Purpose: This paper aims to understand the specificities inherent to collaborative robotics from the perspective of production and operations management, as well as to identify opportunities for future research on the topic. Methodology/Approach: A systematic literature review was carried out through Scopus and Web of Science databases. This procedure covered 84 articles published between 1997 and 2018. Findings: The study revealed the issues most addressed in the research on Collaborative robots (Cobots), the most cited works, and the research approaches adopted. Research Limitation/implication: The sample was extracted from only two international databases excluding publications in the form of books and articles from other databases. Originality/Value of paper: The study reveals some specificities regarding the application and development of COBOTs, as well as their advantages and drawbacks in the scope of production management.

This paper analyzes the main challenges of the design and implementation of sustainable urban mobility plans (SUMP) after the law 12,587 in 2012, called the National Urban Mobility Policy (PNMU, in Portuguese). With the new law, municipalities within a population of more than 20,000 inhabitants, as well as those required by law to draw up master plans, are now compelled to elaborate mobility plans. However, only 171 of almost 3,400 municipalities required to prepare the plans were ready by 2015, the first deadline, later extended to 2018. This paper examines a set of municipalities in the Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area and tries to understand what are the main challenges to achieving the goal of sustainable mobility and the main differences between the European and the Brazilian governmental perspectives in the subject. A survey on the main barriers was applied in five local entities, and in the state and national levels entities. Four methods of hierarchization were applied. Among the factors that stand out most are the lack of resources to elaborate the plan, lack of integration between levels of government and problems with training and lack of personal in the responsible agencies of the municipalities.

Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze distributive justice, job satisfaction, and affective commitment to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at a telecommunication company in Indonesia. Methodology/Approach: The population used was employees at a certain public telecommunication company in Indonesia, amounting to 80 people. The sample used the saturated sample method. The data analysis method used the multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: Results indicate that partially positive distributive justice is not significant to OCB. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB, and Affective Commitment has a positive and significant impact on OCB. In contrast, simultaneously Distributive Justice, Job Satisfaction, and Affective Commitment have a significant effect on OCB of employees. Research Limitation/implication: This research studied at the branch of the telecommunication company in a province level, therefore the results cannot be generalized to represent the opinions of all employees throughout Indonesia. The variables were limited to distributive justice, satisfaction, and affective commitment. The number of operational variables in this model was relatively limited; in fact, several other variables have not been included. Originality/Value of paper: The research finding gives contribution to the human resources management to enhance the company’s competitiveness through maintaining the OCB.

The chemical recycle of cotton textiles and/or other cellulosic materials for the purpose of manufacturing regenerated high quality textiles fibres is a novel process. The objective of related research is based on the forecast of population growth, on resource scarcity predictions, and on the negative environmental impact of the textile industry. These facts lead the need of broadening the scope for long-term textile-to-textile recycle - as the mechanical recycle of natural fibres serve for limited number of cycles, still depends on input of virgin material, and offer a reduced-in-quality output. Critical analysis of scientific papers, relevant related reports, and personal interviews were the base of this study, which shows viable results in laboratorial scale of using low-quality cellulosic materials as input for the development of high-quality regenerated textile fibres though ecological chemical process. Nevertheless, to scale up and implement this innovative recycle method, other peripheral structures are requested, such as recover schemes or appropriate sort, for instance. Further researches should also be considered in regards to colours and impurities.
