With the development of modern science and technology, the field of UAV has also entered the era of high-tech exploration. Among them, the task planning, allocation, path exploration, and algorithm optimization of heterogeneous multi UAV technology are our main concerns. Based on the above situation, this paper proposes a heterogeneous multi UAV task planning technology based on ant colony algorithm powered BP neural network. The planning, research, and design are mainly carried out according to the actual situation of the UAV flight test, and the mathematical programming model is established according to the UAV load degree and maximum flight distance as constraints. This paper focuses on the contribution of the ant colony optimization algorithm to benefit maximization and task minimization. The experimental results show that the BP neural network optimized by the ant colony algorithm can improve the number of iterations and training time. Compared with some comparative algorithms, its performance is better.

Hand gesture recognition is a challenging topic in the field of computer vision. Multimodal hand gesture recognition based on RGB-D is with higher accuracy than that of only RGB or depth. It is not difficult to conclude that the gain originates from the complementary information existing in the two modalities. However, in reality, multimodal data are not always easy to acquire simultaneously, while unimodal RGB or depth hand gesture data are more general. Therefore, one hand gesture system is expected, in which only unimordal RGB or Depth data is supported for testing, while multimodal RGB-D data is available for training so as to attain the complementary information. Fortunately, a kind of method via multimodal training and unimodal testing has been proposed. However, unimodal feature representation and cross-modality transfer still need to be further improved. To this end, this paper proposes a new 3D-Ghost and Spatial Attention Inflated 3D ConvNet (3DGSAI) to extract high-quality features for each modality. The baseline of 3DGSAI network is Inflated 3D ConvNet (I3D), and two main improvements are proposed. One is 3D-Ghost module, and the other is the spatial attention mechanism. The 3D-Ghost module can extract richer features for hand gesture representation, and the spatial attention mechanism makes the network pay more attention to hand region. This paper also proposes an adaptive parameter for positive knowledge transfer, which ensures that the transfer always occurs from the strong modality network to the weak one. Extensive experiments on SKIG, VIVA, and NVGesture datasets demonstrate that our method is competitive with the state of the art. Especially, the performance of our method reaches 97.87% on the SKIG dataset using only RGB, which is the current best result.

Based on the BP neural network and the ARIMA model, this paper predicts the nonlinear residual of GDP and adds the predicted values of the two models to obtain the final predicted value of the model. First, the focus is on the ARMA model in the univariate time series. However, in real life, forecasts are often affected by many factors, so the following introduces the ARIMAX model in the multivariate time series. In the prediction process, the network structure and various parameters of the neural network are not given in a systematic way, so the operation of the neural network is affected by many factors. Each forecasting method has its scope of application and also has its own weaknesses caused by the characteristics of its own model. Secondly, this paper proposes an effective combination method according to the GDP characteristics and builds an improved algorithm BP neural network price prediction model, the research on the combination of GDP prediction model is currently mostly focused on the weighted form, and this article proposes another combination, namely, error correction. According to the price characteristics, we determine the appropriate number of hidden layer nodes and build a BP neural network price prediction model based on the improved algorithm. Validation of examples shows that the error-corrected GDP forecast model is also better than the weighted GDP forecast model, which shows that error correction is also a better combination of forecasting methods. The forecast results of BP neural network have lower errors and monthly prices. The relative error of prediction is about 2.5%. Through comparison with the prediction results of the ARIMA model, in the daily price prediction, the relative error of the BP neural network prediction is 1.5%, which is lower than the relative error of the ARIMA model of 2%.

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the utilization of data and information in the logistics distribution path optimization system of e-commerce, but it is difficult to have scientific guarantee in the process of determining the optimal distribution path scheme of e-commerce. How to realize the optimization and adaptive setting of distribution path by using intelligent algorithm has become a hot spot. To battle these issues, this paper studies the logistics distribution path optimization model based on recursive fuzzy neural network algorithm. This paper analyses the research status of logistics distribution path determination scheme and applies the recursive fuzzy neural network algorithm in the selection of e-commerce logistics distribution path scheme. The experimental results show that the recursive fuzzy neural network algorithm can realize the optimization of e-commerce logistics distribution path, and the best distribution route can be made according to the characteristic difference of logistics distribution route, and its distribution accuracy can reach more than 97%.

With the advent of the information age, human demand for information is increasing day by day. The emergence of the concept of big data has triggered a new round of technological revolution, and visual information plays an important role in information. In order to obtain a better 3D model, this paper studies the reconstruction model of training motion 3D images based on a graphical neural network algorithm. This paper studies the problem of Sanda from the following two aspects. First, we try to apply two deep learning algorithms, graphical neural network and recurrent neural network, to the boxing movement recognition task and compare the effects with quadratic discriminant analysis and support vector machine. By comparing and analyzing the influence of different network structures on the deep learning algorithm, it is concluded that recurrent neural network has more practical application advantages than graph neural network in network structure parameter tuning.

Parkinson’s disease is a common chronic disease that affects a large number of people. In the real world, however, Parkinson’s disease can result in a loss of physical performance, which is classified as a movement disorder by clinicians. Parkinson’s disease is currently diagnosed primarily through clinical symptoms, which are highly dependent on clinician experience. As a result, there is a need for effective early detection methods. Traditional machine learning algorithms filter out many inherently relevant features in the process of dimensionality reduction and feature classification, lowering the classification model’s performance. To solve this problem and ensure high correlation between features while reducing dimensionality to achieve the goal of improving classification performance, this paper proposes a recurrent neural network classification model based on self attention and motion perception. Using a combination of self-attention mechanism and recurrent neural network, as well as wearable inertial sensors, the model classifies and trains the five brain area features extracted from MRI and DTI images (cerebral gray matter, white matter, cerebrospinal fluid density, and so on). Clinical and exercise data can be combined to produce characteristic parameters that can be used to describe movement sluggishness. The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper improves the recognition performance of Parkinson’s disease, which is better than the compared methods by 2.45% to 12.07%.

It is difficult for the autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) to recognize targets similar to the environment in lacking data labels. Moreover, the complex underwater environment and the refraction of light cause the AUV to be unable to extract the complete significant features of the target. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes an underwater distortion target recognition network (UDTRNet) that can enhance image features. Firstly, this paper extracts the significant features of the image by minimizing the info noise contrastive estimation (InfoNCE) loss. Secondly, this paper constructs the dynamic correlation matrix to capture the spatial semantic relationship of the target and uses the matrix to extract spatial semantic features. Finally, this paper fuses the significant features and spatial semantic features of the target and trains the target recognition model through cross-entropy loss. The experimental results show that the mean average precision (mAP) of the algorithm in this paper increases by 1.52% in recognizing underwater blurred images.

In this paper, the analysis of intracavitary electrocardiograms is used to guide the mining of abnormal cardiac rhythms in patients with hidden heart disease, and the algorithm is improved to address the data imbalance problem existing in the abnormal electrocardiogram signals, and a weight-based automatic classification algorithm for deep convolutional neural network electrocardiogram signals is proposed. By preprocessing the electrocardiogram data from the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database, the experimental dataset training algorithm model is obtained, and the algorithm model is migrated into the project. In terms of system design and implementation, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the electrocardiogram monitoring system platform, the overall design of the system was carried out in terms of functional and performance requirements according to the system realization goal, and a mobile platform system capable of classifying common abnormal electrocardiogram signals was developed. The system is capable of long-term monitoring and can invoke the automatic classification algorithm model of electrocardiogram signals for analysis. In this paper, the functional logic test and performance test were conducted on the main functional modules of the system. The test results show that the system can run stably and monitor electrocardiogram signals for a long time and can correctly call the deep convolutional neural network-based automatic electrocardiogram signal classification algorithm to analyze the electrocardiogram signals and achieve the requirements of displaying the electrocardiogram signal waveform, analyzing the heartbeat type, and calculating the average heart rate, which achieves the goal of real-time continuous monitoring and analysis of the electrocardiogram signals.

Computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) has nearly fifty years of history and has assisted many clinicians in the diagnosis. With the development of technology, recently, researches use the deep learning method to get high accuracy results in the CAD system. With CAD, the computer output can be used as a second choice for radiologists and contribute to doctors doing the final right decisions. Chest abnormality detection is a classic detection and classification problem; researchers need to classify common thoracic lung diseases and localize critical findings. For the detection problem, there are two deep learning methods: one-stage method and two-stage method. In our paper, we introduce and analyze some representative model, such as RCNN, SSD, and YOLO series. In order to better solve the problem of chest abnormality detection, we proposed a new model based on YOLOv5 and ResNet50. YOLOv5 is the latest YOLO series, which is more flexible than the one-stage detection algorithms before. The function of YOLOv5 in our paper is to localize the abnormality region. On the other hand, we use ResNet, avoiding gradient explosion problems in deep learning for classification. And we filter the result we got from YOLOv5 and ResNet. If ResNet recognizes that the image is not abnormal, the YOLOv5 detection result is discarded. The dataset is collected via VinBigData’s web-based platform, VinLab. We train our model on the dataset using Pytorch frame and use the mAP, precision, and F1-score as the metrics to evaluate our model’s performance. In the progress of experiments, our method achieves superior performance over the other classical approaches on the same dataset. The experiments show that YOLOv5’s mAP is 0.010, 0.020, 0.023 higher than those of YOLOv5, Fast RCNN, and EfficientDet. In addition, in the dimension of precision, our model also performs better than other models. The precision of our model is 0.512, which is 0.018, 0.027, 0.033 higher than YOLOv5, Fast RCNN, and EfficientDet.

Nowadays, finding the optimal route for vehicles through online vehicle path planning is one of the main problems that the logistics industry needs to solve. Due to the uncertainty of the transportation system, especially the last-mile delivery problem of small packages in uncertain logistics transportation, the calculation of logistics vehicle routing planning becomes more complex than before. Most of the existing solutions are less applied to new technologies such as machine learning, and most of them use a heuristic algorithm. This kind of solution not only needs to set a lot of constraints but also requires much calculation time in the logistics network with high demand density. To design the uncertain logistics transportation path with minimum time, this paper proposes a new optimization strategy based on deep reinforcement learning that converts the uncertain online logistics routing problems into vehicle path planning problems and designs an embedded pointer network for obtaining the optimal solution. Considering the long time to solve the neural network, it is unrealistic to train parameters through supervised data. This article uses an unsupervised method to train the parameters. Because the process of parameter training is offline, this strategy can avoid the high delay. Through the simulation part, it is not difficult to see that the strategy proposed in this paper will effectively solve the uncertain logistics scheduling problem under the limited computing time, and it is significantly better than other strategies. Compared with traditional mathematical procedures, the algorithm proposed in this paper can reduce the driving distance by 60.71%. In addition, this paper also studies the impact of some key parameters on the effect of the program.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence in recent years, the research on image processing, text mining, and genome informatics has gradually deepened, and the mining of large-scale databases has begun to receive more and more attention. The objects of data mining have also become more complex, and the data dimensions of mining objects have become higher and higher. Compared with the ultra-high data dimensions, the number of samples available for analysis is too small, resulting in the production of high-dimensional small sample data. High-dimensional small sample data will bring serious dimensional disasters to the mining process. Through feature selection, redundancy and noise features in high-dimensional small sample data can be effectively eliminated, avoiding dimensional disasters and improving the actual efficiency of mining algorithms. However, the existing feature selection methods emphasize the classification or clustering performance of the feature selection results and ignore the stability of the feature selection results, which will lead to unstable feature selection results, and it is difficult to obtain real and understandable features. Based on the traditional feature selection method, this paper proposes an ensemble feature selection method, Random Bits Forest Recursive Clustering Eliminate (RBF-RCE) feature selection method, combined with multiple sets of basic classifiers to carry out parallel learning and screen out the best feature classification results, optimizes the classification performance of traditional feature selection methods, and can also improve the stability of feature selection. Then, this paper analyzes the reasons for the instability of feature selection and introduces a feature selection stability measurement method, the Intersection Measurement (IM), to evaluate whether the feature selection process is stable. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments on several groups of high-dimensional small sample data sets.

Today, the global exchange market has been the world’s largest trading market, whose volume could reach nearly 5.345 trillion US dollars, attracting a large number of investors. Based on the perspective of investors and investment institutions, this paper combines theory with practice and creatively puts forward an innovative model of double objective optimization measurement of exchange forecast analysis portfolio. To be more specific, this paper proposes two algorithms to predict the volatility of exchange, which are deep learning and NSGA-II-based dual-objective measurement optimization algorithms for the exchange investment portfolio. Compared with typical traditional exchange rate prediction algorithms, the deep learning model has more accurate results and the NSGA-II-based model further optimizes the selection of investment portfolios and finally gives investors a more reasonable investment portfolio plan. In summary, the proposal of this article can effectively help investors make better investments and decision-making in the exchange market.

With the further development of the construction of “smart mine,” the establishment of three-dimensional (3D) point cloud models of mines has become very common. However, the truck operation caused the 3D point cloud model of the mining area to contain dust points, and the 3D point cloud model established by the Context Capture modeling software is a hollow structure. The previous point cloud denoising algorithms caused holes in the model. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes the point cloud denoising method based on orthogonal total least squares fitting and two-layer extreme learning machine improved by genetic algorithm (GA-TELM). The steps are to separate dust points and ground points by orthogonal total least squares fitting and use GA-TELM to repair holes. The advantages of the proposed method are listed as follows. First, this method could denoise without generating holes, which solves engineering problems. Second, GA-TELM has a better effect in repairing holes compared with the other methods considered in this paper. Finally, this method starts from actual problems and could be used in mining areas with the same problems. Experimental results demonstrate that it can remove dust spots in the flat area of the mine effectively and ensure the integrity of the model.

This paper proposes a mixed decision strategy for freight and passenger transportation in metro systems during off-peak hours (MTS-OPH). The definition of the mixed decision strategy is proposed, and fixed and flexible loading modes are considered for different passenger flow volumes. A mathematical model of the MTS-OPH is proposed and solved using an improved variable neighborhood search algorithm. Case studies demonstrate the performance and applicability of the proposed model and algorithm, and the MTS-OPH is discussed for different delivery distances, passenger flows, and metro network types. The proposed strategy is suitable for long-distance delivery, and the proposed model framework can be applied to different types of metro networks with different levels of complexity. The mixed decision strategy provides a decision support tool for metro and freight companies and can propose corresponding solutions according to different passenger flows.

Background and Objective. To mitigate the spread of the virus responsible for COVID-19, known as SARS-CoV-2, there is an urgent need for massive population testing. Due to the constant shortage of PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test reagents, which are the tests for COVID-19 by excellence, several medical centers have opted for immunological tests to look for the presence of antibodies produced against this virus. However, these tests have a high rate of false positives (positive but actually negative test results) and false negatives (negative but actually positive test results) and are therefore not always reliable. In this paper, we proposed a solution based on Data Analysis and Machine Learning to detect COVID-19 infections. Methods. Our analysis and machine learning algorithm is based on most cited two clinical datasets from the literature: one from San Raffaele Hospital Milan Italia and the other from Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein São Paulo Brasilia. The datasets were processed to select the best features that most influence the target, and it turned out that almost all of them are blood parameters. EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) methods were applied to the datasets, and a comparative study of supervised machine learning models was done, after which the support vector machine (SVM) was selected as the one with the best performance. Results. SVM being the best performant is used as our proposed supervised machine learning algorithm. An accuracy of 99.29%, sensitivity of 92.79%, and specificity of 100% were obtained with the dataset from Kaggle (https://www.kaggle.com/einsteindata4u/covid19) after applying optimization to SVM. The same procedure and work were performed with the dataset taken from San Raffaele Hospital (https://zenodo.org/record/3886927#.YIluB5AzbMV). Once more, the SVM presented the best performance among other machine learning algorithms, and 92.86%, 93.55%, and 90.91% for accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity, respectively, were obtained. Conclusion. The obtained results, when compared with others from the literature based on these same datasets, are superior, leading us to conclude that our proposed solution is reliable for the COVID-19 diagnosis.

The application of face detection and recognition technology in security monitoring systems has made a huge contribution to public security. Face detection is an essential first step in many face analysis systems. In complex scenes, the accuracy of face detection would be limited because of the missing and false detection of small faces, due to image quality, face scale, light, and other factors. In this paper, a two-level face detection model called SR-YOLOv5 is proposed to address some problems of dense small faces in actual scenarios. The research first optimized the backbone and loss function of YOLOv5, which is aimed at achieving better performance in terms of mean average precision (mAP) and speed. Then, to improve face detection in blurred scenes or low-resolution situations, we integrated image superresolution technology on the detection head. In addition, some representative deep-learning algorithm based on face detection is discussed by grouping them into a few major categories, and the popular face detection benchmarks are enumerated in detail. Finally, the wider face dataset is used to train and test the SR-YOLOv5 model. Compared with multitask convolutional neural network (MTCNN), Contextual Multi-Scale Region-based CNN (CMS-RCNN), Finding Tiny Faces (HR), Single Shot Scale-invariant Face Detector (S3FD), and TinaFace algorithms, it is verified that the proposed model has higher detection precision, which is 0.7%, 0.6%, and 2.9% higher than the top one. SR-YOLOv5 can effectively use face information to accurately detect hard-to-detect face targets in complex scenes.

An adaptive clamping method (SGD-MS) based on the radius of curvature is designed to alleviate the local optimal oscillation problem in deep neural network, which combines the radius of curvature of the objective function and the gradient descent of the optimizer. The radius of curvature is considered as the threshold to separate the momentum term or the future gradient moving average term adaptively. In addition, on this basis, we propose an accelerated version (SGD-MA), which further improves the convergence speed by using the method of aggregated momentum. Experimental results on several datasets show that the proposed methods effectively alleviate the local optimal oscillation problem and greatly improve the convergence speed and accuracy. A novel parameter updating algorithm is also provided in this paper for deep neural network.

With the continuous development of social economy and the intensification of social competition, human resource management plays a more and more important role in the whole resource system. How to give full play to the advantages of human resources has become the key issue of human resource management evaluation. However, the current human resource management evaluation system has some problems, such as poor timeliness, one-sidedness, and subjectivity. Therefore, this paper proposes a BP image neural network optimized based on the simulated annealing algorithm to realize enterprise human resource management evaluation and image analysis. Through the learning of different time series samples, the average weight distribution scheme of main indicators is obtained, in which the average weight proportions of c1, c2, c3, and c4 are 25.5%, 24.8%, 17.9%, and 31.9%, respectively. In the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise employees, the error between the actual output and expected output is less than 4.5%. The results show that the BP image neural network based on simulated annealing algorithm has high accuracy in the image analysis and evaluation of enterprise human resource management. The output analysis results meet the actual needs of the enterprise and the personal development of employees and provide a decision-making scheme for the evaluation of enterprise human resource management.

The current Internet data explosion is expecting an ever-higher demand for text emotion analysis that greatly facilitates public opinion analysis and trend prediction, among others. Therefore, this paper proposes to use a dual-channel convolutional neural network (DCNN) algorithm to analyze the semantic features of English text big data. Following the analysis of the effect of CNN, artificial neural network (ANN), and recurrent neural network (RNN) on English text data analysis, the more effective long short-term memory (LSTM) and the gated recurrent unit (GRU) neural network (NN) are introduced, and each network is combined with the dual-channel CNN, respectively, and comprehensively analyzed under comparative experiments. Second, the semantic features of English text big data are analyzed through the improved SO-pointwise mutual information (SO-PMI) algorithm. Finally, the ensemble dual-channel CNN model is established. Under the comparative experiment, GRU NN has a better feature detection effect than LSTM NN, but the performance increase from dual-channel CNN to GRU NN + dual-channel CNN is not obvious. Under the comparative analysis of GRU NN + dual-channel CNN model and LSTM NN + dual-channel CNN model, GRU NN + dual-channel CNN model ensures the high accuracy of semantic feature analysis and improves the analysis speed of the model. Further, after the attention mechanism is added to the GRU NN + dual-channel CNN model, the accuracy of semantic feature analysis of the model is improved by nearly 1.3%. Therefore, the ensemble model of GRU NN + dual-channel CNN + attention mechanism is more suitable for semantic feature analysis of English text big data. The results will help the e-commerce platform to analyze the evaluation language and semantic features for the current network English short texts.

Purpose. In order to resolve the situation of high missed diagnosis rate and high misdiagnosis rate of the pathological analysis of the gastrointestinal endoscopic images by experts, we propose an automatic polyp detection algorithm based on Single Shot Multibox Detector (SSD). Method. In the paper, SSD is based on VGG-16, the fully connected layer is changed to a convolutional layer, and four convolutional layers with successively decreasing scales are added as a new network structure. In order to verify the practicability, it is not only compared with manual polyp detection but also with Mask R-CNN. Results. Multiple experimental results show that the mean Average Precision (mAP) of the SSD network is 95.74%, which is 12.4% higher than the manual detection and 5.7% higher than the Mask R-CNN. When detecting a single frame of image, the detection speed of SSD is 8.41 times that of manual detection. Conclusion. Based on the traditional pattern recognition algorithm and the target detection algorithm using deep learning, we select a variety of algorithms to identify and classify polyps to achieve efficient detection results. Our research demonstrates that deep learning has a lot of room for development in the field of gastrointestinal image recognition.

Usually, heart failure occurs when heart-related diseases are developed and continue to deteriorate veins and arteries. Heart failure is the final stage of heart disease, and it has become an important medical problem, particularly among the aging population. In medical diagnosis and treatment, the examination of heart failure contains various indicators such as electrocardiogram. It is one of the relatively common ways to collect heart failure or attack related information and is also used as a reference indicator for doctors. Electrocardiogram indicates the potential activity of patient’s heart and directly reflects the changes in it. In this paper, a deep learning-based diagnosis system is presented for the early detection of heart failure particularly in elderly patients. For this purpose, we have used two datasets, Physio-Bank and MIMIC-III, which are publicly available, to extract ECG signals and thoroughly examine heart failure. Initially, a heart failure diagnosis model which is based on attention convolutional neural network (CBAM-CNN) is proposed to automatically extract features. Additionally, attention module adaptively learns the characteristics of local features and efficiently extracts the complex features of the ECG signal to perform classification diagnosis. To verify the exceptional performance of the proposed network model, various experiments were carried out in the realistic environment of hospitals. Influence of signal preprocessing on the performance of model is also discussed. These results show that the proposed CBAM-CNN model performance is better for both classifications of ECG signals. Likewise, the CBAM-CNN model is sensitive to noise, and its accuracy is effectively improved as soon as signal is refined.

Differential evolution (DE) is a robust algorithm of global optimization which has been used for solving many of the real-world applications since it was proposed. However, binomial crossover does not allow for a sufficiently effective search in local space. DE’s local search performance is therefore relatively poor. In particular, DE is applied to solve the complex optimization problem. In this case, inefficiency in local research seriously limits its overall performance. To overcome this disadvantage, this paper introduces a new local search scheme based on Hadamard matrix (HLS). The HLS improves the probability of finding the optimal solution through producing multiple offspring in the local space built by the target individual and its descendants. The HLS has been implemented in four classical DE algorithms and jDE, a variant of DE. The experiments are carried out on a set of widely used benchmark functions. For 20 benchmark problems, the four DE schemes using HLS have better results than the corresponding DE schemes, accounting for 80%, 75%, 65%, and 65% respectively. Also, the performance of jDE with HLS is better than that of jDE on 50% test problems. The experimental results and statistical analysis have revealed that HLS could effectively improve the overall performance of DE and jDE.

Motion blur is a common artifact in image processing, specifically in e-health services, which is caused by the motion of a camera or scene. In linear motion cases, the blur kernel, i.e., the function that simulates the linear motion blur process, depends on the length and direction of blur, called linear motion blur parameters. The estimation of blur parameters is a vital and sensitive stage in the process of reconstructing a sharp version of a motion blurred image, i.e., image deblurring. The estimation of blur parameters can also be used in e-health services. Since medical images may be blurry, this method can be used to estimate the blur parameters and then take an action to enhance the image. In this paper, some methods are proposed for estimating the linear motion blur parameters based on the extraction of features from the given single blurred image. The motion blur direction is estimated using the Radon transform of the spectrum of the blurred image. To estimate the motion blur length, the relation between a blur metric, called NIDCT (Noise-Immune Discrete Cosine Transform-based), and the motion blur length is applied. Experiments performed in this study showed that the NIDCT blur metric and the blur length have a monotonic relation. Indeed, an increase in blur length leads to increase in the blurriness value estimated via the NIDCT blur metric. This relation is applied to estimate the motion blur. The efficiency of the proposed method is demonstrated by performing some quantitative and qualitative experiments.

Many methods have been developed to derive respiration signals from electrocardiograms (ECGs). However, traditional methods have two main issues: (1) focusing on certain specific morphological characteristics and (2) not considering the nonlinear relationship between ECGs and respiration. In this paper, an improved ECG-derived respiration (EDR) based on empirical wavelet transform (EWT) and kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) is proposed. To tackle the first problem, EWT is introduced to decompose the ECG signal to extract the low-frequency part. To tackle the second issue, KPCA and preimaging are introduced to capture the nonlinear relationship between ECGs and respiration. The parameter selection of the radial basis function kernel in KPCA is also improved, ensuring accuracy and a reduction in computational cost. The correlation coefficient and amplitude square coherence coefficient are used as metrics to carry out quantitative and qualitative comparisons with three traditional EDR algorithms. The results show that the proposed method performs better than the traditional EDR algorithms in obtaining single-lead-EDR signals.

As one of the oldest languages in the world, Chinese has a long cultural history and unique language charm. The multilayer self-organizing neural network and data mining techniques have been widely used and can achieve high-precision prediction in different fields. However, they are hardly applied to Chinese language feature analysis. In order to accurately analyze the characteristics of Chinese language, this paper uses the multilayer self-organizing neural network and the corresponding data mining technology for feature recognition and then compared it with other different types of neural network algorithms. The results show that the multilayer self-organizing neural network can make the accuracy, recall, and F1 score of feature recognition reach 68.69%, 80.21%, and 70.19%, respectively, when there are many samples. Under the influence of strong noise, it keeps high efficiency of feature analysis. This shows that the multilayer self-organizing neural network has superior performance and can provide strong support for Chinese language feature analysis.

Financial early warning mechanism is of great significance to the long-term healthy development and stable operation of listed enterprises. This paper adopts the logistic regression early warning model and BP neural network early warning model. Based on the BP neural network t early warning model optimized by the simulated annealing algorithm, the prediction effects of the model are compared from the perspectives of model accuracy and variable importance. Through the comparative analysis of the empirical results of the three methods, it can be seen that the simulated annealing algorithm has many advantages. The combination of the simulated annealing algorithm with multithreading, data compression, and segmentation greatly improves the efficiency of the algorithm and shortens the running time. Using the logistic regression early warning model and BP neural network early warning model and based on the BP neural network t early warning model optimized by the simulated annealing algorithm, the prediction effects of the model are compared from the perspective of model accuracy and variable importance. The results show that the three index dimensions of the BP neural network optimized by the simulated annealing algorithm have good discrimination ability to financial status. The BP neural network early warning model optimized based on the simulated annealing algorithm has good prediction accuracy and good practical significance.

In recent years, there are many problems in the study of intelligent simulation of children’s psychological path selection, among which the main problem is to ignore the factors of children’s psychological path selection. Based on this, this paper studies the application of chaotic neural network algorithm in children’s mental path selection. First, an intelligent simulation model for children’s mental path selection based on chaotic neural network algorithm is established; second, it will combine the network based on different types of visual analysis strategies. The model is used to analyze the influencing factors of children in different regions in the choice of psychological paths. Finally, experiments are designed to verify the actual application effect of the simulation model. The results show that compared with the current mainstream intelligent simulation methods with iterative loop algorithms as the core, it adopts the intelligent simulation model based on the chaotic neural network algorithm has a good classification effect. It can effectively select the optimal psychological path according to the differences in children’s personality and can adaptively classify children in different regions, and the experimental results are accurate. Compared with the traditional method, it is improved by at least 37%.

Stock price prediction is very important in financial decision-making, and it is also the most difficult part of economic forecasting. The factors affecting stock prices are complex and changeable, and stock price fluctuations have a certain degree of randomness. If we can accurately predict stock prices, regulatory authorities can conduct reasonable supervision of the stock market and provide investors with valuable investment decision-making information. As we know, the LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) algorithm is mainly used in large-scale data mining competitions, but it has not yet been used to predict the stock market. Therefore, this article uses this algorithm to predict the closing price of stocks. As an emerging research field, LSTM is superior to traditional time-series models and machine learning models and is suitable for stock market analysis and forecasting. However, the general LSTM model has some shortcomings, so this paper designs a LightGBM-optimized LSTM to realize short-term stock price forecasting. In order to verify its effectiveness compared with other deep network models such as RNN (Recurrent Neural Network) and GRU (Gated Recurrent Unit), the LightGBM-LSTM, RNN, and GRU are respectively used to predict the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 indexes. Experimental results show that the LightGBM-LSTM has the highest prediction accuracy and the best ability to track stock index price trends, and its effect is better than the GRU and RNN algorithms.

This paper aimed to study the adoption of deep learning (DL) algorithm of oral lesions for segmentation of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) images. 90 patients with oral lesions were taken as research subjects, and they were grouped into blank, control, and experimental groups, whose images were treated by the manual segmentation method, threshold segmentation algorithm, and full convolutional neural network (FCNN) DL algorithm, respectively. Then, effects of different methods on oral lesion CBCT image recognition and segmentation were analyzed. The results showed that there was no substantial difference in the number of patients with different types of oral lesions among three groups ( P > 0.05 ). The accuracy of lesion segmentation in the experimental group was as high as 98.3%, while those of the blank group and control group were 78.4% and 62.1%, respectively. The accuracy of segmentation of CBCT images in the blank group and control group was considerably inferior to the experimental group ( P < 0.05 ). The segmentation effect on the lesion and the lesion model in the experimental group and control group was evidently superior to the blank group ( P < 0.05 ). In short, the image segmentation accuracy of the FCNN DL method was better than the traditional manual segmentation and threshold segmentation algorithms. Applying the DL segmentation algorithm to CBCT images of oral lesions can accurately identify and segment the lesions.

Predicting postoperative survival of lung cancer patients (LCPs) is an important problem of medical decision-making. However, the imbalanced distribution of patient survival in the dataset increases the difficulty of prediction. Although the synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE) can be used to deal with imbalanced data, it cannot identify data noise. On the other hand, many studies use a support vector machine (SVM) combined with resampling technology to deal with imbalanced data. However, most studies require manual setting of SVM parameters, which makes it difficult to obtain the best performance. In this paper, a hybrid improved SMOTE and adaptive SVM method is proposed for imbalance data to predict the postoperative survival of LCPs. The proposed method is divided into two stages: in the first stage, the cross-validated committees filter (CVCF) is used to remove noise samples to improve the performance of SMOTE. In the second stage, we propose an adaptive SVM, which uses fuzzy self-tuning particle swarm optimization (FPSO) to optimize the parameters of SVM. Compared with other advanced algorithms, our proposed method obtains the best performance with 95.11% accuracy, 95.10% G -mean, 95.02% F1, and 95.10% area under the curve (AUC) for predicting postoperative survival of LCPs.

Many hardware and software advancements have been made to improve image quality in smartphones, but unsuitable lighting conditions are still a significant impediment to image quality. To counter this problem, we present an image enhancement pipeline comprising synthetic multi-image exposure fusion and contrast enhancement robust to different lighting conditions. In this paper, we propose a novel technique of generating synthetic multi-exposure images by applying gamma correction to an input image using different values according to its luminosity for generating multiple intermediate images, which are then transformed into a final synthetic image by applying contrast enhancement. We observed that our proposed contrast enhancement technique focuses on specific regions of an image resulting in varying exposure, colors, and details for generating synthetic images. Visual and statistical analysis shows that our method performs better in various lighting scenarios and achieves better statistical naturalness and discrete entropy scores than state-of-the-art methods.
