The emerging torque teno virus (TTV) has been identified as a biohazard marker of anthropocentric pollution and contamination in drinking water, natural water and wastewater systems (DWNWWS). Therefore, this study aimed at assessing prevalence of TTV in DWNWWS. The study systematically identified and meta-analyzed published studies on TTV prevalence in DWNWWS hosted in Dimensions, Google Scholar, PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus databases using a random-effects model and mixed-effects meta-regression model for sensitivity analysis. Furthermore, the meta-analysis was stratified to estimate water type-specific TTV prevalence. The study found a total of 58 articles, of which 13 articles subdivided into 31 studies with 374 TTV positive cases and 862 total sample sizes were systematically reviewed and meta-analyzed. The pooled prevalence of TTV in DWNWWS was 37.18% (95%CI: 23.76-55.55%). Prevalence of TTV was significantly different across water types and it was 56.67% (95%CI: 36.94-75.46%) in wastewater, 26.72% (95%CI: 6.87-52.56%) in river water, and 17.17% (95%CI: 0.54-45.39%) in drinking water. TTV incidence in seawater and groundwater was 0% and 25.0% respectively. Funnel plots constructed and associated statistics of rank correlation test and Egger's regression test in this study, show lack of publication bias in the pooled prevalence of TTV in DWNWWS. Although, sample type (QM(df = 1) = 6.9656, p = 0.0083) and concentration methods (QM(df = 1) = 3.8055, p = 0.0511) significantly moderated and accounted for 15.39% and 6.00% of heterogeneity in the prevalence of TTV in DWNWWS respectively. In conclusion, research focus/monitoring activities on TTV is generally inadequate and potential risk of TTV in DWNWWS is underappreciated in most nations; the analyzed studies were from 7 countries (USA, Japan, Italy, Iran, Germany, Egypt, and Brazil). Studying weekend-weekday variation in ground-level ozone (O 3 ) allows one to better understand O 3 formation conditions, with a potential for developing effective strategies for O 3 control. Reducing inappropriately the O 3 precursors emissions can either produce no reduction or increase surface O 3 concentrations. This paper analyzes the weekend-weekday differences of O 3 at 300 rural and 808 urban background stations worldwide from 2005 to 2014, in order to investigate the O 3 weekend effect over time and assess the effectiveness of the precursors emissions control policies for reducing O 3 levels. Data were analyzed with the non-parametric Mann-Kendall test and Theil-Sen estimator. Rural sites typically did not experience a weekend-weekday effect. In all urban stations, the mean O 3 concentration on the weekend was 12% higher than on weekdays. Between 2005 and 2014, the annual mean of daily O 3 concentrations increased at 74% of urban sites worldwide (+ 0.41 ppb year -1 ) and decreased in the United Kingdom (- 0.18 ppb year -1 ). Over this time period, emissions of O 3 precursors declined significantly. However, a greater decline in nitrogen oxides (NO x ) emissions caused an increase in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) to NO x ratios leading to O 3 formation. In France, South Korea and the United Kingdom, most urban stations showed a significant upward trend (+ 1.15% per year) for O 3 weekend effect. Conversely, in Canada, Germany, Japan, Italy and the United States, the O 3 weekend effect showed a significant downward trend (- 0.26% per year). Further or inappropriate control of anthropogenic emissions in Canada, Southern Europe, Japan, South Korea and the United States might result in increased daily O 3 levels in urban areas., (Copyright © 2020 Elsevier Inc. This paper comments on Hagiwara's (1994b, this volume) proposals to account for the language deficits found in agrammatic aphasia, with special emphasis on Functional Categories (FCs). Some contemporary assumptions about FCs are reviewed focusing on their contentfulness, morphological features, and depiction as a heterogeneous set. This paper also discusses the view that the target of impairment in agrammatism constitutes a natural class. Treatment of FCs in their connection to chains and Lexical-Relatedness is discussed in terms of feature checking and morphological characteristics.

In this paper I argue that in a hierarchical structure of a sentence, the lower the position of the functional head and its projection, the more accessible they are to an agrammatic aphasic. The major empirical basis for this includes spontaneous speech data and an acceptability judgment experiment by Japanese agrammatic patients as well as the available French and Italian data. The previous cross-linguistic agrammatic data from verb second languages are also examined. The unified account for the status of functional categories in agrammatism is presented based on the principles of the Economy of the Minimalist framework (Chomsky 1994). Finally, the empirical consequences of agrammatic data for language acquisition are discussed.
