Background: Today, knowledge-based economies have become a strategic and important issue in the economies of various societies and fields, including agriculture. Since agriculture is crucial for a country's food security, it is essential for this sector to adopt a knowledge-based approach. Technological and knowledge-based companies, particularly those in agriculture, serve as key institutions that transform knowledge into goods and services. However, these companies in Iran face numerous challenges that hinder their growth and development. Therefore, this research aims to identify the challenges faced by agricultural knowledge-based and technological companies, fairs, and startups in Mazandaran province. Methods: To identify these challenges, an inductive strategy, qualitative data, and thematic analysis were employed. Data collection was conducted through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 20 founders or managers of agricultural technology and knowledge-based companies located in the Mazandaran Science and Technology Park, as well as incubators associated with Sari University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. Statistical samples were selected using the snowball method, continuing until theoretical saturation was reached. The ATLAS.ti 7.5 software was utilized for data analysis, and a peer review method was used to validate the thematic analysis. Results: The analysis revealed 151 fundamental themes identified through ATLAS.ti 7.5. The main themes in this study included challenges involved in generating ideas and formulating comprehensive business plans, challenges related to establishing a company in an incubator or science and technology park, R&D and sample product production challenges, marketing and product introduction challenges, sales and market stabilization challenges, developing new market challenges, and market survival and competition challenges. Conclusion: It is suggested that the policies and regulations supporting knowledge-based companies be carefully examined and analyzed to ensure they are better aligned with the needs of these technological and innovative ecosystems. In nowadays financial and monetary system, the crisis frequently occurs and becomes a part of its internal system. It indicates the fragility of financial and monetary conventional system and becomes the stimulant of a better system, namely Islamic financial and monetary system. The development of Islamic financial and monetary system demands a rapid innovation, but it should not go beyond the authenticity of Islamic system. Without innovation, the Islamic financial and monetary system will always be left behind, but without based on authenticity it will bring Islamic label on conventional system. This paper tries to discuss about the behavior of Islamic money demand, especially the state of velocity of money. The state of velocity of money is highly depended on to the ongoing money and financial concept. This paper shows that the preservation of authenticity in developing innovations in Islamic money and financial system will usher to the constant velocity of money. Otherwise, it can be concluded that the innovation of Islamic financial and money system without keeping authenticity of Islamic system can produce a different velocity state of money. Some empirical researches confirmed both results namely constant velocity so that monetary policy by targeting money supply can become effective, and there are some empiric researchers found a different result. Based on this, the development of innovations in Islamic financial and money system must be followed by the preservation of Islamic authenticity system. It demands the development of Islamic financial and money system theories which are free form any business motive intervention. Therefore, Islamic University is the most appropriate place to take the intellectual role by conducting researches and teaching the Islamic financial and monetary system.

In Morocco, oasis ecosystems cover 15% of country’s lands and are bright spots of rich biodiversity and multi-functionality but hot spots of land degradation, social vulnerability and water and food insecurity. Hence there is a need to shift from assessing risks and hazards in these ecosystems to effectively capture key drivers and pursue solutions and measures to reduce vulnerability and enhance adaptive and productive capacity. In other terms, the food-environment dilemma requires urgently revitalizing these fragile agro-ecosystems in order to re-nurture the population, to strengthen society growth and food-related value chains and bring back resilience and sustainable development. In doing so, it is imperative to enforce, develop and encourage adoption of state of the art but adapted innovations and support knowledge sharing processes and approaches that drive implementation and up/deep scaling of innovations within ecosystems and by communities. A large array of innovations and technologies is emerging pertaining to advanced biotechnology, agro-ecology, smart-irrigation management, disease monitoring, control and safety, food industry, livestock, soil security, landscape management and institutional policy and governance. The paper seeks to present an integrated view of these stock takes and how they can help in addressing simultaneously climate change and food security, spatial prioritization, closing gaps, strong interfacing of society and ecology and achieving land degradation neutrality.

Through a study of several curriculum kinds of literature and educational innovations, we have understood how curriculum change in various educational institutions is. This study analyzed and discusses how policymakers prepare various strategic policies, from government documents to schools. We reviewed all documents with a phenomenological approach from curriculum transformation policy documents, from central institutional and local internal schools expecting school involvement with the change towards transformation. With curriculum transformation positioned as an innovation in a challenging digital era, the theory and application of transformational learning encourage the lens to analyze the alignment of national policies with the goal of curriculum transformation. This paper explores the extent to which the government is changing from a high-risk, subject-content-based learning approach to the curriculum. Pedagogy of learning and applications was essential to achieve more complex educational goals and active learning theory. Three phases of commitment are distinguished through an assessment rubric, offering a system for evaluating educational plan change drives. Suggestions for instructive pioneers incorporate the need to coordinate institutional techniques with disciplinary mastery and ability and the significance of language reception as a forerunner to execution.

The responsibility arising from the defect of production, which is one of the specific issues of civil liability in the general sense, has gained its proper position with lawyers and intellectuals in the field of responsibility for some time, this attention has been developed in response to the needs of the current expansionist societies, but among the general public civil liability of the manufacturer of the fault, which is the legacy of the doctrine of responsibility and with a small amount of research and in a fraction of the Seconds answers the ambiguities of theorists, a question about the legal status of defense related to the danger of the development of science and technology in the light of the defect of public science at the time of production and supply of the product has provided more and more thought in this regard, which leads to this thinking in the progressive countries, finding the appropriate position of the defense in their legal texts. Now, in this paper, we have investigated the answer to the above question to prove where the risk of science and technology development stands in the geometry of civil liability rights and its related defense, how efficient it will ultimately lead to development-oriented productivity, even though consumer rights can be preserved by considering appropriate measures.

The fierce hostility that happened between the Kadizadelis and the Sufis during the 17th century of the Ottoman Empire is not the new issue in Islamic civilization discourses. During this period, the empire suffered from massive decadences in almost all sectors. Kadizadelis believed that such phenomenon did not come out of the void. They insisted that the crux of the problem was primarily laid in the heresies and religious innovations (bidᶜah) that were promoted largely by the Sufis. Embarking from this suspicion and anxiety, they initiated propagandas in which they aimed to bring back people to re-embracement of the primordial teachings of Islam. Nevertheless, many historians and scholars have doubted Kadizadelis attempts. They suspected that there were other non-religious motives that stirred their revival agendas. This paper presents an analysis that aims to challenge the commonly believed notion in which the Sufis and the Kadizadelis were totally adversarial. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.20414/ujis.v20i2.807

Music in Al Jawaheri Poetry * Marzieh Abad * * Rohollah Mahdian Torghabeh Abstract Mohammad Mahdi Al-Jawaheri is considered the last big neoclassical poet in the Arabic literature and his poetry can be considered as a connection between classical and new poetry. Although it was composed in the classical frame, his poetry prepared a field for making substantial changes in Arabic poetry. Meanwhile, the music of Jawaheri's poetry can nicely be the reminder of this gradual development. His verse can be musically viewed through three stages. In the first stage, the poet is completely the follower of classical style and all the technical properties of his odes are the reminder of the poetry of Abbasi era. But in the second stage, he gets some new experiences on the application of prosodic rhythms and tries to approach the music of his verse to the time needs and requirements. Finally, in the third stage, he steps on the innovation and creativity and tries to go along with the "free verse" flow.
