The phrase "Fintech" (Financial Technology) refers to software and other cutting-edge technology utilized by companies that offer automated and enhanced financial services. It is a term used to describe a new technology designed to enhance and automate the provision of financial services. With 6,636 FinTech businesses, India has the highest rate of FinTech adoption internationally and is one of the fastest-growing Fintech industries. India has made significant progress in the area of digital payments, recording over 5.7 BN transactions each month in September of this year, amounting to about $2 TN (Total Digital Payments). India will surpass the combined total of the US, UK, and China in terms of real-time online transaction volume in 2020 with 25.5 Bn real-time payments transactions.
