The article reports on the formal dedication ceremonies for carboxymethylcellulose (CM CII) by Hercules Inc. on August 11, 2008 in Jiangmen, Guangdong province, China. According to John Panichella, president of Aqualon, the events highlights their commitment to China and their commitment to provide high quality products of their customers. The CM CII plant will produce 8,000 tons a year of specialty chemicals that are used to improve the quality of food, ceramics, and paper.
