With the rapid development of agricultural economy, people are paying more and more attention to how to apply high-efficiency technologies that save resources to improve agricultural production efficiency, so water-saving irrigation technology has gradually developed. China's agricultural irrigation technology is relatively backward. In addition to the inappropriate irrigation methods and irrigation systems, problems such as siltation, seepage, and frost heave damage in irrigation canals have seriously affected the durability and service life of the canals. The backward irrigation technology seriously restricts the development of agricultural water-saving irrigation. Compared with large irrigation channels, the fabricated reinforced concrete small irrigation channels studied in this paper are less prone to frost heave damage and infiltration problems, and have the advantages of standardized production, simple transportation and installation, and convenient maintenance. In order to study the durability issues such as the basic characteristics, frost heave damage, and service life of fabricated irrigation channels, this paper takes the channel concrete and the formed channel as the research objects, and discusses the research on the properties of the channel concrete through theoretical research, numerical analysis, experiments, and other methods. Strength properties, water penetration resistance, cyanide ion penetration resistance and frost resistance; simulate the seasonal frost heave failure process of the channel; finally, on the basis of the test data, the service life aims to explore the safety and applicability of the fabricated reinforced concrete irrigation channel during the design use period. Agriculture is particularly essential in the equilibrium between man and nature because of its intimate contact with nature. So the cornerstone for the sustainable development of the human economy and society is the sustainable development of agriculture. When it comes to global trade, agricultural trade has always been in a very special position. The basic situation of agriculture involves food safety, environmental protection, Chinese politics, and many other issues. In order to overcome the problems of overlapping, repetitive, and too many indicators in the evaluation method of agricultural environmental sustainable development and unfavorable for practical operation, this paper proposes an ecological footprint model based on emergy. The model can effectively evaluate the ability of sustainable development of agricultural environment and solve the problem that traditional evaluation methods cannot comprehensively evaluate. This makes agricultural development sustainable and is conducive to the liberalization of international agricultural trade. The experimental results of this paper show that from 2014 to 2018, the degree of damage to the agricultural environment has increased from 21% to 45%, which has led to a decline in the quality of agricultural products, and the output and sales are not as good as before. It can be seen that only by ensuring the sustainable development of the agricultural environment can we ensure the smooth progress of the international agricultural trade liberalization and make China's economy flourish. The application of fertilizers can increase the yield of crops. Nano-fertilizer is a nano-organic fertilizer, which is an organic fertilizer with very fine particles. The effect of chemical fertilizers is better than that of general chemical fertilizers, which can effectively improve soil organic matter and is beneficial to the growth of crops. Organic fertilizers mainly refer to commercial organic fertilizers produced by high-temperature composting and fermentation of organic solid wastes such as livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, etc., eliminating toxic and harmful substances and being rich in nutrients including organic acids and peptides. Low-carbon economy refers to an economic model that uses various means to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve good ecological operations under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development. This paper aims to study the application of nano-enhanced fertilizers in the development of agricultural low-carbon economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. In today's low-carbon economy, the combination of nano-efficiency fertilizers and agricultural production is conducive to improving the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers and reducing carbon emissions. This paper analyzes the carbon sink capacity of farmland ecosystems and the elements affecting the growth of LCA. This provides a basis for the exploration of farmland ecosystems. It expounds the relevant concepts of low-carbon economy and briefly discusses the agricultural carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The experimental results in this paper show that the enteric fermentation of dairy cows will produce 60 kg of methane and 15 kg of feces. Sheep enteric fermentation produces 4 kg of methane and fecal emissions of 0.13 kg. According to the data, the carbon emission of dairy cows is much greater than that of sheep. International environmental law is the basic charter for dealing with international environmental issues, and it plays an important role in international environmental governance. In recent years, China's economy has achieved great development, but environmental problems are also very prominent. International environmental law provides a basic reference for China's environmental governance, but it also brings challenges to the development of China's environmental productivity to a certain extent. At the same time, due to the unique dominant position of international environmental law, it has played a certain restrictive role in the development of China's environmental productivity. Based on this, in order to promote the sustainable development of China's economy, this paper took China's industrial and agricultural development as the research object. This paper has conducted research on China's industrial and agricultural environmental productivity, aiming to explore the role of international environmental law in China's environmental productivity. The article first analyzed the limitation of international environmental law on China's environmental productivity, and then on this basis, the article conducted a numerical simulation of China's industrial and agricultural environmental productivity. Finally, starting from the actual development situation, the paper aimed to find out the numerical deviation of China's environmental productivity changes through quantitative analysis. In the course of the research on environmental productivity development, the article found a strong correlation between environmental productivity and international environmental law in China. The correlation between environmental productivity and international environmental law reaches 59.93% in South China and 61.02% in North China. Also, after a series of comparative analyses, the article finds that changes in climate characteristics can exacerbate the regulation of China by international environmental law and seriously affect China's economic development. In this case, China's economy declined by 2.6% year-on-year, which further pushed China to practice sustainable development strategies. With the development of the market economy, agricultural trade has become more and more significant for the development of the agricultural economy, which has triggered people's further thinking and exploration on the impact of agricultural trade on agricultural carbon emissions. This paper takes the measurement of trade implied carbon as the carbon dioxide emission index under the impact of agricultural trade and analyzes the impact of trade implied carbon and implied carbon balance on carbon emission. Taking the impact of Sino-US agricultural trade as an empirical background, this paper measures the impact of environmental changes in agricultural trade opening on China's agricultural development and its carbon emissions, so as to predict changes in China's regional agricultural carbon emissions performance. After calculation, it is found that the scale of China's exports has decreased by 0.089%, which is lower than the decline of 0.361% in the United States. The trade conflict has a significant impact on China's import and export structure. Under the scenario of mutual tariffs on agricultural products, China's exports to the United States are expected to decrease by 6.28%, while China's imports from the United States decreased by 13.02%. The Sino-US agricultural trade dispute will reduce China's carbon emissions by 0.013% and the United States' carbon emissions by 0.024%, which is related to the negative impact on the economy. The development of geographically indicative (GI) agricultural products can effectively promote the development of local rural residents' per capita net income (PCNI) and the gross output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery (GOV-AFAHF). This paper takes agricultural products with geographical indications in Anhui Province as the object of study and uses numerical analysis to analyze their application, geographical distribution, and various distribution in detail. By comparing it with the central region, this paper conducts an empirical study on its impact on agricultural economic development, analyzes its related variables and data, draws its effect on farmers' PCNI, and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures. In order to make the agricultural products with GI in Anhui Province develop better, according to the results of comparative analysis and empirical analysis, it puts forward suggestions for regulating the development of management industry associations, implementing the regional branding strategy of GI agricultural products, and increasing the construction of rural infrastructure. In addition, the experiment shows that under the condition of controlling other influencing factors unchanged, for every 1% increase in GI agricultural products, the average increase of PCNI of rural residents is 0.08%, which further confirms the conclusion that GI agricultural products can promote the development of GOV-AFAHF. Agricultural sustainable development is one of the themes of human and nature harmonious coexistence. Adjusting and optimizing agricultural structure are an important direction to improve the level of agricultural sustainable development. In this paper, related research status of the sustainable development of agriculture is analyzed; it shows that there is lack of scientific theories guidance for agricultural sustainable development. In order to optimize sustainable development of agriculture industry structure, the guidance theory of and its optimization are studied. Based on multiobjective optimization theory, several key factors that affect agricultural sustainable development and the main target indexes of agricultural sustainable development are analyzed, the mathematical model of the evaluation of the sustainable development of agriculture is established, and the solution to optimize the multiobjective model is studied. Finally, the agricultural industry sustainable development in a certain area is taken as the research object in this paper; the mathematical model and solving method of agricultural sustainable development evaluation are studied; it provides a guidance to optimize the regional agricultural industrial structure and improve the quality of agricultural sustainable development. China is a large agricultural country. With the development of industrial production, mechanized harvesting has become an inevitable development trend of agricultural material harvesting. In this paper, based on the latest technology of polycrystalline ferroelectric composite materials in the design of the shovel frame of the harvester's vibrating excavating shovel, the relevant theories of the polycrystalline ferroelectric composite material and the shovel frame of the harvester's vibrating excavating shovel are based on the literature. This paper studies the general architecture and key technologies of the Agricultural Internet of Things and summarizes the latest progress of the Internet of Things system model. On this basis, a general system architecture model suitable for the Agricultural Internet of Things is initially established, and the key technologies of the Agricultural Internet of Things are expounded to provide a reference for the in-depth application and development of the Agricultural Internet of Things. Aiming at the problem that the energy consumption of each node in the network is uneven in the process of monitoring agricultural production environment by wireless sensor network, which leads to the failure of some nodes in the network too fast, an event-driven wireless routing algorithm for agricultural production environment monitoring is proposed. By reducing the number of pieces of control information sent in the cluster, the algorithm selects the next hop forwarding node from candidate nodes according to the forwarding cost function to shorten the data transmission distance, reduce energy consumption, and improve the life cycle of the entire network. The experimental results show that the algorithm in this paper effectively avoids the waste of node energy consumption caused by the active transmission mode and at the same time better balances the overall energy consumption of the network and prolongs the life cycle of the network. With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production, the rapid growth of population, and the acceleration of urbanization, the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious. Water shortages and pollution disrupt the balance of ecosystems and seriously limit people's health and rapid economic development. Nowadays, the method of repairing sewage bodies using microbial landscape aquatic plants is attracting more and more attention, and it is a big challenge to maintain the sustainable development of human beings and nature. This paper uses floating rafts to combine microorganisms and landscape aquatic plants to conduct sewage treatment experiments. According to microorganisms, landscape aquatic plants absorb nutrients in the water body, examine the changes in water quality during the restoration of microorganisms' landscape aquatic plants, and establish the growth of microorganisms' landscape aquatic plants. The relationship with changes in water quality aims to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of slow-flowing water bodies such as lakes, reservoirs, large artificial ponds, and rivers. In this paper, the experiments are divided into four groups (A (experimental sewage + microbial inoculant), B (experimental sewage + plant), C (experimental sewage + microbial inoculant + plant), and D (experimental sewage)). Agricultural modernization has gradually become the direction of future agricultural development. With the improvement of the technical capacity of the Internet of things, a new agricultural development model, namely, intelligent agriculture, has gradually emerged. It can not only improve the production efficiency of agriculture but also improve the efficiency of resource utilization. The main work of the software design of the terminal node is the IoT network connection, the sensor work acquisition, and the packaging of the collected data for transmission and acceptance control to fundamentally alleviate the pressure on food security and ensure the sustainable development of China's agriculture. The experiment demonstrates that the curve temperature cycle of the agricultural greenhouse monitored by the system in this paper is normal, and the maximum temperature has been constant under different time cycles. The development of agricultural products e-commerce (APEC) plays an important role in the smooth progress of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of APEC through literature induction, including rural residents, infrastructure conditions, policy support, the quality of APEC platform, operation effect, and social effect. Then, we use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the index weight and take Shanxi Province of China as the research object to evaluate and analyze the development level of APEC. The evaluation results show that the overall development of APEC in Shanxi Province is at a general level. In recent years, increasing pollution of the ecological environment, excessive use of pesticides, and lack of effective management of agricultural product supply chains have made the problem of having a green and safe supply of fresh food increasingly prominent. The sustainability of the fresh agricultural products supply has become an inevitable focus in the development of agricultural enterprises. There are some problems in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products, such as scattered production sites and difficult logistics transportation, which makes it difficult for enterprises to choose reliable suppliers. Supplier selection is a key component of sustainable supply chain management, and the criteria for evaluating the quality of sustainable suppliers are often affected by economic, social, and environmental factors. Therefore, from the perspective of sustainability, based on triple bottom line theory and comprehensively considering the three aspects of society, environment, and economy, this paper proposes a novel evaluation index system for the selection of sustainable suppliers of fresh agricultural products. This paper innovatively integrates the intuition fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multiple attribute decision-making), and these are applied to select sustainable suppliers. Identifying crop disease fast, intelligently and accurately, plays a vital role in agricultural informatization development, while existing methods are almost performed manually, which depends on expert experience, and thus the identifying result is inevitably influenced by personal preferences. To address these issues, an improved crop disease identification method based on convolutional neural network is proposed to process images of crops for identifying diseases. Firstly, the original crop images were cut and normalized, and the irrelevant noises were removed by image data enhancement to improve the generalization ability and recognition accuracy of the training network. Then a neural network with nine convolutional layers is built to work on crop images, the first stage of training loads data samples, and divide the training set and verification set, and then set the learning rate, image intensifier, and optimizer and compile the training convolution model. Finally, it saves the loss and accuracy data during the training process and evaluates the accuracy of the model. In order to improve the training learning rate, Adam optimizer combining momentum algorithm and RMSprop algorithm is used to dynamically adjust the learning rate; the combination of the two algorithms makes the loss function converge to the lowest point faster. Then the feature map after each convolution is obtained by using transferred revolution, and the model is adjusted according to the feature map to further improve the effect of model recognition. Finally, validations were carried out by PlantVillage dataset, which consists of images of about 38 kinds of crops. The experiment result shows that the validation accuracy and the test accuracy are 95.7% and 94.3%, respectively; in addition, the recognition accuracy of apple, corn, grape, and other single classes is about 97%, which proves that the convolutional neural network in this paper has faster training speed and higher accuracy. Based on the Malmquist-DEA Modeling and drawing on the data from 12 cities in Hubei, a central province of China, this paper measures the total factor productivity (TFP) of agricultural management as well as technological change (TC) and technical efficiency change (EC). The Cobb–Douglas (C-D) production function is adopted to empirically estimate the impacts of TFP and its constituent elements on the agricultural management and economic growth comprehensively and further study the effects on different regions in Hubei. The results demonstrate that TC grows at an annual average rate of 6.7% and drives agricultural TFP growth in Hubei. The decline in scale efficiency accounts for the drop of 1.1% of EC. The agricultural TFP growth rates among different regions vary remarkably but overall have a positive and significant effect on agricultural output. The research sheds light on the analysis of agricultural development of Hubei according to the findings based on Malmquist-DEA Modeling and provides practical implications for the future management. The agricultural mechanization development can promote the high-quality development of agriculture, but the agriculture which faces the huge environmental pressure also needs to transform to the green sustainable development. Based on agricultural panel data of 30 provinces in China from the year 2008 to 2017, this paper measures the level of agricultural green transformation using the Malmquist–Luenberger (ML) index. Furthermore, the spatial panel econometric model is used to empirically investigate the impact of agricultural mechanization development on this green transformation. It concludes that the agricultural green transformation in western China shows an upward trend in fluctuations, with its overall transformation level still lower than the national average level. Besides, the agricultural mechanization operation level in the western region has a positive role in promoting the green transformation of agriculture, while the agricultural mechanization equipment level shows the opposite force. Compared with southwest China, the agricultural mechanization operation level in northwest China has a more positive impact. The improvement of farmers' income and agricultural technology has positive impacts on agriculture green transformation in the whole western region, while agricultural human capital shows an opposite impact on the northwest and southwest. The purpose of the study is to justify the use of the universal scenario method of strategic planning and forecasting the development of the agroindustrial complex of the regional rural economy. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the application of a set of theoretical and methodological provisions for scenario planning and forecasting the development of agriculture in the regions, taking into account the assessment of their existing potential and constructing a territorial planning scheme for the priority of participation in the implementation of strategic directions of rural development in agricultural production. The paper presents a territorial model of the priority of participation of the municipal regions of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the implementation of strategic areas in the areas of development of production of grain crops, sugar beet, and oilseeds. The developed scenario method, reflecting the qualitatively heterogeneous directions of the development of enterprises, is formed taking into account the achievement of the strategic goal and potential opportunities of rural areas. This allows determining strategic decisions for the further development of rural areas and integrating them into a uniform industry development strategy. The developed approach is recommended to be used as a guideline in the development of long-term programs for the development of the crop production industry, as well as for adjusting the activities of ongoing programs. Risk assessment of drought disaster is necessary for the sustained agriculture development under the background of global climate change, and, meanwhile, it is an urgent scientific issue needed to be solved in agricultural risk assessment discipline. In this paper, collecting the areas covered by drought disasters, areas affected by drought disasters, areas with no harvest by drought disasters, areas planted, and yield per unit area data, agricultural drought disasters losses of the southern five provinces in China were calculated. The best probability density function was obtained according to the goodness of fit test results. Then, the value at risk (VaR) from financial market risk research method was used to the effective measure of agricultural drought risk. The results show that, in southern five provinces of our research region, risk of agricultural drought disaster in Yunnan and Guizhou is greater than other three provinces. In the scenario of 50 years and 100 years for a return, the crop loss caused by drought will reach 13.6% and 17.4% in Yunnan province, and the crop loss will be more serious in Guizhou province and be up to 15.3% and 18.1%.
