The present paper analyzes long term (1960–2021) of the minimum, maximum, and average temperatures in Central Anatolia Region, corresponding middle part of Turkey, aiming to reveal how strongly the temperatures increase, which is a precondition for sustainable development in this region. For this purpose, temporal trends, variability, and anomalies in temperatures of 27 meteorological stations were detected using Mann–Kendall test (M-K), coefficient of variations, and Gaussian filter, respectively. Results show a statistically significant increasing trend in annual average temperatures at approximately 92% of all stations. This shows that the increasing trend in spring and summer temperatures plays an important role in amplifying the warming trend of annual temperatures. The coefficients of variation in annual average, maximum, and seasonal temperatures increase from west to east. Significant strong increasing trend (at 0.001 level) in winter temperatures was detected only at Seydişehir. While positive anomalies have been observed in the northwestern part of the region since 2007, they have been observed in other parts since 1995–1996. Since the strong increase in summer temperatures in Aksaray, Cihanbeyli, and Seydişehir is also observed in autumn, warm conditions continue until the end of autumn in these settlements. For this reason, four seasons do not prominently occur for all three settlements. Generally, annual maximum and minimum temperatures illustrate statistically significant increasing trends for all stations and 74% of all stations, respectively. The premise of ecological protection and sustainable development in coal mining areas is to find the law of surface damage, damage speed and damage mechanism, and then put forward preventive measures in a targeted manner. Taking the landslide in the coal mining mountain area of Shanxi Province as an example, this paper comprehensively integrates the disaster-pregnant environment and disaster information of the landslide, and constructs a multi-level model of the scene through the analysis of the landslide geology scene. The object features characterize the evolution process of landslides in terms of stratigraphic structure changes, surface changes, texture changes, shape characteristics, spectral characteristics, color characteristics, etc., the typical landslide types in Shanxi coal mining areas are verified by examples. The comprehensive consideration of geology, geographical environment, ecological environment, disaster environment and the damage of landslides to other important ground features, with the advent of the era of big data, various data obtained from air, space and ground monitoring can be applied to research. Through the cognition of landslide spatial scenes, it is helpful to understand the influence mechanism of external events on landslide activities, so as to better predict the spatial and temporal characteristics of landslide activities. Yilong Lake is the southernmost plateau freshwater lake in China. The health of its watershed ecosystem is of special strategic significance to maintain the ecological security and ensure the sustainable development of regional economy and society. This paper analyzed the characteristics of landscape type in Yilong Lake Basin of 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2018 and discussed the impact of landscape pattern type changes and its effect on ecosystem services values (ESV). The results showed that: (1) The landscape types of Yilong Lake are mainly forest land and the largest dynamic degree of comprehensive 1andscape type in the six stages is 2010–2015 and the smallest is 2015–2018. (2) Spatially, the most frequent conversion was arbor forest land, which turned to shrub forest land and garden land. The rapid expansion of construction land and transportation land were turned by cultivated land area. (3) Temporally, from 1990 to 2018, the total ESV also increases year by year, and the regional distribution of high ESV is consistent with the distribution of water areas and gardens. The comprehensive analysis shows that the implementation of governance projects such as ecological protection and governance of Yilong Lake surface mountain are conducive to increase the landscape types and the total ESV.
