However, deep learning on three-dimensional data presents distinct obstacles and is now in its nascent phase. There have been significant advancements in deep learning specifically for three-dimensional data, offering a range of ways to address these issues. This study offers a comprehensive examination of the latest advancements in deep learning methodologies. We examine many benchmark models for the tasks of 3D object registration, augmentation, and reconstruction. We thoroughly analyse their architectures, advantages, and constraints. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to preserve and promote cultural heritage has experienced significant growth in recent years. Among the various areas of cultural heritage, numismatics have emerged as a particularly promising field where we can develop AI solutions. Numismatics refers to the study of coins, tokens, paper money, and medals, which play a critical role in understanding human history and culture. However, there are still limited resources available to help researchers and collectors in the identification of coins. This is due to the vast number of coins in circulation, which presents a significant challenge in developing smart tools for classification tasks. This paper aims to provide a contribution to this setting. In particular, we start by creating a new dataset called EURO-Coin, which consists of images showing the side of coins with reliefs and is designed to facilitate the training and testing of AI models for euro coin classification. Then, we propose two approaches that leverage Convolutional Neural Networks and self-attention layers to classify the country and value of the coins. In our experiments, we obtain an accuracy of 86.9% for country classification and an accuracy of 96.4% for value classification. Objective To discuss the feasibility of directly processing paper-based ECG by using deep learning method, and to propose a method for identifying atrial fibrillation ( AF) from paper-based ECG rapidly and accurately. Methods The 12-lead ECG signals of 1 040 AF and 1 344 non-AF patients were selected from CPSC 2018 Challenge data, and were plotted as ECGs. These ECGs were printed out on papers, and rescanned into images. The paper-based ECGs with white background were obtained by a series of preprocessing. These paper-based ECGs were used to construct AF recognition dataset; the artificial intelligence algorithm (AIA) was trained, validated and tested using the real labels provided by the Challenge as the gold standard. Results The sensitivity, specificity and F1 score of the AIA based on paper-based ECGs are 0. 957, 0. 978 and 0. 969, respectively, and the area under receiver operating characteristic curve is 0. 994. The Grad-CAM based feature visualization results show that in paper-based ECGs, the position of P wave and F wave at the onset of AF provide main references for the algorithm to identify AF, which is consistent with the ECG diagnostic criteria of AF in clinical practice. Conclusion The AF recognition algorithm based on paper-based ECGs shows good performance. This position paper provides a perspective on the evolutionary trajectory of practical deep learning tools for genitourinary pathology through evaluating the most recent iterations of such algorithmic devices. In the production of paper cups in industrial factories, it is tried to print high quality cups with less waste loss with the help of sensors and heating resistances mounted on the paper cup machine. In this study, a system that detects faulty products based on image processing and removes it by controlling the machine with servo motors, asynchronous motors and programmable logic controller (PLC) is designed. For fault product detection, classification has been performed using real-time Haarcascade algorithm and You Only Look Once (YOLO) algorithm which is a deep learning methods, and real-time object detection has been carried out using the OpenCv library. With this study, an effective faulty product detection and removing hardware system was realized by adapting artificial intelligence algorithms to a machine used in industry. Based on the results, a whole system can be applied to systems that involve removing a faulty product from a band in any production, packaging etc. facility is proposed. A hardware consisting of servo motors, asynchronous motors and PLC was designed to separate faulty cups from the existing paper cup production machine in this study. Then, a data set composed of 1068 images was created with images taken from the camera for faulty and faultless paper cups. Using this dataset, the effect of different deep learning methods on performance in the real-time system has been examined and successful results have been obtained. Significant Wave Height (SWH) is crucial in many aspect of ocean engineering. The accurate prediction of SWH has therefore been of immense practical value. Recently, Artificial Intelligence (AI) time series prediction methods have been widely used for single-point short-term SWH time-series forecasting, resulting in many AI-based models claiming to achieve good results. However, the extent to which these complex AI models can outperform traditional methods has largely been overlooked. This study compared five different models - AutoRegressive (AR), eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and WaveNet - for their performance on SWH time series prediction at 16 buoy locations. Surprisingly, the results suggest that the differences of performance among different models are negligible, indicating that all these AI models have only "learned" the linear auto-regression from the data. In daily clinical practice, clinicians integrate available data to ascertain the diagnostic and prognostic probability of a disease or clinical outcome for their patients. For patients with suspected or known cardiovascular disease, several anatomical and functional imaging techniques are commonly performed to aid this endeavor, including coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) and nuclear cardiology imaging. Continuous improvement in positron emission tomography (PET), single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), and CT hardware and software has resulted in improved diagnostic performance and wide implementation of these imaging techniques in daily clinical practice. However, the human ability to interpret, quantify, and integrate these data sets is limited. The identification of novel markers and application of machine learning (ML) algorithms, including deep learning (DL) to cardiovascular imaging techniques will further improve diagnosis and prognostication for patients with cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, there has been a dramatic increase in research papers about machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence in radiology. With so many papers around, it is of paramount importance to make a proper scientific quality assessment as to their validity, reliability, effectiveness, and clinical applicability. Due to methodological complexity, the papers on ML in radiology are often hard to evaluate, requiring a good understanding of key methodological issues. In this review, we aimed to guide the radiology community about key methodological aspects of ML to improve their academic reading and peer-review experience. Key aspects of ML pipeline were presented within four broad categories: study design, data handling, modelling, and reporting. Sixteen key methodological items and related common pitfalls were reviewed with a fresh perspective: database size, robustness of reference standard, information leakage, feature scaling, reliability of features, high dimensionality, perturbations in feature selection, class balance, bias-variance trade-off, hyperparameter tuning, performance metrics, generalisability, clinical utility, comparison with traditional tools, data sharing, and transparent reporting. Artificial intelligence developments are essential to the successful deployment of community-wide, MRI-driven prostate cancer diagnosis. AI systems should ensure that the main benefits of biopsy avoidance are delivered while maintaining consistent high specificities, at a range of disease prevalences. Since all current artificial intelligence / computer-aided detection systems for prostate cancer detection are experimental, multiple developmental efforts are still needed to bring the vision to fruition. Initial work needs to focus on developing systems as diagnostic supporting aids so their results can be integrated into the radiologists' workflow including gland and target outlining tasks for fusion biopsies. Developing AI systems as clinical decision-making tools will require greater efforts. The latter encompass larger multicentric, multivendor datasets where the different needs of patients stratified by diagnostic settings, disease prevalence, patient preference, and clinical setting are considered. AI-based, robust, standard operating procedures will increase the confidence of patients and payers, thus enabling the wider adoption of the MRI-directed approach for prostate cancer diagnosis. Diabetic retinopathy (DR) poses a significant challenge in diabetes management, with its progression often asymptomatic until advanced stages. This underscores the urgent need for cost-effective and reliable screening methods. Consequently, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools presents a promising avenue to address this need effectively. We provide an overview of the current state of the art results and techniques in DR screening using AI, while also identifying gaps in research for future exploration. By synthesizing existing database and pinpointing areas requiring further investigation, this paper seeks to guide the direction of future research in the field of automatic diabetic retinopathy screening. There has been a continuous rise in the number of articles detailing deep learning (DL) methods designed for the automatic screening of diabetic retinopathy especially by the year 2021. Researchers utilized various databases, with a primary focus on the IDRiD dataset. This dataset consists of color fundus images captured at an ophthalmological clinic situated in India. It comprises 516 images that depict various stages of DR and diabetic macular edema. Each of the chosen papers concentrates on various DR signs. Nevertheless, a significant portion primarily focused on detecting exudates, which remains insufficient to assess the overall presence of this disease. Various AI methods have been employed to identify DR signs. Among the chosen papers, 4.7 % utilized detection methods, 46.5 % employed classification techniques, 41.9 % relied on segmentation, and 7 % opted for a combination of classification and segmentation. Metrics calculated from 80 % of the articles employing preprocessing techniques demonstrated the significant benefits of this approach in enhancing results quality. In addition, multiple DL techniques, starting by classification, detection then segmentation. Researchers used mostly YOLO for detection, ViT for classification, and U-Net for segmentation. Another perspective on the evolving landscape of AI models for diabetic retinopathy screening lies in the increasing adoption of Convolutional Neural Networks for classification tasks and U-Net architectures for segmentation purposes; however, there is a growing realization within the research community that these techniques, while powerful individually, can be even more effective when integrated. This integration holds promise for not only diagnosing DR, but also accurately classifying its different stages, thereby enabling more tailored treatment strategies. Despite this potential, the development of AI models for DR screening is fraught with challenges. Chief among these is the difficulty in obtaining the high-quality, labeled data necessary for training models to perform effectively. This scarcity of data poses significant barriers to achieving robust performance and can hinder progress in developing accurate screening systems. Moreover, managing the complexity of these models, particularly deep neural networks, presents its own set of challenges. Additionally, interpreting the outputs of these models and ensuring their reliability in real-world clinical settings remain ongoing concerns. Furthermore, the iterative process of training and adapting these models to specific datasets can be time-consuming and resource-intensive. These challenges underscore the multifaceted nature of developing effective AI models for DR screening. The rapid development of deep learning in medical imaging has significantly enhanced the capabilities of artificial intelligence while simultaneously introducing challenges, including the need for vast amounts of training data and the labor-intensive tasks of labeling and segmentation. Generative adversarial networks (GANs) have emerged as a solution, offering synthetic image generation for data augmentation and streamlining medical image processing tasks through models such as cGAN, CycleGAN, and StyleGAN. These innovations not only improve the efficiency of image augmentation, reconstruction, and segmentation, but also pave the way for unsupervised anomaly detection, markedly reducing the reliance on labeled datasets. Our investigation into GANs in medical imaging addresses their varied architectures, the considerations for selecting appropriate GAN models, and the nuances of model training and performance evaluation. This paper aims to provide radiologists who are new to GAN technology with a thorough understanding, guiding them through the practical application and evaluation of GANs in brain imaging with two illustrative examples using CycleGAN and pixel2style2pixel (pSp)-combined StyleGAN. Prediction of heart diseases on time is significant in order to preserve life. Many conventional methods have taken efforts on earlier prediction but faced with challenges of higher prediction cost, extended time for computation and complexities with larger volume of data which reduced prediction accuracy. In order to overcome such pitfalls, AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology has been evolved in diagnosing heart diseases through deployment of several ML (Machine Learning) and DL (Deep Learning) algorithms. It improves detection by influencing with its capacity of learning from the massive data containing age, obesity, hypertension and other risk factors of patients and extract it accordingly to differentiate on the circumstances. Moreover, storage of larger data with AI greatly assists in analysing the occurrence of the disease from past historical data. Hence, this paper intends to provide a review on different AI based algorithms used in the heart disease prognostication and delivers its benefits through researching on various existing works. There has been surge in the usage of Internet as well as social media platforms which has led to rise in online hate speech targeted on individual or group. In the recent years, hate speech has resulted in one of the challenging problems that can unfurl at a fast pace on digital platforms leading to various issues such as prejudice, violence and even genocide. Considering the acceptance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques in varied application domains, it would be intriguing to consider these techniques for automated hate speech detection. In literature, there have been efforts to recognize and categorize hate speech using varied Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) techniques. Hence, considering the need and provocations for hate speech detection we aim to present a comprehensive review that discusses fundamental taxonomy as well as recent advances in the field of online hate speech identification. There is a significant amount of literature related to the initial phases of hate speech detection. The background section provides a detailed explanation of the previous research. The subsequent section that follows is dedicated to examining the recent literature published from the year 2020 onwards. The paper presents some of the hate speech datasets considered for hate speech detection. Furthermore, the paper discusses different data modalities, namely, textual hate speech detection, multi‐modal hate speech detection and multilingual hate speech detection. Apart from systematic review on hate speech detection, the paper also implement several multi‐label models to compare the performance of hate speech detection by employing classic ML technique namely, Logistic Regression and DL technique namely, Long Short‐Term Memory (LSTM) and a multiclass multi‐label architecture. In the implemented architecture, we have derived two new elements to quantify the hatefulness and intensity of hatred to improve the results for hate speech detection using Indonesian tweet dataset. Background: Cancer, a disease with a high mortality rate, poses a great threat to patients' physical and mental health and can lead to huge medical costs and emotional damage. With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technologies, deep learning‐based cancer image segmentation techniques are becoming increasingly important in cancer detection and accurate diagnosis. However, in segmentation tasks, there are differences in efficiency between large and small objects and limited segmentation effects on objects of individual sizes. The previous segmentation frameworks still have room for improvement in multi‐scale collaboration when segmenting objects. Purpose: This paper proposes a method to train a deep learning segmentation framework using a feature pyramid processing dataset to improve the average precision (AP) index, and realizes multi‐scale cooperation in target segmentation. Objective: Pan‐Cancer Histology Dataset for Nuclei Instance Segmentation and Classification (PanNuke) dataset was selected to include approximately 7500 pathology images with cells from 19 different types of tissues, including five classifications of cancer, non‐cancer, inflammation, death, and connective tissue. Methods: First, the method uses whole‐slide images in the pan‐cancer histology dataset for nuclei instance segmentation and classification (PanNuke) dataset, combined with the mask region convolutional neural network (Mask R‐CNN) segmentation framework and improved loss function to segment and detect each cellular tissue in cancerous sections. Second, to address the problem of non‐synergistic object segmentation at different scales in cancerous tissue segmentation, a scheme using feature pyramids to process the dataset was adopted as part of the feature extraction module. Results: Extensive experimental results on this dataset show that the method in this paper yields 0.269 AP and a boost of about 4% compared to the original Mask R‐CNN framework. In this paper, an example of an intelligent security system based on deep learning approach has been analyzed and described. Security is an important element in many aspects of human life. Depending on customer requirements, different levels of security may be required and implemented. Nowadays, artificial intelligence is becoming an indispensable part in many areas of human life and accordingly security systems are also based on the new achievements in this field. In this paper, an intelligent security system based on two methods for identifying persons, gait recognition and face recognition, was described. The two methods mentioned above can be used to give persons access to different buildings, facilities, institutions, etc. or to different indoor or outdoor areas. In light of the above, the aforementioned system uses face and gait recognition to identify persons who should be granted access to a facility or a specific area within the facility. Accordingly, two deep learning models for gait and face recognition have been developed and described. Protein structure prediction is important for understanding their function and behavior. This review study presents a comprehensive review of the computational models used in predicting protein structure. It covers the progression from established protein modeling to state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) frameworks. The paper will start with a brief introduction to protein structures, protein modeling, and AI. The section on established protein modeling will discuss homology modeling, ab initio modeling, and threading. The next section is deep learning-based models. It introduces some state-of-the-art AI models, such as AlphaFold (AlphaFold, AlphaFold2, AlphaFold3), RoseTTAFold, ProteinBERT, etc. This section also discusses how AI techniques have been integrated into established frameworks like Swiss-Model, Rosetta, and I-TASSER. The model performance is compared using the rankings of CASP14 (Critical Assessment of Structure Prediction) and CASP15. CASP16 is ongoing, and its results are not included in this review. Continuous Automated Model EvaluatiOn (CAMEO) complements the biennial CASP experiment. With the rapid development of machine intelligence, an increasing number of websites and servers have been amicably visited or sometimes attached by intelligent machines intensively. Therefore, how to empower a host machine to intelligently distinguish intelligent machines from humans is a challenging work. In this paper, the Mirror Turing Test (MTT) is conceived and implemented. Unlike the standard Turing Test, the tester in the MTT is replaced by a machine instead of a human. Current advancements on deep learning enable machines to recognize subtle differences between genuine and counterfeit works. Sometimes, the ability of machines is even superior to that of humans. Will machines transcend humans in an irreversible trend? Not completely right. The detection of soul in an artwork remains far beyond the capacity of machines. The two sets of MTT based on poetry generated by a machine and a novel imitated by a human were conducted in this paper and neither of them passed the MTT. Poetry is one of the art forms in which authors reveal their souls. Purpose: This paper aims to improve the manufacturability of additive manufacturing (AM) for topology-optimized (TO) structures. Enhancement of manufacturability focuses on modifying geometric constraints and classifying the building orientation (BO) of AM parts to reduce stresses and support structures (SSs). To this end, artificial intelligence (AI) networks are being developed to automate design for additive manufacturing (DfAM). Design/methodology/approach: This study considers three geometric constraints for their correction by convolutional autoencoders (CAEs) and transfer learning (TL). Furthermore, BOs of AM parts are classified using generative adversarial (GAN) and classification networks to reduce the SS. To verify the results, finite element analysis (FEA) is performed to compare the stresses of modified components with the original ones. Moreover, one sample is produced by the laser-based powder bed fusion (LB-PBF) in the BO predicted by the AI to observe its SSs. Findings: CAE and TL resulted in promoting the manufacturability of TO components. FEA demonstrated that enhancing manufacturability leads to a 50% reduction in stresses. Additionally, training GAN and pre-training the ResNet-18 resulted in 80%, 95% and 96% accuracy for training, validation and testing. The production of a sample with LB-PBF demonstrated that the predicted BO by ResNet-18 does not require SSs. Originality/value: This paper provides an automatic platform for DfAM of TO parts. The Canadian Association of Radiologists (CAR) is the national voice of radiology committed to promoting the highest standards in patient-centered imaging, lifelong learning, and research. The CAR has created an AI working group with the mandate to discuss and deliberate on practice, policy, and patient care issues related to the introduction and implementation of AI in imaging. This white paper provides recommendations for the CAR derived from deliberations between members of the AI working group. RSIs are objects inadvertently left within patients' bodies after surgery, which can lead to severe consequences such as infections and death. Machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) have displayed considerable potential for enhancing the prevention of RSIs through heightened precision and decreased reliance on human involvement. Visual simultaneous localization and mapping (VSLAM) enhances the navigation of autonomous agents in unfamiliar environments by progressively constructing maps and estimating poses. However, conventional VSLAM pipelines often exhibited degraded performance in dynamic environments featuring mobile objects. Recent research in deep learning led to notable progress in semantic segmentation, which involves assigning semantic labels to image pixels. The integration of semantic segmentation into VSLAM can effectively differentiate between static and dynamic elements in intricate scenes. This paper provided a comprehensive comparative review on leveraging semantic segmentation to improve major components of VSLAM, including visual odometry, loop closure detection, and environmental mapping. Key principles and methods for both traditional VSLAM and deep semantic segmentation were introduced. This paper presented an overview and comparative analysis of the technical implementations of semantic integration across various modules of the VSLAM pipeline. Furthermore, it examined the features and potential use cases associated with the fusion of VSLAM and semantics. It was found that the existing VSLAM model continued to face challenges related to computational complexity. Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the leading cause of premature death and disability globally, leading to significant increases in healthcare costs and economic strains. Artificial intelligence (AI) is emerging as a crucial technology in this context, promising to have a significant impact on the management of CVDs. A wide range of methods can be used to develop effective models for medical applications, encompassing everything from predicting and diagnosing diseases to determining the most suitable treatment for individual patients. This literature review synthesizes findings from multiple studies that apply AI technologies such as machine learning algorithms and neural networks to electrocardiograms, echocardiography, coronary angiography, computed tomography, and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. A narrative review of 127 articles identified 31 papers that were directly relevant to the research, encompassing a broad spectrum of AI applications in cardiology. Background: Artificial intelligence (AI) can radically change almost every aspect of the human experience. In the medical field, there are numerous applications of AI and subsequently, in a relatively short time, significant progress has been made. Cardiology is not immune to this trend, this fact being supported by the exponential increase in the number of publications in which the algorithms play an important role in data analysis, pattern discovery, identification of anomalies, and therapeutic decision making. Furthermore, with technological development, there have appeared new models of machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DP) that are capable of exploring various applications of AI in cardiology, including areas such as prevention, cardiovascular imaging, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, and many others. In this sense, the present article aims to provide a general vision of the current state of AI use in cardiology. Results: We identified and included a subset of 200 papers directly relevant to the current research covering a wide range of applications. Thus, this paper presents AI applications in cardiovascular imaging, arithmology, clinical or emergency cardiology, cardiovascular prevention, and interventional procedures in a summarized manner. Recent studies from the highly scientific literature demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of using AI in different branches of cardiology. Conclusions: The integration of AI in cardiology offers promising perspectives for increasing accuracy by decreasing the error rate and increasing efficiency in cardiovascular practice. The gradual application of the latest architectures of deep learning in the field of time series forecasting (TSF), such as Transformers, has shown excellent performance and results compared to traditional statistical methods. These applications are widely present in academia and in our daily lives, covering many areas including forecasting electricity consumption in power systems, meteorological rainfall, traffic flow, quantitative trading, risk control in finance, sales operations and price predictions for commercial companies, and pandemic prediction in the medical field. Deep learning-based TSF tasks stand out as one of the most valuable AI scenarios for research, playing an important role in explaining complex real-world phenomena. De-mining operations are of critical importance for humanitarian efforts and safety in conflict-affected regions. In this paper, we address the challenge of enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of mine detection systems. We present an innovative Deep Learning architecture tailored for pulse induction-based Metallic Mine Detectors (MMD), so called DL-MMD. Our methodology leverages deep neural networks to distinguish amongst nine distinct materials with an exceptional validation accuracy of 93.5%. This high level of precision enables us not only to differentiate between anti-personnel mines, without metal plates but also to detect minuscule 0.2-g vertical paper pins in both mineralized soil and non-mineralized environments. Moreover, through comparative analysis, we demonstrate a substantial 3% and 7% improvement (approx.) in accuracy performance compared to the traditional K-Nearest Neighbors and Support Vector Machine classifiers, respectively. The fusion of deep neural networks with the pulse induction-based MMD not only presents a cost-effective solution but also significantly expedites decision-making processes in de-mining operations, ultimately contributing to improved safety and effectiveness in these critical endeavors. With the development of artificial intelligence (AI), deep learning is widely used in various industries. At CRYPTO 2019, researchers used deep learning to analyze the block cipher for the first time and constructed a differential neural network distinguisher to meet a certain accuracy. In this paper, a mixture differential neural network distinguisher using ResNet is proposed to further improve the accuracy by exploring the mixture differential properties. Experiments are conducted on SIMON32/64, and the accuracy of the 8-round mixture differential neural network distinguisher is improved from 74.7% to 92.3%, compared with that of the previous differential neural network distinguisher. The prediction accuracy of the differential neural network distinguisher is susceptible to the choice of the specified input differentials, whereas the mixture differential neural network distinguisher is less affected by the input difference and has greater robustness. Furthermore, by combining the probabilistic expansion of rounds and the neutral bit, the obtained mixture differential neural network distinguisher is extended to 11 rounds, which can realize the 12-round actual key recovery attack on SIMON32/64. With an appropriate increase in the time complexity and data complexity, the key recovery accuracy of the mixture differential neural network distinguisher can be improved to 55% as compared to 52% of the differential neural network distinguisher. Incorporating style-related objectives into shape design has been centrally important to maximize product appeal. However, algorithmic style capture and reuse have not fully benefited from automated data-driven methodologies due to the challenging nature of design describability. This paper proposes an AI-driven method to fully automate the discovery of brand-related features. First, to tackle the scarcity of vectorized product images, this research proposes two data acquisition workflows: parametric modeling from small curve-based datasets, and vectorization from large pixel-based datasets. Second, this study constructs BIGNet, a two-tier Brand Identification Graph Neural Network, to learn from both scalar vector graphics' curve-level and chunk-level parameters. In the first case study, BIGNet not only classifies phone brands but also captures brand-related features across multiple scales, such as lens' location, as confirmed by AI evaluation. In the second study, this paper showcases the generalizability of BIGNet learning from a vectorized car image dataset and validates the consistency and robustness of its predictions given four scenarios. The results match the difference commonly observed in luxury versus economy brands in the automobile market. Finally, this paper also visualizes the activation maps generated from a convolutional neural network and shows BIGNet's advantage of being a more explainable style-capturing agent. By utilising machine learning and deep learning approaches, AI-enabled systems may accomplish tasks as well as improve their own performance. These capabilities are useful in the often-remote settings of outer space and will grow in value as automated space operations become more widespread. As AI extends throughout the space domain, automated algorithms will take on many of the roles that have historically been handled by humans. Artificial intelligence is progressing from theory to implementation in the space environment by exposing new satellites and orbital autonomous vehicles to new data. Even though all initial computational parameters are provided, such systems' outputs can be very unpredictable, putting people, property, and the environment at risk. This paper investigates the application of United Nations space treaties, selected regional AI regulations, and various 'soft-law' instruments and industry initiatives focusing on responsible AI system development to space-based AI systems. Following that, reforms are proposed to clarify the practical relationship between AI systems and the international legal regime that governs space, as well as a 'bottom-up' regulatory approach to better facilitate the future development of regulation governing the use of AI by the global space sector. Diseases of tomato leaves can seriously damage crop yield and financial rewards. The timely and accurate detection of tomato diseases is a major challenge in agriculture. Hence, the early and accurate diagnosis of tomato diseases is crucial. The emergence of deep learning has dramatically helped in plant disease detection. However, the accuracy of deep learning models largely depends on the quantity and quality of training data. To solve the inter-class imbalance problem and improve the generalization ability of the classification model, this paper proposes a cycle-consistent generative-adversarial-network-based Transformer model to generate diseased tomato leaf images for data augmentation. In addition, this paper uses a Transformer model and densely connected CNN architecture to extract multilevel local features. The Transformer module is utilized to capture global dependencies and contextual information accurately to expand the sensory field of the model. Experiments show that the proposed model achieved 99.45% accuracy on the PlantVillage dataset. The 2018 Artificial Intelligence Challenger dataset and the private dataset attained accuracies of 98.30% and 95.4%, and the proposed classification model achieved a higher accuracy and smaller model size compared to previous deep learning models. Image semantic segmentation technology is one of the core research contents in the field of computer vision. With the improvement of computer performance and the continuous development of deep learning technology, researchers have more and more enthusiasm to study the actual effect and performance of image semantic segmentation. The results of deep semantic segmentation allow computers to have a more detailed and accurate understanding of images, and have a wide range of application needs in the fields of autonomous driving, intelligent security, medical imaging, remote sensing images, etc. However, the existing image semantic segmentation algorithms have the disadvantages of easy discontinuous results and insufficient prediction accuracy. In this paper, we take deep learning-based image semantic segmentation technology as the research object to explore the improvement of the image semantic segmentation algorithm and its application in road scenarios. First, this paper proposes MCU-Net method based on residual fusion and multi-scale contextual information. MCU-Net uses residual fusion module to deepen the network structure and improve the ability of U-Net to acquire deeper features. Then a top-down and bottom-up path is constructed for feature information between different levels, and the spatial and semantic information contained in shallow and deep features in the network is fully utilized by fusing features from different levels. In addition, an enhanced void space pyramid pooling module is added for feature information between the same levels, which enables the output features to have a larger range of semantic information. Second, this paper proposes the DAMCU-Net method based on attention mechanism and edge detection based on MCU-Net. DAMCU-Net extracts global contextual information by the attention mechanism optimization module, while fusing features using dense jump connections to facilitate the network to recover more spatial detail information during upsampling, and uses the FReLU activation function to improve the segmentation capability of the network for complex targets. For the edge information lost in the feature extraction process, the edge detection branch is added to supplement the feature information of the main path by feature fusion to achieve the optimization of the edge information. Parkinson's disease (PD) is a chronic brain disorder affecting millions worldwide. It occurs when brain cells that produce dopamine, a chemical controlling movement, die or become damaged. This leads to PD, which causes problems with movement, balance, and posture. Early detection is crucial to slow its progression and improve the quality of life for PD patients. This paper proposes a handwriting-based prediction approach combining a cosine annealing scheduler with deep transfer learning. It utilizes the NIATS dataset, which contains handwriting samples from individuals with and without PD, to evaluate six different models: VGG16, VGG19, ResNet18, ResNet50, ResNet101, and Vit. This paper compares the performance of these models based on three metrics: accuracy, precision, and F1 score.
