As an important component of modern service industry, tourism is regarded as a "green" driver to regional economic growth and industrial upgrading. Applying the "quasi-natural experiment" advocated by the "The Belt and Road" initiative, this paper, based on the method of DID, assessed the influence of this initiative on regional tourism development by analyzing panel data collected from 286 prefecture-level cities in China over the period of 2007–2018. It is found that the "The Belt and Road" initiative has stimulated market dynamics and promoted tourism development in the regions along the route and has significantly improved indicators such as per capita domestic and inbound tourism revenue and per capita domestic and inbound tourist receipt. Also, the degree of contribution of domestic tourists to the tourism economy of the regions where the policy has been implemented is stronger than that of inbound tourists. In sum, the results of this paper not only confirm that the "The Belt and Road" initiative has significantly contributed to the high-quality tourism development of Chinese provinces along the routes but also provide important policy enlightenment for the upgrading of regional tourism industry and regional economic balance. With the rapid development of information technology, Internet technology based on big data promotes the formation of digital economy. As a key factor of production in the information age, digital economy has attracted the attention of all countries in the world. In 2017, the CPC Central Committee clearly proposed to build a digital economy with data as the key element. Digital economy is increasingly becoming the mainstream of global economic development. China is in a critical period of economic transformation, and the world is also facing the unprecedented changes in a hundred years. Whether we can seize this mainstream development and push China's economy to a new level is very important to the national economy. Firstly, this paper expounds the development history and significance of big data technology and digital economy, investigates the development status of digital economy in China, classifies digital economy based on big data ecology, and gives the evaluation principles and theoretical basis of digital economy. Finally, this paper explores the influence model of industrial structure on digital economy, combs the empirical analysis ideas of the influence model, and puts forward some relevant suggestions on the development status of digital economy in China. Building a new development pattern based on the "double-cycle" is a major strategic plan of China. Under the background of the new development pattern of the "double-cycle" and the context of environmental constraints, this paper tries to explore the impact of marine economic development on marine cultural industry and marine innovation development, the extent of the impact of marine cultural industry on marine economic growth, and the internal relationship between them under the new development pattern of double circulation. In this paper, Fujian Province is taken as the research object to construct an indicator system of the marine culture development to reflect the living standard, employment level, and spiritual and cultural levels of people in the marine area, and the external influence of the marine economy and marine culture industry is taken as the indicator variable to measure the integrated development. The internal changes are regarded as the index to assess the integration level of the two, and the evaluation theoretical model of the dynamic evolution level of the marine economy and marine cultural industry is constructed. The vector autoregression model and impulse response function are used to study the interactive correlation between the growth of the marine economy and the development of the cultural industry. The results show the following: In the long run, there is a cointegration relationship between the marine culture industry and the gross ocean product (GOP), which is a long-term balanced and stable relationship. The cultural and creative industries are another fast-growing new industry after the information technology industry and have become a major driving force in global international trade and economic development. In this paper, the index of "export complexity" is chosen to measure the export complexity of cultural and creative products in China and 42 representative countries selected by UNCTAD's "Creative Economy" database for measurement and comparative analysis. This paper uses a grey prediction model to forecast the relative export complexity of China's cultural and creative products. The prediction results show that from 2016 to 2025, the relative export complexity of China's cultural and creative products is less than 1, but the value is increasing, and the gap between the export structure of China's cultural and creative products and the global average in the increasingly competitive international market will narrow year by year. Urban digital governance represented by digital city and smart city is becoming an important direction of urban agglomeration development. It is necessary to reexamine the internal relationship mechanism between local government digital action and regional governance behavior. Based on the theory of collective action and network governance, this paper discusses how the economic development level of local government interacts with the cooperative network status of urban agglomeration and affects the tendency of digital governance strategy of local government. By constructing the configuration matrix of "economic development level" and "cooperative network status" of local governments in urban agglomerations, this paper extracts the possible "center" and "follow" governance strategies that local governments in different configurations may adopt in the digital field. The ant colony optimization algorithm proposed in this paper consists of two parts—ACO initialization and ACO optimization. ACO initialization describes how to map the path of ants to the solution of the problem, that is, the combination of orders. In addition, ACO initialization will also define and initialize the pheromone and heuristic information model compatible with the solution. ACO optimization updates the pheromone model to heuristic guide ants to build paths, so as to iteratively find the optimal solution. The case study of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta of China shows that most of the digital governance strategies of local governments are in line with the selection logic of their configuration status of "economic level network status". The study results proved that the proposed model has provided effective accuracy of 96%. However, driven by selective returns, there are still some "abnormal" governance tendencies. Currently, coal is still the main energy source for China's economic development, and the environmental issues caused by coal consumption have aroused widespread concern. Predicting and analyzing coal consumption will help to formulate a higher level of energy consumption planning and economic development strategy. The main purpose of this study is to develop a new fractal time-series prediction (FTSP) model to predict coal consumption, providing reference for formulating effective energy consumption planning and economic development strategies. Hurst index is an important indicator of whether time-series data have long memory and fractal characteristics. This paper uses the rescaled range (R/S) method to calculate Hurst index of the coal consumption per-10000-Yuan-GDP (CC/GDP). The Hurst index is 0.8025, exceeding 0.5, indicating that the time-series data CC/GDP has a long memory and fractal characteristic. Based on this, this paper uses the FTSP model to predict China's coal consumption (CC/GDP). The prediction results show that the FTSP model accurately predicted China's coal consumption with a relative error rate (RER) of less than 5% and a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of 6.62%. The model predicts a decrease in China's coal consumption from 0.25 tons of standard coal in 2021 to 0.11 tons of standard coal in 2030, a decrease of 44%. To sum up, the FTSP model provides a new and accurate way to predict coal consumption, and the results suggest that China's coal consumption is sustainable and will decrease significantly in the coming years. The new development concept is the theoretical guidance and important foundation for high-quality foreign trade development in the new era. This paper develops an evaluation index system to measure the high-quality development level of foreign trade based on the meaning of high-quality development of foreign trade under the new concept of development. The dynamic changing trend of high-quality development of China's provincial foreign trade from 2013 to 2019 and the ranking change of the development index are examined in this paper using a time series factor model. Finally, China's provinces are categorized based on the quality of their foreign trade development. The findings show that, from 2013 to 2019, China's high-quality foreign trade development has been on the rise; the level of high-quality foreign trade development has been raised to varying degrees in the eastern, central, and western regions of China, but each region plays a different role. Compared to 2013, the truly "high-quality" areas of China's provincial foreign trade development were always concentrated in the eastern region, which ranked high on the comprehensive evaluation index, while the "low-quality" areas were mainly concentrated in the central and western regions, which ranked low on the comprehensive evaluation index. In recent years, the Chinese Central Government has put great emphasis on the marine economy, since it has been a new driving force of the national economic development. Yet, the relationship between marine economic development and energy efficiency remains unknown. In this paper, we investigate whether marine economic development affected energy efficiency. We focused on the Zhoushan Archipelago, the first National New Area for marine economic development in China. We applied panel data approach to construct the counterfactual of Zhoushan Archipelago. We compared Zhoushan and its counterfactual, the synthetic Zhoushan, and viewed the difference between them, after the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, as the impact of marine economic development on energy efficiency. We found that compared with its counterfactual, the real Zhoushan had a more substantial improvement in energy efficiency after the National New Area construction. We estimated that the construction of the National New Area for Marine Economy increased energy efficiency by about 10 percentage points. We also applied the bootstrapping technique to illustrate the significance of the estimated results. The results suggest that the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area construction had a statistically significant impact on energy efficiency. In addition, we conducted two tests, including leave-one-out tests and permutation tests, to check the robustness of estimated results, which also serve as an illustration of significance of the estimated results from an alternative empirical perspective. The results from these two tests are similar to each other, both indicating that the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area construction had a statistically significant positive impact on energy efficiency. In the era of "Internet+," the increase of agricultural products sales can be achieved by creating and joining e-commerce platforms. Most of the farmers in China are self-employed and cannot form an industrial scale. With the rise of "Internet+" background research, the combination of this technology and the marketing of agricultural products has become a new marketing model under the deep integration of different fields. Since China entered the stage of high-quality development, how to promote economic development and high-level protection of the ecological environment in a coordinated manner and implement the new development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing" is the country's problem need to break through. Based on the connotation of the evolutionary logic of environmental regulation, this paper attempts to build a more scientific indicator of China's environmental regulation and discusses the environmental regulation motivation of China's OFDI from the home country's perspective. The results show that the impact of environmental regulation on China's OFDI presents a significant inverted U-shaped relationship, and there are significant regional differences. The types of environmental regulation have different impacts on OFDI. Porter's hypothesis exists in the influence path of environmental regulation on OFDI. Improving the coordination between technological innovation in high-tech industries and regional economic development is an important measure for all provinces (cities) to implement the innovation-driven development strategy. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of high-tech industrial technological innovation and regional economic development, this paper constructs the measurement index system of high-tech industrial technological innovation and regional economic development, and the chain network DEA model, entropy weight method, coupling coordination model, and exploratory spatial data analysis technology are comprehensively used to empirically analyze the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industries, regional economic development level, and the coupling coordination relationship between them and the spatiotemporal evolution trend in 24 provinces (cities) of China from 2009 to 2018. The results show that (1) there are significant differences in the average level of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in each stage, which is the most prominent in the technology research and development stage, followed by the industrialization stage, and finally in the technology transformation stage. (2) The degree of coupling and coordination between high-tech industrial technological innovation and regional economic development is increasing year by year, which is in the adaptation stage of high-tech industrial technological innovation and regional economic development. (3) From the perspective of spatial pattern, there is a positive spatial autocorrelation between the coupling coordination degree of high-tech industrial technological innovation and regional economic development. The number of provinces (cities) with low coupling coordination degree is much larger than that with high coupling coordination degree, showing a serious imbalance of regional heterogeneity and forming two spatial aggregation areas of "high-high" diffusion effect and "low-low" low-speed growth. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the mechanism and process of the dynamic evolution of the economy-energy-environment (EEE) system and study the variables that determine the speed of system evolution and development. The innovation is to overcome the defect of single index by constructing a system evaluation index and reveal the regional EEE system's evolution mechanism based on Haken's synergetic theory to supplement a systematic perspective's empirical evidence. It selects 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China to empirically analyse the evolution mechanism of the EEE system from 2005 to 2019. The empirical results show that economic development is the order parameter of the evolution and development of the EEE system. In the process of system evolution, the economic development subsystem is the decisive factor in EEE system evolution. In terms of the positive feedback mechanism of order parameter combination, the EEE system forms a positive feedback mechanism for increasing economic development in the stage of evolution and development. The negative feedback mechanism of decreasing environmental pollution emissions is formed in the EEE system. The increase in pollutant emissions has a certain inhibitory effect on economic growth. The development of information technology such as the continuous improvement of mobile Internet infrastructure and the performance of computers has made it easy to process and share information. The huge market demand for location-based information services provides huge impetus to the generation and development of mobile terminal positioning technology. Generally speaking, the main causes of climate change can be summarized into two categories: natural climate fluctuations and the impact of human activities which is a major measure taken by China to actively respond to climate change. This is a successful approach to actively explore the rapid development of China's industrialization and urbanization, which not only develops the economy and improves people's livelihood but also responds to climate change and reduces carbon intensity. Firstly, this paper mainly is aimed at the connotation of regional low-carbon economic development mode, studying the basic mode of regional low-carbon economic development, and analyzing the characteristics and applicable conditions of each mode. Secondly, based on the machine learning algorithm of data mining, the main mode selection of regional low-carbon economic development is discussed. Thirdly and finally, when choosing the regional low-carbon economic development mode, comprehensive consideration should be given to the economic development basis, energy structure, resource characteristics, industrial status, development mode, geographic location, and other factors. Regional development disparities, especially in developing countries, have traditionally been one of the central issues of empirical research in regional economics. However, this rapid change is accompanied by profound changes in the spatial distribution of economic activities in China, the formation of regional economic "blocks," the widening of regional disparities, and the geographical concentration of economic growth efficiency are important issues highlighted in this change. Therefore, it is important to explore the spatial clustering characteristics and patterns of regional economic growth to provide a scientific basis for relevant government departments to formulate reasonable regional development strategies and promote the balanced and stable development of economic growth. Clustering analysis is an important research topic in the field of data mining, which is used to discover unknown object classes in large-scale data sets. This paper proposes a density-clustering algorithm based on the regional economic competitiveness of China and analyzes its spatial aggregation characteristics. From the perspective of spatial structure theory, economic development is a dynamic process, and to optimize the spatial pattern of China's regional economic development and improve the efficiency of economic interaction between regions, it is necessary to fully exploit the diffusion and trickle-down effects of important growth poles in the region to the surrounding areas. The experimental results show that the error rate of KSNN is very small, and the error rate of K-means and PSO has increased to a certain extent. Therefore, it can be obtained that the density-clustering algorithm based on the regional economic competitiveness zoning method in China can find out the correct clustering results without the given clustering individual cases. The relationship between financial development and economic growth has become a hot topic in recent years and for China, which is undergoing financial liberalisation and policy reform, the efficiency of the use of digital finance and the deepening of the balance between quality and quantity in financial development are particularly important for economic growth. This paper investigates the utility of digital finance and financial development on total factor productivity in China using interprovincial panel data decomposing financial development into financial scale and financial efficiency; an interprovincial panel data model is used to explore the utility of digital finance on total factor productivity. This involves the collection and preprocessing of financial data, including feature engineering, and the development of an optimised predictive model. We preprocess the original dataset to remove anomalous information and improve data quality. This work uses feature engineering to select relevant features for fitting and training the model. In this process, the random forest algorithm is used to effectively avoid overfitting problems and to facilitate the dimensionality reduction of the relevant features. In determining the model to be used, the random forest regression model was chosen for training. The empirical results show that digital finance has contributed to productivity growth but is not efficiently utilised; China should give high priority to improving financial efficiency while promoting financial expansion; rapid expansion of finance without a focus on financial efficiency will not be conducive to productivity growth. Relying on the advantages of its input factors, the resource-based economy has achieved rapid development. However, with the global emphasis on scientific development, various contradictions have sharply reduced the competitiveness of the resource-based economy. In the process of a new round of changes in the world economic pattern and the adjustment of China's development strategy, most resource-based economies have begun to implement transformation actively or passively. Resource-based economy was mostly established and developed in the period of planned economy, which made great contributions to national construction and accomplished brilliant achievements in regional economic and social development. However, the development of natural resources always goes through stages of development, growth, maturity, and decline. Therefore, resource-based cities also have problems of rise, prosperity, and decline. From the perspective of adaptive space division, this paper analyzes and studies the teaching of the coordinated development of resource-based economy in the transformation of the resource-based economy and environment economy and puts forward the panel data model, logistic curve, and other algorithm models. After optimization, the collaborative development model is designed. Based on the analysis of the model, it is found that the error analysis of the model has improved by 77.3% and the average growth rate of transformation benefits is generally 56.8%. The shared economy as an emerging business model is rapidly emerging at home and abroad and is strongly affecting and changing the production and lifestyle of people everywhere. The business model of sharing economy promotes the reuse of social resources as multimedia networks in China and has become a prominent highlight of China's economic transformation and upgrading in the new era. Internet finance is a new product, a new form of integration between the sharing economy and the traditional financial industry. Government work reports have repeatedly mentioned the need to promote Internet financial regulation and healthy development. It is especially important to study the new characteristics of Internet finance development under China's shared economy, reveal the development of Internet finance, and understand its development trend. This paper takes Internet finance as the research object, discusses its concept and characteristics, and analyzes the development status of Internet finance under the shared economy, it is found that in 2017, the potential market scale of China's personal credit investigation industry was 26.9 billion yuan, and the actual market scale was 22.2 billion yuan. In this way, problems in the development of the Internet under the Chinese sharing economy were discovered. As a new service system of finance, inclusive finance emphasizes on better meeting the needs of people's livelihood at a reasonable and affordable cost. Inclusive finance can effectively solve the problems existing in the process of high-quality economic development by promoting regional coordinated development and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. Firstly, this paper constructs the inclusive financial development level measurement index system and high-quality economic development measurement index system, uses these two index systems to measure the development of inclusive finance and high-quality economy of the Yangtze River Delta in China from 2010 to 2019, and then empirically analyzes the impact of Inclusive Finance on high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta by using the panel threshold model. The results show that the inclusive financial development level and high-quality economic development level of cities under the jurisdiction of the Yangtze River Delta have increased steadily year by year, but the development level differentiation among different cities is obvious. Inclusive finance has a threshold effect on high-quality economic development. When the inclusive finance index is lower than 0.358, inclusive finance is not conducive to high-quality economic development. When the inclusive financial development index is between 0.358 and 0.522, inclusive finance promotes high-quality economic development, but the effect is weak. This paper analyzes the "resource curse" and "financial threshold effect" that may exist in China and then uses the data from 30 provinces from 2004 to 2018 as research samples. We used linear regression and nondynamic panel threshold models to analyze the financial threshold effects of the "resource curse" hypothesis and the "resource curse" phenomenon. At the same time, we divided the level of financial development to verify the robustness of the research conclusions in this paper. The study found the following: (1) There is a certain correlation between the abundance of resources and economic growth. Whether this can be seen as a "curse" or a "blessing" of resources is significantly related to the degree of financial development. (2) Whether financial development can alleviate the "resource curse" depends on the degree of financial development. In the extremely scarce stage of financial resources, the resource endowment effect is obvious, and the level of economic development in resource-based regions will be higher than in other regions; when the level of financial development is low (financial resources are not scarce and have not reached a reasonable level), the phenomenon of the "resource curse" appears; when the level of financial development is highly developed, economic development benefits more from financial development, and the effects of resource endowment decline. Complex adaptation systems are the main development direction of China's current green innovation research. New material industry is one of the key entry points to accelerate the construction of modern industrial system and promote innovation, green, and efficient development. Under the requirements of China's current low-carbon development, China's green innovation system is developing rapidly. Green innovation complicates traditional innovation models and their functions and improves economic development. The purpose of this paper is to study the theoretical analysis framework of applying complex adaptive systems and to analyze and calculate the characteristics of the current status of green innovation systems in multiple industries in China's manufacturing industry. Analysis is as follows. The experimental group and the control group are set for comparison, and the data are organized by applying complex adaptive system theory and data analysis methods. Experimental data show that the coordinated development of the green innovation systems in various industries in China is not balanced, with a difference of more than three times; the parameters of the various green innovation systems within the industry are unbalanced, and the difference is more than five times. The experimental results show that the green innovation subject can strategically interact by adjusting the ratio of resource allocation through the constructed green innovation system model. The green innovation system with complex adaptive system theory is conducive to the development of the green system. Exploring the impact of collaborative agglomeration of industry-university-research institution innovation on regional innovation capabilities is of great significance for promoting China's high-quality economic development. This paper introduces the level of innovation collaborative agglomeration into the C-H production density model to theoretically explain the mechanism of the influence of innovation collaborative agglomeration on regional innovation capacity. On this basis, using the 2011–2017 Chinese subprovincial panel data to measure the level of regional innovation collaborative agglomeration and establishing a spatial model, the impact of innovation collaborative agglomeration on regional innovation capacity is empirically examined in two stages: knowledge innovation and outcome transformation. The study finds that the innovation collaborative agglomeration and the regional innovation capacity present a typical inverted U-shape relationship, while the human capital and the regional innovation capacity present an inverted N-shape relationship in the stage of knowledge innovation. There is a U-shaped relationship between the innovation collaborative agglomeration and the regional innovation capacity in the outcome transformation stage, while the impact of human capital on regional innovation capacity is not obvious. This result is still robust after replacing the core explanatory variables and the spatial weight matrix. In terms of three regions, the innovation collaborative agglomeration and the human capital in the middle and eastern regions have a stronger impact on regional innovation capacity than in the western region. Due to the productivity shocks, there exist inherently systemic biases when using purchasing power parity as the equilibrium real exchange rate measure standard. In this paper, based on the characteristic of Chinese economic transformation, considering demographic and weakened Balassa–Samuelson effect, we reestimate the equilibrium level of the real exchange rate of RMB with the quarterly frequency data since 1994 and measure the misalignment of the RMB real exchange rate. The empirical results show that the improved convolutional neural network (CNN) model is a reasonable analytical framework for the RMB equilibrium real exchange rate, and in the sample period, the real exchange rate of RMB is robust, and demographic is an important variable affecting the RMB equilibrium exchange rate. While promoting the economic growth, energy has also brought pollution problems to the world environment, which has gradually become a bottleneck impeding sustainable economic development. The mystery of China's economic growth has been widely concerned by the world. However, little attention has been paid to the transformation of the economic growth momentum of Guangdong Province, which has long occupied the top in China's economic growth. This paper analyzes the evolution and the transformation of the momentum source of economic growth in Guangdong Province from 1979 to 2019, using Total Factor Productivity Growth Decomposition method. The results show that capital investment contributes the most to economic growth, the contributions of total factor productivity, and labor input rank second and third, respectively; the change of the contribution of each momentum source to GDP growth mainly comes from the impact of the secondary industry. Both industrial capital productivity and capital allocation structure play a negative role in driving the overall capital productivity, and both industrial labor productivity and labor allocation structure play a positive role in driving the overall labor productivity. Industrial factor productivity and industrial factor allocation structure play a major positive role and a weak negative role in promoting economic growth, respectively. Facing the pressure of the international community to reduce emissions and the energy and resource constraints under the development trend of the heavy chemical industry, China can only turn the pressure into a driving force and seek a low-carbon development path. This paper proposes a prediction model for China's low-carbon economic development based on the combined model of genetic algorithm (GA) and long short-term memory neural network (LSTM). The data are encoded with one-hot, embedding is used to reduce the dimension, and the genetic algorithm is used to obtain the optimal hyperparameters of the LSTM model to improve the accuracy of the model. The development of unconventional natural gas in China is facing three new situations: market-oriented pricing reform, intensified competition in state subsidies, and reduced production capacity growth, which may cause the development of unconventional natural gas to be on the edge of economic feasibility. Therefore, the definition of economic limit is even more important. In this paper, through analysis on the historical prices, outputs, and subsidy policies of three unconventional natural gases, methods to estimate future prices, subsidies, and outputs of unconventional natural gas are designed in this paper based on the mean reversion model and the generalized Weng model, respectively; fuzzy data are processed by using probability density function combined with a discounted cashflow method to improve the utilization of original data; the economic limit model for well depth, well spacing, and gas recovery rate is designed through break-even analysis with the subsection function of drilling cost to well depth, the modified Cher Card Geoff empirical formula of recovery ratio to well spacing, as well as the fitting formula of gas recovery rate and stable production time. This model is applied in the case of Deep CBM Block Ji 4&10. According to the estimation and case calculation, in future China, the subsidies for unconventional natural gas will gradually decrease and the gas output will significantly increase, with shale gas taking the leading position and CBM gradually declining; the economic limits of well depth, well spacing, and gas recovery rate of Ji 4&10 are 2,203.2 m, 300 m × 300 m and 469 m × 469 m, and 2.1% and 4.3%, respectively, under the economic infeasibility probability of 90%, and the overall economic infeasibility probability is 58%, indicating that the development of this block is subject to great risks and careful consideration needs to be given. The coordination of green economy, education development, and technological innovation is of great significance for reversing the trend of ecological environmental deterioration and promoting high-quality economic development. This study first designs the indicator system of green economy, education development, and technological innovation, then uses the entropy method to calculate the comprehensive level of green economy, education development, and technological innovation of 30 provinces and cities in China, and finally uses the coupling coordination model to measure the coordination level among them. The research shows that, first, the comprehensive level of green economy, education development, and technological innovation in 30 provinces and cities in China showed a rising trend from 2005 to 2016, but there were some regional differences in their levels. Second, the coordination level of green economy, education development, and technological innovation in different regions of China was in a rising trend from 2005 to 2016, but in 2005, they were extremely uncoordinated. Also, the coordination level of green economy, education development, and technological innovation in most regions of China grew very slowly from 2005 to 2010 but showed a rapid increase from 2011 to 2016. The coordination level of green economy, education development, and technological innovation in eastern China was visibly higher than that of the central region. The coordination level of the central region was higher than that of the northeast region, and the coordination level of the northeast region was higher than that of the western region. Regional inequality in western China has been rarely examined and has risen as an important issue in the Chinese academic circle. This study, taking Xinjiang as a case, investigated regional inequality in Xinjiang since the 1990s. The results show that the interregional inequality became more prominent, while the overall regional disparities among counties and cities have experienced an inverted U-shape path and have been mainly caused by the inequality of the intra-north part of the province. Counties with high economic development levels were mainly located in northern Xinjiang and had a high probability of further moving economic levels. We further found that the regional development pattern in Xinjiang was significantly associated with spatial accessibility, followed by population density and urbanization factors. Loess slope broadly distributes in Northwest China, making the slope of the area developed. And with the development number of construction projects still on the rise, this area is a high-intensity region with multiple earthquakes, resulting in landslide under earthquakes which is a very serious problem. However, the study on the loess slope dynamic response yet rarely involved the exploration of the influence of slope shapes, which leaves a hidden danger to the safety of local engineering. In this paper, a typical ladder-type loess slope in engineering is selected as a research object, and a numerical simulation model is established with FLAC3D program. The dynamic response of the loess slope with different shapes is studied deeply and systematically. Found a series phenomenon of earthquake response of loess slope with stepped slope series, the width of the platform and the slope ratio change under earthquakes. Meanwhile, the law of slope parameters such as slope series, platform width, and slope ratio on dynamic response of loess slope is revealed. The results provide theoretical support and scientific basis for the construction of the relevant projects in the area, which has important reference value to the safety of the engineering and the development of economic society. Market integration is an important tool for China's regionally coordinated economic development. At the same time, China is implementing an innovation-driven development strategy. Therefore, the way the market integration affects regional innovation is of great significance to analyze this problem. The panel data of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region in China with the highest degree of economic integration from 2009 to 2018 are used to investigate the impact of market integration (MI) on regional innovation (RI). The main findings are as follows: the first-order lag term of RI is significantly positive, and RI has certain path dependence. In this regard, MI has a positive impact on RI and promotes RI. The estimated coefficient of MI is significantly positive and has a positive impact on RI and promotes RI. This provides a reference for promoting RI through MI. Innovation is the primary driving force of development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system. For enterprises, continuous innovation capabilities can effectively deal with uncertainties in the business environment and can enhance business competitiveness. Macropolicies can stimulate economic development and can try to promote enterprise innovation, but there is still widespread debate in academia about whether these policies successfully promote or, in fact, inhibit innovation. Looking at the provincial panel data from China between 2009 and 2018, the authors of this paper explored the complex nonlinear mechanism of government R&D investment in driving regional innovation capabilities from the perspective of knowledge accumulation. The empirical results show that, when the level of knowledge accumulation is used as the threshold variable, there is an obvious threshold effect between government R&D input and regional innovation capabilities. As the level of knowledge accumulation crosses the threshold, the influence of government R&D investment on regional innovation capabilities undergoes a structural mutation, shifting from an insignificant inhibitory effect to a significant promotional effect. China's high-tech innovation and marketization efficiency still need to be optimized, which restricts the promotion of regional innovation and economic development. On such practical problem, this paper mainly focuses on improvement of high-tech efficiency of China, with the hope that the research can help to find ways to improve efficiency in both regions and industry development. Moreover, the impact on the high-tech innovation stage and the marketization stage are analyzed, in order to make clear the main problems in the complex process of high-tech innovation. On the basis of constructing a network of 155 ports in the world, according to the number of ports crossed by the shortest path and betweenness centrality in the network, this paper uses K-Medoids clustering algorithm to train the strategic importance of ports and verifies the reliability of the analysis results. On this basis, the joint coverage analysis of strategically important ports is carried out, 17 ports are identified as strategic pivots ports of the global port network, and, finally, based on the two attributes of "the Belt and Road" and "Chinese enterprise participation" of strategic pivots ports, the leading role of strategic pivots ports in geographical location, path coverage, development potential, cooperation stability, and control is analyzed, and instructive suggestions are put forward.
