Introduction. The processes of structure formation of cement compositions and the development of effective technologies of building materials is an urgent task for building material science. The use of large-scale man-made product of pulp and paper enterprises – osprey as a fibrous filler in organic and mineral compositions is the successful decision of the problem. The paper analyzes the ways of using osprey in the building materials’ production. The aim of the research is to study the osprey influence on the processes of structure formation of cement stone by quantitative x-ray phase analysis.Materials and methods. The organic and mineral compositions were obtained on the basis of portland cement and osprey. The authors studied the compositions’ phase of osprey, portland cement and the processes of cement stone structure formation in organ and mineral compositions by quantitative x-ray phase analysis.Results. The authors determined the compositions’ phase of mineral impurities of osprey, cellulose, cement, cement stone, organic and mineral compositions and two compositions containing 25 and 75% by weight.Discussion and conclusions. The osprey application as a filler in the organic and mineral composition causes inhibition of processes of cement hydration. The presence of osprey in the hardening organic and mineral composition leads to a change in the composition and structure of the cement stone in comparison with the phase composition of the cement stone without additives. The result of these changes is a significant increase in the amount of calcite, waterite and a significant decrease in the amount of portland. The authors establish that the effective joint work of the reinforcing component of the osprey with the cement matrix is possible with a limited amount of osprey in organic and mineral compositions.

Objectives. Since the end of the 20th century, liquid crystals have taken a leading position as a working material for the display industry. In particular, this is due to the advances in the control of surface orientation in thin layers of liquid crystals, which is necessary for setting the initial orientation of the layer structure in the absence of an electric field. The operation of most liquid crystal displays is based on electro-optical effects, arising from the changes in the initial orientation of the layers when the electric field is turned on, and the relaxation of the orientation structure under the action of surfaces after the electric field is turned off. In this regard, the high quality of surface orientation directly affects the technical characteristics of liquid crystal displays. The traditional technology of rubbing substrates, currently used in the display industry, has several disadvantages associated with the formation of a static charge on the substrates and surface contamination with microparticles. This review discusses an alternative photoalignment technology for liquid crystals on the surface, using materials sensitive to polarization of electromagnetic irradiation. Also, this review describes various applications of photosensitive azo dyes as photo-oriented materials. Results. The alternative photoalignment technology, which employs materials sensitive to electromagnetic polarization, allows to create the orientation of liquid crystals on the surface without mechanical impact and to control the surface anchoring force of a liquid crystal. This provides the benefits of using the photoalignment technology in the display industry and photonics—where the use of the rubbing technology is extremely difficult. The optical image rewriting mechanism is discussed, using electronic paper with photo-inert and photoaligned surfaces as an example. Further, different ways of using the photoalignment technology in liquid crystal photonics devices that control light beams are described. In particular, we consider switches, controllers and polarization rotators, optical attenuators, switchable diffraction gratings, polarization image analyzers, liquid crystal lenses, and ferroelectric liquid crystal displays with increased operation speed. Conclusions. The liquid crystal photoalignment and photopatterning technology is a promising tool for new display and photonics applications. It can be used for light polarization rotation; voltage controllable diffraction; fast switching of the liquid crystal refractive index; alignment of liquid crystals in super-thin photonic holes, curved and 3D surfaces; and many more applications.

В работе представлены результаты исследования структуры и свойств бумажных обеззоленных фильтров «Синяя лента». Показано, что фильтровальная бумага «Синяя лента» имеет достаточно высокую плотность с относительно малым количеством и размеров пустот (пор) между волокнами. При обработке фильтров в поле коронного разряда наблюдается повышение их механических свойств на 3.5–6%, что вызвано преимущественно усилением межволоконных сил связей. Реализация повышенных электростатических сил связей в структуре листа приводит к увеличению сопротивления внешней растягивающей силе, необходимой для разрыва бумажного фильтра. Наблюдаемые зависимости связаны с ориентацией и упорядочиванием элементов структуры целлюлозно-бумажного материала, с ростом потенциала двойного электрического слоя на поверхности волокон под действием носителей заряда, инжектируемых в объем бумаги из коронного разряда и с образованием гетерозаряда за счет ориентации полярных группировок целлюлозы, сегментов макромолекул во время электретирования. Это подтверждается ростом ζ-потенциала волокон обеззоленных фильтров при обработке в отрицательном коронном разряде – установлено, что значение дзета-потенциала волокон электретированных обеззоленных фильтров на 18% больше, чем для исходных. Достигнутые результаты увеличения физико-механических свойств обеззоленных фильтров позволят повысить эффективность их применения., The article presents the study results of the structure and properties of paper ashless filters "Blue tape". It is shown that the "Blue tape" filter paper has a fairly high density with a relatively small number and size of voids (pores) between the fibers. When processing filters in the corona discharge field, an increase in their mechanical properties by 3.5–6% is observed, this is mainly due to the strengthening of the interfiber bond forces. The implementation of increased electrostatic bonding forces in the sheet structure leads to an increase in the resistance to the external tensile force necessary to break the paper filter. The observed dependences are associated with the orientation and ordering of the pulp and paper material structural elements, with an increase in the potential of the double electric layer on the fibers surface under the charge action carriers injected into the paper volume from the corona discharge and with the formation of a hetero charge due to the orientation of the polar cellulose groups and macromolecule segments during electreting. This is confirmed by the increase in the ζ – potential of the fibers of filters during processing in a negative corona discharge - it was found that the zeta – potential value of electret ashless filters is 18% higher than for the initial ones. The achieved results of increasing the ashless filters physico- mechanical properties will increase the efficiency of their use.

Quality is a time-varying, complex property of a confectionery that shows a measure of acceptability for the customer and rapidly or slowly deteriorates after the manufacture of foodstuffs. The safety of raw materials and finished products during storage is the most important task of global importance, according to WHO, in 2020 year. One of the important problems in the confectionery industry is to ensure long shelf life of confectionery products without reducing their taste properties, as exemplified by jelly marmalade. The task of preserving the freshness of the product is to preserve its consistency, taste, smell, appearance by retaining moisture and preventing damage by microorganisms. Freshness criterion for long shelf life is one of the main factors affecting the sales and competitiveness of sugary confectionery. The aspects of the influence of the properties of structure-forming agents (pectins, agars, modified starches) on the formation of a gelatinous consistency and storage of marmalade are considered. The physical and chemical indicators characterizing the process of moisture transfer in the body of the marmalade during storage are indicated. To assess the migration of moisture during storage, the graphical dependence of aw on the mass fraction of moisture in the marmalade is used - the isotherm of moisture sorption. Analysis of the obtained data of desorption isotherms can serve as a useful tool that shows what proportion of moisture a product is capable of receiving or giving away without losing the properties that characterize the quality of a particular confectionery product. Modern methods are indicated in assessing the quality function of marmalade using a mathematical equation to predict its storage capacity. An integrated approach to ensure the safety of marmalade is considered, which allows predicting its shelf life

Palm oil is comparable to traditional diesel fuel in terms of calorifi c value, stoichiometric ratio, and cetane number. However, its increased kinematic viscosity and pour point make it diffi cult to use in pure form in diesel engines. (Research purpose) To study specifi c features of burning: diesel fuel with various additives of palm oil (biodiesel fuel); pure 100-percent palm oil; biodiesel fuel with various additives of palm oil and hydrogen peroxide, as well as to develop a method to control its combustion process. (Materials and methods) To determine the ignition time lag, the authors chose a method of kinetic modeling of self-ignition of biodiesel fuel in the air. The self-ignition process was simulated using the Chemical Workbench software package. An adiabatic calorimetric bomb model was used to perform calculations. To describe the process of self-ignition, a universal kinetic mechanism was used, which was verifi ed to calculate self-ignition of diesel and biodiesel fuel surrogates, as well as the formation of toxic substances and soot in the combustion processes. (Results and discussion) It is shown that adding palm oil to diesel fuel increases its ignition time lag, especially at low and medium temperatures of 750-950 kelvin. It was determined that with addition of 10 percent palm oil, the ignition time lag of biodiesel fuel is almost the same as that of diesel fuel no more than 5 percent. Increasing the amount of palm oil additive up to 30 percent and more signifi cantly increases the ignition time lag of the fuel. When using only palm oil as a fuel, the ignition time lag in the temperature range of 800-950 kelvin increases in two times. The study determined the optimal amount of hydrogen peroxide to be used for each composition of biodiesel fuel with various additives of palm oil. (Conclusions) It is shown that additives of hydrogen peroxide can infl uence the reactivity of biodiesel fuel and thereby regulate its ignition time lag.

Kinetics of catalytic esterification of glycerol with butanoic acid on model systems was studied. Reaction orders for the reactants (butanoic acid and glycerol) were determined. They are close to 1.It was shown that the reaction order with respect to the catalyst - orthophosphoric acid - in regions where its concentration is above 0.1 mol/l is equal to zero. The estimated value of activation energy is 51.9± 8.0 kJ/mol. The results of the experiment can be used to create an industrial technological process for the synthesis of glycerol tributyrate. This compound can be used as an alternative non-phthalate plasticizer for articles made of PVC. The obtained kinetic model was validated on glycerol-containing waste of the biodiesel synthesis from renewable raw materials. The recycling of the by-product in the biofuel production with obtaining plasticizing compositions for the polymer industry can be developed on the basis of the studies.

In the operation schemes of optical electronic devices (OED), such as digital autocollimators, direction finders, Shack-Hartmann sensors, as well as astro-orientation systems, projection measuring systems, geometric calibration schemes for OED, the photo-detector acts not only as a receiving device, but also as a measuring device. The tasks facing the OED photo-detectors. The solution to the problem is the use of several photo-detectors installed on one electronic board. Since OED photo-detectors act, inter alia, as measuring devices, it is necessary to perform their geometric calibration. Geometric calibration involves the measurement of interior orientation parameters used in the processing of OED images. Geometric calibration makes it possible to eliminate errors in mutual exposure of photo-detectors on one electronic board installed in the focal plane, as well as distortions introduced by the OED lens, primarily by distortion. The correctness of the interior orientation parameter determination is influenced by the relative position of the collimator, with the help of which the geometric calibration is performed, and the calibrated OED itself, i. e. the external orientation elements. The task is to separate the interior orientation parameters and the elements of external orientation. This is achieved using the method of mathematical processing of measured data in the forward and inverted positions of the collimator. This method of geometric calibration allows to use it for geometric calibration of OED with a large number of photo-detectors. The paper presents the results of the geometric calibration of the interior orientation parameters when the collimator projects a test object onto three photo-detectors of the OED layout. The factors influencing on the accuracy of the geometric calibration of the interior orientation elements for OED are determined in the paper. The developed method for geometric calibration of the interior orientation parameters for multi-matrix OED provides high measurement accuracy – not more than 0.1''–0.2''.

The article explores the trinitarian systems used in the natural and technical sciences. Various types of trinitarian systems are considered. A systematic analysis of trinitarian systems was carried out. The article proves that the trinitarian system is the simplest complex system. The paper examines the relationship of trinitarian systems with the theory of categories. It is shown that the trinitarian system serves as the basis for categorical analysis. The paper proves that the trinitarian system is the simplest multigraph. The trinitarian system allows transforming spaces of different curvature into each other. The trinitarian system in linear systems defines a cyclicity, which can entail: development, degradation or bifurcation. Triangulation essentially develops a trinitarian approach and can be considered as the use of a trinitarian system to solve theoretical or technical problems in areas such as, for example, psychology, social sciences, politics, geometry, and ground surveying. The general conclusion is that the Trinitarian system is a universal instrument of cognition.

Introduction.Since the second half of the 20th century the safety in the automotive industry has been bringing to the forefront. Therefore, researches pay special attention to stability and controllability. These properties increase in a variety of ways, one of which is using of the four-wheel steering system (4WS). Foreign literature presents technical solutions on the example of sport cars and some Japanese models.Materials and methods.The paper provided an analysis of the four-wheeled steering passenger car’s kinematics. The authors considered the turning geometry with positive and negative steering angles of rear axle, on the basis of which the researches proposed calculation formulas for determining the turning radius of the car and the angles of the wheels’ rotation. The kinematic relations used in designing a steering system with four steered wheels.Results.The authors on the example of Volkswagen Polo calculated the turning radius and controllability depending on the steering wheels’ angles of the front and rear axles. As a result, the paper demonstrated the change in parameters and the effect on the safety and handling of the vehicle. The authors also highlighted the advantages of using a four-wheeled steering system.

The paper presents a mathematical model and method for solving a wide class of problems in topological optimization of an adhesive joint to obtain an optimal microstructure and gradient properties in order to reduce the level of stresses arising from both thermal and mechanical loads therein.Adhesive joints have advantages over alternative bonding methods. The paper shows that the introduction of graduating properties in thickness or along the adhesive layer is the most promising strategy to optimize the adhesive. The approach is to modify the material properties or the geometry of the adhesive, varying along the joint.In all the papers known to authors, the shape of the elements to be joined, or the shape and location of the adhesive layer, were subject to optimization. The topological optimization methods to determine the optimal distribution / change of the gradient properties of the adhesive layer itself were not used.In the paper, the stresses arising in the solder joints are analyzed; it is shown that due to the small solder thickness, shear stresses are basic in it. The shear stresses are concentrated near the ends of the solder, and have the lowest values in the middle. The objective of the optimization problem is to reduce the peak values of the shear and peeling stresses in the solder layer. The topological optimization of the solder microstructure is to find the best distribution of a given amount of solder in the region in order to reach minimum peak values of stresses. The advantage of using topological optimization is that the microstructure of the solder should not be known a priori, and, thus, any designs can be optimized without first studying the effect of the original geometric parameters on the strength of the joint.The algorithm is implemented using the finite element method and the method of movable asymptotes. A number of examples are considered in order to obtain the solder microstructure to be optimal for reducing the peak values of shear stresses and delamination in a three-layer package.The results show that optimal microstructures significantly reduce peak stresses compared to a uniform layer. The obtained results reveal the potential of the developed algorithm and show that it can find practical use.

Over the past decade, the Russian government has embarked on an ambitious program of economic development in the Russian Far East (RFE), envisioning the transformation of the region into a hub for trade with the Asia Pacific. This paper explores the extent of RFE’s trade integration with both key partners around the world and the rest of Russia. In particular, we calculate the region’s trade potential on the basis of mean predicted values from a gravity model using three samples that offer different perspectives. Actual trade flows are then evaluated relative to the potential and the resulting index is analyzed for various years and countries. Based on the findings of the paper, we can draw several conclusions. First, RFE exports to Northeast Asia have intensified over the period 2008–2017, allowing the region to surpass its potential, although there seems to be room to grow with respect to China. The Russian government could facilitate cross-border trade by further reducing non-tariff barriers and improving transnational infrastructure links. Second, the deepening integration with Northeast Asia has been achieved at the expense of trade links with the rest of Russia. This might appear worrisome, given the geostrategic importance of RFE for Russia. At the same time, it might simply reflect the fact that RFE’s natural resource exports are increasingly diverted to the Asia Pacific, which is more efficient than to ferry them to Western Russia, where they might end up being re-exported to Europe. Similarly, it might be more efficient for RFE to import from China than from more distant parts of Russia. Third, imports from Japan and Korea are far below potential, although these two countries can play a key role in promoting the economic development of RFE

There are a large number of examples of using the population-based algorithms (P-algorithms) to have a successful solution for complex practical tasks of global optimization, for instance, problems of computer-aided design, synthesis of complex chemical compounds, optimal control of dynamic systems, etc. P-algorithms are also successfully used in multi-criteria optimization, when a preliminary construction of some Pareto set (front) approximation is required. P-algorithms are numerous and very diverse – over 100 such algorithms are known, and new algorithms continue to appear. In this connection, the problem of systematizing expressive means of P-algorithms is of relevance. We consider one of the components of this problem that is the problem of classification of the search operators of P-algorithms.The paper formulates a global optimization problem and a general scheme of the P-algorithms to solve it. This multilevel classification of the main search operators of P-algorithms at the highest level of the hierarchy identifies the following operators: initialization of the population and the end of the search; coding of individuals; randomization; selection; crossing; population management; local search.These operators at the next hierarchical level are divided into deterministic and stochastic ones. Further, we distinguish static, dynamic program and dynamic adaptive operators. The following classification levels are "operator dependent", that is, generally speaking, different for each operator. We reveal the essence of these operators and give the use cases in various P-algorithms.Although the paper uses the names of operators such as selection, crossing, our orientation is not only to evolutionary algorithms. A description scheme of operators presented in this paper can be used to determine any population-based algorithms.The work development expects extending a set of operators presented, and, above all, using this set and a set of basic essences of population algorithms, the formalization of which was earlier proposed by the author, systematizing the most known algorithms of this class.

Sintered friction materials are widely used in friction units of automotive vehicles and special purpose vehicles. The main purpose is to transmit torque to the actuator. The development of the technology market requires the development and use of new units. At the same time, the creation of new materials is required, which also applies to sintered friction materials. This group of materials is characterized by a high service life, efficiency of torque transmission, as well as the ability to restore performance in case of violation of operating modes. One of the most significant parameters characterizing a sintered friction material is wear resistance. In most cases, it determines not only the resource of the unit itself, but the entire machine as a whole. A special place is occupied by brake units, which also use friction materials. The increased wear resistance of the friction material contributes to a decrease in the efficiency and service life of the brake system. Evaluation of the wear resistance of a friction material for the given operational parameters is a very long and costly process. The development of methodology and methods for accelerating the assessment of wear resistance is an important scientific and practical task. The paper presents the results of using artificial neural networks to predict the service life of a composite friction material based on copper on the sliding speed, pressure on the material and the amount of lubricant supplied to the friction zone. An artificial neural network has been trained using an array of experimental data for the FM-15 friction material. The training results have shown high accuracy, correctness of the proposed and implemented network architecture. The developed software has demonstrated its efficiency and the possibility of using it in calculations to determine the wear of a composite friction material.

Last years the Rostov region has faced a significant climate continentality increase during the growing season of winter crops. This factor makes necessary to develop new varieties of intensive winter barley with a high level of ecological adaptability, resistance to lodging and leaf diseases, with a high level of potential productivity. The purpose of the current study was to develop a new highly productive, stress-resistant winter barley variety with a high level of adaptability and to evaluate it according to economically valuable traits. The current paper has presented the agrobiological characteristics of the winter barley variety ‘Marusya’, the originator and patent holder of which is the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Agrarian Research Center “Donskoy”. The research was carried out from 2018 to 2020 in the fields of experimental crop rotation of the department of barley breeding and seed production of the FSBSI “ARC “Donskoy”. The forecrop was peas. The accounting plot area was 10 m², the number of repetitions was 6. The winter barley variety ‘Timofey’ was used as a standard variety. The species was parallelum. The type of development was facultative. Over the years of study in the Competitive Variety Testing of the FSBSI “ARC “Donskoy” (2018–2020), the variety produced from 8.0 to 11.2 t/ha, that exceeded the standard variety ‘Timofey’ on 0.5–1.5 t/ha. Since 2020, the State Commission for Variety Testing of Agricultural Crops decided to include the variety ‘Marusya’ in the State List of Breeding Achievements in the North Caucasus region. The variety is being studied in the Central Blackearth and Lower Volga regions of the Russian Federation. The consistently high productivity of the new variety is achieved due to the large grain and higher indicators of the yield structure elements and resistance to diseases in comparison with those of the standard variety ‘Timofey’

Objective. Study of the psychological well-being of children left without parental care in a children’s health camp in different social situations and in different social environments. Background. The negative effects of raising orphaned children in state institutions can be compensated by their stay in alternative socialization conditions, including in a children’s health camp. It is important to study the psychological well-being of orphans in a health camp as determining the effectiveness of their socialization. Study design. The paper studied the influence of two factors on the psychological well-being of orphaned children in the camp: the type of social situation and the composition of the social environment. The connection was checked by applying the Mann-Whitney U-test and the Kruskal-Wallis test. Participants. Students of centers for the promotion of family education (N=115) who are on vacation in children’s health camps in mixed groups (N=64) and in separate groups (N=51). Of these, 55 are boys and 60 are girls between the ages of 12 and 15. Camp counselors (N=15) from mixed (N=10) and separate (N=15) groups. Measurements. A survey using the method of self-assessment of emotional States by A. Wessman and D. Rix, including programmed observation. Results. The composition of the social environment is one of the factors that determine the well-being of children. Among teenagers in mixed groups (“family” teenagers and orphaned children), it is more favorable in the situation of communication with counselors, and less favorable in the situation of joint activities with peers. In groups consisting only of orphaned children, the well-being is more favorable in situations of joint activity and everyday communication. In General, orphaned children in separate detachments feel more comfortable compared to orphans in mixed detachments. There was a discrepancy between the assessment of psychological well-being by orphaned teenagers and the assessment of this well-being by counselors. Conclusions. The psychological well-being of orphaned teenagers in a children’s health camp is determined by two factors — the type of social situation and the composition of the social environment.

The article discusses the features of the radiation of ultrafast point clusters of charged particles moving uniformly near a gyrotropic medium interface. It is shown that some types of electromagnetic radiation – transient and/or Cherenkov radiation – have the characteristics of superchiral fields. Therefore, they can be effectively used to study chiral structures (for example, to detect circular dichroism, the frequency characteristics of refractive indices), various materials, including biomaterials. Ultrafast (relativistic) particles can serve as a «tool» not only for studying the structure of various materials. They can also be used as «generators» of quasiparticles that determine the «dynamic» properties of the materials under study, as well as the features of their interaction with radiation of various nature and response to external influences. In this paper, some types of circularly polarized EM waves propagating in optically active (magnetoactive, naturally active, gyrotropic, and chiral) media are considered. Using the generalized reciprocity theorem for media characterized by the Hermitian permittivity tensor, we consider the transient and Cherenkov radiation excited by a uniformly moving bunch of charged particles when it crosses (or moves along) the interface of media, one of which is an optically active gyrotropic medium. It is shown that the superchiral electromagnetic fields of the transition and Cherenkov radiation of dipoles can serve as a source of chiral collective excitations in magnetoactive and naturally active media. The investigated mechanisms of interaction of electromagnetic radiation with chiral materials (structures and media) are one of the possible physical approaches to solving the problem of the chiral purity of the biosphere and to elucidate the factor of deracemization of the organic primeval environment. A new hypothesis is presented, suggesting that ultra-high-speed clumps of charged particles of cosmic origin can cause deracemization of the prebiosphere.

Testing of electronic devices is an integral part of the technological process of any manufacturer of such equipment. In this case, an electronic device is understood as an energy-intensive unit such as a mobile phone, data center or spacecraft. One of the key stages of testing is to identify the effect of electric fields on various electronic components of the device. This stage often requires making a mock-up of some part of an unfinished device in order to fix interference with special equipment. This requires time, financial and human resource costs. In order to reduce these costs in the modern world, the use of mathematical modeling tools for testing noise immunity and electromagnetic compatibility is becoming popular. In this paper, it is proposed to use an algorithm for visualizing electric fields in three-dimensional space and time. The algorithm is easily embedded into applications as a component of a mathematical modeling system. The work considered three ways of visualizing the electric field strength: starting from a simple setting of points in space, on the basis of which the electric field will be built, around the source of electric field radiation, to the use of algorithms that make it possible to arrange points equidistantly based on a given number of points in space for the formation of an electric field. The performance and visual implications of these methods were analyzed. The proposed methodology will be useful to the developer community as an embedded solution for point visualization of the electric field in any project in any algorithmic language with the ability to animate in time.

Objective. Integrating the numerical solution module of the kinetic equation for the droplet size distribution function in a CFD package. Application of the module to volumetric condensation at the supersonic flow of a vapor-gas mixture through a nozzle in a two-dimensional formulation, comparison of the results with experimental data of third-party authors.Methods. In this paper, the problem of volume condensation in the supersonic flow of a vapor-gas mixture through a nozzle is solved by finite element methods in a two-dimensional formulation using user-defined functions.Results. A module for the numerical solution of the kinetic equation for the droplet size distribution function is presented as a user-defined function integrated into the calculated CFD package.Conclusion. The module application to volumetric condensation for a vapor-gas mixture flow through the nozzle gave a qualitative agreement in all areas and a quantitative agreement in the area of intense condensation with measurement data. The distributions of temperatures, pressures, and the degree of supersaturation are presented both along the central axis and on the plane bounded by the contour of the computational domain. It is shown that the module does not depend on the solver type (stationary or non-stationary).

In modern rice growing, the development of new varieties and their rapid introduction into agricultural production is of great importance. Every year the Federal Research Center of Rice and the ARC “Donskoy” develop more productive rice varieties with improved tolerance to unfavorable biotic, abiotic stress factors, with various nutritional qualities of seeds. Any variety responds differently to a variety of agro-ecological conditions, forming different productivity, as the main indicator of cost and demand in production. The current paper has presented the results of ecological variety testing of four rice varieties conducted in 2020 on the fields of ‘Krasnoarmeisky’ and ‘Krasnaya’ located in the Krasnoarmeisky district of the Krasnodar Territory. Each variety was identified on variability of productivity and number of plants per unit area. The productivity of rice varieties varied significantly depending on the variant of the trial (2.93–8.79 t/ha). The variety ‘Kapitan’ significantly surpassed the standard variety ‘Rapan’, when sown after rice and alfalfa, but was at the same level in the agro-ameliorative field. The variety ‘Kapitan’ when sown after ‘AMP’ (high check) formed the maximum productivity of 8.79 t/ha in the background variant and 8.66 t/ha when topdressing with N30. It was due to the high resistance of the variety ‘Kapitan’ to local species of blast in difference from other varieties. Rice stand ranged from 70.5 to 519.0 pcs/m2. The variability between the varieties within the variant was medium (CV = 11.1–19.2%), and between the experimental variants it was high (CV = 59.0–71.3%). For cultivation in the Krasnodar Territory there has been recommended the rice variety ‘Kapitan’, developed by the ARC “Donskoy” together with FRC of rice, which has shown fairly high productivity with little variability.

The paper presents the results of experimental data on the kinetic characteristics of ultrafiltration tubular elements, such as the output specific flow, retention coefficient, diffusion permeability coefficient, distribution coefficient. To study the purification of milk whey, we used tubular ultrafilters BTU 05/2 with membrane material fluoroplast (F), polyethersulfone (PESF), polysulfone (PS). For theoretical calculation of the retention coefficient, output specific flux, diffusion permeability coefficient, distribution coefficient, mathematical expressions were developed and empirical coefficients were obtained. The developed mathematical expression describes the experimental data with good reliability. The obtained experimental and calculated data can be used with high reliability in calculating mass-transfer fluxes of substances through a semi-permeable membrane, as well as in engineering methods for calculating and predicting efficiency, and using membrane processes for concentrating serum. The protein concentration in real milk whey was determined by formol titration. On the basis of the studies carried out, the dependence of the growth of the output specific flow on pressure was established, that the optimal pressure for concentrating milk whey on the ultrafiltration membranes we have chosen is 0.25 MPa. For three types of ultrafilters, the experimental value of the coefficient was within 99% for protein. For the theoretical calculation of the retention coefficient, a program in the MAXIMA language was developed and registered. Due to the method of applying the membrane to the reinforcing element, the membrane material polyethersulfone (PESF) and polysulfone (PS) have a substrate, due to which they sorb more substances on themselves, because of this, the diffusion permeability coefficient and the distribution coefficient are much higher than that of a filter element with membrane made of fluoroplastic (F), which does not have a substrate.

The paper presents the results of studies of the spectral properties of a photosensitizer based on indotricarbocyanine dye when accumulating in tissues of experimental animals. Using laser fluorescence spectroscopy, the in vivo and ex vivo fluorescence spectra of tissue-localized indotricarbocyanine dye were obtained for different time counts after intravenous administration. The profile of the pharmacokinetics of its accumulation and withdrawal was determined from the change in the intensity of fluorescence in the tumor and healthy muscle tissues of the photosensitizer. A monotonic deformation of its fluorescence spectrum was revealed in the tissues of tumor nodes and muscles of the thigh when registered through the skin over time after intravenous administration. The achievement of the maximum accumulation of the photosensitizer in the tumor correlates with the stabilization of the shape of its in vivo fluorescence spectrum. Thus, the maximum shift can be used as a diagnostic indicator of the maximum accumulation of indotricarbocyanine photosensitizer in the tumor tissues. The results were confirmed for two groups of animals: the first one – black mice of the C57Bl/6 line with an inoculated tumor of Clone M3 melanoma, the second – white mice of the ICR line with an inoculated tumor of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. The analysis of the shape of the fluorescence spectrum of the photosensitizer during registration through the skin for animals with different colors has been carried out.

The study of ultrafast laser interaction with graphene-like materials based on transition metal dichalcogenides attracts most scientific groups. It is connected with potential use of these materials in flexible optoelectronic devices of visible and THz range. In this paper the parameters of generation of terahertz field from the surface of bulk layered crystal and monolayer film of tungsten diselenide are analyzed. Generation of terahertz radiation from the surface of experimental samples was studied by the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy in reflection geometry. Bulk layered crystals of tungsten diselenide were grown by gas transport reactions. Monolayers of tungsten diselenide crystals were grown by chemical vapor deposition on a silicon substrate. The bandwidth of the generated terahertz radiation from the surface of the bulk layered tungsten diselenide crystal was ~ 3.5 THz. For tungsten diselenide monolayer the spectrum bandwidth of the generated THz radiation was ~ 2.5 THz. The peak amplitude of the generated terahertz field for both samples was at a frequency of ~ 1 THz. Research of the influence of the angle of rotation of a polarization plane of optical femtosecond pump on peak-to-peak amplitude of the generated terahertz field from the surface of investigated samples was carried out. Symmetry analysis of the azimuthal dependence of THz radiation made it possible to separate the mechanisms of THz radiation and evaluate their contribution. The analysis results confirm that the only possible contribution to the generation of terahertz radiation in a tungsten diselenide monolayer crystal is the second order nonlinear optical effect – optical rectification. One of the contributions to the generation of tungsten diselenide is a nonlinear-optical effect of the third order – surface optical rectification.

The paper shows the approach and the result of taking into account the mutual influence of on-board subsystems of a complex technical object along the DC power supply circuits. Technical objects are understood as a mobile, energy-intensive vehicle, such as an aircraft, a surface or submarine vessel, or a railway locomotive with strong magnetic fields. The aim of the work is to create a simple and intuitive tool for mathematical modeling of the magnetic field vector at an arbitrarily specified observation point. The task is being solved in order to improve the accuracy of magnetic measurements on board, in particular, in navigation problems. On-board DC networks are considered, to which the approach of mathematical modeling is applied. The disadvantages of commercial programs of a similar purpose are noted. The binding of the objects under consideration to the general coordinate system is described. An analytical algorithm for calculating the magnetic field vector from the on-board cable network with a pronounced 3D trajectory is shown. Examples of visualization of the simulation results are given. An algorithm for calculating the induction vector based on the Biot-Savard law is considered. The algorithm for the analytical solution of the problem is described in detail. A specific power cable of the on-board network is considered. The cable is given by a set of straight conductors with current. The ways of future improvement of the created product with the transition from one observation point to the field map in a given three-dimensional zone of arbitrary position, volume and orientation are outlined. The obtained result is considered as an element of the procedure for achieving electromagnetic compatibility of energy-intensive and highly sensitive subsystems of a modern complex technical object.

The study of the erosion activity of cavitation is of considerable interest for clarifying the mechanism of the effect of cavitation on biological tissues and cells. This paper proposes an improved technique for assessing the erosion activity of acoustic cavitation. The results of testing this technique in relation to the problem of studying the distribution of erosion activity in the cavitation region, generated by a radiator with a rod waveguide, are presented. The experiments were carried out using a submersible emitter with a resonant frequency of 32 kHz. It was found that erosion activity rapidly decreases with distance from the emitter and depends on the distance to the emitter L as 1/L3 when the diameter of the emitter is less than or of the order of the wavelength in the used liquid. It was shown that there is a correlation between the erosion activity of cavitation and the readings of the cavitometer with the output signal being the integral intensity of the highfrequency component of the cavitation noise in the frequency range up to 10 MHz. Piezoelectric sensors were used to register cavitation noise. In particular, in liquids characterized by a higher level of erosion activity, the output signal of the cavitometer is also higher. In this case, the readings of the cavitometer change depending on the distance to the radiator as 1/L. Based on the data obtained, a method is proposed for assessing the erosion activity of cavitation by the magnitude of the intensity of cavitation noise in a cube. It is shown that this parameter is linearly related to the results of measurements of the erosional activity of cavitation. The results obtained will be used in the development of a specialized cavitometer designed to assess the erosion activity of cavitation during in vitro studies of the effect of ultrasound on cells.

This paper demonstrates a chemical way of enhancing transdermal delivery using immunomodulator glucosaminylmuramyl dipeptide (GMDP) as an example. Objective: to study in vitro the effect of various components of the microemulsion composition on GMDP diffusion through the skin from a transdermal therapeutic system (TTS). Materials and methods. Medicinal substance – glucosaminylmuramyl dipeptide (Peptek, Russia). Excipients and raw materials: sodium chloride, purified water, sodium dodecyl sulfate, docusate sodium, oak bark, apricot kernel oil, alpha-tocopheryl acetate and Decaglyn PR-20 emulsifier. Equipment: Heidolph DIAX 900 mechanical disperser (Germany) and Hielscher UIS250V ultrasonic homogenizer (Germany). GMDP diffusion from TTS through unpreserved rabbit skin was studied on diffusion tester Copley (UK). GMDP in aqueous solutions was determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) on an Agilent 1200 chromatography system (Agilent Technologies, USA). Results. A microemulsion system composed of 20% docusate sodium in an oil phase and an oak bark decoction as an aqueous phase was developed. This made it possible to increase GMDP transdermal delivery by ~70% in comparison with the basic composition. Conclusion. The characteristic parameters of microemulsion components of GMDP contained in TTS, influencing GMDP diffusion through unpreserved rabbit skin in vitro, were determined. Introducing relative indicators would be advisable in order to correctly evaluate the results of different series of in vitro experiments with biological objects.

The paper studied the process of intensification of concentrated fermentation mash with account of the complex amylolytic enzymes, hemicellulase and proteolytic activities. We determined the dependence of ethanol yield, the content of volatile impurities, the content of reducing substances, depending on the different strains of yeast at a seed rate 15 million cells per 1 cm3 wort. To identify the parameters of the fermentation process the wort with an increased solids content, investigated the dynamics of accumulation of volatile impurities by varying the rate and duration of seeding yeast fermentation using 987-O5 race yeast. It revealed that the qualitative composition of impurities in the mash, the resulting wort of high-concentration depends both on the duration of fermentation, and from normal seeding yeast. Thus, depending on the duration of the fermentation process, the acetaldehyde content increases (from 613,17 mg/dm? to 54 h to 1724,6 mg/dm? to 72 hours), the amount of ethyl acetate is reduced (from 409,2 mg/dm? to 54 hours prior to 207 mg/dm? to 72 hours), the methanol content to 54 h at a rate of 15 million yeast seeding cells per 1 cm? of the wort amounted to 0,0043 mg/cm?, whereas by 72 h of fermentation at the same seed rate yeast – 0,0070 mg/dm?, the amount of 1-propanol and 1-butanol was reduced from 903,14 mg/cm? and 6,38 mg/cm? -54 h to 880 mg/cm? and 5,57 mg/cm? - to 72 hours, respectively. The minimum content of isobutanol independent of the duration of fermentation was 900-1100 mg/cm? at a seed rate 15 million yeast cells per 1 cm? wort izoamilola number increases from 1219,08 mg/dm? (54 hr) to 2673,84 mg/dm? (72 h). It revealed that the smallest total amount of impurities obtained by seed rate yeast 15 million cells per 1 cm? wort at the duration of fermentation 54 hours was found that maximum ethanol content in the mash with minimal accumulation therein volatiles corresponds embodiment:. Duration of fermentation - 54 hours at normally the problem of yeast cells – 15,0 million / cm? wort.

Semiconductor industry calls for emerging memory, demonstrating high speed (like SRAM or DRAM), nonvolatility (like Flash NAND), high endurance and density, good scalability, reduced energy consumption and reasonable cost. Ferroelectric memory FRAM has been considered as one of the emerging memory technologies for over 20 years. FRAM uses polarization switching that provides low power consumption, nonvolatility, high speed and endurance, robust data retention, and resistance to data corruption via electric, magnetic fields and radiation. Despite the advantages, market share held by FRAM manufacturers is insignificant due to scaling challenges. State-of-the-art FRAM manufacturing is studied in this paper. Ferroelectric capacitors and memory cells made by main commercial FRAM manufactures (Texas Instruments, Cypress Semiconductor, Fujitsu и Lapis Semiconductor) are explored. All memory cells are based on the lead zirconate titanate PZT capacitor with the thickness of about 70 nm and IrOx/Ir or Pt electrodes. The leading FRAM technology remains the 130 nm node CMOS process developed at Texas Instruments fabs. New approaches to further scaling and new devices based on ferroelectrics are reviewed, including binary ferroelectrics deposited by ALD techniques, piezoelectronic transistors, ferroelectric/2D-semiconductor transistor structures, and others. Whether FRAM technology will be able to resolve one of the main contradictions between a high-speed processor and a relatively slow nonvolatile memory depends on the success of the new technologies integration.

This paper deals with the problem of constructing a mathematical model for studying the thermal regime of a test system at the design stage. The test system is presented as a complex chemical-technological system, which includes a large number of elements, components and devices, characterized by a variety of functional and thermal relationships. The block-hierarchical method is used for designing the system under consideration. A thermal block diagram of the system has been developed, which includes six interconnected blocks: a thermostat; coolant; heat exchanger; cubic apparatus, medium in apparatus and environment. A mathematical model has been created to estimate the average temperatures in the system, which allows you to calculate the integral characteristics of heat exchange processes (the values average intake temperatures and the values surface average temperatures, average heat fluxes) taking into account the interaction between all blocks of the system. It was assumed that each element of the system under consideration can have thermal connections, both with the environment and with other elements of the system. It was assumed that the element can dissipate its own power, as well as the power supplied for thermal control of the element, which depends on its temperature. The calculation of the temperature fields of bodies and flows of heat carriers was carried out on the basis of models with concentrated parameters, with the assumption that there are no temperature gradients in all directions. The model is represented by a system of ordinary differential equations. The dependences of temperature on time change for two non-stationary modes of a thermostatic system consisting of a hollow device of cubic shape with a volume 3 m3 filled with gas and equipped with a heat exchanger are shown. The developed mathematical model allows solving the problems of temperature stabilization of the test system.

The modern management system has a complex, sometimes multi-level organizational management structure and puts forward more and more demands on the quality of the financial information provided. The paper describes an integrated reporting that meets the increasing stakeholders demands. The research methodology is classical by itself and based on the use of situational and dialectical approaches to the object having the method of abstraction, formalization and generalization. A deductive analysis of general scientific, geopolitical factors, economic psychology, economic theory and accounting theories, projected onto the Russian specifics of doing business which leads to the formation of nontrivial conclusions. The latter are interesting in the symbiosis of criticism and constructivism because against the lack of objective reasons for the introduction of integrated reporting in Russia, there are questions raised about the need to generate a unified theory that underlies the functioning of accounting systems as well as the economic consciousness development of our society and implementation of business ethics. The scientific and practical significance of the study is to identify the application features of integrating financial reporting practice at the national level.

Current trends in the design of electronic systems is the use of embedded systems based on systems on a chip (System-on-Chip (SoC)) or (VLSI SoC). The paper discusses the design features of electronic systems on a chip using the SystemC design and verification language. For the joint design and simulation of digital systems hardware and software, seven modeling levels are presented and discussed: executable specification, disabled functional model, temporary functional model, transaction-level model, behavioral hardware model, accurate hardware model, register transfer model. The SystemC design methodology with functional verification is presented, which reduces development time.The architecture of the SystemC language and its main components are shown. The expansion of SystemC–AMS for analog and mixed analog-digital signals and its use cases in the design of electronic systems are considered. Computing models are discussed: temporary data stream (TDF), linear signal stream (LSF) and electric linear networks (ELN). The architecture of the SystemC–AMS language standard is shown and examples of its application are given. It is shown that the design languages SystemC and SystemC–AMS are widely used by leading developers of computer-aided design systems for electronic devices.

In this paper, we studied the effect of heat treatment on the texture characteristics of Co-Mo/Al2O3, a catalyst for the synthesis of carbon nanotubes (CNTs). It has been experimentally proved that the heat treatment conditions at the stage of obtaining the metal oxide catalyst have a significant effect not only on its morphology, but also on its activity in the process of synthesis of CNTs. It was found that the implementation of the heat treatment of the starting components in one stage (decomposition) allows to obtain a catalytic system with a specific surface of ~ 14 ? 26 m2/g and a specific yield of ? ~ 5.2 ? 9.4 gС/gcat, and in two stages (decomposition / calcination) - Scat ~ 30 ? 147 m2/g and ? ~ 18.6 ? 30.0 gС/gcat. The smallest degree of defectiveness (ID / G ~ 0.53 ? 0.72) includes CNTs synthesized on a catalyst formed as a result of thermal changes for 10 min at 350 ° C and calcination at 500 °C, the diameter of the nanotubes is 15 ? 19 nm. The use of a metal oxide catalyst during the synthesis of CNTs, which has been calcined at higher temperatures (700 °C and above), leads to an increase in the speed and degree of defectiveness of the resulting nanostructures. Thus, the introduction of an additional heat treatment stage — calcination in the process of obtaining the Co-Mo/ Al2O3 catalyst — makes it possible to flexibly control the quality parameters of not only the formed metal oxide systems, but also the CNTs synthesized on them.

This article focuses on gender discourse genesis in the context of both a new feminist movement and the emergence of feminist linguistics. The process of feminist linguistic theory conversion into the feminist social and political practices has also been revealed in the paper. German universities committed to all-European academic cultural tradition differed greatly from other European educational institutions by the number of women in the academic community. The low women representation in German academic environment is due to the following several factors:- academic institutions do not compete with each other for future students;- professionalization of science, achievements in scientific researches have caused the high status of a scientist in the German society, as well as the prestige of the academic career;- the academic career has become attractive for social elites;- the university boom has led to a dramatic increase of the number of female students and the number of women in the academic staff as well.These have resulted in the re-evaluation of a woman’s place and role in the society including the language structures and reflected by the academic discourse practices and notably in the so called geschlechtsgerechte Sprache, i. e. “equity in languages” principles.

The paper analyzes the condition of additivity of the information and reference kiosk, which allows designing a static kiosk, which is essentially a set of pages organized in order to provide users with reliable information in various fields of knowledge and practice, with additive properties. The condition of additivity is analyzed based on the loading time of the pages of the informational kiosk is implemented on the basis of the concept of a simple website with narrow subject matter by adding the concept of a vertical portal, in connection with which introduced the concept of optimal page load time of the informational kiosk, since the main task of the informational kiosk is the display of the user requested page containing the content within a certain time interval, and a key component of the kiosk GUI. Information and reference kiosk, as a small subscriber system in terms of functionality and volume of content, containing information in text, audio or video format, aimed at providing reference information to the user and giving him a means of interaction, by providing all available system objects and functions implemented in the form of graphical components, is not an exception. The article also discusses the key concepts of the information and reference kiosk, such as additivity, ergodicity, and entropy.

Annual and perennial grasses are important not only as a source of green fodder, hay, silage, grass meal and haylage in feed production, but also as good forecrops, due to the ability to accumulate biological nitrogen in the soil (since it decreases the cost of mineral fertilizers), to disinfect the soil from micro zoo pests, to improve the physical condition of the soil (since it decreases soil density). Perennial grasses are also an important component of biologized crop rotations, since the amount of crop residues remaining in the soil after harvesting is several times greater than after winter crops. The field trials were conducted in 2009–2016 by the staff of the laboratory of row crop cultivation technology of the FSBSI “Agricultural Research Center “Donskoy”. The experimental plot is located in the southern soil-climatic zone of the Rostov region (with insufficient and unstable moisture). The soil of the experimental plot is ordinary heavy loamy chernozem on loesslike loams, with 3.2% humus, neutral pH, and a high content of movable phosphorus and exchange potassium according to Machigin. The current paper has presented a bioenergetic estimation of grain (4-crop rotation sequence with annual grasses included) and biologized (8-crop rotation sequence with 25% perennial grasses) crop rotations. It has been established that nutrients’ amount per 1 ha of crop rotation area of biologized crop rotation is higher than in grain crop rotation on 22% of dry matter, on 40% of raw protein and on 39% of metabolic energy. Energy consumption per 1 kg of raw protein is lower on 27%.

Introduction. Rational use of dairy raw materials is important for the national economy. The research objective was to improve the existing technologies of milk raw material processing using new type membrane equipment with polarization layer diversion. The process was mathematically simulated according to the theory of automatic control and transfer functions. Study objects and methods. The study featured a new installation constructed on the basis of a membrane device with membrane layer diversion. The new equipment can serve as a basis for a novel low-waste and non-waste technology. Unlike traditional membrane apparatus, this one has three flows: a more concentrated polarization layer (concentrate), a core layer of retentat, and a layer of permeat. The mathematical model of the process can describe the behavior of any dynamic system of almost any structure and complexity. Results and its discussion. The simulation showed that recycling of the diverted concentrate can intensify the concentration. To increase the intensity of membrane concentration in such installations, partial recirculation of the concentrate flow can be recommended, with its subsequent transfer to the main flow. Partial recycling of the retentate flow did not prove effective, as it did no increase the concentration of the final product. However, it can be used for a more complete extraction of the target component. This aspect requires further research. Conclusions. The paper introduces a new technology that improves the concentration of milk raw materials and possesses practical importance.

In the regions of insufficient and unstable moisture, hydrothermal conditions are the main natural factors that determine the level of crop productivity. The purpose of our study was to identify the role of the main meteorological factors in the formation of winter durum wheat productivity at different periods of its growth and development. The study was carried out in the southern part of the Rostov region in the FSBSI “Agricultural Research Center “Donskoy” in 2003–2014. The objects of the study were winter durum wheat varieties and breeding lines of competitive variety testing, sown in black fallow, in four replications, with a plot area of 25 m². The current paper presents the analysis results of the average daily temperature, precipitation, hydrothermal index (HTI) by the periods of winter durum wheat growth and development through the years of study, average varietal productivity for each year. It has been established that the characteristic features of the studied years are a temperature rise, especially in the pre-sowing and sowing periods, during the wintering period and the resumption of spring vegetation, and irregular precipitation, their shift in the fall from November to October, in the winter from February to January, in the spring from April to March, and its decrease or absence during the active growing season. The conducted correlation analysis between main meteorological factors and productivity showed a decisive role of the temperature regime in winter durum wheat productivity formation. It turned out to be less significant in relation to precipitation. This indicates that winter durum wheat productivity does not depend on the total amount of precipitation, but on its distribution, moisture presence in soil, and temperature. According to the analysis of the main meteorological factors, their connection with productivity, there have been identified positive and negative points in the ontogenesis of winter durum wheat associated with climate change, which must be taken into account in breeding and growing technology. There have been determined the main objectives for winter durum wheat breeding, aimed at improving such adaptive properties as drought resistance, heat resistance, especially at the initial stages of growth and development, winter tolerance, disease and pest resistance occurred due to climate change (septorisis, pyrenophorosis, bacteriosis and fusarium of heads and kernels).

Objectives.Over the last few years, medicinal chemistry research has been focusing on the creation of molecules that can target particular body systems, organs and tissues, thus abating systemic toxicity and side effects, and, most of all, boosting therapeutic potential. This goal can be achieved through the specific interaction of such drugs with active sites of cellular receptors. For example, glycoprotein receptors that can be found on cellular surfaces in neural tissues and liver parenchyma, selectively bind various glycoproteins and glycosides, facilitating their penetration into cells. This review describes how certain parameters of ligand structure (the nature and length of the spacer between carbohydrate and non-carbohydrate fragments of the molecule, number of carbohydrate residues per molecule, etc.) influence the penetration efficiency of synthetic glycoconjugates into liver cells.Methods.This review article summarizes 75 research papers and discusses data from in vitro and in vivo experiments showing which structures of synthetic carbohydrate derivatives are optimal for targeted drug delivery into liver cells.Results.The surface of liver cells (hepatocytes) contains a significant number of asialoglycoprotein receptors (ASGP-R) that are almost never found elsewhere. This makes ASGP-R an ideal target for the directed treatment of liver diseases, including such difficult, socially important conditions as hepatocellular carcinoma and Hepatitis C. A number of various ligands and targeted (to ASGP-R) delivery systems have been designed. Such molecules always contain derivatives of mono- and disaccharides, most commonly D-glucose, D-galactose, D-lactose and N-acetylglucosamines. This review contains the chemical structures of carbohydrate-based ligands.Conclusions.Glycolipids based on D-carbohydrates, when in liposomes, facilitate penetration into liver cells by a receptor-mediated, clathrin-dependent endocytosis mechanism that is activated upon contact of the carbohydrate-containing ligand fragment with the active site of ASGP-R. It can be addressed by the use of monovalent derivatives of carbohydrates as well as polyvalent glycoconjugates. Alterations in the ligand structure and the number of liposomal modifications can boost the therapeutic effect. The distance between the liposomal surface and the carbohydrate residue (spacer length), as well as the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of the ligand molecule, have a great effect on the affinity and cellular response.

The purpose of the study is to develop the concept of the internal regulation “accounting policy” of an organization, taking into account the peculiarities of the legal framework for accounting and controlling export operations. The methodological basis is a dialectical approach to the phenomena and processes of financial and economic operations of organizations engaged in foreign economic activity. To research the problem the following methodological approaches were used: systemic approach, deduction and induction, comparative analysis, specification, formally legal assessment of documentation. The paper discusses the procedure for drawing up accounting policies, taking into account the peculiarities of accounting and tax accounting of export operations and the requirements of the legislative and regulatory framework for foreign economic activity. The emphasis is placed on the forms of the accounting documents applied and the contents of the chart of accounts, in which it is necessary to provide for the accounts of the first, second (subaccounts) and third (subcontos) orders to obtain the detailed information on each export transaction, assets and liabilities. The author proves that when drawing up accounting policies for tax accounting purposes, it is necessary to consider accounting policies of accounting as a whole. The results obtained complement and expand the other economic academics’ scientific base on how to organize accounting of foreign economic activity. The presented model of the regulation “accounting policy” of the organization will be useful in the practical activities of entities carrying out foreign trade operations.

Introduction. In modern production, when performing finishing operations, centrifugal rotary processing in the medium of abrasive plays an important role. High productivity, low costs and extensive technological capabilities are the main advantages of these cleaning and finishing operations. This paper considers the process of abrasive particle – workpiece surface interaction within the framework of the static contact problem of the elasticity theory. Thus, plastic deformation in the contact area comes into account.Materials and Methods. The abrasive particle (corundum) is simulated with a linearly elastic body, whose Young's modulus is significantly larger than that of the work material. The process material (steel) is simulated with an elastoplastic bilinear body using the von Mises yield criterion.Research Results. Finite element modeling of the structures under consideration was performed in the ANSYS CAE package. The process of abrasive particle – workpiece surface interaction was simulated; its stress-strain state was analyzed. The results of numerical experiments are presented. They have determined how equivalent plastic strains are distributed at depths of the cone penetration of 0.01 mm and 0.05 mm. The data obtained, as well as the areas of plastic strain values of more than 1%, are visualized in the ANSYS CAE package.Discussion and Conclusions. It is established that the equivalent plastic deformation is proportional to the depth of penetration (DP). It reaches a minimum value of 0.158 at DP = 0.01 mm, and a maximum of 0.825 at DP = 0.05 mm. The dependences of the plastic region sizes on DP are determined for cases when the plastic deformation exceeds 1%. At the maximum penetration (0.05 mm), the deformation radius is 1 mm, and the depth is 0.8 mm. On the basis of the data obtained as a result of the conducted research, the parameters of the technological process (rotational speed, size of the abrasive surface, mass of abrasive particles) that affect the workpiece – abrasive particle interaction can be selected. A judicious choice of these parameters will increase the processing efficiency

The paper shows that creation of materials with antibacterial and antifungal action presupposes an introduction of additives in them. One of the directions concerning fight against mold fungi is an inclusion of biocide additives having vegetable origin in structure of polymer materials used for manufacturing packing products. The main mission of anti-microbial additives is reduction of microbe amount in product mass and on its surface. Activity of anti-microbial compounds depends on the following parameters: concentration of active component, pH, temperature, polymer type, introduction method (with plasticizer or in melting state) and time period of their contact with polymer. In addition it is necessary to take into account such not unimportant factor as sensitivity of micro-organisms. Modern film polymer materials ensure only a certain level of product protection. They can not targetedly affect biochemical and microbiological changes in a packing product. It is necessary to develop new packing materials with selective permeability that create a barrier on the way of extremely intensive gas and moisture exchange, outside microflora flow, and prevent an evolution of undesired micro-organisms on packing products. Polymers have been selected as a basis for a bactericide packing material. Investigations have shown that composition including PEHP 98% (polyethylene of high pressure) + DGR (disproportionate gum rosin) + DETA (diethylenetriamine) has inhibited (hindered) sufficiently in a good way growth of mold fungi and PEHP composition with additives of tallow pitch and polyethylenepolyamine has demonstrated a rapid deterioration of strength characteristics and an increase in additive of the supposed mixture including pine oleoresin (POR) with DETA and DGR (with DETA more than 2%) hinders rapidly strength material characteristics.

The studies were conducted on the experimental field of the FSBSI “Federal Russian Agricultural Research Center”, whose soils are ordinary blackearth (chernozem). 25 productive shoots of each sample were taken in their full ripeness, and, when the seeds reached standard humidity, there was performed a structural analysis in the laboratory. T. petropavlovskyi and spontaneous macromutant forms emerged from cultivation were used as the objects of study. In the process of a long-term cultivation of T. petropavlovskyi in the collection, there were identified numerous spontaneous macromutant forms of a specific nature. The paper presents the study results of the product characteristics of T.petropavlovskyi and spontaneous macromutant forms which are phenotypically close to T. spelta and soft-like T. aestivum and typical soft wheat T. aestivum. It has been established that product characteristics of speltoid macromutant wheat are significantly inferior to the original T. petropavlovskyi and macromutant soft wheat T. aestivum. Product features of soft-like macromutant T. aestivum is similar to the original T. petropavlovskyi, but has a smaller sprout weight and, correspondingly, lower grain productivity. The most promising variety for breeding process is the macromutant typical soft wheat T. aestivum, which forms a larger number of grains and, due to this, has an advantage in ‘kernel weight per head’ over all samples, including the initial form. The value of this macromutant form can also be determined by the high coefficient of specific productivity (Csp), which indicates a more efficient work of its vegetative organs. Consequently, the macromutant T. aestivum, which is phenomenally similar to the existing varieties of soft wheat, promises a high hybridization efficiency with the latter. Thus, the macromutant form of T. aestivum, developed on the basis of the T. petropavlovskyi genotype, is of some value as an initial material for breeding practice.

The paper describes the stages of studying the biochemical heterogeneity of gluten proteins of wheat grain as an important factor in the baking quality of flour. It has been shown that the biochemical heterogeneity of gluten proteins is caused by genetic factors. Modern electrophoretic methods on gel carriers make it possible to study the component protein composition of varieties, biotypes, lines, split hybrids and to identify the Mendelian units of the spectrum (genes, alleles). The application of the idea of the genetic nomenclature of the hereditary unit of gliadins (a block of components) is over 40 years old, and it was proposed by domestic scientists (Kopus, Poperelya, Sozinov). This made it possible to compile catalogs of blocks of components (alleles), to study their correlation with quality, frost resistance and other traits, to develop a scale for combining gliadin blocks in the spectrum of varieties for the breeding assessment of samples from agro-nurseries. It has been established that electrophoregrams of prolamins serve as a reliable criterion to identify seed genotypes of commercial varieties by laboratory methods.

Nanoscale drugs differ in special physicochemical, biological, pharmacokinetic parameters. These properties can be used to provide targeted delivery, prolong the action of drugs, as well as reduce their side effects. An important problem that needs attention is the study of the potential risks arising from the treatment of such drugs. The aim of the study: analysis of the requirements of domestic and foreign regulators for the safety of nanoscale drugs. The paper presents the classification of the most promising nanosystems containing drugs, and an analysis of the existing principles for assessing their safety in Russia and abroad has been carried out. It was shown that when assessing the safety of nano-sized drugs, along with the properties of the active substance, it is necessary to take into account the properties of the nanosystem (polymer coating, carrier, etc.), related to its size, distribution pattern, charge of nanoparticles, and ability to induce oxidative stress. Domestic and foreign regulatory documents governing the procedure for assessing the safety of pharmacological substances derived from nanotechnology was analyzed. Conclusions: Despite the availability of recommendations from regulatory authorities, further improvement of the requirements for registration and safety assessment of nanoscale drugs is necessary. Further development of the regulatory framework governing the development, quality, efficiency and safety of nanomaterials in medicine is necessary, taking into account the structural issues of the active substance and nano-carriers.

Design solutions of domestic VLSI were obtained as a result of the application of computeraided design tools of a foreign supplier (CAD Synopsys, Cadence Design Systems and Mentor Graphics), based on standard libraries of PDK elements (Project Design KIT) of factories and IC-modules also supplied mainly by foreign companies. As a rule, the developer does not have its own production facilities, using the services provided by foreign factories (fablesscompanies). Due to this fact, relevant are the studies aimed at the development of a complex of measures, excluding the possibility of unauthorized changes into IC, i.e. protection of projects against intentional hardware and technology violations made during the formation of the control information for handing it over to the production facility and/or in case of IC manufacture at the factory. This paper considers this task from the standpoint of the analysis of the methodology of design for testability (DFT), i.e., a complex of measures that provide obtaining solutions at the design stage. The solutions include the verification of the correct performance of the manufactured chip by means of external tests and/or self-testing procedures. It was proposed, inter alia: 1) to analyze the libraries of standard elements used in the project with full disclosure of their specifications; 2) to create nodes with the physical non-cloning function in the projects on the basis of the libraries of standard elements in models and analysis programs; 3) to analyze IP modules used in the project with the maximum disclosure of structure, methods and algorithms for providing test coverings; 4) to provide for the development in projects of special test kits and methods of their generation at the design stage of functions in order to detect malicious nodes and programs both within SoC cores and at the level of system buses; 5) to develop at the design stage and to apply during tests a technique of special hardware measurements of parameters of the manufactured circuits and analysis of their results, inter alia, according to measurements of delays in distribution of signals and/or buses current consumption.

The paper presents the results of studies of the operation of the inverting DC–DC converter with charge pump and LDO, which are part of the combined bipolar secondary power supply LM27762, at the near to maximum input voltage of 5.5 V and an output voltage of –4.9 V. The ripple voltages were measured at various load currents from 10 to 250 mA at the positive pole of the flying capacitor, at the output of the charge pump system and at the output of the microcircuit. It was shown for the first time on the basis of the obtained information that at low load currents up to about 107 mA the charge pump system operates in the burst mode, and at currents greater than 109 mA – in the charge pump mode with a constant frequency. The results do not confirm the information in the documentation on the microcircuit that, at themaximum input voltage of 5.5 V, the charge pump can enter the PWM mode in hot conditions. When working in burst mode, the presence of LDO in the LM27762 chip reduces the ripples of the negative voltage at the output. However, they significantly exceed the values given in the documentation on the chip. During switching to the constant–frequency mode, the level of negative voltage ripples at the output of the microcircuit decreases sharply, but it increases with further increase of the load current and exceeds the values given in the documentation.

In this paper, extractive distillation flowsheets for water–formic acid–acetic acid mixtures were designed. Flowsheets not involving preliminary dehydration were considered, and the relative volatilities of the components in the presence of sulfolane were analyzed. The result of extractive distillation depends on the amount of sulfolane. The structure of the flowsheet is determined by the results of the basic ternary mixture extractive distillation. In three-column flowsheets (schemes I, II), water is isolated in the distillate of the extractive distillation column. In the second column, distillation of the formic acid–acetic acid–sulfolane mixture is carried out, yielding formic acid (90 wt %) and acetic acid (80 wt %). The recycled flow is returned to the first column. Dilution of the formic acid–acetic acid–sulfolane mixture with sulfolane (second column of flowsheet II) allows for acids of higher quality (main substance content equal to or more than 98.5 wt %) to be obtained. Flowsheet III includes four columns and two recycling stages. First, the water–formic acid mixture is isolated in the distillate of the extractive distillation column. Then, water and formic acid are separated in a two-column complex by extractive distillation, also with sulfolane. We were carrying out calculations for column working pressure 101.32 and 13.33 kPa. To prevent thermal decomposition of sulfolane, working pressure for regeneration columns was always 13.33 kPa. The extractive distillation column of the basic three-component mixture is the main factor contributing to the total energy consumption for separation (in all schemes).

This paper presents the results of a study on the irradiation of heterostructures based on gallium arsenide with neutrons and gamma rays. The horizontal channel of the IRT-2000 reactor with an energy of 2.65 MeV served as a source of neutrons. Two types of structures were considered: autoepitaxial (AES) and heteroepitaxial (HES). They were obtained by the MOC-hydride method under reduced pressure using gallium and aluminum organometallic compounds and arsine. The obtained results show that irradiation with neutrons and gamma-quanta just slightly changes the concentration of the charge carriers of the autoepitaxial structures and the density of the charge carriers of the heteroepitaxial structures. As for the mobility of charge carriers, some increase in their mobility is observed at the initial moment of irradiation. As the irradiation flux density increases, the mobility either stabilizes at a certain level or decreases. The increase in mobility after the first irradiation of the heterostructures indicates an increase in the lifetime of charge carriers, apparently due to a decrease in the concentration of recombination centers in the structures, most likely, the density of structural defects at the heteroboundaries. When irradiating with fast neutrons, a similar picture is observed. Initially, the mobility of charge carriers slightly increases as the concentration of charge carriers slightly changes. Then the characteristics stabilize. An increase in the uniformity of properties over the area of the structures is observed. It is assumed that this is due to the appearance of clusters of defects and impurities.

The magnetorefractive effect (MRE) is important and interesting from both fundamental and practical points of view. This effect consists in a change in the reflection coefficient or the passage of an electromagnetic wave from magnetized structures with magnetoresistance effects. It can be giant, tunnel and colossal magnetoresistance depending on the type of structure. MRE is most clearly manifested in the IR region of the spectrum and can reach tens of percent. It is possible to show its unambiguous dependence on the magnitude of the magnetoresistance. This article discusses the features of MRE in multilayer metal nanostructures with giant magnetoresistance. The MRE simulation is carried out using a model that relates this effect to magnetoresistance, as well as in the framework of the model taking into account spin-dependent scattering. The last model in earlier works allowed describing a number of experimental data well qualitatively and in some places quantitatively. In this paper, taking into account the frequency dependence of the resistance allowed us to improve the first model, which allowed us to obtain a good qualitative and quantitative description of the effect value – this is a fundamentally new result. The article highlighted the key opportunity for the application of magnetorefractive effect as a contactless method to study nanostructures, a method of nondestructive testing of all electronic components. A comparison with experimental data is also made. A good description is demonstrated in the framework of the two models considered, which can effectively describe the relationship between MRE and magnetoresistance.

The purpose of the study is to monitor the efficiency of wheat resistance genes to the causative agent of brown rust (Lr-genes) in the Rostov region. Brown rust is the most widely spread and harmful wheat disease which annually occurs on the crops from poor development to epiphytoties. Soft wheat varieties grown in the region are variously resistant to this pathogen. To breed the brown rust resistant varieties, it is necessary to expand genetic basis of the varieties grown in the region and to attract new Lr-gene donors. Due to it the study of the monitoring of pathogen populations and the effectiveness of the known Lr-genes to the Rostov pathogen population is of great importance nowadays. For this purpose, the isogenic lines of the variety “Thatcher” with Lr-genes are annually studied in the Agricultural Research Center “Donskoy” on the infectious plots and in the laboratory conditions in the sprouting phase. This paper presents the monitoring results of the populations in the period of 2015–2017. The variety “Tarasovskaya 29” served as a universally susceptible variety. In this work, there were used generally accepted methods of working with brown rust pathogen in the “sprouting” and “grown-up” periods. It has been established that in the “grown-up” period, 10 lines showed a high resistance to the disease (0% of damage), 6 lines did not exceed 10%, and 11 lines had moderate susceptibility (30–40% of damage) to the pathogen. The remaining lines were susceptible to the pathogen population. The virulence analysis of the plants in the sprouting phase showed high efficiency of the Lr9, Lr19, Lr24, Lr28, Lr29, Lr41, Lr42, Lr45, Lr47, Lr50, Lr51, and Lr53 genes. The phenotypic (racial) composition of the Rostov fungus population was identified using 20 TcLr-lines. In 2016–2017 in the Rostov population there were identified 6 phenotypes. RNTH, RNTKG and TNTTH were common phenotypes in both years of research. The identified effective Lr-genes can be used to develop resistant wheat varieties, taking into account the plants’ ontogenesis.

The paper presents the analysis of meteorological criteria and the study of their influence on productivity of winter and spring grain crops through 20 years (1999–2018) in the Central zone of the Republic of Kalmykia. Meteorological information was analyzed differentially, i. e. for the entire period, over five-year terms (cycles), in separate years and seasons. The yield analysis was carried out according to the test results of 2170 variety samples of winter soft wheat, 334 samples of winter triticale and 503 spring barley varieties. Over the years the temperature was constantly becoming warmer. The average annual air temperature through 20 years exceeded the climatic norm on 1.30 °C (+10.7 °C). A similar situation took place both over five-year terms and in separate seasons. In winter the air temperature exceeded the norm by 1.7 °C (–2.5 °C), in the spring by +1.7 (+10.50 °C), in summer by +1.4 (+24.50 °C), in the autumn by +0.6 °C (+10.0 °C). In the important (summer) period of grain yield formation the amount of precipitation decreased by 25.6% (85.6 mm) of the climatic norm (115 mm). It was established that the main moisture accumulation (179.1 mm (55.1%) of precipitation) occurred in the autumn (25.8% (83.8 mm)) and in the spring (29.3% (95.3 mm)). Contrasting weather conditions made it possible to establish the effect of anomalous climatic parameters on productivity of winter wheat, winter triticale and spring barley. The results of productivity analysis through 2014–2018 showed that in the changed vegetation conditions winter soft wheat (3.19 t/ha), winter triticale (3.45 t/ha) and spring barley (2.53 t/ha) tended to increase average productivity by 0.34, 1.49 and 0.56 t/ha, respectively, compared with 1996–2000.
