In industry, the task of defect classification and defect localization is an important part of defect detection system. However, existing studies only focus on one task and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of both tasks. This paper proposes a defect detection system based on improved Yolo_v4, which greatly improves the detection ability of minor defects. For K_Means algorithm clustering prianchors question with strong subjectivity, the paper proposes the Density Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) algorithm to determine the number of Anchors. To solve the problem of low detection rate of small targets caused by insufficient reuse rate of low-level features in CSPDarknet53 feature extraction network, this paper proposes an ECA-DenseNet-BC-121 feature extraction network to improve it. And the Dual Channel Feature Enhancement (DCFE) module is proposed to improve the local information loss and gradient propagation obstruction caused by quad chain convolution in PANet networks to improve the robustness of the model. The experimental results on the fabric surface defect detection datasets show that the mAP of the improved Yolo_v4 is 98.97%, which is 7.67% higher than SSD, 3.75% higher than Faster_RCNN, 10.82% higher than Yolo_v4 tiny, and 5.35% higher than Yolo_v4, and the detection speed reaches 39.4 fps. It is difficult to visually detect internal defects in a large transformer with a metal closure. For convenient internal inspection, a micro-robot was adopted, and an inspection method based on an image-enhancement algorithm and an improved deep-learning network was proposed in this paper. Considering the dim environment inside the transformer and the problems of irregular imaging distance and fluctuating supplementary light conditions during image acquisition with the internal-inspection robot, an improved MSRCR algorithm for image enhancement was proposed. It could analyze the local contrast of the image and enhance the details on multiple scales. At the same time, a white-balance algorithm was introduced to enhance the contrast and brightness and solve the problems of overexposure and color distortion. To improve the target recognition performance of complex carbon-trace defects, the SimAM mechanism was incorporated into the Backbone network of the YOLOv8 model to enhance the extraction of carbon-trace features. Meanwhile, the DyHead dynamic detection Head framework was constructed at the output of the YOLOv8 model to improve the perception of local carbon traces with different sizes. To improve the defect target recognition speed of the transformer-inspection robot, a pruning operation was carried out on the YOLOv8 model to remove redundant parameters, realize model lightness, and improve detection efficiency. To verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm, the detection model was trained and validated with the carbon-trace dataset. The results showed that the MSH-YOLOv8 algorithm achieved an accuracy of 91.80%, which was 3.4 percentage points higher compared to the original YOLOv8 algorithm, and had a significant advantage over other mainstream target-detection algorithms. Meanwhile, the FPS of the proposed algorithm was up to 99.2, indicating that the model computation and model complexity were successfully reduced, which meets the requirements for engineering applications of the transformer internal-inspection robot. Chip pad inspection is of great practical importance for chip alignment inspection and correction. It is one of the key technologies for automated chip inspection in semiconductor manufacturing. When applying deep learning methods for chip pad inspection, the main problem to be solved is how to ensure the accuracy of small target pad detection and, at the same time, achieve a lightweight inspection model. The attention mechanism is widely used to improve the accuracy of small target detection by finding the attention region of the network. However, conventional attention mechanisms capture feature information locally, which makes it difficult to effectively improve the detection efficiency of small targets from complex backgrounds in target detection tasks. In this paper, an OCAM (Object Convolution Attention Module) attention module is proposed to build long-range dependencies between channel features and position features by constructing feature contextual relationships to enhance the correlation between features. By adding the OCAM attention module to the feature extraction layer of the YOLOv5 network, the detection performance of chip pads is effectively improved. In addition, a design guideline for the attention layer is proposed in the paper. The attention layer is adjusted by network scaling to avoid network characterization bottlenecks, balance network parameters, and network detection performance, and reduce the hardware device requirements for the improved YOLOv5 network in practical scenarios. With the wave of artificial intelligence and deep learning sweeping the world, there are many algorithms based on deep learning for image defog research. However, there is still serious color distortion, contrast reduction, incomplete fog removal, and other problems. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an improved image defogging network based on the traditional cycle-consistent adversarial network. We add the self-attention module and atrous convolution multi-scale feature fusion module on the basis of the traditional CycleGAN network to enhance the feature extraction capability of the network. The perceptual loss function is introduced into the loss function of the model to enhance the texture sense of the generated image. Finally, by comparing several typical defogging algorithms, the superiority of the defogging model proposed in this paper is proved qualitatively and quantitatively. Among them, on the indoor synthetic data set, the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Structural Similarity Index Measurement (SSIM) of the network designed by us can reach 23.22 and 0.8809, respectively. On the outdoor synthetic data set, the PSNR and SSIM of our designed network can be as high as 25.72 and 0.8859, respectively. On the real data set, the PSNR and SSIM of our designed network can reach 21.02 and 0.8166, respectively. In the foggy environment, the images collected outdoors are prone to problems, such as low contrast and loss of details. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes an algorithm based on multiscale parallel-depth separable convolutional neural network (MSP-DSCNN) to remove fog from foggy images and improve image quality. The multiscale feature extraction module extracts texture feature details from fog images at different scales and extracts high-dimensional and low-dimensional features from fog images by using parallel depth and shallow channels. In order to further optimize the network model, a split convolution method is proposed, which can split the feature graph into two categories, one is the main feature and the other is the secondary feature. The key information is extracted from the main features with high complexity, and the compensation information is extracted from the minor features with low complexity. Experiments show that compared with other algorithms, the model constructed in this paper has obvious advantages in defogging effect, natural color of restored images, good detail retention, and dominant indicators. In this paper, we propose a wildlife detection algorithm based on improved YOLOv5s by combining six real wildlife images of different sizes and forms as datasets. Firstly, we use the RepVGG model to simplify the network structure that integrates the ideas of VGG and ResNet. This RepVGG introduces a structural reparameterization approach to ensure model flexibility while reducing the computational effort. This not only enhances the ability of model feature extraction but also speeds up the model computation, further improving the model's real-time performance. Secondly, we use the sliding window method of the Swin Transformer module to divide the feature map to speed up the convergence of the model and improve the real-time performance of the model. Then, it introduces the C3TR module to segment the feature map, expand the perceptual field of the feature map, solve the problem of backpropagation gradient disappearance and gradient explosion, and enhance the feature extraction and feature fusion ability of the model. Finally, the model is improved by using SimOTA, a positive and negative sample matching strategy, by introducing the cost matrix to obtain the highest accuracy with the minimum cost. The experimental results show that the improved YOLOv5s algorithm proposed in this paper improves mAP by 3.2% and FPS by 11.9 compared with the original YOLOv5s algorithm. In addition, the detection accuracy and detection speed of the improved YOLOv5s model in this paper have obvious advantages in terms of the detection effects of other common target detection algorithms on the animal dataset in this paper, which proves that the improved effectiveness and superiority of the improved YOLOv5s target detection algorithm in animal target detection. The advancement in technology is taking place with an accelerating pace across the globe. With the increasing expansion and technological advancement, a vast volume of text data are generated everyday, in the form of social media platform, websites, company data, healthcare data, and news. Indeed, it is a difficult task to extract intriguing patterns from the text data, such as opinions, summaries, and facts, having varying length. Because of the problems of the length of text data and the difficulty of feature value extraction in news, this paper proposes a news text classification method based on the combination of deep learning (DL) algorithms. In order to classify the text data, the earlier approaches use a single word vector to express text information and only the information of the relationship between words were considered, but the relationship between words and categories was ignored which indeed is an important factor for the classification of news text. This paper follows the idea of a customized algorithm which is the combination of DL algorithms such as CNN, LSTM, and MLP and proposes a customized DCLSTM-MLP model for the classification of news text data. The proposed model is expressed in parallel with word vector and word dispersion. The relationship among words is represented by the word vector as an input of the CNN module, and the relationship between words and categories is represented by a discrete vector as an input of the MLP module in order to realize comprehensive learning of spatial feature information, time-series feature information, and relationship between words and categories of news text. To check the stability and performance of the proposed method, multiple experiments were performed. The experimental results showed that the proposed method solves the problems of text length, difficulty of feature extraction in the news text, and classification of news text in an effective way and attained better accuracy, recall rate, and comprehensive value as compared to the other models. With the advancement of computer performance, deep learning is playing a vital role on hardware platforms. Indoor scene segmentation is a challenging deep learning task because indoor objects tend to obscure each other, and the dense layout increases the difficulty of segmentation. Still, current networks pursue accuracy improvement, sacrifice speed, and augment memory resource usage. To solve this problem, achieve a compromise between accuracy, speed, and model size. This paper proposes Multichannel Fusion Network (MFNet) for indoor scene segmentation, which mainly consists of Dense Residual Module(DRM) and Multi-scale Feature Extraction Module(MFEM). MFEM uses depthwise separable convolution to cut the number of parameters, matches different sizes of convolution kernels and dilation rates to achieve optimal receptive field; DRM fuses feature maps at several levels of resolution to optimize segmentation details. Experimental results on the NYU V2 dataset show that the proposed method achieves very competitive results compared with other advanced algorithms, with a segmentation speed of 38.47 fps, nearly twice that of Deeplab v3+, but only 1/5 of the number of parameters of Deeplab v3 +. There are few studies for the classification detection and dynamic multitarget detection of the targets in front of vehicles. In order to solve this problem, a dynamic multitarget detection algorithm is proposed. First, a dynamic multitarget detection with displacement at any time is suggested; secondly, a multitarget detection algorithm based on improved You Only Look Once version 3 (YOLOv3) is proposed for the detection of multitarget high probability risk events in front of the vehicle. The YOLOv3 algorithm model is a lightweight backbone network that uses embedded real-time detection technologies. In this paper, we use a lightweight Mobilenetv2 to replace Darknet-53 for feature extraction. Moreover, an optimizer is used for multiobjective feature extraction, group normalization, and multiobjective feature extraction. The results show that in comparison with the original YOLOv3 algorithm, the detection leakage rate of the improved YOLOv3 multitarget detection algorithm is less than 5%, and the amount of model parameters in this paper is reduced by 95% as compared to the traditional data and CPU intertime is reduced to 78%. With the continuous progress of society, dance art has gradually entered the lives of ordinary people, and people's appreciation level and artistic attention have gradually improved. How to improve the level of dance art has become an urgent problem to be resolved. In order to solve the problems encountered in dance tumbling pose recognition, this paper proposes a dance tumbling pose recognition model based on multifeature fusion algorithm. According to the characteristics of dance movements, an effective feature extraction method is studied. By combining the key information of bones, the fusion features of the relative position of human joints, the angle of joints, and the ratio of limb length are selected to classify the movements in the dance scene. Through the residual block automatic motion detection method, a multifeature fusion module is used to fuse multiple features, so as to improve the estimation of complex pose by the algorithm and finally complete the dance action identify. The test and analysis results on the data set show that the algorithm can identify the dance somersault pose and can effectively improve the accuracy of dance movement recognition, with strong recognition performance. This article analyzes the method of reading data from inertial sensors. We introduce how to create a 3D scene and a 3D human body model and use inertial sensors to drive the 3D human body model. We capture the movement of the lower limbs of the human body when a small number of inertial sensor nodes are used. This paper introduces the idea of residual error into the deep LSTM network to solve the problem of gradient disappearance and gradient explosion. The main problem to be solved by wearable inertial sensor continuous human motion recognition is the modeling of time series. This paper chooses the LSTM network which can handle time series as well as the main frame. In order to reduce the gradient disappearance and gradient explosion problems in the deep LSTM network, the structure of the deep LSTM network is adjusted based on the residual learning idea. In this paper, a data acquisition method using a single inertial sensor fixed on the bottom of a badminton racket is proposed, and a window segmentation method based on the combination of sliding window and action window in real-time motion data stream is proposed. We performed feature extraction on the intercepted motion data and performed dimensionality reduction. An improved Deep Residual LSTM model is designed to identify six common swing movements. The first-level recognition algorithm uses the C4.5 decision tree algorithm to recognize the athlete's gripping style, and the second-level recognition algorithm uses the random forest algorithm to recognize the swing movement. In this paper, we propose an improved algorithm based on the active contour model Mumford-Shah model for CT images, which is the subject of this study. After analyzing the classical Mumford-Shah model and related improvement algorithms, we found that most of the improvement algorithms start from the initialization strategy of the model and the minimum value solution of the energy generalization function, so we will also improve the classical Mumford-Shah model from these two perspectives. For the initialization strategy of the Mumford-Shah model, we propose to first reduce the dimensionality of the image data by the PCA principal component analysis method, and for the reduced image feature vector, we use K -means, a general clustering method, as the initial position algorithm of the segmentation curve. For the image data that have completed the above two preprocessing processes, we then use the Mumford-Shah model for image segmentation. The Mumford-Shah curve evolution model solves the image segmentation by finding the minimum of the energy generalization of its model to obtain the optimal result of image segmentation, so for solving the minimum of the Mumford-Shah model, we first optimize the discrete problem of the energy generalization of the model by the convex relaxation technique and then use the Chambolle-Pock pairwise algorithm We then use the Chambolle-Pock dual algorithm to solve the optimization problem of the model after convex relaxation and finally obtain the image segmentation results. Finally, a comparison with the existing model through many numerical experiments shows that the model proposed in this paper calculates the texture image segmentation with high accuracy and good edge retention. Channel state information (CSI) provides a fine-grained description of the signal propagation process, which has attracted extensive attention in the field of indoor positioning. The CSI signals collected by different fingerprint points have a high degree of discrimination due to the influence of multi-path effects. This multi-path effect is reflected in the correlation between subcarriers and antennas. However, in mining such correlations, previous methods are difficult to aggregate non-adjacent features, resulting in insufficient multi-path information extraction. In addition, the existence of the multi-path effect makes the relationship between the original CSI signal and the distance not obvious, and it is easy to cause mismatching of long-distance points. Therefore, this paper proposes an indoor localization algorithm that combines the multi-head self-attention mechanism and effective CSI (MHSA-EC). This algorithm is used to solve the problem where it is difficult for traditional algorithms to effectively aggregate long-distance CSI features and mismatches of long-distance points. Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and slow detection rate of existing target detection algorithms for PCB defect detection, and too many parameters of algorithm model leading to the inability to deploy on mobile terminals, a PCB defect detection algorithm based on MSD-YOLOv5 is proposed. Firstly, to ensure both detection accuracy and speed while reducing the model's size,we combine the lightweight MobileNet-v3 network with the CSPDarknet53 network. Further,the attention mechanism is introduced to highlight the important feature channels and weaken the less useful ones, so as to improve the feature extraction ability of the network. Finally, the coupling detection head is replaced with a decoupling detection head, and the defect location information and category information on the PCB are extracted and learned respectively, which solves the problem of highly coupling of different information feature distributions and enhances the generalization ability of the model. We conduct experiments on a publicly available PCB defect dataset from Peking University using this algorithm. Aiming at the problems of low recognition accuracy and large calculation amount of age estimation, this paper proposes a staged single aggregation backbone network VoVNetv4. In order to improve the feature extraction ability of the network, the Regional One-Shot Aggregation (ROSA) module is proposed in the network for regional encapsulation of the feature module. The classifier adopts the COnsistent RAnk Logits (CORAL) framework, which can solve the problem of inconsistency of classifiers in ordered regression CNNs for multiple binary classification tasks. Face recognition technology has many usages in the real-world applications, and it has generated extensive interest in recent years. However, the amount of data in a digital image is growing explosively, taking up a lot of storage and transmission resources. There is a lot of redundancy in an image data representation. Thus, image compression has become a hot topic. The principal component analysis (PCA) can effectively remove the correlation of an image and condense the image information into a characteristic image with several main components. At the same time, it can restore different data images according to their principal components and meet the needs of image compression and reconstruction at diverse levels. This paper introduces an improved PCA algorithms. The covariance matrix, calculated according to a batch of training samples, is an approximation of the real covariance matrix. The matrix is relatively to the dimension of the covariance matrix, and the number of training samples is often too small. Therefore, it difficult to accurately obtain the covariance matrix. This improved PCA algorithm called 2DPCA can solve this problem effectively. By comparing it with several discrete PCA improvement algorithms, we show that the 2DPCA has a better dimensionality reduction effect. As a key environment perception technology of autonomous driving or driver assistance systems, lane detection is to ensure vehicles to drive safely in corresponding lane. However, existing lane detection algorithms for two-lane detection focus on using various filtering methods to reduce the impact of useless information, resulting in low accuracy and low efficiency. In this paper, a novel Adaptive Region of Interest (A-ROI) extraction method is proposed to improve the accuracy and real-time performance of the two-lane detection algorithm. Three key technologies are introduced to solve the problems. First, A-ROI, which only focuses on the lane where the vehicle is located, is applied to the Bird's-Eye-View image obtained by using Inverse Perspective Mapping (IPM). Next, based on Bayesian framework and Likelihood models, a lane feature extraction method with a lane-like feature filter is used for edge detection. Finally, an improved Random Sample Consensus (RANSAC) algorithm is introduced by using a filter that can remove noisy lane data. The performance of the proposed A-ROI method together with the improved lane detection method is evaluated via simulation of various scenarios. In order to solve the problem of plaintext data leakage, and to improve the diversity and security of biometric template, this paper proposes a high security BioHashing encrypted speech retrieval algorithm based on feature fusion, and introduces K-means-KNN fusion algorithm to classify. Firstly, the features of speech are extracted through FFT and IFFT. Secondly, the fused features are classified and a single mapping secret key is assigned to each class. The improved Marotto chaos measurement matrix is generated by the secret key, and the BioHashing sequences are generated by iterating the measurement matrix with the feature data. Then, the speech clips are classified and a single mapping secret key is assigned to each class. The SPM(sine map and piece wise linear chaotic map) chaotic sequence is generated by the secret key and the speech clips are encrypted by the sequence. Finally, hash indexes and encrypted speech clips are uploaded to the cloud, the normalized Hamming distance algorithm is used for matching retrieval on the user terminal. Experimental results show that the algorithm not only effectively prevents plaintext data leakage, but also achieves 100% retrieval accuracy for the original speech clips. The paper summarizes the research progress on critical region recognition and deep metric learning to achieve accurate clothing image retrieval in cross-domain situations. Critical region recognition is of great value for the clothing feature extraction, effectively improving retrieval accuracy. The accuracy will decrease when solving difficult samples with similar features but different categories. Nowadays, deep metric learning is an effective way to solve this problem, which utilizes the optimization of different loss functions and ensemble network to strengthen the discrimination of clothing features. Therefore, through comparison of the experimental results of different algorithms and analysis of the accuracy of cross-domain clothing retrieval, it is demonstrated that the improvement of the retrieval accuracy in the future mainly depends on clothing important feature extraction and clothing feature discrimination. A variety of open relation extraction systems have been developed in the last decade. And deep learning, especially with attention model, has gained much success in the task of relation classification. Nevertheless, there is, yet, no research reported on classifying open relation tuples to our knowledge. In this paper, we propose a novel semieager learning algorithm (SemiE) to tackle the problem of open relation classification. Different from the eager learning approaches (e.g., ANNs) and the lazy learning approaches (e.g., kNN), the SemiE offers the benefits of both categories of learning scheme, with its significantly lower computational cost (O(n)). This algorithm can also be employed in other classification tasks. Additionally, this paper presents an adapted attention model to transform relation phrases into vectors by using word embedding. In order to solve the problem in which structurally incoherent low-rank non-negative matrix decomposition (SILR-NMF) algorithms only consider the non-negativity of the data and do not consider the manifold distribution of high-dimensional space data, a new structurally incoherent low rank two-dimensional local discriminant graph embedding (SILR-2DLDGE) is proposed in this paper. The algorithm consists of the following three parts. Firstly, it is vital to keep the intrinsic relationship between data points. By the token, we introduced the graph embedding (GE) framework to preserve locality information. Secondly, the algorithm alleviates the impact of noise and corruption uses the L1 norm as a constraint by low-rank learning. Finally, the algorithm improves the discriminant ability by encrypting the structurally incoherent parts of the data. In the meantime, we capture the theoretical basis of the algorithm and analyze the computational cost and convergence. At present, the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) has been widely used both in civilian and military fields. Most of the current object detection algorithms used to detect UAVs require more parameters, and it is difficult to achieve real-time performance. In order to solve this problem while ensuring a high accuracy rate, we further lighten the model and reduce the number of parameters of the model. This paper proposes an accurate and lightweight UAV detection model based on YOLOv4. To verify the effectiveness of this model, we made a UAV dataset, which contains four types of UAVs and 20,365 images. Through comparative experiments and optimization of existing deep learning and object detection algorithms, we found a lightweight model to achieve an efficient and accurate rapid detection of UAVs. First, from the comparison of the one-stage method and the two-stage method, it is concluded that the one-stage method has better real-time performance and considerable accuracy in detecting UAVs. Then, we further compared the one-stage methods. In particular, for YOLOv4, we replaced MobileNet with its backbone network, modified the feature extraction network, and replaced standard convolution with depth-wise separable convolution, which greatly reduced the parameters and realized 82 FPS and 93.52% mAP while ensuring high accuracy and taking into account the real-time performance. Multimodal tasks based on attention mechanism and language face numerous problems. Based on multimodal hierarchical attention mechanism and genetic neural network, this paper studies the application of image segmentation algorithm in data completion and 3D scene reconstruction. The algorithm refers to the process of concentrating attention that humans subjectively pay attention to and calculates the difference between each pixel in the genetic neural network test image in the color space and the average value of the target image, which solves the problem of static feature maps and dynamic feature maps of image sequences. In addition, in view of the problem that the number of attention enhancement feature extraction modules is too large and the parameters are too large, the recursive mechanism is used as the feature extraction branch, and new model parameters are not added when the network depth is increased. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the improved image saliency detection algorithm based on the attention mechanism reaches 89.7%, and the difference between the average value of the single-point pixel and the target image is reduced to 0.132, which further promotes the practicability and reliability of the image segmentation model. Birds play a vital role in maintaining biodiversity. Accurate identification of bird species is essential for conducting biodiversity surveys. However, fine-grained image recognition of birds encounters challenges due to large within-class differences and small inter-class differences. To solve this problem, our study took a part-based approach, dividing the identification task into two parts: part detection and identification classification. We proposed an improved bird part detection algorithm based on YOLOv5, which can handle partial overlap and complex environmental conditions between part objects. The backbone network incorporates the Res2Net-CBAM module to enhance the receptive fields of each network layer, strengthen the channel characteristics, and improve the sensitivity of the model to important information. Additionally, in order to boost data on features extraction and channel self-regulation, we have integrated CBAM attention mechanisms into the neck. The success rate of our suggested model, according to experimental findings, is 86.6%, 1.2% greater than the accuracy of the original model. Furthermore, when compared with other algorithms, our model's accuracy shows noticeable improvement. Person re-identification is to recognize a pedestrian who has been observed at different places in monitoring system, which is done by computer automatically. Important practical significance can be found in this paper on improving the intelligence of monitoring system. There are two challenging problems needed to be solved for person re-identification, which is feature representation and matching. Designing a suitable feature representation method is both challenging and crucial. Ideally, the extracted features should be robust enough to cope with the various situations of the monitoring environment, such as posture difference, illumination changing, and shooting angle difference, etc. There are a lot of challenges for feature matching too, such as small sample size, inter-class confusion, and intra-class variation, etc. In order to meet these challenges, a new person re-identification scheme was put forward in this paper. The following three aspects would be used to describe it. First, an improved BOF feature extraction algorithm based on SURF was put forwarded, SURF algorithm extracts the preliminary feature descriptor and generates visual dictionary, so the influence factors such as illumination and scale invariants can be deal with. And then, covariance descriptor was adopted by the algorithm. It has high robustness, and matching accuracy can be improved too for the case of small sample. Finally, an effective classifier was designed by LIBSVM based on improved BOF algorithm, so the efficiency of the person re-identification algorithm can be improved. In 2004, Macharis et al. proposed a consistent comparison matrix. In this study, we provide a patch work for discussing the construction and restrictions of their consistent comparison matrix. Their study is important in academia and has been cited by over 200 papers. However, in the article, the authors neither provide a detailed explanation on how to construct the proposed revised consistent comparison matrix nor mention any restriction when constructing it. In this study, we not only propose an algorithm to construct the consistent matrix, but also prove that two restrictions exist when developing a sequence of their consistent comparison matrices, which are: (a) the changing of entries should follow a decreasing order with respect to the row index and (b) there is at most one entry in each row that can be revised by experts. An improved feature parameter extraction algorithm is proposed in this study to solve the problem of quantitative detection of subsurface defects. Firstly, the common feature parameters from the differential signal of pulsed eddy current and ultrasonic are extracted in time domain and frequency domain. Then, the dispersion model and ReliefF model are established to determine the weights of each parameter. Finally, the weights from the two different algorithms are fused by the D-S evidence theory to determine feature parameters. Compared with the PCA feature parameter algorithm from the pulsed eddy current or ultrasonic, the experiment results show the feature parameters extracted by the algorithm proposed in this paper are more effective in quantitative detection of subsurface defects. Lane line detection is a fundamental and critical task for geographic information perception of driverless and advanced assisted driving. However, the traditional lane line detection method relies on manual adjustment of parameters, and has poor universality, a heavy workload, and poor robustness. Most deep learning-based methods make it difficult to effectively balance accuracy and efficiency. To improve the comprehensive perception ability of lane line geographic information in a natural traffic environment, a lane line detection algorithm based on a mixed-attention mechanism residual network (ResNet) and row anchor classification is proposed. A mixed-attention mechanism is added after the backbone network convolution, normalization and activation layers, respectively, so that the model can focus more on important lane line features to improve the pertinence and efficiency of feature extraction. In addition, to achieve faster detection speed and solve the problem of no vision, the method of lane line location selection and classification based on the row direction is used to detect whether there are lane lines in each candidate point according to the row anchor, reducing the high computational complexity caused by segmentation on a pixel-by-pixel basis of traditional semantic segmentation. Based on TuSimple and CurveLane datasets, multi-scene, multi-environment, multi-linear road image datasets and video sequences are integrated and self-built, and several experiments are designed and tested to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The test accuracy of the mixed-attention mechanism network model reached 95.96%, and the average time efficiency is nearly 180 FPS, which can achieve a high level of accuracy and real-time detection process. Independent component analysis (ICA), instead of the traditional discrete cosine transform (DCT), is often used to project log Mel spectrum in robust speech feature extraction. The paper proposed using symmetric orthogonalization in ICA for projecting log Mel spectrum into a new feature space as a substitute in extracting speech features to solve the problem of cumulative error and unequal weights that deflation orthogonalization brings, so as to improve the robustness of speech recognition systems, and increase the efficiency of estimation at the same time. Furthermore, the paper studied the nonlinearities of the objective function in ICA and their coefficients, tested them in all kinds of environments, finding that they influenced the recognition rate greatly in speech recognition systems, and applied a new coefficient in the proposed method. Breakthroughs in unsupervised domain adaptation (uDA) can help in adapting models from a label-rich source domain to unlabeled target domains. Despite these advancements, there is a lack of research on how uDA algorithms, particularly those based on adversarial learning, can work in distributed settings. In real-world applications, target domains are often distributed across thousands of devices, and existing adversarial uDA algorithms – which are centralized in nature – cannot be applied in these settings. To solve this important problem, we introduce FRuDA: an end-to-end framework for distributed adversarial uDA. Through a careful analysis of the uDA literature, we identify the design goals for a distributed uDA system and propose two novel algorithms to increase adaptation accuracy and training efficiency of adversarial uDA in distributed settings. Our evaluation of FRuDA with five image and speech datasets show that it can boost target domain accuracy by up to 50% and improve the training efficiency of adversarial uDA by at least $11\times$ 11 × . To solve the problems of low accuracy, low real-time performance, poor robustness and others caused by the complex environment, this paper proposes a face mask recognition and standard wear detection algorithm based on the improved YOLO-v4. Firstly, an improved CSPDarkNet53 is introduced into the trunk feature extraction network, which reduces the computing cost of the network and improves the learning ability of the model. Secondly, the adaptive image scaling algorithm can reduce computation and redundancy effectively. Thirdly, the improved PANet structure is introduced so that the network has more semantic information in the feature layer. At last, a face mask detection data set is made according to the standard wearing of masks. Based on the object detection algorithm of deep learning, a variety of evaluation indexes are compared to evaluate the effectiveness of the model. The results of the comparations show that the mAP of face mask recognition can reach 98.3% and the frame rate is high at 54.57 FPS, which are more accurate compared with the exiting algorithm. To mine the battery's health factors more comprehensively and accurately identify the lithium battery's State of Health (SOH), an Improved Douglas–Peucker feature extraction algorithm is proposed, and the LAOS-XGboost model is proposed to be used to predict the SOH of the battery. Firstly, to solve the problem that the traditional Douglas–Peucker algorithm has difficulties extracting curve features in a fixed dimension, the Douglas–Peucker algorithm is improved by de-thresholding. Then, the Wrapper method combined with the Improved Douglas–Peucker algorithm is used to construct the feature engineering of battery life prediction, and the optimal feature subset is obtained. Then, LAOS-XGboost is used to establish a battery SOH prediction model; finally, this model is used to predict the SOH of different batteries and the same battery, and the robustness of the model is analyzed. The experimental results show that the R2 of all XGboost models is higher than 0.97 in the prediction experiments of different batteries. The AE of the LAOS-XGboost model is 0, and the TIC index is less than 3% under 10 dB SNR. In the same battery prediction experiment, the TIC index of the model is less than 0.3%. Ordinal regression is to predict categories of ordinal scale and it has wide applications in many domains where the human evaluation plays a major role. So far several algorithms have been proposed to tackle ordinal regression problems from a machine learning perspective. However, most of these algorithms only seek one direction where the projected samples are well ranked. So a common shortcoming of these algorithms is that only one dimension in the sample space is used, which would definitely lose some useful information in its orthogonal subspaces. In this paper, we propose a novel ordinal regression strategy which consists of two stages: firstly orthogonal feature vectors are extracted and then these projector vectors are combined to learn an ordinal regression rule. Compared with previous ordinal regression methods, the proposed strategy can extract multiple features from the original data space. So the performance of ordinal regression could be improved because more information of the data is used. Object detection is one of the key tasks in an automatic driving system. Aiming to solve the problem of object detection, which cannot meet the detection speed and detection accuracy at the same time, a real-time object detection algorithm (MobileYOLO) is proposed based on YOLOv4. Firstly, the feature extraction network is replaced by introducing the MobileNetv2 network to reduce the number of model parameters; then, part of the standard convolution is replaced by depthwise separable convolution in PAnet and the head network to further reduce the number of model parameters. Finally, by introducing an improved lightweight channel attention modul—Efficient Channel Attention (ECA)—to improve the feature expression ability during feature fusion. The Single-Stage Headless (SSH) context module is introduced to the small object detection branch to increase the receptive field. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has an accuracy rate of 90.7% on the KITTI data set. Image matching technology is the research foundation of many computer vision problems, and the matching algorithm based on partial features of images is a research focus in this field. In order to overcome the unstable performance of classic SURF algorithm on rotation invariance, an image matching algorithm combined with SURF feature-point and DAISY descriptor is proposed. Based on the feature point detection of SURF algorithm, a principal direction distribution method for DAISY descriptor is put forward, and a novel DAISY descriptor is obtained according to the rotation of the principal direction. In this paper, our proposed algorithm, on the basis of slight increase in running time, improves the image matching capability of the classic SURF algorithm on image rotation. Human head statistics is widely used in the construction of smart cities and has great market value. In order to solve the problem of missing pedestrian features and poor statistics results in a large-angle overlooking scene, in this paper we propose a human head statistics system that consists of head detection, head tracking and head counting, where the proposed You-Only-Look-Once-Head (YOLOv5-H) network, improved from YOLOv5, is taken as the head detection benchmark, the DeepSORT algorithm with the Fusion-Hash algorithm for feature extraction (DeepSORT-FH) is proposed to track heads, and heads are counted by the proposed cross-boundary counting algorithm based on scene segmentation. Specifically, Complete-Intersection-over-Union (CIoU) is taken as the loss function of YOLOv5-H to make the predicted boxes more in line with the real boxes. The results demonstrate that the recall rate and mAP@.5 of the proposed YOLOv5-H can reach up to 94.3% and 93.1%, respectively, on the SCUT_HEAD dataset. The statistics system has an extremely low error rate of 3.5% on the TownCentreXVID dataset while maintaining a frame rate of 18FPS, which can meet the needs of human head statistics in monitoring scenarios and has a good application prospect. A sensor registry system (SRS) registers sensor metadata and provides them for a seamless semantic process. Recently, network coverage information-based SRS (NC-SRS) was developed to provide sensor information filtering by combining path prediction and network coverage checks. However, the NC-SRS has problems caused by issues such as termination of OpenSignal service and pre-building road segments. Therefore, this paper proposes a sensor registry system-based predictive information service (SRS-PIS) using a grid. SRS-PIS predicts a path based on the grid, checks the network coverage, and filters the sensor. This paper presents a grid-based real-time path prediction algorithm and an algorithm for grouping network service-disabled areas. To obtain network coverage information, we constructed and implemented a grid-based coverage map through experiment to measure the signal strength. Deep learning has made substantial progress in crowd density estimation, but there are still some problems in existing methods, such as large population density, background interference, and scale change, which makes it difficult to count people. To solve the above problems, we proposed a crowd counting method based on a cross column fusion attention mechanism. First, the first ten layers of VGG16 with good migration ability and feature extraction ability are used as the front-end network to preliminarily extract human head features. Then, a cross column fusion attention module is designed. In this module, feature maps are fused across columns to make the network contain richer deep and shallow features. At the same time, to alleviate the background interference, the attention mechanism is used to guide the network to focus on the head position in the picture, and different weights are assigned to different positions according to the attention score map, so as to highlight the crowd and weaken the background, and finally get a high-quality density map. In addition, a shallow convolution module is designed as another branch. The output feature map of the shallow convolution module and the output feature map of the attention module of cross column fusion are fused to solve the problem of scale change effectively. Finally, in the last layer of the network, the convolution layer of 1 × 1 is used to replace the full connection layer, and fewer network parameters are used to reduce the calculation and the population density map is regressed. In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet and 5G technology, great changes have been brought to our lives, and human beings have stepped into the era of big data. These new features and techniques in 5G support many different types of mobile applications for users, which makes network security extremely challenging. Among them, more and more applications involve users' private data, such as location information, financial information, and biological information. In order to prevent users' privacy disclosure, most applications choose to use private protocols. However, such private protocols also provide a means for malware and malicious applications to steal users' privacy and confidential data. From a more secure point of view, we need to provide a way for users to know how many private protocols are running on their mobile phones and distinguish which are authorized applications and which are not. Therefore, the analysis and identification of private protocols have become a hot topic in current research. How to extract the characteristics of network protocol effectively and identify the private protocol accurately becomes the most important part of this research. In this paper, we combine genetic algorithm and association rule algorithm and then propose a set of feature extraction algorithm and protocol recognition algorithm for unknown protocols. In the classification task, the presence of irrelevant features can significantly degrade the performance of classification algorithms, in terms of additional processing time, more complex models and the likelihood that the models have poor generalization power due to the over fitting problem. Practical applications of association rule mining often suffer from overwhelming number of rules that are generated, many of which are not interesting or not useful for the application in question. Removing rules comprised of irrelevant features can significantly improve the overall performance. In this paper, we explore and compare the use of a feature selection measure to filter out unnecessary and irrelevant features/attributes prior to association rules generation. The experiments are performed using a number of real-world datasets that represent diverse characteristics of data items. Empirical results confirm that by utilizing feature subset selection prior to association rule generation, a large number of rules with irrelevant features can be eliminated. More importantly, the results reveal that removing rules that hold irrelevant features improve the accuracy rate and capability to retain the rule coverage rate of structural associative association. In order to solve the problem of reducing detection accuracy in remote sensing image change detection methods that only focus on extracting deep semantic information while ignoring high-resolution shallow information, this paper proposes an end-to-end multi-side output fusion deep supervised network for high-resolution biphasic remote sensing image change detection. The enhanced feature extraction module is used to increase the Receptive field and capture multi-scale features. The dense skip connection module utilizes skip connections to fuse shallow position information and deep semantic information, alleviating the problem of feature information loss. The deep supervision module with multiple side-outputs fusion utilizes the information complementarity between different scale feature maps, combined with multi-scale prediction maps, to improve the robustness of target scale changes. The combined Loss function is used to alleviate the problem of imbalance between positive and negative samples, so that more attention is paid to the learning of changing characteristics in the process of training the network. With the development of deepfake technology, deepfake detection has received widespread attention. Although some deepfake forensics techniques have been proposed, they are still very difficult to implement in real-world scenarios. This is due to the differences in different deepfake technologies and the compression or editing of videos during the propagation process. Considering the issue of sample imbalance with few-shot scenarios in deepfake detection, we propose a multi-feature channel domain-weighted framework based on meta-learning (MCW). In order to obtain outstanding detection performance of a cross-database, the proposed framework improves a meta-learning network in two ways: it enhances the model's feature extraction ability for detecting targets by combining the RGB domain and frequency domain information of the image and enhances the model's generalization ability for detecting targets by assigning meta weights to channels on the feature map. The proposed MCW framework solves the problems of poor detection performance and insufficient data compression resistance of the algorithm for samples generated by unknown algorithms. The experiment was set in a zero-shot scenario and few-shot scenario, simulating the deepfake detection environment in real situations. We selected nine detection algorithms as comparative algorithms. The experimental results show that the MCW framework outperforms other algorithms in cross-algorithm detection and cross-dataset detection. The MCW framework demonstrates its ability to generalize and resist compression with low-quality training images and across different generation algorithm scenarios, and it has better fine-tuning potential in few-shot learning scenarios. In this paper, we address two complex issues: 1) Text frame classification and 2) Multi-oriented text detection in video text frame. We first divide a video frame into 16 blocks and propose a combination of wavelet and median-moments with k-means clustering at the block level to identify probable text blocks. For each probable text block, the method applies the same combination of feature with k-means clustering over a sliding window running through the blocks to identify potential text candidates. We introduce a new idea of symmetry on text candidates in each block based on the observation that pixel distribution in text exhibits a symmetric pattern. The method integrates all blocks containing text candidates in the frame and then all text candidates are mapped on to a Sobel edge map of the original frame to obtain text representatives. To tackle the multi-orientation problem, we present a new method called Angle Projection Boundary Growing (APBG) which is an iterative algorithm and works based on a nearest neighbor concept. APBG is then applied on the text representatives to fix the bounding box for multi-oriented text lines in the video frame. Directional information is used to eliminate false positives. Experimental results on a variety of datasets such as non-horizontal, horizontal, publicly available data (Hua's data) and ICDAR-03 competition data (camera images) show that the proposed method outperforms existing methods proposed for video and the state of the art methods for scene text as well. We address the problem of unconstrained face recognition from remotely acquired images. The main factors that make this problem challenging are image degradation due to blur, and appearance variations due to illumination and pose. In this paper, we address the problems of blur and illumination. We show that the set of all images obtained by blurring a given image forms a convex set. Based on this set-theoretic characterization, we propose a blur-robust algorithm whose main step involves solving simple convex optimization problems. We do not assume any parametric form for the blur kernels, however, if this information is available it can be easily incorporated into our algorithm. Furthermore, using the low-dimensional model for illumination variations, we show that the set of all images obtained from a face image by blurring it and by changing the illumination conditions forms a bi-convex set. Based on this characterization, we propose a blur and illumination-robust algorithm. In this paper, we present a novel method for detecting partial symmetries in very large point clouds of 3D city scans. Unlike previous work, which has only been demonstrated on data sets of a few hundred megabytes maximum, our method scales to very large scenes: We map the detection problem to a nearest-neighbour problem in a low-dimensional feature space, and follow this with a cascade of tests for geometric clustering of potential matches. Our algorithm robustly handles noisy real-world scanner data, obtaining a recognition performance comparable to that of state-of-the-art methods.
