role in the ecosystem of nowadays business, have been the primary source of consumer opinions. Due to their importance, professional review writing services are employed for paid reviews and even being exploited to conduct opinion spam. Posting deceptive reviews could mislead customers, yield significant benefits or losses to service vendors, and erode confidence in the entire online purchasing ecosystem. In this paper, we ferret out deceptive reviews originated from professional review writing services. We do so even when reviewers leverage a number of pseudonymous identities to avoid the detection. To unveil the pseudonymous identities associated with deceptive reviewers, we leverage the multiview clustering method. This enables us to characterize the writing style of reviewers (deceptive vs normal) and cluster the reviewers based on their writing style. Furthermore, we explore different neural network models to model the writing style of deceptive reviews. We select the best performing neural network to generate the representation of reviews. We validate the effectiveness of the multiview clustering framework using real-world Amazon review data under different experimental scenarios. Our results show that our approach outperforms previous research. We further demonstrate its superiority through a large-scale case study based on publicly available Amazon datasets. BACKGROUND: With the rapid growth of Deep Neural Networks (DNN) and Computer-Aided Diagnosis (CAD), more significant works have been analysed for cancer related diseases. Skin cancer is the most hazardous type of cancer that cannot be diagnosed in the early stages. OBJECTIVE: The diagnosis of skin cancer is becoming a challenge to dermatologists as an abnormal lesion looks like an ordinary nevus at the initial stages. Therefore, early identification of lesions (origin of skin cancer) is essential and helpful for treating skin cancer patients effectively. The enormous development of automated skin cancer diagnosis systems significantly supports dermatologists. METHODS: This paper performs a classification of skin cancer by utilising various deep-learning frameworks after resolving the class Imbalance problem in the ISIC-2019 dataset. A fine-tuned ResNet-50 model is used to evaluate the performance of original data, augmented data, and after by adding the focal loss. Focal loss is the best technique to solve overfitting problems by assigning weights to hard misclassified images. RESULTS: Finally, augmented data with focal loss is given a good classification performance with 98.85% accuracy, 95.52% precision, and 95.93% recall. Matthews Correlation coefficient (MCC) is the best metric to evaluate the quality of multi-class images. It has given outstanding performance by using augmented data and focal loss. BACKGROUND: Milling operations of laminae in spinal surgery generate high temperatures, which can lead to thermal injury and osteonecrosis and affect the biomechanical effects of implants, ultimately leading to surgical failure. OBJECTIVE: In this paper, a backpropagation artificial neural network (Bp-ANN) temperature prediction model was developed based on full factorial experimental data of laminae milling to optimize the milling motion parameters and to improve the safety of robot-assisted spine surgery. METHODS: A full factorial experiment design were used to analyze the parameters affecting the milling temperature of laminae. The experimental matrixes were established by collecting the corresponding cutter temperature T c and bone surface temperature T b for the milling depth, feed speed and different bone densities. The Bp-ANN lamina milling temperature prediction model was constructed from experiment data. RESULTS: Increasing milling depth increases bone surface and cutter temperature. Increasing feed speed had little effect on cutter temperature, but decreased bone surface temperature. Increasing bone density of laminae increased cutter temperature. The Bp-ANN temperature prediction model had best training results in the 10th epoch, and there is no overfitting (training set R = 0.99661, validation set R = 0.85003, testing set R = 0.90421, all temperature data set R = 0.93807). The goodness of fit R of Bp-ANN was close to 1, indicating that the predicted temperature was in good agreement with the experiment measurements. Machine learning black boxes, exemplified by deep neural networks, often exhibit challenges in interpretability due to their reliance on complicated relationships involving numerous internal parameters and input features. This lack of transparency from a human perspective renders their predictions untrustworthy, particularly in critical applications. In this paper, we address this issue by introducing the design and implementation of CReEPy, an algorithm for symbolic knowledge extraction based on explainable clustering. Specifically, CReEPy leverages the underlying clustering performed by the ExACT or CREAM algorithms to generate human-interpretable Prolog rules that mimic the behaviour of opaque models. Additionally, we introduce CRASH, an algorithm for the automated tuning of hyper-parameters required by CReEPy. We present experiments evaluating both the human readability and predictive performance of the proposed knowledge-extraction algorithm, employing existing state-of-the-art techniques as benchmarks for comparison in real-world applications. The mechanical structures of the rapier loom are strongly coupled, resulting in faults that are characterized by strong coupling, hierarchy, phase dynamics, and a transient nature. However, current fault diagnosis methods using a single approach are not satisfactory. Additionally, fault diagnosis of the entire operation cycle of the rapier loom equipment is lacking. This paper proposes a fault tree diagnosis method with probabilistic neural network optimization to build a complete fault diagnosis system for rapier looms and improve their intelligent diagnosis capability. The method has strong fault tolerance and self-adaptive capability, allowing for accurate location of the root cause of the fault from multiple fault sources. By accumulating fault samples and continuously improving the diagnosis network, the accuracy of diagnosis can be further enhanced. Initially, the failure mechanism of key subsystems of rapier loom is analyzed. A fault tree model is established for each subsystem based on expert experience and historical data. The model identifies the characteristic sign quantities of typical fault types and serves as the basic input for fault identification. A probabilistic neural network is used to train the fault sample set and complete the diagnosis of the cause of the fault. According to field experiments, the proposed method has demonstrated a significant improvement in the efficiency of locating and identifying fault signs in rapier looms. With the continuous development of artificial intelligence research, computer vision research has shifted from traditional "feature engineering"-based methods to deep learning-based "network engineering" methods, which automatically extracts and classifies features by using deep neural networks. Traditional methods based on artificial design features are computationally expensive and are usually used to solve simple research problems, which is not conducive for large-scale data feature extraction. Deep learning-based methods greatly reduce the difficulty of artificial features by learning features from large-scale data and are successfully applied in many visual recognition tasks. Video action recognition methods also shift from traditional methods based on artificial design features to deep learning-based methods, which is oriented to building more effective deep neural network models. Through collecting and sorting related research results found that academic for timing segment network of football and basketball video action research is relatively rich, but lack of badminton research given the above research results, this study based on timing segment network of badminton video action identification can enrich the research results, provide reference for follow-up research. This paper introduces the lightweight attention mechanism into the temporal segmentation network, forming the attention mechanism-timing segmentation network, and trains the neural network to get the classifier of badminton stroke action, which can be predicted as four common types: forehand stroke, backhand stroke, overhead stroke and pick ball. The experimental results show that the recognition recall and accuracy of various stroke movements reach more than 86%, and the average size of recall and accuracy is 91.2% and 91.6% respectively, indicating that the method based on timing segmentation network can be close to the human judgment level and can effectively conduct the identification task of badminton video strokes. Suspension design is one of the important parts in the research field on lunar rover mobile system. To conduct detailed dynamic analysis on the new type of suspension, this paper presents a new type of six link double ring lunar rover suspension model based on ADAMS virtual simulation software. And, this paper designs the lunar rover path tracking neural network controller. Simulation and test results show that the new lunar rover suspension has strong ground adaptability, obstacle surmounting capability and anti-overturning ability compared to classic suspension, and the neural network controller based on the new suspension has good tracking ability. Facial expression recognition is a current research hotspot and can be applied to computer vision fields such as human-computer interaction and affective computing. The lack of diversity and category recognition information in the neural network input may affect the performance of the network, resulting in insufficient extraction of facial expression features. In order to address the above problems, a lightweight deep convolution neural network with convolution block attention module is proposed in this paper. The implementation of the lightweight DNN relies on the use of deep separable convolution and residual blocks. The combination of the convolution block attention module and the improved classification function can optimize the lightweight model. We use accuracy and confusion matrix to evaluate different models, ultimately achieving 71.5% and 99.5% accuracy on the Fer2013 and CK+ datasets respectively. Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) have achieved remarkable success in graph-related tasks by combining node features and graph topology elegantly. Most GNNs assume that the networks are homophilous, which is not always true in the real world, i.e., structure noise or disassortative graphs. Only a few works focus on generalizing graph neural networks to heterophilous or low homophilous networks, where connected nodes may have different labels. In this paper, we design a simple and effective Graph Structure Learning strategy based on Feature and Label consistency (GSLFL) to increase the homophilous level of networks for generalizing any existing GNNs to heterophilous networks. Specifically, we first introduce a method to learn graph structure based on node features and then modify the graph structure based on label consistency. Further, we combine the GSLFL with three existing GNNs to learn node representations and graph structure together. And we design a self-training method to iteratively train models and modify graph structure with pseudo-labels. Finally, our empirical results on 6 public networks with homophily or heterophily, and structure attacks show that our methods outperform the state-of-the-art methods in most cases.
