As the most well-known local authorities, mayors hold several roles that vary depending on different countries’ urban planning and management systems. The role and power of the mayor can be examined from two aspects of power on paper and power in practice. Thus, recognizing the mayor’s role and power requires recognizing the official and legal function and authority and how this role and power is perceived in practice. This research examines the role and power of Tehran’s mayor from two aspects: power on paper and power in practice. This study uses a quantitative-qualitative method to explain the concept of power on paper by examining the relevant laws and legislation. To analyze the mayor’s power in practice, the citizens’ perceptions were studied through surveys, and the city administrators’ perceptions were analyzed through semi-structured interviews. This research uses the inductive content analysis method for data analysis. The findings indicate that the mayor of Tehran holds political, executive, ceremonial and facilitating roles, and the legal power of such functions has been gradually weakened and curtailed (on paper). Furthermore, the mayor’s power in practice does not correspond to that outlined on paper and mayors with personal brand and political support act beyond the bounds of the law.

Supply chain management can lead to a sustainable competitive advantage. The present study is in search of paper industry supply chain strategies with respect to supply chain dynamics and lean supply chain using dynamics in order to gain a competitive advantage in Iran Wood and Paper Industries Company (Chooka). For this purpose, first, using organizational data and decision makers' participation, the system dynamics model was designed and after validation, the model was simulated in a ten-year horizon. According to the behavior of target variables and model sensitivity analysis in the simulation horizon, policies in line with lean supply chain strategy and sustainable profitability strategy of Chooka business were designed and applied separately and in combination to the model. And analyzed. According to the findings of the model simulation, productivity promotion policies through the use of lean methods in internal processes, increasing the quality of paper products, increasing innovation in the production and supply of paper products, improving raw material supply management And strategic partnership with suppliers of raw materials, industrial waste management, waste and solid waste management and staff empowerment have been presented as the best combined policies of the supply chain strategy of Iran's wood and paper industries.

The main purpose was to draw a scientific network of research articles on the subject area of Imam Reza. The study was conducted with co-occurrence analysis of words and network analysis technique to identify the conceptual relationships between published papers on the subject of Imam Reza. 1305 articles focusing on Imam Reza were analyzed by comprehensive studies. Descriptive data were entered into Excel software to standardize and draw graphs. Ravromatrix was used to prepare symmetric matrices to draw coherent maps. The matrices were entered into the UCINet to calculate the degree of centrality of degree. VOSViewer software was also used to illustrate the maps. The research findings showed that writers such as Khalil Beigzadeh and Zahra Ghasemnejad are among the most prolific writers. The Ferdowsi University of Mashhad is also in the first rank of participation in publishing articles on the subject of Imam Reza. Researchers with the academic rank of assistant professor have been most involved in publishing the article. The field of Persian language and literature has the most active researchers in publishing articles. Authors such as Mansoureh Fassih-Ramandi, and Hossein Behravan, have a high ability to transfer information and knowledge in the network. Scientific disciplines such as educational sciences, and social research, are among the most popular disciplines in the interdisciplinary collaboration network with the highest degree of degree centrality. Universities such as Amin Law Enforcement Sciences, and Payame Noor, are among the most popular organizations active in the network of cooperation between scientific institutions supporting the publication of articles.

Abstract Early intervention is important to minimize persistent difficulties in language and its related domains in preschool children with or at-risk of language impairment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of shared story reading program on the development of language skills of preschool children of low socioeconomic status. This study adopted a quasi- experimental research design with pretest-posttest-follow-up and a control group. From two preschool centers in Ahmadabad Mostofi town during a multi-level screening process, 30 children whose language test scores were below the standard deviation (70-85) were selected, being diagnosed for language problems. They were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. Subjects in the experimental group (n=15) were further divided into four smaller groups, received 30 shared story reading program intervention sessions, each session lasting 45 minutes three days a week. Data were collected through Test of Language Development and Narrative. Data analysis was performed by using the Repeated Measures MANOVA. The results indicated a significant effect (P=0/001) of the program on increase of semantic knowledge, syntactic knowledge, and language development in general, and improvement of narrative writing in the experimental group. Post-test and follow-up differential scores also approved the effectiveness of the shared story reading program. Accordingly, the shared story reading program is recommended as a preventive program, potentially bridging the word gap for at-risk children.

The policy of changing direct subsidiary to indirect subsidiary was one of the main government policies and the government according to forth development program should organize the subsidiary system in cultural parts with the approach of changing subsidiary payments for production to consumption. During recent years the subsidiary of paper distribution for newspapers (as the most important output of cultural and political production) always have been indirectly and via subsidiary for press and this has caused numerous problems for paper industry. This survey is the analysis of economic and commercial policies of government in industry of paper for newspapers. Effective elements in the domestic industry of papers for newspapers have been sorted by using questionnaire and interview and by PESTI model. In this article supportive policies of government is recognized as the main effect on paper industry and discussed completely and finally, some proper solutions are offered.

In this research, text mining technique has been applied to analyze the content of scientific articles, also to represent a model for classifying the articles (the first class is comprised of the articles observing predetermined criteria's, and the second one consists of those inattentive). To meet these objectives, in the current research, the experts' ideas have been used to elicit qualitative criteria, and 15 final criteria's were ultimately picked up. In the next phase, 18 scientific articles in industrial engineering scope were studied by university professors and PHD students (with regard to 15 elicited criteria), and beneficial results were derived. In the end, different classification models were applied to classify the articles and with the aid of some specific techniques, we tried to improve these models. Finally, we compare the models to choose the best one. The aim of this research is to get some general criteria for analyzing the content of articles, propose different classification models for classifying the scientific articles whit regard to predetermined criteria's, and choose the best model. Finally, as a result, 15 final criteria's also different classification models with appropriate accuracy, were ultimately picked up.

Nowadays quantitative methods have become very important tools for forecasting purposes in markets as for improved decisions and investment. Forecasting accuracy is one of the most important factors involved in selecting method; Artificial Neural Network (ANNs) arc flexible computing frameworks that can be applied to a wide range of forecasting with a high degree of accuracy, in this research, Fuzzy logic and Artificial Neural Network are integrated in to the Fuzzy Back- Propagation Network (FBPN) for sales forecasting in Wood and Paper industry. The proposed system is evaluated through the real world data provided by a Wood an d Paper company and experimental results indicate that the Fuzzy Back- Propagation approach outperforms are better other two different forecasting models (Linear Regression and ARIMA time series model) in MAPE measures.

To be able to guide the quality changes of goods in the desirable direction, first we must become familiar with these changes & then we must recognize the reasons of their presence. In this regard, barcode system which has high capabilities in increasing the speed & precision of data transfer can help the organization to reach a desirable level of sigma. The present article has attempted to familiarize the readers with the definition of six sigma methodology & how to use the barcode system to improve the sigma level in a case study. The quality improvement of products which is a result of optimized management of sigma level has resulted in achieving desirable economical goals for the organization. Making of traditional pencil case by papier-mâché is one of the traditional arts in the Safavid and Qajar periods and today it is forgotten. Due to the preservation of Persian cultural heritage and traditional arts, it becomes necessary that be done the analytical study of making of traditional sliding pencil case by papier-mâché (paper adhesive layer) with emphasis on wood formwork method and replace another method from its scientific and technical aspect. Purpose is to know the methods of making traditional sliding pencil case by papier-mâché (paper adhesive layer). Question include: - How did the ancients done in the molding stage of making traditional sliding pencil case and what other method can be offered for this stage today? In research, library, documentary and experimental information have been studied with descriptive-analytical approach. Results show that by replacing the molding with Styrofoam instead of wooden molds, it is easy to design and make traditional pencil case by papier-mâché. The papier-mâché is a method of recycling waste paper that plays an important role in preservation of environment healthy and the craftsmen consciously used every opportunity to create artworks.

Today, businesses desire to be managed by data driven marketing, in this way, many of them need useful data and of course they need methods for accurate data analysis, text mining is one of the new data analysis techniques used to analyze textual data, textual data For many years, they have remained unused for many reasons, such as large volume and worthlessness or lack of tools for analysis, while these data can provide relevant information from existing trends. In this research, we aimed to investigate the content structure of the Journal of Tourism Management Studies from the Institute of Technology and reviewed the articles published in this research journal from the beginning of 1382 to the end of 1397. Approximately 70 journals containing approximately 250 articles, including 43,100 words that included more than 100,000 times, were analyzed, and the study areas of this quartet in the last 15 years reported.

Concurrent with the acceleration of international export & import, there is a tendency toward the Preferential Trade Agreements (PTA) among all countries, including the Asians. Indeed, they have a twice propensity of joining WTO and making up the regional contracts at the same time. By now about 97% of world trade belongs to such countries which are the members of at least one PTA, comparing to their share of 72% in 1990. PTA is an agreement between several countries which their tariffs on produced commodities less than what the non-members should afford. Asia and Middle East are among the regions of which have such a contracts; either bilateral or regional. The point among the Islamic neighbors such as Iran, Pakistan and Turkey is very familiar. In this study, using the methodology of SMART model, we check the effects of Trade Creation (TC) and Trade Diversion (TD) of Iran for either Pakistan or Turkey and vice versa.

This study aims to conduct a literature review on internal audit quality literature using bibliometrics methods, including time-trend and impact analysis of studies, journals, authors, institutions, and countries. Also, in order to implement bibliometric methods, the Bibliometrix package is used in R.ResultsOur findings indicate an increasing trend in the number of research studies on internal audit quality literature. We also document that Prawitt et al. (2009) is the most cited paper; David A. Wood from Brigham Young University is the most influential author; Accounting Review is the most influential journal; Managerial Auditing Journal is the most productive journal; Brigham Young University is the most prolific institution; and the USA is the most influential country in this research field. "Corporate Governance", "Internal Controls", "Audit Effectiveness", and "Audit Competency" are among the dynamic topics that are well-developed in internal audit quality literature. "Earnings Management" and "Risk Management" are emerging topics, and we predict an increase in the number of studies on them in the years to come. We also argue that although "Accountability" is a critical topic in internal audit quality literature, it can still be developed further in future research.DiscussionThe results indicate the concepts of "corporate governance", "audit committees", "earnings management", "internal controls", and "financial reporting quality" are the most frequent keywords in this field. Repetition of these concepts in the articles of this field can emphasize the role of high-quality internal audit in a suitable structure of corporate governance, indicating its role in strengthening internal controls and preventing managers’ misconduct, and ultimately increasing the transparency and quality of financial reporting. Also, "earnings management" and "risk management" are hot topics and of particular interest to researchers and academics. It is expected that future research will focus on these two topics. Also, the analysis of the thematic map of keywords in the research field of internal audit quality shows the important role of "accountability" in improving the quality of internal audit and its potential for development and growth in future research. The global map of countries' cooperation in the field of internal audit quality shows that the most scientific cooperation of countries in the field of internal audit quality research is dedicated to some developing countries. It seems that the quality of internal audit in these countries has a double importance in the eyes of researchers and professionals.ConclusionThe findings of this paper can provide researchers with an insight to conduct studies on the quality of internal audit in the future. This research has several contributions. This research is the first attempt to use bibliometric methods in order to review the internal audit quality literature. The results of this research not only provide a comprehensive picture of the research in this field but also help in the direction of future studies by introducing the hot topics in the field. Also, researchers can refer to the results of this research in choosing co-authors or research institutions to conduct joint research in the field of internal audit quality.The professionals can use our results to improve the quality of internal audits by knowing the related key issues and the researchers and sources who have produced more reliable documents.

Integrated financial reporting provides crucial information about an organization's strategy, direction, performance, and future outlook encompassing business, social, and environmental performance within its operational context. It also promotes a coherent and effective approach to corporate reporting. This research aims to compare the expectations of integrated financial reporting producers and users. Data analysis using SPSS software and statistical tests, including "Kolmogrove-smirnov", "Yoman-whitney" and "Friedman" has shown significant differences between the opinions of users and financial report preparers regarding report components, innovative practices, targeted investments, rewards and benefits, risk management, governance structure, and balanced scorecard. However, the comparison of expectations has shown no significant difference between the expectations of report providers and users regarding providing reports on mutual communication, compliance with legal and ethical standards, user’s engagement, and the reporting of financial status and sustainability of financial services.IntroductionAn integrated report should provide insight into the nature and quality of an organization's relationships with its key stakeholders. According to the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), one of the guiding principles which underpin the preparation of integrated reports is the formation of effective stakeholder relationships. However, several challenges are also identified. These challenges include difficulties in determining what information is material and should, therefore, be included in an integrated report. This paper contributes to the ongoing debate on the quality and utility of integrated reporting by exploring the possibility that a perception gap has emerged, which affects the perceived relevance of integrated reporting. this paper makes an important contribution to the prior literature on integrated reporting by introducing the idea of a perception gap and offering one of the initial accounts of stakeholders’ perspectives on companies’ integrated reports. This will shed light on where companies can improve their integrated reports and inform the development of additional guidance by standard-setters and regulators.MethodologyThe study's statistical population comprises two groups: report producers and users. This includes auditors from the audit organizations and audit institutions, members of the Society of Official Accountants of Iran, as well as board directors and managers of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the year 2022. The sampling method employed in this research is available sampling. This research is classified as a descriptive-survey study with an applied approach. The identified themes are incorporated into a Likert scale questionnaire. Lastly, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS software and relevant statistical tests.FindingsBased on the findings, there is a gap between auditors' and users' perspectives in terms of reporting and identifying innovative perspectives, targeted investments, rewards and benefits, risk management, governance structure, and balanced scorecard. Conversely, no significant gap is anticipated between the perspectives of producers and users in terms of mutual communication, compliance with legal and ethical standards, streamlining financial operations, user communication, as well as reporting financial status and corporate sustainability.Conclusion and discussionIn line with the examination of expectations between providers and stakeholders concerning the disclosure of integrated reporting components, the results of hypothesis testing indicate that, except for reporting and identifying innovative perspectives, targeted investments, rewards and benefits, risk management, governance structure, and balanced evaluation card, there is no significant expectation gap between beneficiaries and providers. In fact, the results indicate that users of integrated reports seek additional information on matters such as the competence and performance of those responsible for governance and how management has handled risk to ensure financial sustainability and prevent financial crises. They prioritize these aspects over the disclosure of information about social and environmental issues.Finally, the results of this study highlight several areas for future research. It would be valuable to investigate whether a perception gap exists in other industries and to identify the factors contributing to changes in the perception gap. More work also needs to be done to understand the determinants of the perception gap. This paper is based on the assumption that user sophistication affects the perceived importance of disclosures found in integrated reports. Cultural variables, the nature of the corporate governance system and the extent to which companies are able to manage perceptions are additional variables which need to be taken into account in order to define the dimensions of the perception gap in an integrated reporting context more accurately and inform policymakers and standard setters.

In a competitive world, one of the most crucial ways to enhance the supply chain performance of manufacturing companies is through integrated scheduling of production and distribution activities. Two significant concerns for dentists and patients include delayed denture deliveries and the multiple production and correction processes for dentures. This research addresses these concerns by developing a mixed-integer linear programming model for solving the integrated production and distribution scheduling problem in a fixed denture supply chain operating under an additive manufacturing environment. The objective functions of this model aim to minimize the cost of production and distribution orders while reducing weighted delays. The Augmented Epsilon Constraint Method is employed to identify Pareto-optimal solutions. To validate the mathematical model, a numerical example and a case study are presented, and various sensitivity analyses are conducted on key model parameters. The numerical results demonstrate substantial improvements in total costs and customer satisfaction levels.IntroductionA supply chain (SC) comprises several interconnected echelons and processes, where an integrated perspective can lead to optimal overall SC performance. Simply improving an organization's internal processes is insufficient for competitiveness in the market; establishing effective relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other SC stakeholders is essential. Achieving maximum value along the SC involves focusing on cost reduction through cost-effective decision-making. In the past decade, the rising adoption of 3-D printing and additive manufacturing technologies in SCs, as a prominent disruptive technology in the Industry 4.0 era, has created numerous opportunities for improving manufacturing SCs compared to traditional production methods. These opportunities include reduced setup and production times, lower safety stock levels, and fewer processing steps. Additive manufacturing has found applications in various fields, particularly in denture production. This research addresses two primary concerns in the field: timely denture delivery and the multiple production and correction processes associated with dentures. A novel mathematical model is developed to tackle these issues, aiming to solve the integrated production and distribution scheduling problem in a fixed denture supply chain operating within an additive manufacturing environment. The objective functions of this model aim to minimize the costs associated with production and order distribution while minimizing the weighted total delays.Materials and MethodsA mixed-integer linear programming model is devised to address the problem outlined in this paper. The Augmented Epsilon Constraint Method is applied to identify Pareto-optimal solutions. To validate the mathematical model, a numerical example and a case study are presented, and several sensitivity analyses are conducted on key model parameters to elucidate their critical roles in the final solutions.Discussion and ResultsA case study is provided to demonstrate the practical applicability of the developed model. Sensitivity analyses on demand data highlight the substantial impact of demand management on final solutions. This research presents a two-objective optimization model to address the simultaneous scheduling of production and order delivery in a three-tier dental prosthesis supply chain. The first tier comprises a dental prosthesis production laboratory, while the second and third tiers include distributors and dentists (final customers). The objective functions include the minimization of total order delivery costs and the average weighted lateness of delivered products from a fixed dental prosthesis production laboratory. Constraints encompass delivery time delays, order allocation to customers, capacity limitations, calculations of time to reach each customer, and vehicle routing. Given that this research problem falls into the category of multi-objective problems, the Augmented Epsilon Constraint Method is employed to obtain Pareto-optimal solutions. To investigate and implement the proposed model, a fixed dental prosthesis production laboratory in Neka City is examined. The numerical results indicate the existence of a trade-off between the problem's objectives.ConclusionsThis paper presents a bi-objective model to address the integrated production and distribution scheduling problem in a three-tier dentures supply chain, aiming to minimize total delivery costs and the average weighted tardiness. The first tier includes a dentures production laboratory, while the second and third tiers comprise distributors and dentists, respectively. Numerical results based on a real case study demonstrate the practical applicability of the model. Several avenues for future research include considering uncertainty in input data and developing efficient meta-heuristic algorithms for solving large-scale instances.

It is inevitable for a manager to consider the performance effects of each component of a multi-stage financial equity capital. These components serve as inputs in the first stage to raise investments. The investments, as outputs of the first stage, become inputs for the second stage and are used in bank services, such as bank facilities, which are outputs of the second stage. Therefore, when evaluating bank performance, the connectivity between the stages must be considered; otherwise, efficiency may not be calculated correctly. Traditional methods often assess multi-stage systems as black boxes, neglecting the potential connectivity that may exist among the stages. We delve into the system and propose models to improve overall efficiency and the efficiency of each stage. Additionally, the continuity and relationships among stages introduce numerous variables and constraints to linear programming for evaluating the entire system. A centralized approach calculates the efficiency score of units simultaneously by solving only one linear programming problem, significantly reducing computational complexity. This approach, especially in large organizations, is commonly employed by central managers. In this paper, we introduce a centralized method for evaluating units with a multi-stage structure. We apply the proposed models to evaluate the efficiencies of bank branches and insurance companies, demonstrating the superiority of the improved network approach and centralized method in enhancing overall system efficiency. Bank branches typically have a two-stage structure, involving labor, physical capital, and other factors.IntroductionBank branches operate under the supervision of a central management team. The central manager, acting as the decision-maker, allocates resources such as labor and financial equity capital as inputs for these branches. The goal is to optimize the overall efficiency of the branches by minimizing the total consumption of resources while maximizing the desired outputs, such as security investments. A common approach to enhancing the performance of banks involves evaluating each branch separately. However, this method does not guarantee the minimization of total resource consumption and can be time-consuming. Since all bank branches are under the control of central management, the decision-maker can optimize the efficiency scores of branches by allocating resources to them simultaneously. This approach, known as centralized Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), is particularly relevant when certain variables are controlled by a central authority, such as a Head Office, rather than individual unit managers. DEA is a mathematical programming technique used to assess the performance of homogeneous Decision Making Units (DMUs). However, in cases where DMUs have a network structure, such as banks, where the outputs of one division or sub-process serve as inputs for the next sub-process, traditional DEA models treat two-stage DMUs as black boxes and overlook potential connectivity among the stages. In our approach, we consider the internal activities within the system and propose a non-radial model to optimize multi-stage DMUs by taking into account the connectivity among the stages. Furthermore, in previous network DEA models, constraints related to intermediate activities were treated as inequalities, which, as we will demonstrate in this paper, can lead to contradictions in optimality. We address this issue by carefully considering the connectivity among stages. The presence of connectivity among stages introduces numerous variables and constraints to the corresponding model. This model, when used to measure the overall efficiency scores of all DMUs, would traditionally require solving as many problems as there are DMUs, which can be highly time-consuming. In our paper, we introduce a centralized approach that measures the efficiency scores of multi-stage structure DMUs by solving only one linear programming problem. We have applied these proposed models to evaluate bank branches and insurance companies. This approach provides a more comprehensive and efficient way to assess and improve the performance of multi-stage organizations like banks, taking into account the interconnected nature of their operations.MethodologyWe employ the Data Envelopment Analysis approach to evaluate systems with a multi-stage structure, often referred to as a network structure. Traditional DEA models treat two-stage DMUs as black boxes and overlook the potential for connectivity among these stages. In contrast, we delve into the internal activities of the system and propose a model that optimizes multi-stage DMUs by considering the interconnections among the stages. Moreover, in previous models designed to assess network systems, constraints related to intermediate activities were typically treated as inequalities, which could lead to inconsistencies in optimization. In our approach, we enhance these constraints associated with intermediate activities to ensure more robust optimization. Additionally, we apply a centralized approach to allocate resources to DMUs, allowing for the simultaneous optimization of the efficiency scores of all DMUs through the solution of a single linear programming problem. This centralized method streamlines resource allocation and improves the overall efficiency of the DMUs.ResultsWe evaluated 20 bank branches, treating them as 20 DMUs with a two-stage structure. In the first stage, inputs included paid interest, personnel costs, paid interest related to foreign currency transactions, and personnel costs related to foreign currency transactions. The first stage produced intermediate outputs in the form of raised funds and raised funds related to foreign currency transactions. In the second stage, the outputs consisted of loans and common incomes. Notably, some loans in the second stage might become non-performing, where borrowers are unable to make full or even partial repayments. To address this, we considered non-performing loans as undesirable or bad outputs and transformed them into inverse values to treat them as good outputs. To calculate the efficiency scores of the bank branches, we employed both our improved network model and the traditional DEA approach. Our network-based method revealed that many of the bank branches under evaluation were inefficient, in contrast to the traditional method, which inaccurately identified many of the bank branches as efficient. Subsequently, we extended our network method to a centralized case, significantly reducing computation time. The network-based assessment of bank branches took nearly 5 seconds, whereas solving the centralized model required only 0.1 second. In addition to evaluating bank branches, we applied our methods to assess insurance companies. The results demonstrated that our model provided more accurate efficiency scores compared to previous network-based approaches.ConclusionIn multi-stage production systems, the production process comprises several stages. Banks, for example, operate with a network structure in which labor, physical capital, and financial equity capital serve as inputs in the first stage to generate deposits as intermediate outputs. In the second stage, these banks utilize the deposits obtained from the first stage to create loans and security investments. We have introduced models to assess the efficiency of each stage, whether it's the first, intermediate, or final stage, individually. Additionally, we have developed a non-radial SBM model designed for evaluating DMUs with multi-stage structures. The Centralized DEA approach is a valuable method for central managers, particularly in large organizations like bank branches, to allocate resources effectively. We have extended our network-based method to a centralized approach, allowing us to calculate efficiency scores by solving just one linear programming problem. The results obtained from applying our proposed models to evaluate bank branches and insurance companies, both exhibiting network structures as DMUs, demonstrate the superiority of the network centralized approach over previous models.

The formation of strategic thinking in today’s organizations is a complex concept, and the ever-increasing uncertainties of the business environment have made addressing it inevitable. A systematic literature review shows some cognitive concepts in forming strategic thinking, which crystallizes in the higher-order theme of “mental abilities.” This paper specifies these mental abilities in two levels, “theme” and “sub theme.” This research employs the thematic synthesis method to analyze 84 selected sources published between 1980 and 2021. The analysis generated 1110 supporting codes, which identified 37 themes (including five themes and 32 sub-themes) related to the mental abilities required for strategic thinking in organizations and formulated as a thematic map (research model). In order to enhance the reliability and quality of the themes, this research underwent an external audit by seven domain experts.It is worth noting that this article is the result of the first research using the thematic synthesis method on the research topic, and 70.3% of the themes included in the research model have created new concepts and constructs.IntroductionTurbulence and uncertainty are the most important factors in today’s business. These environmental factors render the classical strategic planning approaches ineffective and emphasize the critical need to form strategic thinking. A systematic review of the literature reveals that the formation of strategic thinking in an organization comprises two higher-order themes: “mental abilities” and “administrational capabilities.” Mental abilities have been discussed as “cognitive elements,” “mental process,” “mental power,” and “thinking abilities” by prior researchers, which resulted in ambiguity in terminology in the literature. On the other hand, mental abilities are a vague and complex concept in forming strategic thinking that requires clarification.This research provides a model of mental abilities themes in the formation of strategic thinking as a “thematic map“ in two levels of “theme“ and “sub theme, “using a systematic review of the literature by the “thematic synthetic“ method.Materials and MethodsThis research is “quantitative” in its approach, “exploratory” in its results, and “developmental + applied” in its goals. This research uses the thematic synthetic method to discover themes of mental abilities in forming strategic thinking in organizations at two levels of themes and sub-themes and provides them in a thematic map. The main sources of this research include 84 selected references, 69 in English (spanning 1980 to 2021) and 15 in Persian (spanning 2003 to 2021) with the following typology:- English references: papers (56), thesis (5), books (8).- Persian references: papers (12), thesis (1), books (1).It should be noted that these sources provide 89 models/ classifications regarding the mental abilities in forming strategic thinking in organizations, as follows:- Models (54): English (41), Persian (13).- Classifications (35): English (31), Persian (4).This research is based on 1110 extracted codes from the literature. These codes are as follows:- Type I codes (elements of models/ classifications in the literature): 257.- Type II codes (statements and quotes from the literature): 853. Discussion and ResultsThe research model (thematic map) includes 37 mental abilities in forming strategic thinking at the organizational level, including five themes and 32 sub-themes. A study of the models/ classifications of the sources of this paper resulted in a minimum of 1, an average of 2.88, and a maximum of 11. Comparing the 37 elements in the research model of this paper with the previous studies shows a 37-fold advantage compared to the minimum, 12.84-fold against the average, and 3.36-fold increase compared to the maximum number of elements in those studies, which indicates the superiority of the research model over the previous body of work.In 70.3% of the identified themes, some form of construct creation has happened (54.1% of themes with "concept conformation + concept creation" and 16.2% "concept similarity + concept creation"). Only in 29.7% of the themes in the research model complete "conformity" with the previous works is evident. It indicates the research's innovation level in creating new concepts and constructs and the conceptual development of the work.ConclusionsProviding a precise formation of the identified themes as a thematic map (research model) reduces the complexity, clarifies the research subject, and enhances its understanding. In addition, two levels of themes and sub-themes and laying out the themes in a thematic map play a critical role in this end.Moreover, “trustworthiness” in the thematic synthesis method is crucial. This research studied the views of credible and related methodologists and identified common points in their views to clarify the definition of trustworthiness in thematic synthesis and utilized these views to increase the trustworthiness of the work. In this regard, expanding the number and period of the sources used in the research to increase “credibility,” properly extracting the basic research codes to increase “confirmability,” using a team of expert external auditors to increase “dependability,” and clarifying the method of selecting primary research resources in increase “transferability” of the research are some aspects of this attempt.

Due to their temporary nature and precise time and cost planning, project organizations are more involved in the relationship between data and operational processes, which requires the correctness of the actual processes of the organization. On the other hand, one of the essential issues for managing project-oriented organizations is its business process management, but due to the dynamic behavior and complexity of the nature of a project-oriented organization, identifying the processes through the traditional modeling of business process management is not reliable. The emerging solution to this problem is called "process mining." The paper introduces a framework that employs accurate process identification to measure the performance of business units relative to reality. This comprehensive framework undertakes the prerequisite steps of identification, including monitoring and cleaning the process-aware information systems' data to discover the process's current state and examine it from different perspectives based on the selected process. The primary purpose of this paper is to develop a framework for improving the P2P process in Chavosh Rah Company through process mining. The paper presents a framework to enhance the P2P process in project-oriented organization by implementing and extracting knowledge from the process, discovering unexpected and hidden relationships, and finding bottlenecks by employing process mining.

The present paper is conducted through exploratory and inductive approach in order to achieve a business model for data marketplaces. The research paper could be considered as a first attempt in the field of data marketplaces and their business models in Iran. The paper is based on two iterative taxonomy approach that is first introduced by Nickerson et al.(2013).Mixing of a systematic way on current literatures along with structured interviews by some experts who are involved in this area is applied to gain the main objectives.Our results provide the main bloc of the presented archetype with three sub blocs ،attributes and specifications that is titled value proposition. The sub blocs are named value creation، value capture and value delivery.

The present paper concerns the relationship between social changes and public law. The sociological approach to law by deepening the social roots of laws, links "theories" to "facts". Therefore, this article can be classified under interdisciplinary studies of law and sociology. This study goes beyond the traditional classification of public law in the areas of constitutional law, administrative law, financial law, and labor law and can be categorized under the field of socio-legal Studies.The purpose of the paper is to show how the sociology of law affects the theory of state, as a multidisciplinary field of study.Design, Methodology, and ApproachThis article is a library-oriented study in terms of the method of data collection, and descriptive-explanatory-prescriptive in terms of research method.The method of data collection in this research is library research, and the data obtained has been studied through descriptive and explanatory methods with an interdisciplinary approach. Interdisciplinary studies are currently a hot topic in legal academia and we must differentiate between the four types in which the sociological approach to law has been classified as disciplinary, interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and Transdisciplinary studies. In the author’s view, public law and sociology are strongly interconnected but we can speak about the possibility of the sociology of law being multidisciplinary. In our paper, we illustrate that different methods can be used in the research of law and legal concepts, and how the methodology of controversial issues and debates in sociology is relevant to the study of law.Therefore, the article can be classified under interdisciplinary studies of law and communication.FindingsBased on the results of this article, the most important characteristic of a co-benefit society for citizens is that a sense of belonging and membership in the society is created and the main legal advantage of a government overseeing it is in its capacity and ability to solve problems. we must first appreciate that law does not generally influence individual behavior in a vacuum, devoid of social context. Instead, how people interact with the law is usually shown in their social life. Evidence from different studies demonstrates that, if we insist on the systematic imposition of values in a diverse society, we create dualities, numerous conflicts, and contradictions, and we will produce many social problems. Consequently, we will send a message to society which indicates the incompetence and inefficiency of the government. In fact, the value of the government is in its ability to efficiently manage conflicts that result from contrasting moral plans.The understanding of the state and theories of state should be firmly grounded in their social context. The state, being an artificial construct, has emerged from a complex interplay of diverse attitudes, beliefs, and values held by individuals. By recognizing the state as a product of human society, we can unveil a profound connection between its "man-made nature" and the underlying "theory of state."Against this background, in this article, I will try to use a socio-legal approach to explain “Pluralistic Society” as the social context of the formation of the democratic state. The use of the sociology of law is because it describes social changes and explains relationships with legal structures, norms, and mechanisms in the search of achieving utopia.this study finds that changes in social values and attitudes inevitably lead to irreversible plurality which is just the situation in the Contemporary Iran. Iran is so diverse in different aspects, meaning that, it has a society that gives different answers to similar questions. The desirable reaction to this cultural diversity should be tolerance and respect for different values because the changes in “citizens' beliefs” form sociocultural forces that shape democracy. Just as many social evolutions in Iran after the Islamic Revolution have arisen from changes in the social forces shaped by the public opinion. Therefore, as long as social changes gravitate toward diversity, we can hope that the best is yet to come.Originality and ValueThis article has reviewed some of the empirical and theoretical research on social norms and law and is one of the first attempts to address the role of social change in the formation of law in contemporary Iran. it has tried to provide a basic understanding as it examines the interplay between social norms and the enforcement of laws.

Relations between state and ethics or religion is one of the important subjects in political philosophy and public law and there are several approaches about it. In this meantime, Professor Naser Katouzian refers to three kind of Relations between state and ethics or religion and points out the theory of stipulated state to ethics, state that is beside of ethics or religion and the governor state on ethics or religion. The professor considered religious governments, such as Islamic or Christian governments, as examples of the states that are bounded to a certain religion and considers the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and some of its fundamental principles, such as Article IV, as the pledge that has bounded the state to a certain religion and ethics.In the second category, he refers to the governments that are beside ethics and religion and are neutral. In these states, the government is separated from any common philosophical and religious beliefs among the people and ethics, and religion has a personal and private feature next to the government and is ineffective in policymaking and legislation.In the third category, professor Katouzian points to the states that rule on ethics and religion in which the government takes an authoritarian approach. The government has the authority to validate and create rights, good, and even morality and it is under the government’s will that the moral progress and evolution of citizens is pursued.This paper considers the doctrine of Professor Katouzian and by looking at other sources in public and constitutional law, has developed this issue. The author has considered the concepts of perfectionist and neutral states as related concepts to states that are bound to ethics and states that are beside ethics or religion and by conceptual analysis of them has remarked the necessity of preventing the progression of perfectionism to despotism. Professor Katouzian's concern about the pure sovereignty of the government over the right and good is commendable in the author’s view. This research intends to talk about the limitations and restraints of the government's power and its lack of sovereignty over the rights and morals with reference to the professor's doctrine.Professor Katouzian criticizes authoritarian governments that rule on ethics and religion and in practice, examples of these outlooks in government such as Nazism and fascism have left bitter experiences for humanity and history. consequently, the author expresses his concern about the transition from perfectionism to authoritarianism and considers understanding the basis of modern public law as the mechanism to prevent this transition.Therefore, the legal system in a government that is bounded to ethics and religion must recognize and guarantee the values of the public such as the rule of law, separation of powers, accountability, supervision and balance, transparency, fundamental rights and freedoms for the citizens, etc. In this way, It will help to spread morality in the society. we propose that the achievement of a virtuous society is directly linked with good governance, correct management of public resources and their optimal allocation to public needs, and efficient management of conflict of interests among members of the political society. These will give the citizens the opportunity to live a dignified life and the opportunity to think about moral virtues and the meaning of life and will reduce immorality and vices in society.

International investment law is facing a legitimacy crisis, in which to tackle, substantial efforts are being made in structural and procedural areas. The first step to overcoming this crisis is identifying the roots of it. The lack of a dynamic balance between public and private interests is one of the main factors creating this legitimacy crisis in this legal system.[1] This paper focuses on the changes in the investment arbitration jurisprudence to create this balance. The findings of this paper can explain one of the convergence points of international trade and investment law. Such a claim is based on the evolution of international trade law in facing a similar legitimacy issue and the structural-procedural approach of this legal system in balancing public and private interests as an ultimate solution to the crisis.[2] From this perspective, one of the major factors in creating a legitimacy crisis in both legal systems is the dominance of the paradigm for preference of private interests; and one of the convergence points of international trade and investment law has been to replace it by accepting the paradigm of creating a dynamic balance between competing goals.[3] This paper examines this convergence in arbitral jurisprudence.IntroductionIn recent years, the legitimacy crisis of the regime of international investment law and, as a result, the investor-state dispute settlement system has been one of the most important and controversial topics in the academic environment and the practice of states consequently, serious efforts in various fields to tackle this crisis have begun. According to this paper, choosing an arbitration mechanism modeled on international commercial arbitration to resolve disputes between host states and foreign investors can be evaluated as a wrong and hasty action that, regardless of its factors and contexts, has changed the nature and function of this system over time.[4] It should be noted that the main factor in such consequences is how this dispute resolution system is used which, contrary to the accepted model, always puts the host states in a "respondent" position in possible future disputes and, as a result, disrupts the balance expected in any international dispute settlement system. On this basis, the confrontation of the host state's sovereign competence in ensuring public interests with the foreign investors’ ability to challenge this competence is brought into the spotlight: currently, within the regime of international investment law, host states have only responsibilities and obligations in contrast to extensive and exclusive rights and privileges recognized for foreign investors, and this can be considered as the most important factor disturbing the said balance. The main issue in this field is to analyze the role of the investment arbitral tribunals in creating such a balance. In this regard, the authors, by focusing on the nature of investment treaties, and the relations between the parties in investment disputes and with emphasis on the general legal regime governing international investment, consider creating a dynamic balance between public and private interests to be the key to solving the crisis. They emphasize that; As long as the rights and obligations of the parties to the dispute are based on imbalanced grounds, the change in nature of the disputes and the function of the system -as the main roots of this legitimacy crisis - will remain. In this remark, it is very important to focus on the two-sided nature (public-private) of the relationships established in the framework of investment treaties. The relationship between the host state and the foreign investor is created within the framework of investment treaties and in light of fundamental differences from purely private relationships in international commercial arbitration.[5] Note that any dispute arising from this relationship is affected by its inherently public nature governed by public international law.[6] Thus, a purely private attitude towards these relations does not seem viable. As Ian Brownlie has stated in the case of SME v. the Czech Republic, it can lead to ignoring some of the basic elements of the relevant investment treaty.[7] In other words, the right and duty of the host state in protecting and promoting public interests is a fundamental part of this relationship, and any indulgence of it leads to a serious disruption of the mentioned balance through which the system's legitimacy will be the first victim.It is clear that the main task of any dispute resolution system is to create such a balance, and on this basis, and compared to the WTO dispute resolution system, the role of the investment tribunals in this process is discussed. This jurisprudential convergence is in line with the goal of strengthening the legitimacy of the international investment law system as a whole.Based on the above, the first part of this paper focuses on the process of establishing the ISDS in international investment law and its characteristics, the factors of the crisis of legitimacy are analyzed with an analytical approach, while also explaining the nature of investment treaties and explaining the general legal regime governing international investment. Furthermore, the lack of a dynamic balance between public and private interests is emphasized as the main cause of the crisis. In the second part, while comparing the two legal systems of international trade and investment with a similar crisis of legitimacy, we will examine the interaction of investment arbitration with the WTO's jurisprudence in facing this crisis through a case study of several investment arbitral awards. Recently, the Internet has played a significant and substantial role in people's lives. However, the content available in the global web environment should align with users' daily needs, providing them with useful and up-to-date information tailored to their tastes. In this context, recommender systems assist users by suggesting items that closely match their preferences in less time. Today, with the exponential growth of data, the utilization of recommender systems has surged. Conversely, these systems encounter challenges such as evolving user preferences over time, cold start problem, sparsity within the user-item matrix, the infiltration of fake users in the systems, and their adverse impact on the recommendation lists.The objective of this paper is to propose a recommender system grounded in time and trust factors to enhance the efficiency and precision of system recommendations. Initially, the proposed system addresses the data sparsity dilemma by incorporating reliable implicit ratings into the user-item matrix. Subsequently, it constructs a weighted user-user network based on user rating timestamps and trust relationships among users, thereby mitigating the cold start problem and accounting for changing user preferences over time. The proposed recommender system employs a novel community detection algorithm introduced in this paper to identify the nearest neighbors of active users and recommends the top @k items based on the collaborative filtering approach. Evaluation results of the proposed system, tested on a film recommender system using the Epinions dataset, demonstrate its superior efficiency compared to basic systems.

This paper studies the effect of central bank credibility (CBC) on interest rate from the perspective of fiscal and institutional factors, using a credibility loss index. As some central banks are not successful in channeling the actual inflation towards the announced targets, it seems necessary to investigate the impact of central bank credibility on the economic variables and also analyze the fiscal and institutional determinants of central bank credibility. Therefore, using a backward-looking indicator that measures the central bank's performance as the basis for obtaining credibility, this study analyzes the impact of CBC on the interest rate, assuming credibility is endogenous for 17 developing countries during the period 1996-2019. The result indicates that increasing the level of credibility loss positively affects the level of interest rate. In other words, increasing the central bank's credibility or improving its performance reduces the level of interest rate. Since performance is a function of external fiscal and institutional factors, improving the quality of democracy in society and legal implementation of fiscal rules along with the formal adoption of inflation targeting framework not only limits the behavior of governments and establishes financial discipline, but also improves the central bank performance. This will convince economic agents that governments and central banks are committed to their promises.1. IntroductionWhat determines the CBC? How CBC affects the interest rate? To address these questions, we use the backward looking measure of Neuenkirch and Tillmann (2014) which focuses on how the private sector pays attention to the past performance of the central bank when forming expectations. This measure, a credibility loss index, is defined as a gap between the average of past inflation and target inflation. This suggests that the higher the deviation from the target, the higher the credibility loss. To clarify the main drivers of the CBC, Levieuge et al. (2018) argue that there are fiscal and institutional factors, which ultimately affect the level of public’s expectations and attitude in the central bank’s ability to meet its commitment. Besides, Taghinezhadomran and Kamal (2021) investigate that central banks in the developing countries have not performed properly in the convergence of actual inflation towards the target range which could have ramifications on the macroeconomic levels and monetary variables such as interest rates. Accordingly, this paper studies the impact of credibility loss on the interest rate given the endogeneity of CBC for 17 developing countries from 1996 to 2019, using instrumental variables method. The results show that the higher the credibility loss the higher the interest rate. Additionally, establishment of budget-balance rule, the increasing the level of central bank independence and the number of veto players, and also the decreasing the level of central bank holdings of public debt are the main fiscal and institutional drivers of CBC. 2. In this paper, we choose the fiscal and institutional variables as instrumental variables. The rationale behind that refers to the higher correlation between the fiscal and institutional variables and the credibility loss index and the lower correlation of fiscal and institutional variables with the dependent variable (interest rate). Since the endogeneity problem occurs when the independent variable is correlated with the error term in a regression model, we use the method of instrumental variables (2SLS) to examine the effect of credibility loss on the interest rate while determining the main influential fiscal and institutional factors. 3. Result and DiscussionThe results in the first stage show that all of the explanatory variables significantly affect the credibility loss index. Specifically, the higher the turnover rate the higher the loss in CBC. In other words, an increase in the turnover rate of the central banker have a negative effect on the performance of the monetary institution and shows the inability of the central bank to fulfill his/her promises. Our result shows that the increased number of veto players negatively affects the credibility loss. This suggests that the more veto players, the more difficult the overturn of central bank independence. The rise of the number of checks and balances could be as a good news to stimulate agents’ expectations as the change of decision to delegate becomes harder, giving to the private sector a greater scope to reduce the expected inflation. The negative effect of rule-based budget on the credibility loss indicates that rules constrain the behavior of governments and convince the public and markets that sovereigns and central banks are committed to the announced targets. The coefficient of sovereign debt holder is also statistically significant and positive. The results in the second stage show that inflation gap and credibility loss will increase the level of interest rate. This means that the higher the deviation from the inflation target the weaker the performance of central bank. In this case, the central bank is forced to increase the interest rate to response to this deviation.4. ConclusionUsing instrumental variables method and in two stages, this paper examined the effect of credibility loss on the interest rate while taking the endogeneity of CBC into account for 17 developing countries from 1996 to 2019. The positive impact of credibility loss on the interest rate suggests that the higher the deviation of the average of past inflation from the target, the higher loss in CBC today. This weak performance, will force the central bank to set a higher interest rate. The main reason behind that refers to the external factors such as fiscal and institutional factors, as our results suggest. In particular, the performance of the central bank is an outcome of fiscal and institutional factors, affecting the extent of interest rate. These findings indicate that simply adaption of inflation targeting framework does not improve the performance of the central bank. Rather, the legal implementation of fiscal rules, the lower fiscal dominance, and also the number of veto players could stabilize expectations and convince the public that governments and central banks are committed to their promises.

This paper attempted to study the vocabulary tasks of Persian writing textbooks used at primary schools (4th, 5th and 6th grades) based on lexical knowledge taxonomy. The research method of this paper is descriptive-analytic. At first, the vocabulary tasks of Persian writing textbooks were accounted and they were classified according to the taxonomy. The data has been analyzed by using SPSS. Results from the codification of explicit vocabulary tasks showed that the majority of vocabulary tasks in the writing textbooks have been allocated to the writing form aspect but the frequency of other aspects of vocabulary knowledge such as collocation is very low. In addition, allocating 80 percent of explicit vocabulary tasks to receptive tasks in comparison to only 20 percent of productive tasks shows that vocabulary task designing is unbalanced in the textbooks. However, these books have been designed to teach the writing skill which is a productive skill. The results of analytical statistics indicate that there is not a significant difference between different aspects of vocabulary knowledge in the textbooks, but the difference between the two kinds of vocabulary tasks in these books is significant. It is proposed that the vocabulary tasks of the textbooks should be corpus-based. In addition, different aspects of vocabulary knowledge should be realized in different kinds of textbooks’ vocabulary tasks to be exposed repeatedly by the students. Because repetition is an important factor in learning vocabulary. The findings of this study can be useful both to textbook designers and teachers.

Systemic functional grammar (SFG) is a theory which is very strong and so flexible that it addresses various research areas such as ‘language development in children’, ‘educational linguistics’, ‘computational linguistics’, and ‘clinical linguistics’. One of the other research applications of the mentioned theory is ‘language typology’. The research area of language typology within SFG is called ‘systemic functional typology’ or ‘systemic typology’ in short. In this paper, along with briefly introducing the book “Language Typology: A Functional Perspective”, we have tried to present a profile of ‘systemic typology’. To do so, at first, we have briefly reviewed the dominant approaches to language typology, i.e., holistic typology and partial typology, and the studies conducted in the framework of those approaches. Then parallel with the chapters of the book “Language Typology: A functional perspective”, we have mentioned the key points in systemic typology. Since the main objective of systemic typology is ‘to achieve empirical generalizations’, a large part of the introduction of systemic typology in this paper has been devoted to typological generalizations. In the end, an analysis of ‘word order typology’ has been touched upon, too.

"Cognitive Science of Religion" is the emerging branch of cognitive science, which uses the findings of cognitive science to study religious beliefs and behaviors. Most scholars in this area believe that religious beliefs and behaviors are the byproducts of the cognitive architecture of our minds. Based on this predominant approach, known as the "Standard Model", the human mind is not an integrated processing system, but has multiple proprietary tools for processing input information. These mental tools, in the process of evolution, have found biases that affect the input information and systematically guide them. For the Standard Model defenders, these mental tools and their cognitive bias play an essential role in shaping many of our beliefs, including religious beliefs. In this paper, from the perspective of the philosophy of science, we examine three main indicators for demonstrating the validity of this approach: the empirical evidence to defend it, its explanatory power and its theoretical structure, as well as its methodological presuppositions. In this paper, we show that the Standard Model is underdetermination in terms of empirical evidence, weak in terms of explanatory power, and challenged in terms of methodological presuppositions.

The closed-loop supply chain is used in practice for several reasons. Firstly, returning products to the production cycle is important for its operation. Secondly, sustainability in the supply chain is a topic of interest for researchers, as the environmental impacts of industries are significant. In this paper, a multi-objective integer fuzzy mathematical programming model is presented to design a sustainable closed-loop supply chain under uncertain conditions. The proposed model aims to maximize profit and social impacts, while minimizing gas emissions into the environment. Since decision makers face uncertainty and doubt, trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are employed to determine the parameter values in the model. To convert the objective functions and model constraints into crisp forms, the expected value and the intuitionistic credibility measure are developed for the objectives and constraints, respectively. Finally, an interactive fuzzy programming approach is utilized to solve the crisp multi-objective problem. Three numerical examples are designed and solved to validate the model and assess the efficiency of the proposed solution method.IntroductionSupply chain management encompasses techniques aimed at coordinating all aspects of the supply chain, from raw material procurement to product delivery or recovery, with the objective of minimizing total costs while addressing conflicts among chain partners. Once raw materials have traversed the forward chain and been transformed into products or services, they may require repair, transformation, or proper disposal, which occurs within the reverse chain. The integration of forward and reverse supply chain methods gives rise to a closed-loop supply chain.Today, one of the primary concerns for organizational managers in supply chain network design is the presence of uncertainties, such as disruptions and uncertain input parameters. Uncertainties can have adverse effects on supply chain performance and decision-making at various network levels, including tactical, strategic, and operational decisions. As probabilistic planning necessitates historical data, which may not always be available or accurate, the theory of fuzzy sets can serve as a suitable option for expressing ambiguity and lack of certainty in parameters. In recent years, environmental factors have received increasing attention. There has been a growing recognition of the importance of environmental effects and the need to incorporate these effects alongside traditional indicators in supply chain design. Environmental considerations are crucial not only for compliance with government regulations but also for improving the organization's social standing from the customers' perspective. Moreover, with the rise of global warming and the accumulation of waste (both renewable and non-renewable, as well as electronic waste and ozone-depleting gases), the importance of managing and controlling these factors has become even more prominent. Despite the significance of environmental issues, there remains a noticeable gap in the supply chain literature concerning the provision of mathematical models based on real-world conditions and efficient solution methods for this problem. This paper focuses on the design of a sustainable closed-loop logistics network that aims to maximize profitability and social factors while minimizing environmental factors. The proposed integrated network considers multi-product and multi-state customer demand under conditions of uncertainty. The significance of this research lies in simultaneously addressing economic, environmental, and social considerations in the modeling process, as previous studies have mostly focused on single or dual objectives. Another innovative aspect of this article is the consideration of parameters in the form of intuitive fuzzy numbers for the design of a sustainable supply chain network.Materials and MethodsIn this research, a comprehensive model addressing the problem of sustainable closed-loop supply chain under intuitionistic fuzzy uncertainty is selected through library studies and internet research. Subsequently, the model is transformed into a deterministic multi-objective model utilizing the intuitionistic credibility measure. Recognizing that decision makers face not only uncertainty but also doubts, trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are employed to determine parameter values within the proposed model. To convert the objective functions and model constraints into their crisp equivalents, the expected value and intuitionistic credibility measure are respectively developed for the objective functions and constraints.FindingsBased on the selected confidence levels and numerical examples, the following observations can be made: In numerical example 1, the first objective function demonstrated that the ABS, SO, and TH methods performed best, respectively. However, in the second objective function, the order shifted to SO, ABS, and TH. Interestingly, all three methods performed equally in the third objective function. The performance of the solution methods in numerical example 2 mirrored that of numerical example 1. Moving on to numerical example 3, the first objective function indicated that the SO, TH, and ABS methods were the most effective, respectively. The order remained similar in the second objective function, and once again, all three methods performed equally in the third objective function. These results indicate the relative superiority of the SO solution method compared to the other methods employed. Additionally, concerning the execution time of the solution methods, numerical examples 1 and 2 exhibited nearly equal execution times for the methods. However, in numerical example 3, the SO, TH, and ABS methods displayed the best performance in terms of execution time, respectively. These findings further emphasize the relative superiority of the SO solution method compared to the others in terms of execution time. It is worth noting that the execution time of each method alone increases significantly with the problem's dimensions across all numerical examples.ConclusionsThis paper presents a multi-objective fuzzy optimization model for the design problem of a sustainable closed-loop supply chain. The model takes into account the concept of sustainability and aims to maximize the income and minimize the costs of the entire supply chain, while also minimizing environmental effects and maximizing social effects. The parameters are considered uncertain and are represented by intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. To handle this uncertainty, the model is transformed into a deterministic multi-objective optimization model using the expected value definition and a chance constraint based on the size of intuitionistic. The obtained deterministic multi-objective model is then solved using the interactive fuzzy mathematical programming method.

In comparison to relations with other European major powers, Iran-Germany relations have been less fragile, more largely stable and expanding. Analysts consider historical, economic, and geopolitical reasons for this feature. One of the difficulties in studying German foreign policy is that the country has abandoned its geopolitical rivalries because of the tough lessons of world war II and has devoted most of its potential to the international economy. Moreover, Germany cannot regulate its foreign policy beyond the framework of its transatlantic commitments, as well as principles and norms of the common European foreign policy. For this reason, the analysis of German foreign policy should focus more on the relatively covert behavior of the country than usual positions by the officials. The study of Iran-Germany relations stands within this framework. This paper aims to focus on the question that why Germany has done its best to emphasize an interactive model in the face of the US confrontation with Iran, and to make the EU to follow this behavior? This paper provides a historical-analytical framework for a deeper understanding of German policy toward Iran, as well as focusing on Germany's approach toward Iran after the JCPOA, especially when Trump lost the presidency.

Nowadays, bibliometrics has been an interdisciplinary field with all scientific fields as its scope. The present study is related to the scientometric study of articles in information retrieval produced in Iran from the beginning of the topic in Persian papers to 2019. This research was an applied research which has been done using scientometric techniques such as citation analysis and co-word analysis. The data required for this research have been extracted from the "Islamic World Science Citation" database. The statistical population was 395 articles in the field of information retrieval, which was analyzed using "BibExcel," "VOSviewer," and " Excel" software packages. Some inconsistencies in author names and keywords have been tried to be unified. There was an increasing trend in published papers and received citations. Highly-cited and most influential authors in the field are well-known in the field. "Rahmatullah Fattahi" is in the first place with 11 articles and 16 citations. 77.72% of the articles have been authored in groups (two or more authors) and the two-authored approach with 154 articles has the most co-authorship approach. Six hundred twenty-six authors participated in writing the articles, which were repeated 923 times in various articles. The largest co-authorship network consists of 27 nodes (authors). "Najla Hariry," "Farideh Osareh," and "Saeed Rezaei Sharifabadi" have the highest score in terms of the centrality of rank, intermediate, and closeness among other researchers, respectively. The keywords "information retrieval," "search engines" and "internet" were the most frequently used keywords in the field of information retrieval. The word pairs of "recall - retrieval accuracy" and "Internet - search engines" were the first and second most frequent pairs of co-occurring-word pairs, respectively. Thematic clustering of articles in this field indicates the existence of eight subject clusters: "search, processing and evaluation information," "Storage and retrieval in information systems," "information behavior," "indexing," "information management and Scientometrics," "search engines," "precision and recall" and "information literacy." Co-authorship network showed that authors in the field tended to author with collaborating each other. Considerable items on information retrival have been published in Persian The acceptance of the co-authorship approach in the production of scientific works in information retrieval indicates the willingness of authors to write co-authored research. However, considering that 54.9% of the authors of this study did not receive the H index, the authors should make more efforts to produce quality articles. The largest cluster of this research is the "search, processing and evaluation information" cluster, which indicates the importance of this issue in information retrieval, and the smallest cluster is the "information literacy" cluster, which needs further research in this research field. The study helps authors identify hot topics and highly-considered subjects in information retrieval and provide a pattern for conducting scientometric analyses in similar fields.

One of the major challenges in the automotive industry is facing different risks, especially when introducing new products to meet customer needs. This often leads to difficulties in accurately identifying and adapting to changing methods, designs, new machinery and materials, demand fluctuations, production speed, and more. These factors can result in serious injuries and risks. In order to address these risks, it is crucial to employ effective risk identification methods and prioritize them to exert control over critical risks. Therefore, this paper focuses on identifying the main areas of risks in the automotive industry, specifically within the production line. The identified risks are then categorized and graded. Based on this assessment, a fuzzy cognitive maps approach is developed to analyze 13 risks, which are further divided into three groups: technical, strategic, and operational risks. Furthermore, an interpretive structural modeling approach is used to evaluate the interrelationships among these risks, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of their correlations. Through the network analysis process, the most significant risks are identified. The findings reveal that design errors, low motivation, lack of financial resources, lack of parts, and low productivity are among the top five risks in the ISACO auto parts supply chain. IntroductionThe increasing complexity of industrial systems and the incorporation of new technologies, processes, machinery, and materials have highlighted the importance of considering environmental and safety aspects in risk assessment. Evaluating the impact of failures and their effects is a critical task in industries, particularly in the automotive sector. Among the various risk assessment techniques, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) has been widely recognized as a reliable method. Despite the extensive application of FMEA, there are limitations associated with this approach. One of the significant drawbacks is that it considers the SOD factors independently without considering the interdependencies among failures. In reality, production stages are not executed simultaneously, and potential failures do not occur concurrently. Some failures are influenced by previous stage failures and, in turn, affect subsequent stages. On the other hand, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) allows for the comprehensive structuring of a set of interconnected factors in an organized model. By utilizing fundamental concepts of graph theory, ISM describes the intricate pattern of conceptual relationships among variables. In this way, it overcomes the limitations of independent consideration of failures in FMEA. Therefore, this paper employs ISM as an approach to assess the impact of failures. It provides a comprehensive and structured model that captures the interrelationships among various factors. By using this approach, the evaluation of failures becomes more accurate and reliable, considering the interdependencies among different stages and failures.Materials and MethodsThis research is categorized as applied research in terms of its objective and descriptive-qualitative in terms of its method. Field studies were conducted as the data collection tools for this research. The scoring method (utilizing experts) was used for data analysis, and a case study of the ISACO company was employed to test the model. The required data for this research, aimed at presenting a model for identifying production risks in the first stage, were collected through a literature review. Relevant English and Persian books, student theses, related websites, journal articles, conferences, and seminars focusing on the identification of multi-stage production risks were used to gather research literature. Existing documentation from various industries was also utilized in the field of risk assessment and identification. In the initial stage, the main risks of the automotive parts supplier company are identified. In this phase, risks identified in existing scientific research sources were finalized through interviews with experts. The extracted risks are evaluated and ranked based on the failure mode and effects analysis method in the second step. In the third step, the interactions among various risks are examined using the fuzzy cognitive map approach. The results obtained from the second step are utilized in this phase through normalization. In the fourth step, the final ranking of risks is determined based on the static analysis conducted in the third step. In the fifth step, an interpretive structural model is used to determine the interdependence and susceptibility of risks to each other.Discussion and ResultsBased on the research objectives, the risks in the production line domain were first identified using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) approach. Then, the FCM (Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping) method was employed to design a fuzzy network, and ultimately, the ISM (Interpretive Structural Modeling) approach was used to analyze the penetration and interdependence of risks. The ranking of risks using the FMEA approach is as follows: lack of motivation, parts shortage, low productivity, rework in execution, and weak supervision are ranked from 1 to 5, respectively. After considering the interactions among risks in the dynamic analysis of FCM, the factor of lack of motivation descends from rank 1 to 7. Furthermore, the factors of low productivity and lack of financial resources rank first and second, respectively.ConclusionDecision-making in the field of risk management involves considering various factors that are subject to change over time. The dynamic nature of these factors can influence the effectiveness of risk management decisions, and their impact on the desired outcomes needs to be carefully assessed. Proper risk management requires a comprehensive understanding of potential failures and the ability to predict and mitigate their consequences. Analyzing risks, employing effective mitigation strategies, and conducting thorough evaluations are essential for ensuring the success of a project or business venture. Professional risk management involves identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities, evaluating their impact on the desired objectives, and devising appropriate strategies to prevent or mitigate their occurrence. The use of risk assessment methodologies, such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), allows for systematic identification and prediction of potential failures, while incorporating flexibility and adaptability in risk mitigation approaches. These methodologies offer advantages such as scalability, speed, high accuracy in predicting failures, enhanced understanding of complex systems, and facilitation of decision-making processes. By employing fuzzy cognitive mapping (FCM) in FMEA, the prioritization and prediction of potential risks can be effectively performed. This approach provides a more flexible and comprehensive understanding of risks, enabling easier decision-making and utilization of valuable feedback from domain experts. Following the identification of primary risk areas, the risks associated with production lines were classified, and a fuzzy cognitive mapping approach was developed based on this classification. Thirteen identified risks were then analyzed using interpretive structural modeling (ISM) to assess the interrelationships among the risks and provide further insights for decision-making.

As one of the most visible aspects of political life in recent years, the populist rises imply the ‘crisis of representation’ that means the existing institutional mechanism of representative democracy is ineffective in representing the variety of social demands. While this situation, according to the liberal democratic approach, warns of the revival of mass society and new versions of authoritarianism, the radical democratic approach considers it a possibility to retrieve democracy. Which variables determine the contending evaluations of the impact of populism on democracy? The present paper presupposes that the contending evaluations are driven by different conceptions of the principal constituent of democracy (rule of law or general will?) and the populism entity (a manner of governance or a movement constructing collective will?). Given the postulates of the contending democratic theories (liberal and radical), the paper hypothesizes that evaluating the effects of populism on democracy depends on the way of interaction of some variables: a) the content of the populist discourse (egalitarian articulation of plural demands or discriminatory one?); b) the context in which the populist movement arises (democratic structure of opportunity or authoritarian one?) c) the mutual strategy of political actors whether from opposition or in position ones (the connection between street politics and institutional one or disconnection?). Taking advantage of the contending democratic theories (liberal and radical) in a combinative theoretical framework, the paper attempts to justify the hypothesis by highlighting the fact that both democratic theories are built on one aspect of the conception of democratic order. Marking the elements such as individual subjectivity, rationality, the rule of law, pluralism, etc. as characteristics of democratic order, a liberal democratic approach considers populist popular and exclusionary (i.e., determined by populists’ particular definition of the people) orientation as a threat to democracy. It is because such orientation restricts public debates and leads to weakening democratic institutions, the opposition’s rights, and the plurality of society. On the contrary, the radical democratic approach points to the significance of the populist mobilization for the democratization of status quo democracies owing to re-politicization of the issues neglected by the sovereign elite, provided that to articulate accumulated demands around a democratic egalitarian nodal point. Such evaluation emanates from the fact that this approach identifies democracy with collective subjectivity, general will, participation, and so on. It seems that a non-paradoxical and justifiable reference to both the above-mentioned approach in an analysis of the effect of populism on democracy entails taking their different concentrations into account. It means ‘populism-in-power’ (as a way of governance) puts the structural foundations of democracy in danger and facilitates the emergence of authoritarianism due to its anti-institutionalism, anti-pluralism, and tendency to mass politics. It is whilst, in the status of ‘opposition’ (a mobilizing movement), populism might be an opportunity to revive democratic politics. This argument resorts to the action of constructing a new collective will, in populist strategies of mobilizations, which reveals shortages of representative systems such as the monopoly of a minority, technocratic elitism, and so on. Nevertheless, the actualization of the progressive effects of the populist movements on democracy depends heavily on the interaction of variables which are as follows. a) If the populist discourse articulates accumulated social demands around a democratic egalitarian will, then the populist moment (as the moment of crisis in a representative democracy) can be of progressive connotations for democracy-deepening. Conversely, discriminatory articulation (like racist or class populism) paves the way for authoritarianism. Hence in terms of democratization and de-democratization, various populisms can be imagined; ranging from democratic populism to authoritarian, leftist to far-right. b) Realization of the above-mentioned progressive version of populism depends on the ‘democratic structure of political opportunity’. The possibility of mobilization by democratic egalitarian populism is only imaginable where the rules of the democratic competition are guaranteed. In other words, if there is no equal and fair opportunity to declare the policies in electoral campaigns and implement them after taking into power, then there can be just governmental types of populism that mobilize the mass for advocating governmental policies and decisions. Here, populism appears in its authoritarian face in a mass society. c) The third variable is the strategy that political actors of both realms, movement, and institution, in a political structure adapt. If the populist movement ties its street activism with institutional bargaining (e.g. by resorting to parliamentary parties) and, mutually, the government opens up the policy-making input to populist demands (rather than rejecting them), then the rise of a democratic egalitarian populist movement might result in democracy- deepening. Otherwise, populism can bring about some contending de-democratizing mass mobilizations, whether in the shape of authoritarian up-to-down governmental populism or fruitless gross-root radical populism. In brief, the paper maintains that by vindicating ‘popular sovereignty’, populism has double-edged effects in terms of weakening or strengthening democracy; ranging from an infertile radicalism leading to authoritarianism to radical reformism containing the possibility of retrieval of democracy. Hence democratic theory needs to develop an order that balances the rule of law and public will as two sides of democracy. It calls for a new social contract based on a balanced relationship between specialism and democratic responsibility. To reach such a situation, more inclusive politics should be targeted by current-day democracies. The key, however, is hearing the demands of populist advocators rather than populist leaders’ programs.

Linguistic research carried out in formal theoretical frameworks, such as Generative Approaches, often show high degree of falsifiability due to their precise data observations and mathematical foundations. Combining these qualities with the psychological reality of typological studies will result to more reliable conclusions. In this paper, I tried to show that having an eye on the typological facts of a language (Farsi in this case) might end up into a more precise and realistic conclusion of a formalist linguistic analysis. Two papers are used here as sample of formalist approaches - Generative Linguistics in general and Minimalist program particularly- one on the functional head position of sentence in Persian and the other one on topicalization in Persian.

Estimating the revenue efficiency of entities being evaluated is crucial as it provides valuable information about organizations, assuming that the output prices are known. This research introduces a new definition of optimal scale size (OSS) based on maximizing the average revenue efficiency (ARE). Additionally, the ARE is defined for both convex and non-convex sets, independent of returns to scale and the assumption that the vector of input-output prices of units is uniform. Moreover, to address the presence of uncertain data in real-world applications, the introduced ARE model is extended to evaluate systems with random inputs and outputs, along with approaches for its calculation. Finally, the proposed method is applied in an experimental example, calculating the ARE for a dataset of postal areas in Iran.IntroductionThe concept of optimal scale size has been extensively studied in the field of data envelopment analysis. Cesaroni and Giovannola's research on non-convex FDH technology reveals that the optimal scale size is a point in the production possibility set that minimizes average cost efficiency. Average cost efficiency, a new measure combining scale and allocation efficiencies, provides a more accurate performance assessment compared to cost and scale efficiencies. When evaluating units with known output prices instead of input prices, assessing revenue efficiency can offer more valuable insights. This paper extends the research on cost evaluation to revenue evaluation. It introduces the concepts of average revenue efficiency and optimal scale size based on revenue maximization. The optimal scale size based on revenue maximization is defined as the point in the production possibility set that maximizes the average radial income for the unit under investigation. Average revenue efficiency serves as an evaluation measure of unit revenue, surpassing revenue and scale efficiencies in accuracy. The paper examines methods for calculating average revenue efficiency in both convex and non-convex technologies. It demonstrates that the average revenue efficiency model in convex technology with variable returns to scale is equivalent to the revenue model with constant returns to scale. Furthermore, the relationship between optimal scale size points based on revenue maximization and the most productive scale size is determined. Next, the paper presents the average revenue efficiency model for stochastic sets with the presence of stochastic data. An experimental example is used to calculate the average revenue efficiency and obtain the optimal scale size for a set of postal areas in Iran.Materials and MethodsThe study builds upon Cesaroni and Giovannola's method for calculating average cost efficiency and optimal scale size to develop models for average revenue efficiency and optimal scale size based on revenue. It also utilizes chance-constrained probabilistic models with a deterministic objective function in DEA literature to present average revenue efficiency for stochastic sets. The model is transformed from stochastic to deterministic and then converted into a linear model using the error structure method.Discussion and ResultsThis paper introduces average revenue efficiency and optimal revenue scale size, demonstrating the equivalence between the average revenue efficiency models in convex technology with variable returns to scale and those with constant returns to scale. It also presents the average revenue efficiency model for stochastic sets, enabling the calculation of average revenue efficiency and optimal revenue scale size for units with random inputs and outputs.ConclusionIn many real-world scenarios, particularly when output prices are known, evaluating revenue efficiency holds greater significance than cost efficiency. This study develops the concepts of average cost efficiency and optimal scale size for revenue evaluation, expanding upon the existing literature on data envelopment analysis. The paper demonstrates how average revenue efficiency can be calculated as a valuable and accurate measure of efficiency in convex and non-convex technologies, without making assumptions about returns to scale. By assuming the randomness of input and output variables and employing chance-constrained models, a quadratic deterministic model is presented to calculate average revenue efficiency. It is then transformed into a linear model assuming uncorrelated variables, enabling the determination of average revenue efficiency and optimal scale size based on revenue maximization for random units. The proposed models are applied to a real-world sample, evaluating the average revenue efficiency of twelve postal units. The results highlight the models' ability to provide a more accurate evaluation of revenue efficiency and identify the best revenue scale size as the reference for inefficient units.

Story code analysis means to have a focus on signs which contribute to revealing the secondary meanings with a structured methodology. The main problem is to understand how signs with synergic cooperation in the context of short stories avoid text from unilaterality and lead to a plurality of meaning by engaging audiences through referential codes. This essay studies the short story Merry Go Round from the book “Red Gloves” by Sepideh Shamloo. The paper is using a descriptive-analytical approach based on various codes from theorists’ points of view like Schindler or Barthes. Another aspect of the paper is analyzing structural elements that result in positive impacts on the code analysis of the work. Codes reflected in stories demonstrate predominant conventional systems such as social, behavioral, physical, commentary, mythical, spiritual, temporal, and local and they will result in the reproduction of cultural or social patterns in the view of audiences.

Given the significance of the Islamic Revolution role-playing and increasing importance of the role of new social movements in the world arena, the present paper investigates the relations between new social movements and the Islamic Revolution and the effect of these movements on the promotion of the Islamic Revolution in the world arena. The research requires examining mutual relations between new social movements and the Islamic Revolution. Therefore, according to Alain Touraine’s theoretical basics about new social movements and using a qualitative method, this paper comparatively studied components of identity in the Islamic Revolution and the Environmental movement as one of the new social movements in the world arena. It also extracted, compared, and examined the relations between these movement-stimulant components using categorization and encoding techniques. According to the findings of this study, it can be said that the Islamic Revolution has an identity beyond environmental movement. However, there is no contradiction between their components and therefore there is an overlap between the Islamic Revolution and environmental movement in the world arena.

Economic complexity refers to the accumulation of productive capabilities in an economy. Accelerating the accumulation of these capabilities increases the capacity to invent and absorb new technologies. Over the initial stages of economic development, most countries absorb energy-intensive technologies, which will lead to an increase in fossil energy consumption. By increasing the economic complexity of a country and the accumulation of complex capabilities, it becomes possible to absorb and invent new energy-efficient and clean technologies, which will be a factor in reducing the intensity of fossil energy consumption. In this paper, we investigate the effect of the economic complexity of Iran's provinces on the consumption of fossil energy over the period 2005-2018. For this purpose, the system GMM estimator in dynamic panel data has been applied. The results of the paper indicate that the increase in the economic complexity of the provinces is the driver of fossil energy consumption, so that the hypothesis of the "Energy-Environmental Kuznets Curve" across the provinces of the country is rejected. Accordingly, making the current production structure more complex in Iran's economy will not help to reduce fossil energy consumption. Other results show that (a) the per capita consumption of fossil energy is inelastic with respect to the relative price of fuel, and (b) the rate of urbanization is the driver of energy consumption. According to the findings of the research, it is recommended that instead of implementing pricing policies to reduce energy consumption, the government should emphasize changing the production structure by using clean technologies.

Providing valuable information in the form of attractive content and interaction with customers is one of the most important elements of content marketing. The most important factor in the success of content marketing is answering to the question of what causes the audience to engage in content. Despite numerous researches in the field of identifying the dimensions of engagement and motivators of audiences to engage with content, the audience engagement is still one of the most important concerns of actors in the field of content marketing and they are looking for effective ways to identify factors affecting the promotion of audiences' engagement. The present study, using Meta - synthesis method based on the Sandelowski and Barros (2007) model, identifies influential indicators of content marketing on promoting the audience engagement. For this purpose, studies according to years 2003 – 2019 were collected and the papers that did not obtain the intended criteria were excluded from the study. Finally, the findings of 45 papers were selected. By classification of identified codes, 23 categories were identified in 4 dimensions including engagement, categories related to content features, categories related to content writer and other user's reactions. Among all identified categories, the possibility of content personalization for each audience, the sentiment embedded in content and the history of content, the membership level of writer and his/her identity in the online community made the highest priority.

What do we mean when we talk about cogito sum? What do these words refer to in their use? How did they appear for the first time? How have they progressed and at the same time the progress of which concepts they are? This paper aims to research cogito sum’s form and concept. Therefore, it asks about the formal and conceptual structure of cogito sum in order to move towards the questionable aspect of the cogito sum question, ie “Being”. Hence this paper is a step towards providing the possibility of dialogue with this philosophical concept, that is, the possibility of answering it on the way of necessity aspect of philosophical questioning. The aim is to find a set of contributions to this philosophical concept, through the texts that significate the questioning aspect of Cogito sum. Based on tradition, the subject is gathered by Martin Heidegger. Thus, it makes this step possible with respect to a part of Heidegger's encounter with this question.

Kuwait is a rentier state which obtains most of its income from oil revenues. However, and despite the arguments that suggest rentier states hinder democracy, the Kuwaiti system almost exclusively among the GCC states, could maintain a relatively good reputation concerning the development of its democracy. What helped Kuwait overcome its rentier state tendency for authoritarian rule, is the focus of this paper. While many scholars have emphasized the role of citizens' taxation as the most important driver of political participation and, at the same time, promoter the legitimacy of government, my paper focuses on the historical process from the perspective of historical institutionalism and emphasizes that the legitimacy of the state in the eyes of the Kuwaiti public, based on a parliamentary model, and the organization of the Kuwaiti parliament itself, have been institutionalized in a historical process, and what we see from the progress of democracy and the outcomes of these two institutions in the political sphere of Kuwait today, is the result of this historical institutionalization. Now the fundamental question is how to evaluate the rentier state dynamics in relation to the historical institutionalization of parliament in Kuwait, and what is the role of a variable called a consolidated institution in this regard?

China's government has started the process of economic liberalization since the late 1970s with its own unique pattern. In less than half a century, China economy has gained significant growth. The liberalization also has gradually eliminated poverty in China significantly and has improved the quality of Chinese citizens' lives. This paper examines the impact of policies based on economic liberalization model in the Chinese government and seeks to study the relationship between economic liberalization and national security in China through a policy-driven research process. This article, examines some of the most influential economic, political, military, and environmental indicators of the Chinese government over the past few decades. From this point of view, as this article shows for the past half century, with the exception of the "environmental and climatic security", China Government has been able to improve and stabilize other Chinese national security indicators. The paper also emphasizes that the Chinese model can be replicated by less developed countries.

Participation in charity is one of the moral mechanisms for eradicating economic poverty, and the philosophical debate about it has risen since the 1970s. In this paper, two important philosophical arguments have been formulated and researched by Singer and Spoerl about duty or beyond duty and why and how to participate in charitable affairs. Singer believes that people who are morally obligated are obliged to give their possessions to those in need unless this assistance requires the deprivation of things that are morally comparable to the needs and problems of those in need. Spoerl, along with all the critics, clearly sees this as a rigid condition, and instead believes that people with morals are obliged to give their possessions to the needy, but only after they have met the necessities of life. There is also a serious disagreement between Singer and Spoerl about the definition of the necessities of life, and Spoerl derives a broad definition of it that includes artistic, intellectual, and social values. Singer also does not specify the source of charity, but Spoerl, by separating surplus income from surplus wealth, believes that we simply have a duty to give our surplus income to the needy. Based on the findings of the paper, the lack of prioritization of the needy and its non-separation from the prioritization of needs is evident to some extent in both perspectives, especially Singer's perspective.
