Wirelessly tracking a patient's wellbeing is a new technology that is gaining traction. The implementation of the body temperature sensor, ECG sensor, oxygen sensor, and pulse sensor for an IoT-based health monitoring device is described in this paper. With the developments of the Internet of Things (IoT), the number of connected devices has increased and hasbecome an integral part of our daily lives and environment. The data generated from these devices is huge, hence conventional cloud computing paradigm has become inadequate in addressing challenges such as excessive latency, bandwidth limitations, and resource limitations. As a result, new computational paradigms such as Fog Computing (FC) and Edge Computing (EC) have been proposed to address the former's challenges in processing large amounts of data generated from safety-critical and time-sensitivesystems. The goal of these novel computing solutions is to deliver storage and computing power at the network's edge, reducing network traffic and overcoming many of cloud computing's disadvantages. A latest urban city's roadways have nearly a million cars on them, but there isn't enough parking space. Furthermore, the majority of current researchers advocate for data management in the cloud. This procedure may be deemed an issue because source data is transferred from various sensors to the parking area through cloud, then received after processing. This is a pricey technology because of data transmission, energy cost and usage. Most of available methods focus on finding vacant parking spaces while disregarding other important difficulties such as information regarding neighboring auto parking and traffic overcrowding, this research exceeds and offers an alternative. The paper presents a smart car parking system which will enable people in resolving the problem of finding a parking spot and reducing the amount of time spent looking for the nearest available parking spot. It also informs users about the current state of traffic congestion on the highways. Furthermore, to limit network data transmission, the proposed system gathers original information and take out features utilizing data filtering and fusion methods. Then such process that makes cities able to ensure a high quality data management for citizens and equipped with technological devices lead to a concept named "|atSmart City". The latter has various definitions that changed in relation to specific studies that were carried out by researchers, however between various actors that characterizes a smart city a key role is represented by AVs (Autonomous Vehicles) that in recent years had a significant spread on market. AVs operation in addition with a smart city environment allows to achieves high quality standards in terms of urban mobility related to service quality and safety. It is possible to state that AVs operation and smart city environment are complementary, because AVs cannot obtain high performance levels without a context equipped with appropriate technological devices and smart cities have to guarantee an efficient and safe mobility to be considerate as such.
