近年の機械学習ライブラリの充実により、簡易的なOCRを自作することが以前と比べて手軽にできるようになっている。本稿ではデータサイエンスプロジェクトにおいて罫線付きの紙データに対して簡易OCRを作成し、その活用を行った経緯およびその構成について説明する。市販の汎用的なOCRでは印刷された紙についた汚れを小数点と解釈したり、逆にかすれた罫線を数字の1などと解釈したりすることが頻繁にある。そこで今回はPythonおよびscikit-learn,OpenCVなどの機械学習および画像処理のライブラリを用いて、簡易OCRを構成して罫線付きの定型フォーマットの機械印字を読み取った結果について報告する。最後に、この内容の授業展開について簡単に説明をする。, The recent development of the machine learning libraries allows us to build a simple OCR for ourselves. This article shows an example of using a simple self-built OCR and why and how we make it. Especially when the printing condition is not perfect, most general-purpose OCR tends to misread a black dot for a period or a vertical ruled line for a '1'. We circumvented this obstacle by constructing a simple OCR using libraries such as scikit-learn and OpenCV. We report the result of our OCR applied to the machine-printed tables with ruled lines. At the end of this article, we introduce how we deal with this OCR in a class.

近年、養成校における領域「表現」の授業担当教員は美術や音楽などを専門とする教員が多く、幼児期の表現が教科教育の準備段階とみなされる傾向や表現の総合性が欠如してしまう可能性が指摘されていた。そこで歌う、書く、演奏する、話す、動くなどを含む総合的な表現形態の１つとして「劇」に着目し諸分野協同による授業を展開してきた。しかし、劇づくりに取り組むにあたり劇的要素等に繋がる音楽的表現の指導についての実践的考察が少ない傾向にあった。そこで本研究では、「音楽的表現」の指導で劇的要素を含む指導をし得るかどうかについて明らかにするため、過去６年間の授業における指導について考察した。その結果、演奏の仕方、歌い方、歌の選曲や歌詞の作り方という3 つの視点の他に、使用する楽器の仕組み・構造に対する理解、楽器の奏法についての理解、劇中の効果音の選択に関する指導、転調などの既成曲のアレンジに関する指導等、学生たちが主体的に考える演出および表現の実現に向けたより細やかな指導の重要性が確認された。またそれらの授業実践の積み重ねやそれを公にしてくことが今後の授業の発展に寄与するのではないかという見解を示した。

We researched the current situation and issues of the teacher’s certificate system, based on the data from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. We have investigated the results and have done extensive research for the problems to be solved and achieved a better vision for the future. We investigated the teacher’s certificate system. We analyzed a transition about the licensed number of advanced class certificates and first class certificates as well as the subjects. We focused on the relation between the number as the year. We investigated the system with teachers that oversee classes without a certificate. We analyzed the licensed number of emergency certificates, and the number of teachers that was/are permitted to teach classes without a certificate. We also focused on the relation between the number as the year and investigated the cause for permission and took into consideration the many opinions from high school teachers.

The purpose of this study is to develop photocatalytic paints for “clean interiors” to reduce the risk of infection in rooms. Three colors of photocatalytic paints based on TiO2 (white), Fe2O3 (red), and WO3 (yellow) were developed, and their bactericidal effects associated with visiblelight and ultraviolet-light irradiations were evaluated. We also held a successful “coloring workshop for students of kindergarten, elementary school, and university” and “demonstrations and lectures for university students” for the purpose of environmental education.

We researched the current problems regarding the education in high schools across Fukuoka. According to the research, we recognized the actual situation, and found many points of issue. We investigated the results and researched the problems to be solved to have the ideal future. According to the research, many teachers answered with concerns about club activities. They must act as an adviser for club activities despite the normal heavy workload they take on in school/classes. It keeps them tied down for long hours, not only times after school but also their lunch time and on holidays. We found out it was a too heavy of a burden for teachers. Many teachers answered opinions about Information and Communication Technology. In Japan, teachers was recommended to apply ICT in school. They have to use it, but electronic equipment for schools is running short. They use their own private electronic equipment to make up for the shortage. We investigated the result with the opinions from high school teachers.

Complete allele specific PCR was achieved by 2’-OMeRNA modified primer and HiDi DNA PolymeraseTM (myPOLS Biotec GmbH). PCR reactions with primers modified with 2’-OMeRNA at the third position from the 3’-end and a mutation point at the 3’-end showed complete discrimination of KRASwt(35G) and KRASG12D(35A). Namely, PCR with the primer POM3g which has 2’-OMeRNA at the third position from the 3’-end and normal G at the 3’-end amplified the KRASwt(35G) template with a Ct value of 25.05 ± 0.14, but did not amplify the mutant KRASG12D(35A) template at all. On the other hand, PCR with the primer POM3a which has 2’-OMeRNA at the third position from the 3’-end and normal A at the 3’-end amplified the KRASG12D(35A) template with a Ct value of 24.79 ± 0.07, but did not amplify the mutant KRASwt(35G) template at all. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first example of a complete allele specific PCR and promising for the application to the diagnostic panel for cancer.

At elementary and junior high schools in Japan, an increasing number of students need special needs education. However, at present, many teachers who teach special education do not have specialized knowledge and educational skills, and it is necessary to strengthen research on education corresponding to special education. Therefore, in this research, we will develop teaching materials and teaching materials for vocational learning at junior high schools of special needs schools, and propose wood processing classes incorporating universal design. The teaching materials and the development of the teaching materials are as follows. 1. Teaching materials that include four basic work processes: cutting, cutting parts, joining, and surface treatment. 2. The materials are processed so that all students can feel a sense of accomplishment. Use easy-to-use materials, 3. Materials that can be worked with hand tools in consideration of student safety, 4. We have established four policies regarding the use of jigs that enable accurate and safe work in the four basic work processes of cutting, cutting parts, joining, and surface treatment. As a result of the lesson training, it was shown that the developmental characteristics of woodworking work can be overcome by selecting appropriate materials and tools while utilizing jigs and providing appropriate support individually.

研究者が社会に対して，自らの研究内容や科学について説明する機会が増えており，科学技術コミュニケーションの重要性が指摘されている．自らが大学で行っている研究内容を分かりやすく社会へ伝える方法を身につけると同時に，アウトリーチ活動の経験を積むことを目的として，北海道大学Ambitious リーダー育成プログラム所属の博士後期課程学生⚕名による実験教室を企画実施したので，これを報告する．沖縄科学技術大学院大学（OIST）にて開催された2018 年度サイエンスフェスタに出展し，実際に大学で研究している紙デバイスを応用したpH 測定実験を行った．本報告を通して，大学で研究している内容や科学をわかりやすく伝える技術や安全性を考慮した実験設計の重要性を学び，また参加した125 名の小中学生を対象にアンケートを実施することで，普段科学技術コミュニケーションに親しみの無い大学院生が専門を活かしどの程度小中学生に科学に対する興味・関心をもってもらうことができるのかを示した．これらの結果および考察は，大学の学生や若手研究者がアウトリーチ活動をする際の一助となることが期待される．, The opportunity in which the researcher explains the research content and science to the society increases, and the importance of science and technology communication is indicated. For the purpose of acquiring a method to transmit the research work of the university to society in an easily comprehensible way, and to accumulate experience of outreach activity, an experimental classroom was planned and conducted by 5 doctoral students from the Hokkaido University Ambitious leader training program. It was exhibited in the 2018 Science Feste held in Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST), and a pH measurement experiment using the paper device studied in the university was carried out. Based on a questionnaire conducted with 125 elementary and junior high school students, this report shows that university students who are not familiar with science and technology communication usually utilize their specialty; it also shows how much interest for science can be generated in elementary and junior high school students by learning the importance of experiment design, considering technology and safety which transmits the contents of science studied in the university. These results and discussions are expected to help other young researchers, such as university students, in their outreach activities.

application/pdf, This paper analyzes the studies presented at the human-centered design research meetings held from 2009 to 2021.The number of the documents is 360 by 577 authors from 184 institutes. In 2019, the author became the board member of the human-centered development network（HCD-Net）, who was responsible for managing a research community in the HCD-Net. To make strategies for activating the research community, we conducted fundamental analyses of past research meetings’ presentations. In addition to the investigation results, several proposals to accelerate the research activities in the HCD-Net research community are discussed.

大学における日本語教育の役割の一つは学部留学生が専門教育を無理なく受講できるようにすることであり、日本語教育と専門教育をいかに橋渡しするかが検討課題となる。本稿では、日本語科目と専門科目をつなぐ橋渡し科目として開講された「留学生教養」の成果と課題を、受講生へのインタビュー調査を通して明らかにし、橋渡しプログラムに求められる役割について考察した。「留学生教養」については、専門科目の理解度の促進や受講生のモチベーション向上などに有効である一方、授業運営方法などの違いから、受講生が専門科目との間に難易度の乖離を感じていることが分かった。その上で、橋渡しプログラムの役割を、専門日本語教育と初年次教育の両立、講義理解力の養成、自律性の涵養という三つの観点から論じた。, One of the main goals of Japanese language education at universities is to enable international undergraduate students to take specialized courses without difficulty. Therefore, we need to examine how to bridge Japanese language courses and specialized courses. In this paper, we first clarify the effects and problems of the subject “Liberal Arts for International Students (LAIS), ” offered as a bridge between Japanese language courses and specialized courses, by examining the data from interviews with students. We then discuss what is required in the bridging program. LAIS was found to be effective in promoting understanding of specialized subjects and increasing students’ motivation; however, students found a discrepancy in difficulty between the LAIS and specialized subjects due to differences such as teaching methods. Based on these findings, we discuss the roles of the bridging program by focusing on the following three aspects: balancing specialized Japanese language education and first year experience, fostering lecture comprehension, and cultivating autonomy.

本稿では日本の製紙業に関する規模と範囲の経済性に従来用いられてきたトランスログ型費用関数をより一般化したコンポジット型費用関数を用いた推計を試みた。コンポジット型費用関数は、トランスログ型費用関数では許容できなかった産出がゼロであるデータを含む系列を推定することができる形式的利点がある。トランスログ型費用関数とコンポジット型費用関数の計測によって、製紙業における規模と範囲の経済性を比較検討した。, In this paper, I attempt to estimate economies of scale and scope for the paper industry in Japan using a composite cost function, which is a more generalized version of the translog cost function conventionally used. 本研究は事例研究で，新たなサステナブル素材であるザンビアのバナナの茎の繊維の製紙化の開発において，越前和紙の伝統技術が，製紙業界全体に寄与し，バナナペーパーの販売体制としての協議会がどの様にサステナブル・マーケティングを展開したかを事例を通じて検証した。企業での SDGs の取り組みにおける目標 9 番のイノベーションに着目し，関係するステークホルダーが社会や環境課題を犠牲にせず，各ステークホルダーの利益目的を乗り越えたことで，トレードオフの状態を解消してトレードオンに変化させた過程で，製品価値の向上のためにバナナペーパーに関する認証マークがどのように関与したかについて明らかにする。今後のサステナブル・マーケティング活動のブランド向上と認証制度の仕組みが関与していた事例を報告する。

本研究は、東京都内にあるA大学の音楽Ⅱにおける講義概要と学習目標の大きな柱になっているリズム活動に焦点をあて、活動を通して学生が何を習得し、何を問題として提示したかを振り返りシートによって確認し、学生の意識を調査した。振り返りシートからは、学生は興味関心をもって、楽しくリズム活動を行っていたことはもとより、活動の意義を考えながら活動に臨み、またそこでは保育者として現場に立つ自身の将来の姿を重ね合わせていたことがわかった。豊かな音楽的感性をもった保育者を育くむために、どのような授業展開が考えられるか、いくつかの方向性や具体案を検討することができた。

[要旨] 2016（平成28）年の教育職員免許法の改正及び、2017（平成29）年の教育職員免許法施行規則の改正に伴い、教職課程における必修科目として「総合的な学習の時間の指導法」が導入されることとなった。全国の大学の教職課程では、文部科学省が作成した教職課程コアカリキュラムに示された資質・能力の修得を目的としたカリキュラムを作成するよう求められ、それに沿った「総合的な学習の時間の指導法」が開講されている。本研究は、文部科学省の「総合的な学習の時間の指導法」に関する教育改革の流れを整理し、近畿大学生物理工学部における「総合的な学習の時間の指導法」の導入過程及び、「総合的な学習の時間の指導法」の授業実践と「総合的な学習の時間」に対する学生の反応からの問題点及び、今後のカリキュラム作りに関する課題を考察するものである。[英文抄録] With the revision of the Education Personnel License Law in 2016 and the revision of the Education Personnel License Law Enforcement Regulations in 2017, “Teaching Method on the Period for Integrated Studies” was introduced as a compulsory subject of the teaching profession course. Accredited universities nationwide offer “Teaching Method on the Period for Integrated Studies” as the core curriculum of the teaching profession. In this study, we first summarized the flow of educational reforms related to the “Teaching Method on the Period for Integrated Studies” by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Next, we considered the introduction process of “Teaching Method on the Period for Integrated Studies” in Kindai University Faculty of Biology-Oriented Science and Technology and the lesson practice of “Teaching Method on the Period for Integrated Studies”. Finally, we considered the problems that the educational field has regarding “the Period for Integrated Studies” and the requests and issues regarding “Teaching Method on the Period for Integrated Studies”.

[要旨] 機能性食品成分は, 標的分子を事前に予測することが困難であり, また複数の成分が異なる標的に作用する可能性があることから, 機能性発揮の分子機構を完全に解明することは困難である. そのため, 食品成分が細胞に与える影響を包括的にとらえる手法の開発が求められている. 本研究では, まず, 大腸菌由来リポ多糖 (LPS) で活性化したマクロファージ様Raw264.7 細胞を用いて, マンゴー葉のメタノール抽出物 (MLE) の抗炎症作用の詳細を解析した. さらに, 細胞内のタンパク質変動をSWATH質量分析法で解析することで, MLEの抗炎症作用の分子機構を解明できるか試みた. 1.0 ng/mL のLPS で活性化したRaw264.7 細胞にMLE を添加すると, 培養上清中のNO とIL-6 濃度はMLE 0.56 μg/mL で, TNFα 濃度は2.3 μg/mL で有意に減少し, 18 μg/mL でいずれの物質も検出限界以下にまで低下した. 同様に, iNOS の発現量はMLE 2.5 μg/mL で, TNFα, IL-6, IL-1β の発現量は10 μg/mL で有意に減少し, 40 μg/mLで, いずれの遺伝子の発現量もLPS 未処理のレベルにまで低下した. 順相クロマトグラフィーでMLE を分画したところ, NO 産生抑制作用は濃縮されず, 全ての画分に弱い作用が確認された. ここから, MLE 中の複数の成分が複数の受容体に作用することで, 協奏的に強い抗炎症作用を呈すると考えられた. SWATH 質量分析法で得たタンパク質定量データを主成分判別分析 (PC-DA) にかけると, 未処理の細胞 (LPS-群), 10 ng/mLのLPSで刺激した細胞 (LPS+群), LPS に加えて, 10 μg/mL のMLE で処理した細胞 (MLE 群) の3 群に明確に分離され, それぞれ特徴的なタンパク質プロファイルを有していることが示された. その中でも, 細胞の恒常性を保ち, 炎症を収束へと導くAnnexinA1 やAnnexin A2 がMLE 群で増加していた. また, LPS-activated MAPK signaling 経路に関連する因子に注目すると,LPS+群に比べて, MLE 群では, 抗炎症に関わるSQSTM1 が増加し, 経路の中心因子であるp38MAPK や, ERK1/2 が減少していた. これらの因子がMLE の抗炎症作用と関わっていると考えられた.[Abstract] It is often difficult to fully elucidate the molecular mechanism of functional foods, since foods generally contain multiple functional substances, which may act on different targets. Therefore, there is a need to develop a method that comprehensively captures the effects of food ingredients on cells. In this study, we first analyzed the details of the anti-inflammatory effect of mango leaf ethanol extract (MLE) using macrophage-like Raw264.7 cells activated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Secondary, we attempted to elucidate the molecular mechanism of the anti-inflammatory effect of MLE by analyzing intracellular protein fluctuations by SWATH mass analysis. Addition of MLE to Raw264.7 cells activated with 1.0 ng/mL LPS significantly reduced the concentrations of NO and IL-6 in the culture supernatant at 0.56 μg/mL, and that of TNFα at 2.3 μg/mL. All of them decreased to below the detection limit at 18 μg/mL of MLE. Similarly, the expression level of iNOS was significantly reduced at 2.5 μg/mL of MLE, and that of TNFα, IL-6, and IL-1β was at 10 μg/mL. At 40 μg/mL of MLE, the expression level of all genes was reduced to the level of LPS-untreated cells. When MLE was fractionated by normal phase chromatography, the NO production inhibitory effect was not concentrated, and weak effects were detected on all fractions. This indicated that multiple components in MLE may act on multiple receptors to exert a strong anti-inflammatory effect. When the quantitative data obtained by SWATH-MS was analyzed by PC-DA, it was clearly distinguished into three groups, untreated cells (LPS -), those treated with 10 ng/mL LPS (LPS+), and those treated with LPS and 10 μg/mL MLE (MLE), indicating that the three groups possess distinctive proteome profiles. Among them, Annexin A1 and Annexin A2, which have been reported to maintain cell homeostasis and contribute to the termination of inflammation, were increased in the MLE group. Focusing on the factors related to the LPS-activated MAPK signaling pathway, SQSTM1 involved in anti-inflammation increased, and p38MAPK and ERK1/2, which are the central factors of the pathway, decreased. These factors were thought to be involved in the anti-inflammatory effec of MLE.

本稿では，JIS 内容を比較項目とし，未検討であるりんご剪定枝およびさくら剪定枝パルプを抄紙機にて作製した紙の物性を比較し，両パルプの一般的な紙等への利用の可能性を評価した。その結果，繊維長は，りんご剪定枝パルプが 0 . 80 mm であったのに対して，さくら剪定枝は 0 . 58 mm であった。坪量は，りんご剪定枝紙が 196 . 9 g/m 2 であったのに対して，さくら剪定枝紙は 79 . 6 g/m 2 であった。また，引張強さはりんご剪定枝紙が7. 4 kN/m であったが，さくら剪定枝が 3 . 2 kN/m との値を示すことが分かった。更に，色差において，L 値およびｂ値はりんご剪定枝，a 値はさくら剪定枝の方が高いことが分かった。

本稿では，１）りんご剪定枝パルプおよび楮パルプを異なる率で混合し，手すきで作製した紙の物性，２）りんご剪定枝パルプを手すきおよび抄紙機を用いて作製した紙の物性を比較し，りんご剪定枝パルプの一般的な紙等への利用の可能性を評価した。その結果，繊維長は広葉樹であるポプラのパルプと同等であることが分かった。密度は手すきが 0 . 25～0. 31 g/cm 3 の範囲にあったのに対して，抄紙機を用いて作製した紙は，手すきと比較して 2 . 1倍大きかった。引張強さは楮パルプの混合率０％の紙と他との間に差があったが，その他の間では差がなかった。また抄紙機を用いて作製した紙は，手すきと比較して 13 . 8 倍大きかった。

本研究は運動部に所属する女子大学生の健康講座受講後のリアクションペーパーから女性アスリート支援に向けた今後の課題を明らかにすることを目的とする．女性アスリートに多い健康問題として女性アスリートの三主徴が明らかとなっている．本学では運動部の活動が盛んであり，女子大学生への健康支援を看護学科母性看護学領域の教員が行うこととなった．その一環として健康講座を開催し，受講後のリアクションペーパーを分析した結果，【女性としての自己の身体の理解】【月経痛への具体的な対処方法の活用】【相談窓口の認知による安心感】【今後に向けた自己の取り組み】というテーマが導き出され，女性アスリート支援に向けた今後の課題が明らかになった．

本研究の目的は、中級レベルの学習者がやさしい日本語のニュース聴解ができるようになるために必要な語彙は何かを知ることである。そのため、学習者自身が選んだニュース３年分の語彙を対象に調査を行い、計量テキスト分析を行った。その結果、掲載年と分野に共通な語と特徴語からなるネットワークが明らかになった。また、ニュース冒頭の「背景」＋「リード文」から語彙リストを作成した。その結果、幅広く話題のキーワードを含むリストができた。, This study explores the vocabulary that is necessary for intermediate-level learners to listen to news in easy Japanese. We conducted a survey of the vocabulary of three years of news selected by learners themselves and conducted a quantitative text analysis. A network consisting of words common to the year and field in question and feature words was revealed. In addition, a vocabulary list was created from the "background" and the "lead sentence" at the beginning of the news. Consequently, a list containing a wide range of topical keywords was created.

本研究では、ある高校の外国人高校生向けの日本語指導を担当した４名の講師の授業引継ぎ記録の分析を通して、その書き方の特徴を示し、その特徴が他講師との引継ぎ経験を経てどう変化するかを明らかにした。分析の結果、紙面１枚で報告する生徒数と教授内容の書き方に特徴が見られた。また、記述内容の分析から、「教授方法重視型」と「生徒情報重視型」という２つのパターンに分けられることがわかった。そして、それぞれの講師の記録スタイルは時間を経ても大きな変化が見られなかった。このような特徴とアンケート等で得た現場の講師の声を踏まえ、新しい授業引継ぎ記録の形式を提案した。, The purpose of this study is to analyze the teaching records kept by in￢structors who taught Japanese to international senior high school students in order to identify the instructors’ reporting styles and how their styles changed after they experienced an exchange of teaching records with their colleagues. The results show that (1) there are two styles of reporting: “teaching method oriented” and “student information oriented”, and (2) each instructor’s recording style does not change sig￢nificantly over time. Based on these findings and the results of a questionnaire to the instructors, a new record-keeping format is proposed.

運動イメージには，一人称イメージと三人称イメージがある．実際の治療場面では，鏡に映っ た被験者自身や隣坐する療法士または被験者自身の足を見つつ治療を行う場合が多い．我々の研究では，被験者自身の右下肢の三人称イメージ映像に合わせて右下肢の模倣運動を行った場合，被験者自身の右下肢の一人称イメージ映像に合わせて右下肢の模倣運動を行った場合と比較して，右の舌状回が賦活した．今回，左右の被験者自身の一人称イメージ映像と三人称イメージ映像を組み合わせ舌状回の左右差に着目し検討を行った．結果，被験者自身の右下肢の三人称映像の模倣運動の場合に特異的に右舌状回が賦活する傾向を認めた．右舌状回は自己の右下肢三人称映像に反応する特有の部位と考える．
