The article focuses on ranking of Great Britain in terms of researches. A report of data analyst Evidence depicts that Britain has the largest number of research papers with 0.87% world share between 2006 and 2007 following the U.S. However, it notes that China is heavily investing on research and was increasing its production which suggests that China may overtake the position of Britain. Meanwhile, Britain maintains the second place for citations with 12% world share.
