This paper reports some findings of a research project that studies the consequences of educational policies in the work of University teachers. Such consequences are shown as deep changes in the 90s, among which teaching practice appears to be comparatively the most affected. What is focused in earlier studies as Evaluation Policies have proven to be, among other things, the implementation of policies for controlling and regulating University teachers' workforce. The Programme of Economic Incentives to research practice is a key referent; however the ordinance regulating teacher's career at UNSL is central for the analysis of working conditions. Likewise, the Auto-evaluation Institutional Programme, which started in the 90s at UNSL, unfolds meaningful data. All together brings about reflections on the situational context and the conditions which, facilitating the strategies imposed for rearranging the capitalist system, allowed that Market logics, conceiving knowledge as a commodity, permeate university institutions and its actors. Consequently, there is a reference to new regulation "prints" leaving its "mark" in the subjectivity of the university teacher as a worker. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
